rhaenyra (aside of episode 7 and what the leaks showed us, episode 8) did absolute nothing this season. she didn't have an original thought of her own. everything she did or decided was fed to her through rhaenys, jace and mysaria. if she said "what would you have me do?" one more time, it would have to go with laughing track. she is more incompetent than viserys and that's a feat.

but no one of it is visible when you have a faction you can root against. but they made greens into a joke, so how is this woman keep losing? "greens" (i gotta put that into quotation because lmao) have really 2 dragons. they have vhagar and tessarion (which is literally a baby), she has 7, apparently king's landing loves her, AND the queen dowager practically capitulated and gave her keys from the city.

this was should've been over yesterday. the rhaenicent scene didn't just make alicent look stupid (i mean, it was worse sure because it decimated her entire purpose in the show) but it made look rhaenyra like idiot too. for someone who cares about the smallfolk (when she is currently not burning them down), why didn't just take alicent for her word? why didn't she take her hostage?

the hero you root for is only as strong as their enemy. if their enemy has no power and is crawling on the ground...and the hero is beating them with the stick, is that entertainment?

no. and the general audience with find out soon enough. the smarter ones will figure it out with episode 8, she slower ones during season 3. but this inbalance can't last.
