Alright digimon Au Reeve and Cait! Feat. Reeve in his Digital World outfit mostly bc otherwise he’s just in a suit again lol.

Cait Sith was created Reeve. Reeve used his own digital code as a basis for it, and in doing so linked Cait Sith to himself. Reeve essentially functions like both digivice and destined to Cait Sith.

Cait Sith is slightly unstable due to his creation, which mostly manifests as something akin to a chronic pain that flares occasionally - the data comprising him trying to return to the digital world and his wire frame struggling to stay together. Because of this, digivolving is also difficult and dangerous for him, essentially trapping him at Blackgatomon. Luckily he made a Frigimon friend who helps to carry him around.

In battle, Reeve/Cait mostly fight via digi-modifications (think Tamers), a system originally devised by Reeve as ways to try and stabilize Cait Sith.

Reeve doesn’t go to the digital world often, more a man-in-the-chair type. When he does, the line between himself and Cait tends to blur more in an unsettling way, as due to Cait and him sharing digital code and signature the Digital World struggles to differentiate the two.
