I used rouen ducks because I have two!! Look at my babies!!!

I can tell by their feet in this photo, but that stripe on firequacker now has color!! Sweetie has purple-blue and firequacker has green-blue!! So, thought I'd add the flag to the drawings wing!

Im bi and thought since it's personal, I would make my ducks! Have a good one guys and stay safe!

sat on my school bus rn and I've just had possibly the cutest but most depressing idea ever

what if Lee used to have a habit of collecting ducks?

like, plastic, glass, metal, whatever, just yellow ducks

hats, spots, stripes, accessories, this man has a whole army

and he made a habit of hiding them around cabin seven and the infirmary and when any of his siblings were sad or needed distracting he'd send them to find a specific duck and they'd be searching for the next hour for a fucking yellow and pink polka-dot duck with a tiara

and when he dies, everyone completely forgets about this until Will rummages through a drawer in the infirmary one day and BOOM

and suddenly everyone's finding ducks everywhere, in shoes and drawers and the archery range storage cabinet and that one part of the strawberry fields where Lee and Castor used to hang out and whenever someone missed him they'd all go on a hunt for a duck until they had over a hundred of the fucking things

but still, even years later, after the TOA, Jerry finds a duck with a grapevine hat and a guitar, and Will, Kayla and Austin burst into giggles while he looks at them in confusion

'what? why are you laughing?'

'nothing. nothing at all.'

I’d love to hear what you think sophomore year was like at Eden Hall. Does Jesse ever show up? Are there more Ducks bumped up to varsity? Do any of them quit playing as they discover other interests in high school?

honestly i like to think of their sophomore year as the most uneventful ever 😭 they all stay on JV because #reasons and just have a good ass time. it wouldn’t make for good television BUT IT’S WHAT THEY DESERVE. pure fluff and friendship galore. no drama with anyone!! that stuff’s reserved for junior year, when some of the ducks are bumped up to varsity while others aren’t (and there's some resentment about it), and some ducks decide to not pursue hockey (professionally). i think fulton and russ especially discover their passions lie elsewhere–which both kind of hint at in d3. as for jesse… i always kinda alternate between ‘he moved away but is still in contact with the ducks, we just don’t see it because of distance’ and ‘he opted out of eden hall but is still in minnesota, and the only reason we don’t see him is because charlie’s pissed off at him’. if it’s option two, they make up after charlie gets his shit together in d3. but the idea that the ducks hang out with jesse while charlie refuses to acknowledge his existence because he’s feeling hurt and being petty about jesse quitting the team is hilarious to me

charlie: can’t believe jesse is dead jesse: i’m literally right here charlie: sometimes i can still hear his voice… it’s very annoying
