Good Morning and Wonderful Wednesday! I started my day early and got my 15K steps in. My #junejewel Tip #21 is one I borrowed from my friend Monica: "Fitness is not about being better than someone else...It's about being better than you used to be." So many times I hear my friends say they cannot keep up with me. Well, I always tell them that they have to run their OWN race! If I tried to keep up with some of my peers at the beginning, I would have given up a long time ago.
