I am being harassed by a member of the TSAMS community.

Hello chat! Unfortunately there is no rest for the wicked.

A previous member of my server was banned for discussing NSFW topics in a channel with minors. They already had one previous offense of linking a NSFW fanfiction in a channel with minors. Anyone in my server knows that just that offense is bannable. We gave them a second chance (a mistake) because they had just joined the server, but they spent their time there breaking minor rules, arguing with moderators, and eventually asking about NSFW content in front of kids.

Proof of behavior:

They used to go by the name bloodmoonfollower, then changed it to nexusservant, and now to officialnexuskisser. They have been banned in two other servers other than mine for spreading slander about me and breaking discord's TOS. One of these servers was the official TSBS server before I became a mod.

Now that I am a mod in TSBS they are trying to damage my reputation by reaching out to my friends, server members, and followers and telling them that I have been lying about this action that they did in a public server that has several eye witnesses.

They spammed my mods until I DMed them, explained why they were banned from my server.

Later, my mod joined a different server they were in that I somewhat co-own because I built the server. They lied to my mod, and tried to get back in their good graces after being cut off. After my mod remembered who they were, they reached out to me to handle the situation, since I have executive power in that server. I did so.

They then sent a friend of theirs to confront me about the situation.

After I confronted them they invited their girlfriend to the server to defend them.

They lied to my friends and fellow moderators about the situation.

It was quiet for a couple of weeks and then today they reached out to a friend and client of mine, whose server they moderated in until today (they were banned and removed after I filled my client in) to try to convince them that I was maliciously slandering them. I have not publicly discussed the situation until this post.

as a black dungeon meshi fan, it's really interesting to me how quickly some reactors immediately take marcille's side in the argument against the orc chief. like i understand why, considering the way we meet them, but it feels so highly intentional. like cheering on marcille for standing up against the orc chief "because the orcs probably started it in the first place!" but ignoring how quickly chilchuck and laios balk once it's brought up? that wasn't fear of their captors, that was very blatantly guilt.

even when marcille, an elf (a proud people, according to world building and general dnd consensus), talks back, she says "I remember your people doing your fair share of killing too". not "first", "too". if the orcs started it, im POSITIVE she would have said as much then. And I can't really blame the reactors because most of them are anime-onlys, so they don't know the reputation elves have in canon, but its just wild to me, considering all thats going on rn and frankly historically, to see a very blatant racial allegory and immediately side with the fair skinned blonde woman without even pausing to consider why the orcs are in this position. even AFTER they've explained that theyre desperate and being pushed to the edge.

The ideal printing sizes for these are A7, or: 74 x 105 (mm), 7.4 x 10.5 (cm), 2.9 x 4.1 (inch). I'd also recommend cardstock paper, as it's stronger than normal paper, but if you can't find that, see the next paragraph.

For the lanyards, you can find pretty cheap cardholders online that come with a string. If you want to do it yourself, or want something that you can stick in your wallet instead, you'll want to laminate it. The best place to look is a library, where you can use it for a small fee.

The cards are based on actual cards autistic people can get (more specifically based on the ones in my own country). As a reminder, these are not official and cannot be used in a legal setting. They're just cute things you can have for yourself and wear around if you feel the need.

I referenced this in a longer post, but worth reiterating on its own: you do not need to hedge any statement that is a personal opinion, and you in fact strengthen your voice by not doing so. This is a core aspect of persuasive communication; I was taught this both in English class throughout high school, as well as in a public speaking course in college. In the latter, the lecturer advised everyone, but especially young women, to imagine ending every sentence that was not actually a question with an unspoken ", dammit!" to remind us not to uptalk.

You do not need to say "I think" or "this is just my opinion". You, in fact, should not say this if you want to construct a strong persuasive argument, as it's useless chaff meant to pacify people who want you to apologize for existing while holding a different opinion. If I see a post in which someone handwrings over how sorry they are that this might be different from what you believe I often stop reading. Why should I be swayed by someone who seems to be trying to convince themselves as well?

There are of course cases where hedging is useful: theories and speculation are among them. But in the case of an interpretation, presenting your opinion without fuss and faff and pleading for people to allow you to just speak for a moment (in an asynchronous medium where you can edit to your heart's content and cannot be interrupted nor stopped, specifically) is the only way to do so persuasively. Anyone who says differently is demanding an apology you do not and never will owe them for failing to say only words they like. They are not worth your time and they should not be your intended audience, and if they truly were upset by seeing your confident opinion rather than hoping you'd cave without them having to persuade you instead, they'd simply block and not respond. If they want you to agree with them, they can make an effort. Don't cede rhetorical ground that they've failed to earn.

text has been meticulously retyped and can now be read at whatever size you have your browser settings on, which means the line width also changes based on the width of your browser window or device screen

images are dynamic to fit on your screen whether you are on a pc or a mobile device so you don't have to scroll until your hand breaks and still only see mr. spock's eyelashes (you have to turn work skins on for this feature)

backgrounds/paper texture/echoes of ghost text removed (by hand!) from images for easier viewing, and in some cases the images have been rotated to correct tilted/sideways scanning
