Presentation of the school in Raszyńska Primary school
ACTION
On 15.10.2024 at 14:20 Me and my friend visited class c.d.n., in Raszyńska primary school downstairs, whose tutor is Ms. Marta Rosłon, former tutor of my friend. We had a presentation on our school and the IB system. Although the 8th graders will also have an official presentation on our school; our was different in a sense that it was less official and there was more space for questions from the room.
PLANNING The idea came to my mind when met with the Primary school teachers on the corridor and they said it would be nice if its former students (currently in DP1, who experienced the whole MYP program) talked about it from experience. We reached out to Ms. Marta Rosłon and decided it would be best to do it on Tuesday On their tutors hour.
PREPARATION
I prepared some key points I have to mention and put it in a note (it is in polish because te presentation was also in polish as Raszyńska is a Polish school)

REFLECTION
Overall, I received good feedback for the presentation - it helped to show the difference between the IB and Polish primary and Higher schooling system, which differs in, the amount of work and self-discipline required, as well as the overall approaches to teaching and learning. Moreover, It helped students to check whether the IB, and IB Raszyńska precisely is for them. I think that the presentation at the beginning could have been more concise as I lost some attention at the end.

We get it — if you’re going to the trouble of swallowing your daily supplements, you want to know the best time of day to take it. There’s no point in spending money on extra vitamins and minerals if they're not going to get absorbed that well, or you’re just going to pee it out.
Which is why people are curious about the best time to take probiotics and vitamins — in particular vitamin D, a nutrient that most people in the United States do not consume enough of, according to the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Weirdly, that doesn’t mean many Americans are truly deficient in it — when participants in the ongoing National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) had their blood levels tested, just 5% were at risk of deficiency. That may be because many of them got added vitamin D from sun exposure — aside from consuming it through supplements or food, your body makes its own vitamin D when it’s exposed to the sun.
But you can’t get all you need through sun exposure alone (especially because we all need to be protecting ourselves from the sun's damaging rays) and you may not be getting what you need through the food you eat. That’s why it’s “very reasonable,” to take a supplement to be sure, says JoAnn Manson, M.D., MPH, DrPH, a Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and chief of the Division of Preventive Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
Dr. Manson is one of the directors of the ginormous and ongoing VITAL study, which is looking at whether taking vitamin D3 or omega-3 fatty acid supplements reduce the risk of various major conditions. The study found that most people do not need to take a vitamin D supplement to avoid being deficient, but that it’s safe to take 1000-2000 IU a day as a type of insurance. “Most multivitamins have vitamin D, so that is one way to do it,” she says.
Vitamin D Benefits
Vitamin D helps you absorb calcium, which of course helps to build and maintain strong bones. In fact, the two — calcium and vitamin D — together can help protect you from osteoporosis, a disease that weakens your skeleton and makes bones more likely to break if you should fall, adds Carol Haggans, MS, RD, a spokesperson for the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements. Your muscles also need it to do their thing, as do your nerves, which carry messages between your brain and your body. Oh, and without vitamin D, your immune system would be less adept at fighting off bacteria and viruses.
How Much Vitamin D do I Need to Consume Each Day?
Most of us — healthy adults between 19 and 70 — should try to consume 600-800 IUs, says Haggans (the recommended amounts are different for healthy people who are older or younger.)
But some folks need more than the suggested amount for their age group. Breastfeeding moms should take note: “It’s recommended to give breastfed infants a supplement, because breastmilk doesn’t provide infants with enough vitamin D,” says Haggans.

Others who may need more vitamin D that the recommended amounts:
People with conditions that limit fat bsorption, such as Crohn’s Disease, Celiac Disease or Ulcerative Colitis;
Older adults, whose bodies become less good at making vitamin D from sun exposure as they age;

People on a vegan diet. “If you don’t have any milk or fish, you’re cutting out two big sources of vitamin D,” says Haggans. “Look for fortified orange juice and breakfast cereals and check nutrition labels.”
It's also important to make sure you don't overdo it. “More is not better, and megadosing should be avoided,” says Dr. Manson. The upper limit per day for everyone over 9 years old is 4000 IUs, unless you’ve been screened by your doctor and have issues specific to you that they feel require a higher dose. Extremely high levels can cause symptoms like vomiting, muscle weakness, confusion and pain, among others, according to the NIH; extremely high levels can lead to kidney failure, irregular heartbeat and even death.
When to Take Vitamin D
It just plain doesn’t matter, as long as you take it with food, says Dr. Manson. Her advice: Take it when you’ll remember to take it — morning, noon or night — and take it with a meal, she says. “It is important that it be taken with food, because vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin,” meaning it does not dissolve in water and is absorbed with fat, so it is better if there’s a little healthy fat to mix it up with, says Dr. Manson. “Often it will come in a soft gel with a little oil in it to help it absorb, but it’s still best to take it with food.”

Both vitamin D2 and D3 are good, but “D3 has better bioavailablilty,” says Dr. Manson, meaning that it’s more easily used by your body.

Tutaj przytoczymy przykład brata i siostry. Brat Paweł to jedynie wysłannik/pośrednik, który próbował uzyskać tak pożądane przez nią dane od siostry Natalii.
Dr Sylwia usłyszała od niej jedynie to, iż jest to materiał na książkę i lepiej pogadać o tym bezpośrednio ze mną. Ona nie będzie takich rzeczy opowiadać. Dlaczego w/g dr Sylwii lepiej mnie pominąć? Bo to Natalia jest jej siostrą i ona się pyta o to jej - tak po prostu. Nie próbowała nawet zaprzeczyć użyciu pretensjonalnego tonu. Dowiedziała się natomiast, iż jeśli jest coś w co ciężko uwierzyć, to istnieją dokumenty i dowody, które jej siostra widziała osobiście (na komputerze). Wtedy już na pewno w jej głowie "zapaliła się  lampka" (o ile nie wcześniej).
Czy rozbijam szajkę jakąś, nie wiadomo? Chcę obalić nasz system prawny /  ścigania przestępców?
"Też można tak to ująć" - usłyszała od siostry w odpowiedzi na te pytania.
Powodów było kilka:
- zbieżne cele, niemal te samo co organizacji w której zarządzie zasiadała (Fontes)
- zdobycie cennego materiału do pracy doktorskiej
Oczywiście jestem w posiadaniu dowodów, a o sprawie została poinformowana na chwilę obecną Policja a niebawem inne instytucje (w tym zarządy uczelni).

Lecz dużo tego w świecie, gdy pieniądz rządzi w płytkim rozumie.
Ciężko jest zrozumieć, gdy ktoś nie darzy nas uczuciem.
Przynajmniej tak szczerym jak Ty, tylko w popłochu myśli by ograbić uciec.
Trudno jest to pojąć, lecz kiedyś w końcu zrozumiesz.
Że kochać kogoś szczerze, w życiu trzeba się naumieć. "

Już sześć dni w przeszliśmy w Nowym Roku…
Co to jest sześć dni?
Niby nic… A jednak…
Bynajmniej w moim przypadku, te sześć dni pomimo kilu informacji które mogą mieć negatywny wpływ na moją osobę, to zbyt głęboko się tym nie przejmuję.
Nie będę też opisywał OCB, ponieważ, po co? Na co, komu to wiedzieć?
Każdy z nas ma prywatne problemy.
Lecz, tutaj nie chodzi o to, nie chodzi o szukanie detali niosące nam zło, a o to by realizować swoje marzenia, pasje, postanowienia!
Byśmy umieli dążyć do piękna, a nie jak te miękkie pipki użalali nad sobą, życiem(które sami sobie zjebaliśmy). Tak, wielu zgoni, na byłego partnera/ke, czy inne sytuacje i rzeczy, aczkolwiek nie zapominajmy że gdybyśmy sami nie chcieli, nie spotkało by nas tyle " nie fartu ", bo my decydujemy o tym jak postąpimy i jaką drogę w życiu obierzemy. Nie mówimy tu o rzeczach natury wyższej, które wbrew nam wpływają na życie, lecz to spotyka nieliczne osoby. Chociaż na pewno, znajdą się osoby nie zgadzające się z tym wszystkim. (Trudno… niech wstawi post, idę się zabić, chujowe życie, zjebane wszystko ja taki cudny a tak źle mi…) Atencjuszu, szukający uwagi, który chce tylko by ktokolwiek się litował, współczuł, czy tylko robić z siebie sierote. Bo pomocą gardzi, bo nie jej szuka, bo i tak będzie źle… Nie wiesz jak się zabić? Napisz PV, na pewno szybko pozbędziemy się Twojego problemu.
Chociaż powiem szczerze, że przeraża mnie fakt że osoby są tak oporne na szczerą pomoc, i chęć wytłumaczenia im jak wyjść z czarnej masy zła. Może im z tym po prostu dobrze?
Samobójca się zabija a nie głosi wszem i w obec że chce się zabić itd. Jebane pogrywanie, często granie na drugiej osoby emocjach i uczuciach, wysysanie z niej energii wyciąganie niewinnej osoby w swój syf, niszcząc ją tym…

"Nieczyń bliźniemu swemu, co Tobie nie miłe", proste a takie trudne zarazem, dla poniektórych…
Cholera, ja tu nie o tym Kochani! Chciałem się podzielić sukcesami z działań moich postanowień. Przede wszystkim, jest dużo, bardzo dużo progresu, stopniowo wszystko idzie w dobrym kierunku ogólnie, są lekkie zwarcia lecz nie ma co się poddawać, zawsze jakieś przeszkody spotkamy, najważniejsze by się na nich nie zatrzymać.
Miała być przerwa do lutego, aczkolwiek nie mogłem przejść obojętnie i nie napisać. Kilka dni dzieli mnie do dostać radykalnej , aczkolwiek wiele wnoszącej decyzji, lecz o tym na pewno będę informował po pełnym tego sukcesie.
W luty otworzę nowy blog, nie zdradzę o czym będzie, na pewno się nikomu nie spodoba, bo nie będzie tam o tym jak zostać kościotrupem i zdychaniu, czy multum negatywnych energii…
Ciii… Nie zdradzam już nic więcej!
Moim drodzy, widzimy się niebawem, a jeżeli chcesz wynieść się swoimi spostrzeżeniami, zapraszam PV, na pewno nie pożałujesz, a rady na śmierć ni chuja, Ci nie sprzedam, haha. Nie jestem tu po to by się nabawić wyroku za podżeganie do śmierci, aczkolwiek nie zostanie mi zabronione wyrażanie własnego zdania.
