We as society really underestimate the concept of Jason hallucinating Sheila of all people. Yes, of course, hallucinating himself, or Joker, or even Willis and Bruce is interesting, but what about Sheila? This woman single-handedly shattered Jason's last drops of belief in parents... Do we really think it doesn't hunt him, the last images of hers, in that warehouse?

From all moments they shared there, I also think it is not the image of Sheila trying to escape along with him in the last minutes, clinging into him helplessly - I think, it is a blurred image of a smocking woman that turned away from him, when he was beaten. A sight he caught on the corner of his eyes, through pain and shock.

So, maybe Jason catches her reflection in the window, when he tries to smoke in his apartment - he doesn't like to do it, the feeling of smoke suffocates him, but that act helps him to pretend once that he has some control over his life and trauma - and she turns away from him again, disappointed, shaking her golden curls. Or maybe once Red Hood gets taken as a hostage by the sheer chance, ambushed or anything vaguely similar to what he had already experienced, he phantomly hears the click of the lighter, and his mother's long, drawled sigh followed by the impatient tapping of her heels against the concrete floor.

Just maybe.

But it is not like anyone else would ever know, right?

unpopular opinion apparently but I don’t think it would be very hard for anybody disconnected and sheltered enough to be light yagami. look at the comments under any video detailing a violent crime - child molestation, sexual abuse, brutal murder, etc. it’s literally vigilante logic. light was just seventeen and grew up around constant news broadcasts dictating that kind of thing (and probably online if his quick knowledge of the kira cult means anything - he’s probably been on forums like that before). like yeah sure, light’s dad was a cop and he was heading down that route anyway, but he was also a kid. a kid who had the chance to change.

people who say dick's death doesn't count because his heart wasn't stopped for long enough is WILD because he died. he didn't loose consciousness. his heart was stopped by luthor, and he DIED.

and

time doesn't make difference to a dead person. if they wake up their last memory's gonna be of dying, not of how long they were dead. because being dead means being dead, and the characters that get revived will not feel anything different if they got revived in one minute or ten years. they physically can NOT PROCESS how long its been.

Asking someone to eat your body so they and the people they are responsible for don't starve to death in the barren wilderness is probably one of the most romantic things I can think of superseded only by Crozier refusing to do it and also insisting Fitzjames be buried well enough that the others can't dig him up if they find him.

There's something about the Inn being like, twenty yards from Izzy's grave. He's still right there, they didn't commit him to the sea as was usual for pirates/sailors who died on the ship, to be wrapped in their own bedding and sunk by the crew as a matter of practicality. The final resting place you give someone you just happen to be on a ship with.

They buried him like family.

They marked the grave with the symbol of the crew's love for him. They buried him where they could see him, they buried him in the earth of their HOME.

like we were so fucking robbed of seeing perez in the wake of saw vs events I want to see her getting out of the hospital and flipping tables and pointing a gun in ericksons face after being told that strahm is the lead suspect. I want to see her having a breakdown after strahms fingerprints come back dead. I want to see her hand twitching over her gun everytime she sees hoffman. I want to see her fucking losing it and desperate to avenge her friend and partner and to clear his name. I want to see the thought process that lead to her inviting known serial killer mark hoffman to the basement lab just so she could torture him psychologically before she had a legitimate excuse to shoot him. I want to see more of her and I want to see how strahms death impacted her the way the reverse impacted him.

I think it’s equally heartbreaking and hilarious that obi-wan never quite says he misses Anakin, in fact often rues the fact that Skywalkers and their special brand of chaos seem to plague his life, but also every other line is reminiscent and nostalgic and sad about how anakin always forgot to pack his socks or the look on his face the first time he saw rain or how he’d use the chosen one thing to wheedle extra desserts

So. I’m. Haunted by the lighting and posing on the CX-2 poster, haunted by the fact that no one will straight up say that Tech is dead or that he wasn’t CX-2, wondering if the CX-Tech plot wasn’t dropped after all, and hoping against hope that they’re putting this man through the wringer so they can pull him out and give him the happiest possible ending. CX-2 had BETTER be in the next series and he had better be Tech, because I need this to make sense. I mean, I’ll buy that the spear symbolically killed the CX-2 persona. I’ll buy, “Oh, he had to be Crosshair’s shadow in the last third of this series but we had to foreshadow him being Tech in the next one.” “The damage you sustained on Skako Minor all of your behavioral modifications,” coming back around. I’ll buy someone surviving that in the GFFA because they can in the real world (warning for a picture of a real life injury in the link). I’ll even buy that the electricity didn’t kill him because the boulders and the waterfall definitely should have (and it’s Star Wars). I really do not care about plausible survivability. I just want the story to make sense and for Tech to get back to his family.

Anyway all I’m saying is why release a poster that’s going to fuel speculation about a guy whose face we never see after the series is done and out? If you actually dropped that plot, why not change the poster? Or just not release it? Why do this? What is the purpose of this?? Because if the purpose was to drive me, specifically, insane, then congratulations, Lucasfilm! Mission accomplished.
