did a little painting last night. still getting the hang of posca pens but i really like em so far, they’re so much easier for my shaky hands to manage than brushes :’)

the whole thing is 100% posca on wood with some finer details added with a .8 micron pen! took maybe an hour, didn’t really keep track tbh… i’m mildly disappointed in myself for being so excited to do the bark texture on the trees that i totally forgot to do the background first and being stuck with the blank white space, but it’s a learning experience i suppose. and i do think the contrast looks pretty nice in the finished piece! not bad at all considering it’s the first time i’ve worked with paints of any kind about since i dropped outta art school lmfao
