Empresas e instituciones chilenas serán parte de la primera feria laboral virtual “Expo Talentosas”, que se llevará a cabo entre el próximo 18 y 22 de marzo. La iniciativa es impulsada por la compañía especializada en gestión de personas Teamwork, con importante presencia en el país y que tiene como objetivo contribuir a romper la brecha de género en el mercado local.

DIALYSIS EARTHQUAKE PREPAREDNESS SURVEY REPORT

The NW Oregon Health Preparedness Organization (HPO), which is the health care coalition for Health Care Preparedness Region 1 (HPR1) Oregon, is working toward developing a regional catastrophic disaster system of medical care. Prior to 2023, dialysis centers were not actively engaging with local government emergency

management or being invited to the table to plan with other health care sectors. In our previous research around continuity of care post-earthquake, we discovered that virtually no disaster planning has been done between non-hospital associated clinics, urgent care clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and the wider healthcare community or the local emergency management sector. The only exception is the work done by the Coalition for Community Health Clinics (CCHC). Through 5 workshops conducted in 2022, we learned that there is a lack of understanding of what clinic-level planning efforts are currently taking place outside of the government sector. Without coordinated planning, false assumptions about the expected actions and capabilities of the clinical healthcare community responding to a catastrophic earthquake are likely to occur.

The HPO, in collaboration with Comagine Health End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Network 16, developed an Earthquake Preparedness Survey in January 2023. The survey was disseminated to thirty-five dialysis centers located in Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Multnomah, Tillamook, and Washington Counties. The respondents were asked to hone their responses based upon the first two weeks following a 9.0 Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake and follow-on tsunamis. The HPO wanted to find out dialysis centers’ level of catastrophic earthquake readiness, and to see how the HPO or its individual members can support dialysis providers in their preparedness efforts.

I love the chaos that would happen because of it. Like let say that the one from amity park is a college student that come to Gotham to study. Their name is Alex.

The reason for being able to not be affected would be because of general amity experience and the little ectoplasme that they have in their body protecting them.(let's say pure ectoplasme if the theory of the pit being corrupted ectoplasme)

Now for why they were hitting the joker it would be one reason. Unexplained rage that they felt if anyone asked.

The truth being that they hate clowns that are criminals or criminals that dressed up like clowns. The reason for all that hate being with the summer that never happened.

What Freakshow did cause many of the amity citizens to get angry at him. He was fighting a child(children). Kiddnaped his family and his freinds' families and threated him with them and was the cause for the government to hunt the child. The child that was protecting them.

When danny erased the memory and what happened there was some leftover that he didn't erase and that being some emotion.

Like there were many people who start hating clowns after that to the point of them having a club.

Now to Alex. He was not afraid in the group of people kidnapped by joker. He was also part of the CCHC(criminals clowns hate club). When the joker found someone he start talking and threatening them. Then suddenly Alex punched the joker in the nose and kneed him at the place that hurt the most. The goons were taken out by the bats outside.

Not to Batman Robind Red Hood and whoever else that might be with them. They enter the room seeing a college student beating up the Joker.

Red Hood would later talk to Alex about his hatred of joker and Alex would invite him to the CCHC.

Then let's say that on the CCHC meeting that happen in Gotham(it happen in different cities since there were members studying in different cities.) They decided that their activity for this meeting would be hunting down the Joker.

The chaos that CCHC would cause would be legendary epically when it go out that Red Hood is part of it and maybe other members of the Batclan.

(The only rule that the club would have would be no killing. When Hood asked why they answer that they don't want the Joker ghost it would make harder to take down and they don't want another clown for their hero to deal with.)

That day Joker learned to fear normal citizens or at least amity park citizens epically since there were teenagers in the group that hunted him down.

How they hunted him was either like hunting a witch with pitch fork and torch or like a sport in each hit is a point to a group and who collect the most points win what they would do to him.

A random amity park citizen VS gotham villains was not a fight the batclan thought he would experience but it's what's happening

Currently the joker is getting beaten with a thermos? The persom also seems to be angrily ranting at the downed man.

Last week they walked through fear gas and threatened Scarecrow and red hood reported seeing them wander around unafraid in crime alley.

A background check showed nothing. Some self defense classes, part in a sport club but nothing that would explain this.
