Difficult to explain my food needs to ppl

“Well yes there’s a lot of things I can eat, but these foods are all completely off limits, these I could probably force myself to eat if I tried, and these are foods I absolutely 100% love- oh, what do I actually eat? The same 2 meals and 3 snacks with occasional variation.”

broke down 10 pounds of chicken thighs now im freezing individual pieces of raw chicken on a baking sheet im literally sooooo fucking smart

It's gonna be 39C (102.2f) and we don't have an aircon fuckkk I hate Australian summers. Especially since, at least here, it's humid af as well.

When it comes to trying to eat more fresh whole food (in which I’m including unprepared frozen ingredients) — I’ve been finding myself gravitating to vegetarian meals simply because veggies, cheese, and beans keep longer and are easier to clean up after than meat, and frozen vegetables are quicker to use than waiting to thaw meat. 😂

#not truly a vegetarian but I realized this was my third grocery trip without meat and went ‘hm’ 😂#I keep frozen salmon on hand because it thaws quick; and frozen bison because it’s versatile (IF I actually remember to plan ahead)#and every once in a while I’ll but chicken thighs because they’re tasty and cook quickly. but that’s about it!#*buy #life flails #my stuff #my cooking

me proud of myself for cooking that doesn’t look like something a four year old would eat, ignoring the fact that i used frozen pre seasoned chicken, frozen vegetables, and microwaved rice.

#better than chicken nuggets and chips ig #consuming vegetables for the first time in like over a month let’s goooo #frozen vegetables are great when it comes to sensory issues tho bc usually i. cannot stand vegetable but when i’m having a rare Good day #there’s a few i can cope with but buying them fresh? absolutely fucking not who knows when i’ll use them they’ll go off #at least with frozen vegetables i can keep them as long as i need to eat when i am able to #same with frozen chicken actually. i tried to get fresh chicken and was gonna season is myself (i do have all the stuff to do that) but the #chicken. went off before i got chance. bc i had no energy to do the seasoning part.#but with this i don’t have to :) bc it’s already done for me :) and i can use it whenever i am ready #the rice has also been sitting in my cupboard for like two months but that’s bc i was waiting until my brain will allow me to try new thing #i’ve had rice before so i know i like it but i don’t have it very often so like. gotta convince my brain first.#it’s nice tho i will be buying more microwave rice i think.
