FOR THE FIRST QUESTION, wouldn't two Grian's literally destroy Scar's universe?
Unfortunately not, they may both be Grian's, but they are from two separate universes. Also in the second movie, there are two of the same character in one universe, so according to the movie lore, it shouldn't destroy the universe either. ALSO SCAR'S FIRST MEET WITH WIDOW:
The second question, have the two Grian's met? They infact, have met! But they've only met as Grian and Widow or as Ariana Griande and Grian.
Widow is quite attached to this Scar since he looks almost identical to his Scar.
Widow, in his universe, never got the chance to date Scar, so he's kind of subtly trying to sabotage the relationship of this universes Desert Duo.
Definitely not because he is jealous though, wym? /s
I'd like to share the fact that Scar definitely info dumps everything about Ariana Griande on the other Grian like the little fanboy he is.
Neither of these guys can tell Ariana Griande's other identity.
