thinking about Netflix's Castlevania and how lisa's plea to dracula to forgive her killers mirrored Jesus Christ's last words and how the corrupt priests just laughed at her.

Maybe this wasn't just for dracula. Maybe she uttered those words hoping the crowd, the priests; anyone would recognise in her words the man that died for their sins. And hoping that maybe, just maybe, someone would have a moment of empathy, realise the cruelty of the situation and step up for her. Instead, they laughed at her, cheered at her pain and had the audacity to celebrate her demise.

Dracula did nothing wrong those bitches deserved everything and more.
