MONEYBALL 2011
I know these guys. I know the way they think, and they will erase us. And everything we've done here, none of it'll matter. Any other team wins the World Series, good for them. They're drinking champagne, they get a ring. But if we win, on our budget, with this team... we'll have changed the game. And that's what I want. I want it to mean something.

Some highlights from my week at STLV
- Meeting Garrett Wang first, giving him a special Voyager limerick I wrote for him, and him loving it
- Getting my picture with John Billingsley and his wife Bonnie and getting some great advice about starting out in the acting industry from them
- Telling Tawny Newsome she looked beautiful and her complimenting my TOS inspired blue eyeshadow (and then her recognizing me the day after when I got her autograph)
- Jess Bush also complimenting me on my eyeshadow
- Walking past Anthony Montgomery and telling him “Hi! I think you’re really cool!” and him replying “Thank you, I appreciate that! I think you’re cool too!”
- Getting a duo picture with Jonathan Frakes and Brent Spiner, and Frakes telling me that I looked pretty
- Talking to Marina Sirtis, telling her I was there for my birthday, and her wishing me happy birthday and gifting me a free signed photo of Deanna
- Talking about Out to Sea with Brent and listening to him regale the fun he had making that movie
- Talking with Cirroc Lofton about his experience working with Avery Brooks and mutually agreeing that Star Trek needs more wholesome parent/child relationships
- Listening to John de Lancie talk about his experience sailing from California to French Polynesia (I could listen to him talk for hours, his voice is so soothing)
- Going to a memorial panel for Nichelle Nichols that featured her sister as a surprise guest (holy moly, she looked and sounded exactly like Nichelle 🥹)
- Going to another memorial for Aron Eisenberg and getting to make a toast to him with Cirroc and other fans (they used root beer for the drinks and had gummy worms “tube grubs” as table snacks)
- The moderator for the TNG panel not showing up, allowing Frakes to take over and him, Brent and Gates going absolutely batshit feral on stage
- Walter Koenig speaking out against the genocide in Palestine (and just getting to hear him talk in general)
- Seeing Armin Shimerman again and getting to tell him how much I enjoyed Betrayal of Angels (and his face lighting up when I told him how great an author he is)
- Sara Mitich and Ronnie Rowe both wishing me happy birthday and just being all around so kind and patient
- Telling Nana Visitor that she had the voice of an angel when she sings, and seeing how big and beautiful a smile she got
- Telling Kate Mulgrew she looked beautiful and her replying “Thank you! So do you.”
- JG Hertzler telling an absolutely hilarious story about how Avery Brooks and Rene Auberjonois got into a fight about one of Rene’s line deliveries while filming Far Beyond the Stars
- Richard McGee, Jay Chattaway and Jeff Russo conducting an absolutely phenomenal orchestral concert of Trek songs
- Seeing a really fun dinner show with some of the actors singing Broadway songs (my personal favorites being Nana, Robert Picardo, Bonnie Gordon, Jon Jon Briones and Celia Rose Gooding)
- Seeing Jeffrey Combs again and getting to ask him during his panel what would happen if all of his Trek characters were in the same room together (his answer: they would probably start either a baseball team or a rock band)
- Getting a picture taken with myself and both Carol Kane and Christopher Lloyd together
- Getting Mary Chieffo’s autograph and her writing happy birthday in Klingonese on it
- The entirety of the Rat Pack performance
- Getting to meet and interact with Trekkies of different ages, race, gender and sexuality and all of them incredibly nice

“I want you to think of this as another deep cover assignment.” The new Director of NCIS, Leon Vance sat behind his new desk, his hands tented in front of his chin and a toothpick dangling between his lips.
Most NCIS agents and several government officials were at the funeral of the late NCIS Director, Jenny Shepard. This would be the only time Director Vance could meet with the agent without risk of a certain someone disturbing them. The agent in front of his desk stood with their hands collapsed behind their back, face blank as they stared ahead.
“Agent Gibbs isn’t going to be happy about this, Director.”
“His happiness isn’t a factor in this.”
“Of course not, Sir, but no one can deny his talents. He’s known as many things, a bastard for one.” Director Vance let out a snort, leaning back in his chair. “But a great agent as another. He’s going to know something’s up.”
“Agent Gibbs isn’t your concern,” Director Vance said, moving to stand from his seat. He moved from behind the desk, handing the agent a manila folder. “They are.” He went across the room as they flipped the folder open. “Keep your cover intact and your objective unknown, and I don’t foresee there being a problem.” The agent continued flipping through the folder, eyes carefully reading each word of the pages. “If, for any reason, you should think Agent Gibbs suspects a thing, or either of them, you come directly to me. Understood?” The agent turned their head, snapping the folder shut.
“Yes, Sir.”
***
“Agent Gibbs, meet your new team.” Director Vance handed Agent Gibbs three confidential files. He turned to Agents DiNozzo and McGee and Officer David and dismissed them from his office. They reluctantly left to clear out their desks, thinking hard of their new roles. Agent Gibbs sat down at the Director’s table, opening the first folder.
Agent Brent Langer had transferred back to NCIS, leaving the FBI in the dust. Gibbs furrowed his brow; the two didn’t always see eye-to-eye, or maybe they did and were just too stubborn to back down. Either way, Gibbs knew Langer, and Langer liked to play by his own rules-- the whole reason Gibbs wasn’t too upset when he transferred over to the FBI in the first place.
Gibbs flipped the second file open and nearly laughed. Agent Michelle Lee did have some field training, but according to DiNozzo, she was better suited in the legal department. She was smart with great connections, but she did everything by the book. She was too honest for her own good, and that wouldn’t always, if ever, mesh well with Gibbs.
Flipping open the last file, Gibbs was met with someone he didn’t recognize: Agent Aurora Baker. He held the file away from his face to read her file. Well-liked by her colleagues, the one’s who were able to have contact with her, no disciplinary issues, but deep cover agents get a lot more leeway than regular agents. Out of the three files, hers was the smallest. He didn’t like vague information.
He pushed the files away slightly. He didn’t want a new team. He wanted his team, but the look on Director Vance’s face said there wasn’t going to be a discussion about his new team. At least not today.
It was bright and early the next day when Gibb’s new team arrived at his bullpen. Agent Langer and Agent Lee he immediately recognized. Both stood awkwardly as they waited for Gibbs to speak. He glanced around and spotted brunette hair bent over Ziva’s desk. His hope was crushed when he saw Agent Baker’s face instead of Ziva’s.
She was setting a picture frame when she glanced up, her thin, almond-shaped eyes meeting his briefly. She gave him a quick nod before going back to setting up the desk to her liking.
Gibbs didn’t know what to say to his new team. Suck-up Michelle Lee, fast-and-loose Brent Langer, and the mysterious Aurora Baker. He narrowed his eyes slightly. He hated mysteries.
Or more accurately, he hated change. This wasn’t just an exchange of agents, this was losing a family in favor of agents that seemed to mix together as well as water and oil. The desks had barely been barren for twenty-four hours before Agent Baker had begun making herself comfortable.
Gibbs moved around to his own desk, watching as Agent Baker set more photographs on the desk. She smiled at one picture, a younger version of her with her arm wrapped around a young blonde girl. More pictures from mostly her childhood, several of them with her mother. None of a father. He tilted his head slightly, watching as she ignored his gaze. He turned to Agents Langer and Lee who were still standing awkwardly.
“Get comfortable.” He gestured to the desk. They immediately scrambled to the other two desks, Agent Langer to Tony’s desk and Agent Lee to Tim’s.
Gibbs glanced up to where Director Vance was watching. His face was stone as his hand rested on the terrace, a toothpick in his mouth. Gibbs said nothing but took a seat, watching the agents. Langer was rifling through the few things Tony left behind, putting his own nonsense on the desk and in the drawers. Lee had very little to put on the desk, keeping a bare and minimalistic style, much like McGee.
A sentimental action caught the corner of his eye. Aurora was running her thumb across one of her picture frames, but there was no smile on her face, no hint of fondness or nostalgia. She opened the top left drawer, setting the picture inside before shutting and locking the drawer.
His phone buzzed and he answered it without checking the caller. Abby’s loud screeching pierced his ear, causing him to jerk the phone away. She continued to ramble incoherently into the phone as he glanced around the bullpen. Lee and Langer were focused on their desks, ignoring Gibbs and his phone call.
He turned to Aurora who was staring directly at him, one of her brows raised. Her eyes flickered from his face to his phone, to the back elevator before landing back on his face. The corner of her mouth lifted slightly as she turned to the computer on her desk.
She pulled up a blank document and began typing, watching from the corner of her eye as Gibbs disappeared to the back elevator. Happy was not a word she would have used to describe Gibbs. Perpetually vexed, abnormally quiet, calculating, sure, but not happy.
She opened her bottom right drawer, lifting up the bottom to reveal a secret compartment. She pulled out a manila folder, rereading through the two agent profiles hidden within. She took a deep breath, placing it back into the safety of its hidden spot.
She glanced up to where Director Vance was still standing, toothpick still in his mouth as he stared at her, or more specifically, at where the folder was hidden. She released her deep breath, turning her attention to Agent Langer and Lee. Both self-absorbed enough to not notice her piercing gaze.
One of them was a traitor to their agency, their country, and themselves. She needed to figure out which one it was quickly. News of a traitor could cause a bigger scandal and disaster than Robert Hanssen. And it rested on her to stop it.

Open for bootleg trading~
Hello all! I am posting my bootleg list here for now as a temporary list until I get my website up and running- I am open to trading! I’m mainly looking for any Cats production- preferably English or Dutch but any musical would be nice to have and expand my collection.
Addams Family - Broadway - March 12, 2010
FORMAT: .VOB w/o smalls
CAST:Nathan Lane (Gomez Addams), Bebe Neuwirth (Morticia Addams), Terrence Mann (Mal Beineke), Carolee Carmello (Alice Beineke), Kevin Chamberlin (Uncle Fester), Jackie Hoffman (Grandma), Zachary James (Lurch), Wesley Taylor (Lucas Beineke), Krysta Rodriguez (Wednesday Addams), Adam Riegler (Pugsley Addams)
NOTES: Video quality isn't the best, and audio is sometimes on the softer side. Still a very entertaining show.
Anastasia - Broadway - September 6, 2017
FORMAT: (VOBs w/ smalls)
CAST: Christy Altomare (Anastasia), Derek Klena (Dmitry), John Bolton (Vlad), Ramin Karimloo (Gleb), Caroline O'Connor (Lily), Mary Beth Peil (Maria Feodorovna), Zach Adkins, Sissy Bell, Lauren Blackman, Kyle Brown, Janet Dickinson, Constantine Germanacos, Wes Hart, Ken Krugman, Shina Ann Morris, James A. Pierce III, Molly Rushing, Nicole Scimerca, Johnny Stellard, Allison Walsh (Ensemble)
Aladdin - Broadway, 2014-Nov-05 (SunsetBlvd79‘s master)
Format: VOB + smalls (7.58 GB)
CAST: Adam Jacobs (Aladdin), Courtney Reed (Jasmine), Merwin Foard (s/b Jafar), Michael James Scott (s/b Genie)
NOTES: Beautiful HD capture of latest Disney Broadway offering. Great to see the changes from the Toronto tryout. Michael and Merwin do terrific jobs as Genie and Jafar.
Beauty and the Beast New Zealand April 2006 - Proshot
Format: .VOB w/ smalls
Cast: Jade Steele, Russell Dixon, Glen Drake, Rob Ormsby, Gladys Hope
NOTES: Only the first act & first part of act two!
Beauty and the Beast (Disney) - Broadway - July 27, 2007 (Unknown's video master)

NOTES: Two days before the show closed on Broadway. Good amount of closeups and good quality filmed from the mid-mezzanine; there is a railing issue for a while in Act 1 but the taper improves. 'Me', 'Gaston' and 'Be Our Guest' are all predominantly missing and recording stopped for some time after 'Gaston', which created a little jump in the timeline to where Maurice gets thrown out of the tavern. Still a nice video with great closeups of the last Broadway cast.
Beauty and the Beast - Music Theatre of Wichita (2016)
FORMAT: .VOB w/ Smalls
CAST: Catherine Charlebois, Thaddeus Pearson, Johnny Stellard, Steve Hitchcock, James Beaman, Katie Banks-Todd, Karen L. Robu, Lexis Danca, James Heinrichs, Timothy W. Robu, Tanner Pflueger, John Boldenow

NOTES: Some people walking across the image for a few seconds during Jennyanydots and Rum Tum Tugger's number. Sometimes a head is visible but not obstructing the action. Almost no white-outs with very good video quality. Audio is very crisp as well. Filmed from a higher seat, but zooms are excellently done and fluent. Overal an amazing bootleg!

Milwaukee Brewers-Los Angeles Dodgers Series Preview
9.30.20-Brent Suter LHP (2-0) 3.13 ERA Vs. Walker Buehler RHP (1-0) 3.44 ERA
10.1.20-Brandon Woodruff RHP (3-5) 3.05 ERA Vs. Clayton Kershaw LHP (6-2) 2.16 ERA
10.2.20-TBA Vs. TBA
The Brewers At A Glance- The Milwaukee Brewers backed into the playoffs after the San Francisco Giants completely collapsed and lost the last three games of the season. The Brewers and Astros are the first two teams to enter the postseason with a losing record. Former MVP Christian Yelich did not have a good year at the plate. He hit just .205 with twelve homers and 22 RBI’s. Orlando Arcia was the most consistent hitter for the Brewers with a .260 average on the year. Dan Vogelbach was a good late season pickup with a .328 average in nineteen games. Keston Hiura led the team with thirteen home runs on the year. The Brewers pitched pretty well this season. Brandon Woodruff had a solid year with a 3.05 ERA in 73 2/3 innings and 91 strikeouts. Corbin Burnes had just a 2.11 ERA in 59 2/3 innings. Devin Williams was a revelation out of the bullpen. He had 53 strikeouts in 27 innings of work and has an amazing change-up. He was left off the playoff roster for this round with an arm injury. Josh Hader locked down thirteen saves on the year as the closer.
The Dodgers At A Glance- The Dodgers were tremendous this season with 43 wins, which led all of baseball. It’s just a shame that we couldn’t see this team play a 162-game schedule. Corey Seager came out mashing and didn’t stop. He hit .305 on the year with 15 homers and 41 RBI’s. AJ Pollock had a resurgent 2020 season with sixteen homers and thirty-four RBI’s. Mookie Betts was an MVP candidate for a good chunk of the season. He hit .292 with sixteen homers and thirty-nine RBI’s. Cody Bellinger struggled for most of the season, but hit .267 is September to help his numbers. Max Muncy was not his normal self all year long. He hit .192 and hopefully October will wake his bat up. Justin Turner should be good to go after returning from a hamstring strain last week. Nobody talks about Will Smith enough and he will be one of the best catchers in the game very soon. The starting staff was completely overhauled last offseason. Kenta Maeda was traded to the Twins, Rich Hill was signed by the Twins, Hyun-Jin Ryu signed a massive deal with the Jays, and Ross Stripling was traded mid-season to the Jays. Clayton Kershaw had a 2.16 ERA and looked like his dominant self. Dustin May has electric stuff and owned a 2.57 ERA. Julio Urias finally looked like the prospect he was scheduled to be. Tony Gonsolin was tremendous with Walker Buehler missing a good portion of the year with a blister issue. Kenley Jansen had a more consistent season and the bullpen was great. Andrew Freidman picked up Jake McGee, who was great from the left side. Joe Kelly missed most of the year, but he can be effective when healthy. Dylan Floro, Blake Treinen Brusdar Graterol, and Pedro Baez round out a solid bullpen.
What To Watch For- The Dodgers were (4-3) against the Brewers in 2019. The Dodgers will not take the Brewers lightly after the Nationals bounced them in the NLDS in five games last year. The Dodgers were expected to get back to the World Series for a third straight time, so it was a shocking upset. Brent Suter has only faced the Dodgers once and gave up two runs in three innings of work. Walker Buehler threw seven innings and allowed one run in his lone start against the Brewers. Brandon Woodruff has allowed eight runs in 7 2/3 regular season innings against the Dodgers. He threw 5 1/3 innings and gave up just three runs in Game 5 of the NLCS against the Dodgers. He homered off Clayton Kershaw in that series. Clayton Kershaw is (6-5) with a 2.87 ERA in fifteen starts versus the Brewers. A lot of this series will rely on Walker Buehler and how his blister is doing. He had issues with blisters all year and hopefully he can play through it. I think the Dodgers have a lot to prove this postseason after an early exit last year. They are thinking World Series or bust and have the team to do it.

On this day in ...
1922: The Lucky One is the brother who doesn't get the girl in the A. A. Milne play. It's staged at the Theatre Guild by Theodore Komisarjevsky with a cast including Dennis King, Romney Brent, and Helen Westley.
1934: Lillian Hellman's The Children's Hour opens at Maxine Elliot's Theatre. Its lesbian theme causes a stir, but Brooks Atkinson calls the play "venomously tragic." The stars are Anne Revere, Katherine Emery, and Florence McGee in the show that runs for 691 performances.
1943: An interesting wartime artifact, Winged Victory, opens a 212-performance run at the 44th Street Theatre. Moss Hart writes the script and Sgt. David Rose writes the music for the military-themed play with music, the only Broadway show ever produced by The U.S. Army Air Forces.
1946: Lillian Hellman has another show on Broadway on this day in theatre history. This time, she directs her play, Another Part of the Forest, which opens at the Fulton Theatre. It revisits some of the characters from The Little Foxes earlier in their lives. The cast includes Patricia Neal, Mildred Dunnock, and Leo Genn in the 23-week run.
1952: George Axelrod's comedy The Seven Year Itch, about a married man longing to stray with a beautiful neighbor, opens at the Fulton Theatre. The cast includes Tom Ewell and Vanessa Brown in the role that Marilyn Monroe immortalizes in the 1955 movie (which also stars Ewell). The Broadway production runs for an incredible 1,141 performances and wins Ewell a Tony Award for Best Dramatic Actor.
1957: The Rope Dancers, directed by Peter Hall, with a cast including Siobhán McKenna, Art Carney, Joan Blondell, and Theodore Bikel, begins a 24-week run. The drama by Morton Wishengrad deals with the lives of a New York tenement family at the turn of the century.
