In addition to passing the largest Criminal Justice Reform in recent history, which mostly benefited black males who had been unfairly sentenced through the Justice system, Trump increased funding form historically black colleges and universities and made the funding permanent so that these schools would no longer have to Lobby Congress every year. Black employment reached a record low like youth employment reached an old time low and wages for black workers were rising at a historic rate. By early 2020 Trump was consistently pulling it over 20% with the black community, a potentially game changing 12-point game from the 2016 election. Democrats are desperate to reclaim these black voters and they are willing to resort to Reckless and unfounded accusations of racism against Trump.
