My current Caribbean read is The Groundings with My Brothers by Walter Rodney. An excerpt from the Introduction by Carole Boyce Davies:
“... since the Caribbean is the site of the first major black revolutions against oppression, as typified by the Haitian Revolution, then there exists an unfulfilled or deferred promise, still articulated in the music, or art, in the popular practices and in the literature and political thought as well.”
Feel free to share the Caribbean books you’re reading or have enjoyed in the replies.

Mabel Reyes was the kind of girl who turned heads everywhere she went. She had that effortless beauty, the kind that made people whisper and stare in admiration. Her long black hair always seemed to catch the light just right, and her brown eyes sparkled with a confidence that came from knowing she was the queen bee of any social circle she entered. Back in California, she had ruled her high school like queen, with her impeccable grades and a cheerleading record that was the stuff of legend. She was the girl everyone wanted to be or be with, and she wore that title with pride.
But Oxford was different. Mabel had left behind the sun-kissed beaches of California for the misty mornings and historic halls of the University of Oxford. It was a place where her reputation had preceded her, whispers of the beautiful American girl with rich parents had quickly spread through the ancient stone walls. By the end of her first week, everyone knew her name. The daughters and sons of Britain's elite were drawn to her like moths to a flame, particularly a group led by the charismatic Felix Catton. Felix and his friends were Oxford's version of royalty, and Mabel fit in with them perfectly.
They spent their weekends in London, sipping cocktails in exclusive clubs and being photographed by paparazzi, their every move chronicled by society pages. Mabel dazzled them with stories of her glamorous life, tales of sailing in the Caribbean, and surfing in Australia. She spoke of America with a fondness that made it sound like a paradise, and she hinted at the life waiting for her after graduation—a life of luxury, managing her family's fashion empire back in California.
But beneath the surface, Mabel was struggling. Her academic record had always been spotless, but maths had never been her strong suit. Now, in the hallowed halls of Oxford, the pressure was mounting. The looming exams were like a dark cloud over her, especially the thought of failing math class. It was the one subject she couldn't charm her way through, and it terrified her.
One late afternoon, the library was nearly deserted, and Mabel was slumped over a pile of textbooks, her usually flawless appearance slightly disheveled. She had been staring at the same page of equations for what felt like hours, the numbers and symbols blurring together. She was used to things coming easily to her likes literature and history, but math was like a foreign language she couldn't decode.
That's when she noticed someone standing nearby, a figure she hadn't expected to see in her orbit. Michael Gavey was the polar opposite of everything Mabel embodied. Where she was glamorous, he was unassuming; where she was surrounded by friends, he was totally alone. But Michael was a math genius, known throughout the university for his brilliance and to be the most loser boy ever. He was the kind of person who preferred the company of books to people, someone who lived in his own world of numbers and theories.
He approached her hesitantly, as if unsure whether he should intrude on her space. "You look like you could use some help" he said quietly, his voice soft but clear.
Mabel looked up, surprised. For a moment, she considered brushing him off, but the desperation in her chest won out. "I really don’t get this" she admitted, her voice tinged with frustration. "Math has never been my thing."
Michael nodded, understanding her struggle more than she knew. He pulled up a chair and sat down beside her, his presence calming in a way she hadn't expected. "Let me show you" he offered, and for the next hour, he patiently explained the concepts that had been eluding her.
As they worked together, Mabel found herself relaxing, her usual defenses lowering as she realized that Michael wasn’t there to judge her. He was just there to help.
As the weeks passed, Mabel Reyes found herself surprisingly drawn to the company of Michael Gavey. What had started as a purely practical arrangement—using Michael's brilliance in math to help her pass—had slowly transformed into something more. With each study session, she began to appreciate his quiet intelligence, his dry sense of humor, and the way he never treated her like the celebrity she was used to being. Michael saw her as Mabel, not the glamorous American heiress or the popular girl everyone envied, but just Mabel.
Word of their unlikely partnership spread through Oxford like wildfire. It was the kind of story that people couldn’t resist: the nerdy, awkward boy and the beautiful, popular girl, straight out of a rom-com. People gossiped about them, whispered as they passed by in the halls, and even made bets on whether something more would happen between them. But Michael, in his usual fashion, seemed completely unfazed by the attention. He never cared what others thought, and he made that clear during one of their study sessions.
It was a chilly afternoon, and they were tucked away in a quiet corner of the library, the same place where Michael had first offered his help. Mabel was struggling with a particularly difficult equation, her frustration growing as she scribbled out yet another wrong answer. Sensing her tension, Michael calmly walked her through the problem step by step, his voice patient and steady.
After they finished, Mabel leaned back in her chair and sighed. "I heard there's going to be a big Christmas party soon. Felix and the others are all excited about it," she mentioned casually, glancing at Michael to gauge his reaction.
Michael didn’t look up from the book he was paging through. "I was NFI: not fucking invited" he replied, his tone neutral but with a hint of indifference.
Mabel frowned. "Why not? There will be all the college!"
Michael shook his head, a small, almost bitter smile on his lips. "Michael Gavey doesn’t exist in the eyes of others. And honestly, I don’t care about their stupid lives. They’re all wrapped up in their own little bubbles. I’m just not part of that world, and I’m fine with it."
His words struck a chord with Mabel. For so long, she had been the center of attention, the one everyone wanted to be around. But with Michael, she was reminded that not everyone was drawn to the same superficial allure that had defined her life so far. She looked at him, really looked at him, and noticed the faint blush creeping up his neck as he kept his eyes on the book. It was then that she realized something she hadn’t noticed before: Michael had developed a crush on her.
At first, she had used his feelings to her advantage, making sure he would continue to tutor her. But now, things were different. She had come to value his friendship and his company, and she didn’t want to hurt him. He was the only person who saw her for who she truly was, not just a pretty face with a wealthy background. And that mattered to her more than she wanted to admit.
The Christmas party was only a few days away, and as the date approached, Mabel found herself feeling more conflicted. Normally, she would have been excited about dressing up, being the center of attention, and partying with her friends. But this year, something felt off. She couldn’t shake the feeling that maybe, just maybe, the party wasn’t where she wanted to be.
That evening, as she sat in front of her vanity mirror, carefully applying her makeup and fixing her hair, she couldn’t help but think about Michael. She pictured him, alone in his room or maybe at the library, completely uninterested in the glitz and glamour that surrounded her life. Part of her wanted to be at the party, to enjoy herself and live up to the expectations everyone had for her. But another part of her wondered what it would be like to spend the evening differently, away from the spotlight and with someone who truly understood her.
As she finished getting ready, she stared at her reflection, feeling a tug in her heart. For the first time in a long time, Mabel wasn’t sure what she wanted. The Christmas party was just hours away, but whether she would actually attend was a question she couldn’t yet answer.
Mabel stared at her reflection in the mirror, taking in every detail. Her silver dress clung to her figure perfectly, shimmering with every movement. The high boots added a touch of boldness to her elegant look, and her hair was styled to perfection, not a strand out of place. Her makeup was flawless, highlighting her already striking features. She was the epitome of beauty, the kind of girl who could stop traffic with just a glance.
But as she gazed at herself, a strange feeling washed over her. This was the image everyone expected of her—the glamorous, perfect Mabel Reyes. Yet tonight, it felt like a mask she no longer wanted to wear.
She took a deep breath, stepping away from the mirror and grabbing her coat. The party was waiting, and she knew she’d be the center of attention as soon as she arrived. But as she walked through the corridors of the old Oxford building, her heels clicking against the stone floors, doubts began to creep in. Each step felt heavier, as if something was pulling her back.
Halfway to the party, Mabel stopped. She could hear the faint sounds of music and laughter in the distance, but instead of feeling drawn to it, she felt a growing desire to be somewhere else. With someone else.
Without giving herself time to overthink, she turned around and headed back in the opposite direction. Her heart raced as she made her way to Michael's room, a decision forming in her mind with every step.
Michael was in his room, completely absorbed in solving a complex equation. Numbers and symbols danced across the pages of his notebook, the familiar comfort of mathematics grounding him in his solitude. The Christmas party was the furthest thing from his mind; he had never been one for social events, especially those where he felt like an outsider.
But then, there was a knock at his door. It was unexpected—no one ever knocked on his door, especially not during party hours. He hesitated for a moment, wondering if it was a mistake. But the knock came again, more insistent this time.
He got up and opened the door, and there she was: Mabel Reyes, the most beautiful girl in all of Oxford, standing in front of him. The sight of her took his breath away. The silver dress, the high boots, the impeccable hair—all of it made her look like she had just stepped out of a dream. But there was something different in her eyes, a softness that he hadn’t seen before.
“Mabel?” Michael stammered, utterly confused. “What are you doing here? Aren’t you supposed to be at the party?”
Instead of answering, Mabel took a step closer, her gaze locked on his. She could feel her heart pounding in her chest, a mix of nerves and excitement swirling inside her. Michael, with his slightly tousled blond hair, glasses slipping down his nose, and that familiar sweater vest, looked up at her with wide eyes, clearly baffled by her presence.
Without a word, Mabel reached out, grabbing him by the front of his sweater. In one swift motion, she pulled him towards her and kissed him. The kiss was soft yet firm, a collision of two worlds that had seemed so far apart until now. Michael froze for a moment, completely taken by surprise, before he slowly started to kiss her back, his hands hesitantly finding their way to her waist.
As she stepped into his room, the door closing behind them, Mabel felt a wave of relief. She had no idea what this meant or where it would lead, but right now, it didn’t matter. All that mattered was the connection she felt with Michael, something genuine and untainted by the expectations of others.
They pulled apart, both a little breathless, and Michael stared at her, still in shock. “Mabel, what—why did you do that?” he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
Mabel smiled, a real, unguarded smile. “Because I wanted to” she said simply, brushing a strand of hair away from his forehead. “I didn’t want to be at the party. I wanted to be here, with you.”
Michael blinked, as if trying to process her words. “But...why me? You could be anywhere right now, with anyone.”
“Exactly” Mabel replied, her voice soft but certain. “But I’m here. You’ve been the only person who sees me for who I am, not just what I look like or where I come from. You’ve been real with me, Michael, and I needed that.”
The weight of her words hung in the air, and for a moment, neither of them spoke. Then, slowly, a smile began to spread across Michael’s face, one that lit up his usually serious expression. He couldn’t quite believe what was happening, but he didn’t want it to end.
Mabel stepped closer again, resting her head against his chest as he wrapped his arms around her. It felt right, in a way she hadn’t expected. And as they stood there, holding each other in the quiet of his room, the world outside seemed to fade away, leaving just the two of them in their own little universe.
Michael stood there, his heart racing as he processed what had just happened. The girl he had admired from afar, the one he never imagined would even notice him, had just kissed him. And now, she was standing in his room, looking at him with a smile that made him feel both exhilarated and terrified.
“That…that was my first kiss" he confessed shy, his voice trembling slightly. He had never felt so vulnerable in his life, but there was something about Mabel that made him want to be honest.
Mabel's expression softened as she took in his words. She had suspected as much, but hearing it from him made her realize just how different their worlds were. Yet here they were, together in this moment. “Well, I’m glad I could be your first,” she said with a gentle smile.
She reached down and began to unlace her high boots, sliding them off one by one. Then, without hesitation, she climbed onto his bed and patted the space next to her. “Come here” she invited, her tone playful yet sincere.
Michael hesitated, nerves tying his stomach in knots. This was all so new to him, and he wasn’t sure what to do next. But he couldn’t resist the pull he felt towards her. Slowly, he walked over and sat down beside her, his hands fidgeting in his lap. He was tense, his mind racing with a thousand thoughts, none of which made any sense.
“What now?” he asked nervously, glancing at her out of the corner of his eye.
Mabel looked around his room, taking in the shelves filled with books, the stacks of papers covered in equations, and the general chaos that was the domain of a true academic. It was exactly what she had expected—a space that reflected Michael’s brilliant but solitary mind. She turned back to him, her smile widening as she realized just how innocent he was.
“I’m guessing that if that was your first kiss...” she began, her voice teasing, “you’ve never had a girlfriend either?”
Michael shook his head, his blush deepening as he met her gaze. “No, never” he admitted, feeling a mix of embarrassment and nervousness. He had always been focused on his studies, never even considering the possibility of a relationship, let alone one with someone like Mabel.
Mabel’s smile turned mischievous as she stood up in front of him, looking down at him with a twinkle in her eye. “Mmh, Gavey” she murmured, her voice soft but full of intent. She reached for the straps of her silver dress, and with a slow, deliberate motion, she let it slide off her shoulders, the fabric pooling at her feet.
Michael’s breath caught in his throat, his eyes widening as he took in the sight of her standing there in front of him, completely vulnerable and utterly breathtaking. His face turned a deep shade of red, and he quickly averted his eyes, not sure where to look or what to do.
Mabel, seeing his discomfort, stepped closer and gently lifted his chin, forcing him to meet her gaze. “It’s okay, Michael,” she whispered, her voice soothing. “You don’t have to be nervous.”
But he was nervous, more than he had ever been in his life. He had no idea how to navigate this situation, and the fear of doing something wrong was almost paralyzing. Yet, the warmth of her presence, the softness in her voice, made him want to try, to take a step into this unknown territory with her.
Mabel leaned in and kissed him again, this time slower, deeper, her hands resting on his shoulders. Michael closed his eyes and tried to focus on the feeling of her lips on his, letting go of his fears, if only for a moment. When they pulled apart, she guided him to stand up, her hands trailing down his arms.
She could see how tense he was, but she also saw the trust in his eyes, the way he was willing to let her lead. And in that moment, Mabel realized that this wasn’t just about physical attraction or desire; it was about connecting with someone on a deeper level, someone who saw her for who she truly was.
Mabel stood in front of Michael, now wearing only a lace thong and no bra, her boobs were big and round. Her confidence was unshakable, while Michael was visibly flustered, unsure of where to look or what to do next. His glasses fogged up slightly, and he fumbled with his hands, trying to figure out where to place them. The reality of the situation was overwhelming, and he could feel his heart racing in his chest.
Noticing his discomfort, Mabel stepped closer and gently reached up, removing his glasses. She set them aside on the nearby desk, her touch soft and reassuring. “You don’t need these right now” she said with a smile, her voice low and soothing.
Michael blinked, trying to adjust to the sudden blur of the room without his glasses, but Mabel was the only thing he could focus on. Her closeness, her warmth—it was all consuming. He swallowed hard, still feeling awkward and unsure, but Mabel’s presence was calming.
She could see how nervous he was, and she knew she needed to ease his anxiety. “It’s okay, Michael,” she whispered, her hands resting gently on his shoulders. “You don’t have to worry about anything. I’ll guide you.”
Mabel’s words were like a lifeline, something for him to hold onto in the midst of his swirling thoughts. He nodded slightly, trusting her to lead him through this unfamiliar territory.
With that, Mabel leaned in, closing the gap between them, and began kissing him softly. Her lips moved against his with a tenderness that was both comforting and exhilarating. Michael was stiff at first, unsure of how to respond, but Mabel was patient. She took her time, her hands moving to the back of his neck, pulling him closer, urging him to relax.
Gradually, Michael began to respond, his lips mirroring hers as he let go of some of his tension. Mabel’s hands wandered down his back, feeling the slight tremble in his muscles as she deepened the kiss. She pressed her body against his, feeling the heat between them intensify.
Michael’s mind was spinning, the sensation of Mabel’s skin against his, her scent, the softness of her lips—it was all overwhelming, yet he found himself getting lost in the moment, letting her guide him as she had promised.
As their kisses grew more passionate, Mabel could feel Michael beginning to relax, his awkwardness melting away under her touch. She knew this was all new to him, and she wanted to make it a moment he would never forget, a memory they would both cherish.
Mabel pulled back slightly, her lips just inches from his, and whispered, “Just follow my lead, Michael.” Her eyes searched his for any sign of hesitation, but what she saw was trust, and something more—desire.
With a reassuring smile, she guided his hands to her waist, encouraging him to explore, to take the next step. Michael hesitated for only a moment before his hands moved cautiously over her skin, his touch gentle, almost reverent.
Mabel kissed him again, more urgently this time, letting him know that it was okay to let go, to embrace what was happening between them. And slowly, Michael began to do just that, surrendering to the moment, to her, as the rest of the world faded away.
Mabel took off his sweater and shirt, stopping to admire his bare chest. "Do you go to the gym Gavey?" she said with a smirk, noting his defined chest and toned arms. "When... when no one sees me" he revealed shyly.
Stripped of his clothes and wearing only black boxers, he felt uncomfortable. "I've never had sex" he declared. "I... I've never touched... a... girl" he continued embarrassed. Mabel, sitting on his hips could feel the hardness of his masculinity. "Fuck Gavey" she whispered.
"I'd like that" he continued embarrassed. "With you" he added, shyly encircling her hips with his hands. "If you like" he looked up at her. "Mmh yes, Gavey" Mabel whispered. She rose from his hips. "Look at me" she ordered, slowly slipping off her lace panties.
"You can keep them" she whispered, naked in front of him Michael felt paralyzed. he couldn't take his eyes off her. Mabel climbed back onto the bed, on top of him. "I can do something to make you feel better" she whispered kissing him, slowly moving her kisses down. she felt michael tremble, she grabbed his hand to give him confidence. Then she pulled down his boxers, revealing his big fat cock. She smiled at Michael before taking him between her lips, sucking him and feeling him give under her touch. The nerdy boy started to pant, that girl was demonic.
Mabel got even more excited, sucking and licking him, she felt herself soaking wet between the things. she didn't make him come, she stood up licking her lips, leaving Michael hard and erect. "Why---" he moaned.
"My pretty and nerdy boy" she began looking at him. "Do you want to fuck me, Michael Gavey?" Mabel asked. Michael felt himself blushing, he looked at his erection. "I... I would like that" he whispered. "Look" Mabel whispered, bringing two fingers between her legs and showing them to the little nerd. "I'm soaking wet and horny because of you"
Michael felt himself faint, his breathing becoming heavy. "Do you have a condom?" he asked. "Fuck, no, sorry I-" Michael began.
"Don't worry, I'm on the pill" Mabel replied, lifting her hips. "Say goodbye to the little virgin nerd Michael Gavey" Mabel whispered, letting Michael's big cock invade her.
"Oh fuck Michael" she cried as she started to move, she put her hands on his chest riding him, michael brought his hands around her hips helping her move. She was so hot, so wet, tight... god, she was driving him crazy. Mabel was riding him so good, so easy.
Michael reached up to her breasts, touching her sore nipples. Mabel found herself moaning his name, riding him so fucking good that Michael felt the need to come. "Look at you," she whispered, cupping his face with one hand. "You're so cute, Gavey..." she teased him again, and soon Michael hardened and came inside her.
Mabel closed her eyes, clenching around his cock, coming on top of him. She collapsed on top of him, shaking and sweating, her makeup running.
Michael hugged her. "I know you like me," she whispered against his ear. "You have a girlfriend now, Michael Gavey."
Michael felt his heart explode with joy.
He had a girlfriend.
He was loved.
"If you want to," she whispered, still lying on his chest. "I... I'd like that, pretty girl," Michael whispered. Mabel smiled, sitting up.
"Ah" she groaned in pain. "My legs hurt." Michael looked at her. "You fucked me so good, my little nerdy boy." Michael sat up, gently took the blanket from the bed and handed it to her. "Sleep with me," he offered. "Of course I'll sleep with you," Mabel whispered, still naked, slipping under the sheets.
Michael let her have the side of the bed next to the wall, she rested her head on his shoulder. "I like you Michael, I really like you," Mabel whispered.
"Two weeks after you started tutoring me, I broke up with my boyfriend," she declared. "I was with him because my parents made me."
Michael felt a tightness in his chest. "With you, I felt free to be who I wanted to be and you accepted me." Michael turned onto his side, caressing her face and warming her with his body.
"My little nerdy boy," Mabel whispered, kissing him so intensely that it made his insides tremble.
Finally, Michael Gavey was happy and proud to be the little nerd boy.

Louis Tomlinson works at a popular women’s bookstore in the Lower East Side, Womon’s Direction, where she spends her days reading feminist literature, writing poetry, exchanging friendly barbs with her boss Niall, and dreaming of finding someone to love. When Harry and Louis meet, their connection is instantaneous. Slowly but surely, Louis welcomes Harry into her community of women. Stonewall veteran and old school butch Niall; Liam, a land dyke who’s moved to the city for love; and Zayn, a lesbian musician who’s been ostracized by a vocal part of women’s community for being trans, welcome Harry with open arms, ready to help her find her place in New York City’s bustling lesbian scene. It’s a time of growth for everyone involved.
🎀 into the great wide open by mixedfandomfics @ficshl (69k, T)
It only took a week or so for Harry to truly get into the routine of life on the road. They woke before dawn each morning, ate a small meal, packed up the tent and rounded up the livestock, all before setting out. On a good day, they could make it twenty miles. There hadn’t been many bad ones, but Louis confessed that on a previous trip there had been a solid week where they hadn’t made it more than five miles a day. Soon, Louis promised, animals would start going lame, and wheels would start breaking, and people would start going hungry. The beginning was the easiest, and the end was doable only because the hope of finishing the trek fueled everyone. It was the middle bit, with the tedious marching hundreds of miles from any settlement, that people succumbed to the journey.

Meanwhile, Harry Styles is a young, struggling musician new to London, friendless yet eager for the next phase of her life to begin. When French director Marie Coutard casts the two of them in her film, it's a chance for both to break away from the people they've been. Together, they struggle through an acting process that's new and unfamiliar for both of them, learning more than they could've imagined about themselves along the way. As they spend long days picking lavender and long nights sharing the things they've never been able to tell anyone else, their love blooms. Will the flower fade, or will the love they make among lavender fields be one they carry with them to the end?

💗i went to uni to watch one of my friends present something to the juniors! then I spent the afternoon chatting with my guide and later on went window shopping with my best friends (in retrospect i should not have done this because my ankle got infinitely worse the next day and now I'm stuck resting at home for an additional two weeks) 🎮playing undertale with @muakrrr 📺 ongoing: Marry my Husband, Cherry Magic Th, Perfect Propose, Doctor Slump, Flex X Cop 📺 binged: Blueming, Roommates of Poongduck 304 📹 Started watching Going Seventeen // so I've been listening to SVT for a while now and I did watch their Don't Lie II eps like two years ago but I never really checked anything else... however, considering that I'm stuck at home and that @zzzzzestforlife (who has impeccable taste) has mentioned it often on their posts, I decided to check out GoSe properly and. wow. I started with their mystery episodes [fav scenes under cut] and now I'm watching GoSe2020 in chronological order and !!!!!! The concepts, the storylines, the acting, the humour, the editing, even the subtitles are all so so good. I've been watching this show for two weeks now and I am now officially a cubic <3
📻 This week's soundtrack
Wk1: The Best of ATEEZ // I've been real obsessed since their 2024 world tour clips started showing up on social media; I was a casual enjoyer up to this point and then I went and checked them out and it's all so dystopian and immersive. My favourites would be Intro: Long Journey (which makes me feel like I'm in Pirates of the Caribbean), the Symphony version of Wonderland (for its musicality and Jungho hitting those notes), MATZ (that is insane in it's the visual storytelling in the MV) and Wake Up (whose performance choreo ended me) Wk2: The Best of BTS // in an attempt to revive a project I abandoned a year ago, I spent wayy too much time curating this playlist to get the most satisfying BTS transitions ever and I can confidently say that I'm nowhere close to my goal T-T but I kind of like the way it is now so I am simply going to give up

[Feb 12 to Feb 25 ; week 7+8/52 || this was not supposed to be one post but then... idk what happened... I feel very dull lately because of my ankle and just when I thought it was getting better it's become painful again... my friends and parents keep chastising me (and fairly so) for trying to move around even before I fully heal but patience has never been my strong suit. sitting still is really the biggest punishment for a hyperactive ADHD kid like me... i'm sure plenty others have it worse but... yeah... GoSe really carrying my mental health right now ]
my fav GoSe scenes

Eärendil and Fam Modern AU
Eärendil is born in Croatia in the late 60s/early 70s
In first grade (or whatever the Yugoslavian equivalent is), he meets Elwing
Being the only two biracial kids in their little elementary school, they quickly become best friends
To absolutely no one's surprise, they start dating in high school
It's all great! ...until Elwing gets pregnant senior year (again, or whatever the Yugoslavian equivalent is)
Eärendil marries her and all's well that ends well
...until the fighting starts in Croatia
They make plans to immigrate to America (Eärendil's parents moved a few years prior, not long after President Tito died, and Elwing is an orphan so there's nothing really tying them to the country)
There's an attack the day they leave and Elrond and Elros are lost in the chaos, but they don't realize it until it's too late
The moment they get off the plane, they start calling everyone they know and asking them to check the orphanages and hospitals
After two days of no news, Eärendil and Elwing (reasonably) conclude that their children died in the attack
(Maglor, the second-in-command of a Serbian rebel group in Croatia, finds two little boys wandering through the rubble and takes pity on them, and love grew between them as little might be thought)
Eärendil and Elwing stay with Tuor and Idril for a while while they grieve and try to get on their feet as refugees in a new country
Elwing finds a job in a bird sanctuary and her coworkers swear up and down she must be part bird herself
(She maintains the birds speak Croatian and not English)
Eärendil finds a job as a truck driver and ends up LOVING it!
He likes the relative solitude, the weird hours, and the fact that he can GO and SEE
They have a few more children, but never forget the twins
They leave two empty seats for them at all holiday dinners
Fast forward several years, and their surprised to hear of a business owner in the Caribbean named Elros that shares their last name and is from Croatia
They do some digging into his background and sure enough, he's from their hometown, has a twin brother (who's a professor of literature), and was "orphaned" during the same attack they lost their sons to
They reach out to him and explain what happened and their theories
Elros explains his side of the story and asks why they never looked for them
They insist that they did look, but in the chaos that was 90's Yugoslavia, they couldn't find them and thought they were dead
Elros accepts the explanation and cc's Elrond in the email after a quick text conversation
"Hey, I found our parents. They're not dead." "wtf" "Yeah, they live in America now." "WTF!?"
They talk about what all they've been doing
Elrond tells them about how he met his wife (a botanist) and about their kids: Elladan, Elrohir, and Arwen
Elros tells them about his wife (who was formerly his secretary until they started seriously dating, now she's the CFO to his CEO) and their son, Aragorn
Eärendil and Elwing invite them to Christmas
For the first time in 30 years, there are no empty chairs at the table
(At one point during the visit, Arwen declares she's going to marry Aragorn. Never has a "no" from six people been so synchronized.)
And everyone lived happily ever after. "But they're all still mortal" AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER!!

Vampire Chronicles Book Review/Rant #1
Interview with the Vampire
Overall:
I mean, what can I say, it’s the OG. It’s what started it all, it’s pretty dang good. It’s just a little odd how the whole book is in speech quotes because it’s almost all Louis speaking, but I got used to it after a while. So dramatic, so melancholy.
I didn’t realize that Louis and Lestat actually fight each other, the violence is brief and not very graphic, but it’s there.
Claudia’s arc of becoming a grown-up is so good, the way Louis describes it, she’s playing with dolls one day, and reading advanced literature the next, the way something in her expression changes over the decades, where one day he has to come to terms that she is not a child, and has not been for some time. Also, her murdering Lestat was a bit too “super easy, barely an inconvenience” even though she very thoroughly thought it out, but still.
The Théâtre des Vampires vampires are kinda gross. The way Armand paralyzes/hypnotizes Claudia so he can talk to Louis is so creepy.
OMG Lestat getting dragged in for a “trial” and Louis begging him to defend their murder attempt by basically admitting he was a piece of shit to them is WILD.
Louis’s grief is so real, if you take him at his word (which, in this book, I suppose we should) he was stuck with a demanding, rude maker, the small attempt they made at a “human” life was so short-lived and they all ended up worse for it, making vampire friends is hard because vampires are largely gross and violent, his daughter was murdered, and the one guy who crushed on him didn’t stop the murder of his daughter and the love died out over the decades. So, not a lot of fun to be found (in human or vampire activities). Louis seems so lost and I did feel bad for him.
It makes sense he’d wish to warn the world, but I’m kinda with Daniel though, Louis, baby, you did it wrong, I’d be out there dancing in Paris, swimming in the Caribbean, falling in love with vampires and humans, eating child predators, like, having a time! Clearly I too learned nothing.
Favorites:
Louis giving his neighbor Girl Boss advice once her dumb brother got himself killed in a duel so she wouldn’t lose her money and societal standing.
Claudia! Everything from her yelling at her parents to making Madeline build her a mini room in the hotel room complete with tiny rocking chairs and tiny gowns.
Louis burning down the Théâtre and slicing anyone that tried to come at him. It’s not just cool and exciting, but it’s written well! I get confused by written action scenes easily, and this didn’t feel confusing.
Least Favorites:
The plantation. I mean, Lestat feeding on the enslaved people there, it’s . . .uncomfortable, to say the least.
Louis and Armand being together but Louis clearly being very done with Armand but just stringing him along while Armand shittily tires to cheer him up/make him feel anything again is sad and anticlimactic for a book filled with so much adventure/chaos/action/death.
Smutt:
Claudia asking Louis about what sex used to be like and Louis freaking out about it was so funny to me.
Armand and Louis’ little date at the top of the tower! Armand trying to tell Louis about Venice and his master who loved him, Louis barreling past Venice to be all wait you loved someone else :( OMG Louis, pay attention!
Nonsense Meter:
Pretty low, I think the most nonsense part was Santiago imitating everything Louis did like some kind of mime.
Misc:
The whole thing with the revenants and the peasants using the horses to find what graves held vampires was really interesting. I’m nearing the end of the VC series and still wondering if these revenants will ever show up again.

I’m taking the SAT this year and I know nothing about it help
Hi, I'm from the Caribbean and here we do CSEC and CAPE instead of SATs so I'm not familiar with such. I'm sorry that I won't be able to offer advice based on my experience with SAT however I can tell you what has worked for me throughout high school and university whenever I had a big exam to prep for.
1. Creating a study time table and sticking to it: I studied every day leading up to my exams and I studied for around 4 to 5 hours each day. Sometimes more or less depending with how familiar I am with the information and how much work I'd assign to myself to complete within that day. Also, after class revise each day's work.
2. Reading: read excessively, read all the recommended books and literature mentioned by your teachers.
3. Practice: I did a lot of practice questions from websites and text books that catered to the topics I needed to study. Also I answered questions from past papers. Regarding the questions that I got incorrect, I'd spend time researching and better understanding the concepts behind them.
4. Seek help: whenever I didn't understand a concept, I'd email my professor and ask for clarification. For my final year project, every concern or query I had was directed towards my professor who offered clarity and also recommended certain books I should read to better facilitate my research project. Through her assistance and my ability to seek out help when I needed it I secured an A in my research project.
I'd also reach out to a friend. In my second year of University I was having a hard time grasping certain statistical concepts and calculations. I reached out to a friend and with her help I was able to understand the concepts and complete the calculations correctly. As a result of her help I managed to secure an A in the course as well.
5. Try different studying methods: personally, writing the information down and speaking out loud were the best approaches. Also I'd study for 20 minutes take a 10 minutes break and then study again for 20 minutes and so on and so forth.
6. Familiarise yourself with the layout of the exam: In university, my professors were big on true and false, short answers, multiple choice and essays. I usually practiced questions with a similar layout and also paced myself so as to be aware of how efficient I was at managing the time I took to answer the questions.
7. Whenever you feel like giving up or you're tired, rest but also don't get too comfortable resting and lose focus. This is your future and it's important to dedicate yourself to each and every step and process that gets you to the life you want to enjoy.
8. The most important thing is to not become overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of prepping for the exam and actually completing the exam. You've got this! As long as you put the work in by studying, practicing and staying focused you'll ace this! Best of luck!
If you have any other questions, don't be afraid to spam my ask. I'm always willing to answer.💕

I guess I have a question, which you may have answered before, but why are characters specifically colour-coded red and blue more often than other colours?
You also often refer to those colour-coded red as red rascals and those blue as blue boys, but do those colours always tie in with similar personalities? (Are there such few colour-coded personalities?!)
I lied. There are multiple questions lol
@sliceduplife - Well, hell-ooooh!
I love you for these questions, so let me dive in!
Quick Facts:
We color code the shit out of everything, all the time. We, as humans, are trained to do this. Think about your favorite cartoons growing up - PowerPuff Girls, Winnie the Pooh, Care Bears, Power Rangers, y todo. Color coded.
Therefore, we associate those colors with emotions and personalities: Yellow is happy. Blue is reserved. Red is passionate. Green is prosperous. Et cetera.
The written word came before mass visual media, so colors are still, even today, deeply embedded into literature. Harry Potter: Hufflepuff - Yellow = Happy; Ravenclaw - Blue = Reserved; Gryffindor - Red = Passionate; Slytherin - Green = Prosperous, Game of Thrones, and Scarlet Letter.
This tradition of color coding has continued into visual media - Heathers (each Heather has a different color), The Breakfast Club (each student has a different color associated with them), Pirates of the Caribbean (each character has a specific color), Bridgerton (each family has a color scheme that also shows their alliance)
Even stores and brands align with a color to promote certain characteristics that are associated with that color: Pepsi vs. Coca-Cola, Walmart vs. Target, Hulu vs. Netflix
Are there such few colour-coded personalities?
This is not Pantone. How many colors do you want, homie?! Since humans like categorizing items, we like to keep it simple or black and white (hehe). Colors aren’t solely the character’s entire personality, but they do help visually emphasize certain aspects of a character’s personality without it having to be explicitly stated. Characters are dynamic, but the colors help us see in a quick glimpse what are their core traits.
Also note that I downplay a lot of terms. When I use my terms like Blue Boy and Red Rascal, know that is my fun and simple way of categorizing the characters. Normally, professionals speak of hues, secondary and tertiary colors, tones, undertones, and schemes (mono, complementary, analogous, triadic). I already write too much. Ain’t nobody got time for me to be even worse.
Do those colours always tie in with similar personalities?
If people are doing their jobs correctly, yes.
Think about parents of sextuplets. They tend to buy the same item in six different colors, and each kid is designated a specific color. It can reflect the child's personality. It helps the kids not fight. It helps the parents keep track of the items. It helps maintain order.
That’s what most color coding does. It’s the wardrobe department’s way of maintaining order on a set that consists of several people needing several different outfits each day. On a set like Between Us where there were FIVE couples plus other side characters or My School President where we have a band and a student council, it helps to color code the main characters, so the department can instantly spot when someone isn’t wearing the right outfit for the scene or has the wrong item.
But the colors aren’t randomly selected. Wardrobe, as well as hair and makeup, set design, colorists, lighting, and many other departments, must work with the Director of Photography/Cinematographer to ensure that the colors and style align to the character. In Manner of Death, Bun, a Blue Boy, wore mostly collared shirts because he has a by-the-book personality, while Tan, a Black Brooder, wore crew neck shirts, even under button-up shirts to show his uninhibited nature.
If people are communicating, there will be clear plan for the style of a character which includes colors based on personality traits or situational needs. 609 Bedtime Story tied a color scheme to the different universes instead of a specific person: blue and black to Dew’s world; green, red, yellow to Mum’s world; purple to the in-between world. The colors were still carefully selected because Dew’s world is cold and isolating, Mum’s world is full of life, and the fantasy world is where the blues and reds meet.
Semantic Error’s colors were necessary for the plot because (I’m not using technical terms here) red, the color Sang Woo hates, is the color of an error, while green is the color of a command, and blue is the color of what should occur when the command is inputted, which is why they were a Green Guy and a Blue Boy because they work together to complete the task. Genius!
That’s why the cinematographer has to communicate with all the departments it oversees and the director to make sure the outfits, the lighting, the sets, and the post-editing all align to the director’s vision.
Would Legally Blonde’s Elle Woods wear brown? No! Pink is an integral component of her personality, and all the departments worked hard to make that clear.
The colors mean things! They add details to the narrative and reinforce the plot. Even if the character isn’t wearing the color consistently, the colors in the scene matter.
Why are characters specifically colour-coded red and blue more often than other colours?
Opposites attract.
On the color wheel, the complimentary colors are red/green and blue/orange (as well as yellow/purple but nobody cares about my faves). They are opposite of each other. HOWEVER, when color was introduced into film, the primary colors were the easiest to produce: red, blue, and yellow. These three colors when combined in various ways, make every other color possible. We now have cyan (blue-green), magenta (blue-red), and yellow. Not going to make this technical, so know that it boils down to convenience. If a company is going to spend a lot of money on filming, if a mistake happens, color-wise, the easiest mistakes to fix are going to be the ones involving these colors.
Also, blue and red represent opposite personalities. Red is spontaneous while blue is consistent. Red is passionate while blue is reserved. Red is dominant while blue is passive. Red is energetic while blue is calming. Red is fire while blue is ice. Red is the sun while blue is the moon. If the plot includes two people who are at conflict or appear as opposites, red and blue are the colors to demonstrate it.
However, America does love a good Red Rascal and Black Brooder in a romcom.

here’s a lil excerpt of my piece for @20yrsofpirateszine!! pre-orders close august 11 so get ‘em while they’re hot :)
Elizabeth takes her duty to Will Turner seriously. She visits with him daily, and reports that he speaks very little about his past: only that his mother died shortly before his departure from England, and his father is a merchant sailor for some vessel in the Caribbean. He is well-mannered and well-spoken, if unsure of his place on the ship. Though he is sometimes found staring forlornly at the sea, he has recovered from the destruction of his previous ship with elasticity only someone so young could exhibit. Turner has taken to sparring with the midshipmen on deck. With a blade in hand, no matter how dull the edge, Turner turns as serious as a judge, listening intently as the other boys train him to duel. On the rare occasion when the officers are below deck, the boys play at fighting pirates, and the zeal in Turner’s keen eyes is the strongest of them all as they engage these imaginary dastards. Swann would be more worried about his new ward were he not so worried about Elizabeth. She is so fierce, his little girl, and Swann knows he could not have muddled through the grief of her mother’s death were she not so. He likes to think he knows her well, and he knows she is hiding something from him. There is always a meek note to her voice when she tells him of her days with Will Turner. She no longer spends her time on the forecastle; now, when she is on deck Elizabeth always seems to be nervously scanning the horizon for something, rather than watching the waves and spinning her own tales of excitement. This new, unusual reticence has not stopped her from asking Lieutenant Norrington to teach them the songs the sailors sing, nor discouraged her appetite for adventurous literature. But there is the smallest bit of fear in her, buried deep, and whatever it is, she does not want her father to see. It terrifies him. Swann watches the children now as they lean against the side of the ship (the gunwale? He would have to check with Norrington later). Around them, the ship is active with life, sailors running barefoot across the deck, following inscrutable orders from their officers with pep in their step. By the captain’s calculations, they will be able to see the isle of Jamaica within hours; they will disembark within the day. Along with other passengers down the deck, Elizabeth and Turner stand on their toes and peer out at the horizon, vying for the honor of spotting their new home first. Seeing them side-by-side, two children from different worlds, looking ahead to the adventures that would ensconce the rest of their lives…it makes Governor Swann’s heart stick in his throat.
#this one is entirely on-brand for me: thinking way too hard about the swann family dynamics#and no one's allowed to have a mom <3#Pre-Order The Zine Now#there's so much good stuff in it!!#pirates of the caribbean#*fic

OMGOMG SAFI congrats on 100 ml !! hihii im here to participate in your cute slumber party event ! (i even brought my fave pillow and totoro plushie)
okok soo yk i'm dria 🩵 black / caribbean, around 5'1 (i promise im so close to 5'2 don't @ me haters will hate i drink my milk and eat my veggies) i have huge hair!! like very big hair, too many curls!! it's alot! i love reading, i write plenty of poetry, which is what i use most of my time to do — i lovelove r&b and early 2000s rap music. however, if u open my spotify rn and shuffle my liked songs it would go in order of hip hop, rap, afrobeats, classical music bcus my taste is all over the place. (i also keep a folder of edit audios for my own maladaptive daydreaming purposes lmao)
im rlly a baby blue girlie, fave flowers are tulips (idk my brain js thinks they look yummy), fave season is autumn ofc bcus rainy weather and i have an excuse to stay inside under my blankets 😭 fave animal would beee a black panther or a tabby cat! (my bby bella is a tabby lmao) i love vintage shows (rlly old noir films of all types of genres) i love cinema and visual art it stimulates me sm (im autistic btw i forgot to say mb) i've watched almost every wes anderson film in existence i love soft color palettes in film so bad <3
i enjoy watching old cartoons to relive my childhood nostalgia, jewelry (esp rings i never go anywhere without one or two on), rainy days, late night car drives, baggy shirts, scented candles, afrobeats n anything astronomy related.
im very much a social science n humanities junkie - yearning to be a clinical psychiatrist or complete my dream of teaching literature / psychology. i cry very easily (im js a crybaby istg) - in general im just very very emotional and more often than not i forget common sense and instinct are a thing bcus wtv i feel i just go with it - though i am extremely introverted and freak out when overstimulated in huge crowds and whatnot.
for the event im picking toji bcus that man is the love of my life bye ☹️ the epitome of sunshine and sunshine protector - tiny human and big scary guard dog ! in terms of our compatibility, we're so opposite it's insane! but we balance each other out well. sometimes i have to serve as toji's brain bcus this man is spending money he does not have on all sorts of things for me js cause i looked twice (my sister hced that he'd go below bankrupt buying me sanrio plushies and rings) he works mostly off instinct where i go completely off emotion so we butt heads alot in terms of decision making but he does not know how to tell me no, all i do is sigh once and HES DONE FOR.
i stress this man out like hes my full time babysitter pls
we acc spend alot of time having deep talks about the world and life in general, (i told him ab the backrooms lore and it messed w his head for weeks) which is a side of him he rarely shows to anyone (also he listens to me rant abt daily pop culture developments bcus he lowkey loves the celebrity drama) he's rlly protective, and even moreso bcus of how my anxiety gets. in a crowd this man is standing in front of me and blocking my view of everyone (he also subconsciously pulls me into his side when we're walking in public bcus my autistic ass will see one thing and wander off never to be found again) im always talking like talk talk talking and he pretends he isn't listening but he's literally able to repeat today something i mentioned two weeks ago - he's attentive, shows his love through actions rather than words. if i even make a face that gives away that im uncomfortable being somewhere, or my social battery is dead, hes taking me home no questions asked not a care as to who says what.
im an affection junkie - physical touch is my thing ! and hes so big! so im always pouncing on him for bear hugs and he acts so unimpressed and cocky abt it like "oh you missed me? im not goin anywhere relax" but he acc melts bcus when was the last time someone gave him affection?? he prob thinks im a figment of his imagination lolol
days off / dates would mainly be : window shopping, grocery runs, sitting in the park at sunset, indoor ramen dates n movie marathons and cuddles !!
AHHH sorry if i ranted way too much omg i can't wait to see what you do safi, i'll love anything u write ily so baddd <33
note: hihi dria, thanks for bringing your fave pillow and your totoro plush to the slumber party.
dria x toji — ꒰ tojria
“in this space right here that we have made for each other, you can say anything and i will not abandon you. unwrap the worst things you have done. watch me hold them up to the light and not even flinch.”
height differences, cinnamoroll x badtz maru, protective touches, 3 am conversations about life, romantic picnics at sunset, shopping together, opposites attract, shy x protective, princess treatment, introvert x introvert, buckling your seatbelt for you, tired bf x hyper gf, teasing remarks, day x night, accidental eye contact, blushing, midnight walks, late night phone calls, giddiness, sunshine x sunshine protector, stealing his clothes, late night drives, deleted texts, holding hands under the table, "mean to everyone but her" bf, head pats, she fell first, he fell harder.
being with toji is not always as seamless or easy as you make it look. He's gruff and protective and difficult and incredibly stubborn. like that time you two fought because he was ignoring what you were saying and he flat-out refused to acknowledge your demand when you called him out on it. to be fair, he'd come home after an eight-hour shift and you'd started talking his head off, but it wouldn't kill him to listen. he wasn't paying attention when you were talking about that new hello kitty cafe with the fun milkshakes and the mini donuts that you wanted to try. hell, he ended up falling asleep on your shoulder after brushing off your argument and as much as you wanted to remain angry at him, you'd softened immediately upon seeing his tired face, all eyebags and troubled frown. and he did make it up to you later by taking you to said cafe and proving that he had been listening, though when you brought it up to him, he pretended not to know what you were talking about. but deep down he cares for you and he's trying — you know he's trying and you don't want to make him feel bad for things he can't control. a lot of the concerns you should bring up to him, you don't — you want this relationship to be easy and safe. you want him to feel comfortable with you the same way that you feel comfortable with him. even if sometimes he comes home with a busted lip and bloody knuckles and sends your heart skidding against your ribcage. but what matters is that he comes to you first and he comes home to you. so you know that no matter what, no matter how he's feeling, if he thinks he can talk to you or not, he'll always come home to you. and even if you doubt his commitment sometimes, he knows that you're home to him and he'll do anything to keep it that way.
NOW PLAYING
the way i loved you, enchanted, daylight, afterglow, how you get the girl, treacherous, sparks fly, so it goes...
join safi's perfect slumber party event — requests are open for everyone!

English Language Day
English Language Day is celebrated on October 13 to commemorate the day Parliament was opened for the first time by a speech in English, in 1362, rather than in French. The day also celebrates the universality of the language, and how it has evolved over the centuries. Scholars believe that there is no true version of the language, as over 7,000 variations of English can be found in the world right now. English has also adopted many words from other languages. Other than speech, English has also become the primary language for movies and TV shows, literature, and music.
History of English Language Day
The English Project launched the world’s first-ever English Language Day on October 13 in 2009. English Language Day is celebrated to commemorate October 13, 1362, when Parliament was opened for the first time by a speech in English, instead of French. In the same Parliament, a Statute of Pleading was approved that allowed members in debate to use the English language. This made English the official language of law and law-making.
English is a vast language. There are more than 250,000 words in an Oxford Dictionary — minus a lot of technical, scientific, and slang words. English is probably the only language with as many synonyms for many of its words, largely because of its enormous absorbing capacity — borrowing words from as many languages as possible, including German, Greek, Portuguese, French, Latin, and even the language of the colonies where it became widespread. Years of colonialism meant that English now also had words from Asian, the Caribbean, and African cultures. The English language has always been eager to adopt and adapt words and phrases from other languages. The willingness to adapt itself is probably what makes English so different from other languages, such as French.
The English language is easily the most broadly used and spoken language on the planet, and it enjoys a good reputation for adapting words, concepts, and cultural influences from around the world. This adds to the language’s enormous vocabulary, one that is full of odd rules, spellings, and grammar. English Language Day remembers and celebrates the incredible popularity of the language and even its eccentricities!
English Language Day timeline

ɪɴᴛʀᴏ ᴘᴏꜱᴛ
Hi! It's your local clown freak here! I've slightly altered this post to keep up with things changing on my account ↓
I don't really have one preferred name or pronouns, because I've not found a name I feel fits me yet- but for the sake of naming conventions you can call me by my username or any of the following: Connor, Rain, River, Raven (I'm mildly indecisive)
This Tumblr account is a way of cataloguing my various mental problems-
Just kidding.
I mostly repost stuff related to my hyperfixations and ancient Tumblr fandoms +heritage posts.
(ᴛʜɪꜱ ɪɴᴄʟᴜᴅᴇꜱ ᴛʜɪɴɢꜱ ʟɪᴋᴇ ʙʙᴄ ᴍᴇʀʟɪɴ, ʙʙᴄ ꜱʜᴇʀʟᴏᴄᴋ, ꜱᴜᴘᴇʀᴡʜᴏʟᴏᴄᴋ, ᴅᴇꜱᴛɪᴇʟ, ᴀɴᴅ ᴏᴛʜᴇʀ ꜱᴛᴜꜰꜰ ʀᴇʟᴀᴛᴇᴅ ᴛᴏ ᴛᴜᴍʙʟʀ ᴀɴᴅ ᴛʜᴇ ᴛʜɪɴɢꜱ ᴛʜᴀᴛ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ʜᴀᴘᴘᴇɴᴇᴅ ᴏɴ ᴛʜɪꜱ ʜᴇʟʟꜱɪᴛᴇ ᴅᴜʀɪɴɢ ᴍʏ ᴛɪᴍᴇ ʜᴇʀᴇ.)
Other fandoms I'm a part of include:
BBC Ghosts 👻
Invader Zim 👽👾
Riverdale +Archie Comics 🍟🥤
It's Always Sunny 👰♂️
BBC Merlin 🧙♂️
Community (NBC) 👥
Monster High ☠️
Dan and Phil 🫶

Marvel- MCU 🌟💫
Anna and the Apocalypse 🧟♂️🌨️❄️
Red Dwarf 🌌👨🚀
Sonic the hedgehog 🦔💙
Pirates of the Caribbean 🏴☠️⚓
Lisa Frankenstein ⚡
Deadpool & Wolverine 💛❤️
I'm also super into music!
I'll basically listen to everything (excluding UK grime music)
But my favourite bands are: Ghost, Nightwish, The Dresden Dolls, My Chemical Romance, Pierce The Veil, and Alice Cooper.
My music taste is basically a genre mishmash, and sometimes it varies from day to day.
Anyway.
When I'm not making banger Tumblr posts about goncharov, shoelaces, November 5th or Merlin, I'm probably at college.
Studying Literature.
And History.
I'm also aware that I'm a part of some fandoms that have bad people involved.
So plz dni if you are the following:
Coquette Blogs
Pro Ana
TERFs
Proship
MAPs
Gatekeepers
People who dislike xenogenders or neopronouns
Rcta
That being said, welcome to my Tumblr page!
Feel free to stay a while :)
