~ ♔ Olga and Tatiana Nikolaevna x Jane and Elizabeth Bennett ♔ ~
“They were in fact very fine ladies; not deficient in good humour when they were pleased, nor in the power of being agreeable where they chose it; but proud and conceited. They were rather hand-some; had been educated in one of the first private seminaries in town, had a fortune of twenty thousand pounds, were in the habit of spending more than they ought, and of associating with people of rank; and were therefore in every respect entitled to think well of themselves, and meanly of others.” - Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
“Olga was perhaps the cleverest ot them all, her mind being so quick to grasp ideas, so absorbent of knowledge that she learned almost without application or close study. Her chief characteristics, I should say, were a strong will and a singularly straightforward habit of thought and action . . . Of all the Grand Duchesses Tatiana was with the people the most popular, and I suspect in their hearts she was the most dearly loved of her parents. Certainly she was a difterent type from the others even in appearance, her hair being a rich brown and her eyes so darkly gray that in the evening they seemed quite black.” - Anna Vyrubova

Constance Bennett - The Hollywood Fox
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Constance Campbell Bennett (born in New York City on October 22, 1904) was an American actress born to an aristocratic family of actors of English and Spanish ancestry. Blonde, stunning and honey-voiced, she glided through Hollywood with a sprite-like lightness and definite air of style and sophistication, receiving the moniker, "The Hollywood Fox."
The eldest of three daughters of actress Adrienne Morrison and actor Richard Bennett, she attended the Chapin School in New York along with her sisters Joan Bennett and Barbara Bennett, both of whom were actresses.
She was first Bennett sister to enter motion pictures, appearing in New York–produced silent movies before a meeting with Samuel Goldwyn led to her Hollywood debut in 1924. She took a hiatus during a brief marriage, but resumed it after her divorce.
In the early 1930s, Bennett was frequently among the top actresses named in audience popularity and box-office polls due to hits like Topper (1937). Her contracts with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Warner Brothers, and RKO made her a big star in Hollywood, and her cutthroat contract negotiations earned her the sole female spot among Hollywood’s poker-playing elite comprised of top movie moguls.
By the 1940s, Bennett was working less frequently in film but was in demand in both radio and theatre, and she also formed her own production company, Constance Bennett Pictures, which produced two films. Nonetheless, shrewd investments made her a wealthy woman, even founding a cosmetics and clothing company, called "Fashion Focks."
Shortly after Madame X (1966) was completed, Bennett collapsed and died from a cerebral hemorrhage at the age of 60 in Walston Army Hospital at Fort Dix, New Jersey. In recognition of her military contributions, and as the wife of John Theron Coulter, who had achieved the rank of brigadier general, she was buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
Legacy:
Won the Photoplay Awards - Best Performances of the Month in April 1925
Was the highest-paid actress in Hollywood during the early 1930s
Founded the Constance Bennett Cosmetics Company and a clothing company called "Fashion Frocks" in the 1930s
Formed her own production company, Constance Bennett Pictures, which produced two films: Paris Underground (1945) and Smart Woman (1948)
Made smart business investments, including holding stocks in the historic Arrowhead Springs Hotel
Awarded military honors for her role in coordinating shows flown to Europe for occupying troops (1946-48) and the Berlin Airlift (1948-49)
Nominated as the Hall of Fame: Actress Award in the 1978 Photoplay Awards
Has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6250 Hollywood Boulevard for motion picture

Bamon’s dynamic is lessened for the obvious reasons. But one thing that stands out to me the most in a Bamon vs. Bonenzo stance is that Damon is okay with being the bad guy in Bonnie’s eyes if that means she lives. Enzo did more saving in terms for Caroline/Lily drama lol.

Part 6
Kid Salvatore reader x Stefan Salvatore x Damon Salvatore
Warnings: mentions of torture, swearing
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They then headed back to the boarding house to where Damon and Katherie are.
When you guys got inside the house, the first thing everyone hears is Katherine and Damon fighting about a functional way to find you.
"Guys shut up your going to wake y/n up!" Caroline said, getting the twos attention.
Damon was the first to speak up, "Where did you find her?"
"She found Jeremy in school and went over to him" Elena explained.
From all the talking you started to squirm, waking up. You lifted your head up and looked around, when you turned your arm rubbed harshly against Stefan's jacket emitting a whimper from you. It scraped right against the first place where Klaus touched you with vervain.
Speaking of Klaus when he woke up, as soon as he got dressed he went downstairs only to see that you weren't there anymore and escaped during the night. He started throwing furniture around, angry. Eventually he went down to the basement and un-daggered Elijah and Rebekah since there's no point having them daggered anymore cause your gone.
"What happened to you?" Damon asked and came up to you, inspecting all the burns but being really gentle about it.
"Mean 'erson hurt me" you mumbled back.
You then noticed Katherine standing behind Damon and your eyes lit up. "Kafrine" you reached out grabby hands for her.
She came over and gently took you into her arms from Stefan's. Damon looked offended, it was really hard for everyone not to start laughing at him. "I am offended she chose Kitty Kat right there over me. Her own brother" Damon said, playfully glaring at you.
You adorably smiled at him then started to play with Katherine's curls. "You are lucky your cute" Damon said and went to pour himself a drink.
He turned to all the girls; Bonnie, Elena, Caroline. "Don't even think about it you three and you two don't even start" he pointed to Jeremy and Tyler who were about to say something.
"Hung'y" you whispered into Katherine's ear while Damon was telling off everyone.
"Okay y/n/n do you want a blood bag or my blood?" Katherine whispered back, making you smile.
"You, p'ease" you answered.
Katherine moved her hair out of the way for you to drink from her neck. You slowly sank your tiny, cute fangs into her and started to drink from her.
"I'm going to kill Klaus" Damon raged, starting to head for the door.
"Don't even think about it" Stefan said before Damon could take another step. He thought about it for a second then started to walk again before Katherine started to talk.
"Damon if you take one more step to that fucking door I will kick your ass so hard you won't be able to sit for a week" Katherine threatened him from where she was now sitting with you on her lap still drinking her blood, slowly.
"Damon c'mon" Stefan said, knowing Katherine will actually follow through with that action.
Damon walked towards the couch and sat down, glaring at everyone in the room who was also now sitting. "So what your telling me is that son of a bitch can kidnap our sister and I can't do anything about it? No revenge?! because trust me he deserves it" Damon exclaimed, furious.
"How about we wait until we know y/n is okay before planning some psychotic revenge plan your probably thinking of right now" Bonnie said, who was sitting next to him.
"Fine Bon Bon, but I'm holding you to that" he said.
You stopped drinking Katherine's blood and by now most of the burn marks are gone except for a couple still on your arms but they'll heal soon enough. You were staring at the drink in Damon's hand that he got just now. It's obviously bourbon but you can't exactly tell the difference of alcohol or not.
Damon noticed where you were looking. "Do you want some?" He asked you.
You slightly nodded and climbed down from Katherine's lap, going over to him. "Damon no, she's four" Elena said but Damon to no avail didn't listen and brought the glass up to your slightly parted lips.
Everyone didn't stop him because they all knew what the outcome of this was most likely to be and it was you spitting it out. Damon poured some into your mouth and sat the glass down onto the coffee table. As soon as you tasted it you spat it all out right onto Damon's lap, making a disgusted face.
"Sowwy Damy, don' wike dat" you apologized and pointed at the substance in the glass he put down.
"Umm, it's okay y/n/n. I'll be back I'm going to go put on pants that aren't stained with alcohol" Damon said and went upstairs to his room.
You turned to where Bonnie's sitting and started to play around with her fingers. After a bit she lifted you onto her lap so you didn't have to keep reaching up to her hands.
When Damon came back down Stefan was already checking your arms and face where there are still a bit of traces from where Klaus hurt you. You whimpered when he touched a certain place where you were burned with vervain on your upper arm close to your shoulder. But other than that everything looked fine and should heal soon.
"Okay everything looks good but watch out for this burn mark just in case. I put a plaster on it but still be careful about it" Stefan said standing up again.
"So she's alright nothing serious right?" Damon asked sort of getting eager to everyone's dismay, knowing of what's going to come from him.
"Yeah......why?" Stefan asked his brother in return.
Damon didn't answer and just turned over to where Tyler and Jeremy were arm wrestling at the arm of the couch they were at.
"Hey you two idiots over there" he said getting both of their attention.
"Yeah?" They both asked at the same time.
"How would you guys like to go and hunt a certain hybrid with me?" Damon smirked at them.
"Sure why not?" Tyler said and Jeremy responded with; "awesome, I'm in."
"No to both of you" Alaric said walking in the room and making the two boys sit down again.
"Wait school isn't over yet" Caroline pointed out.
"I excused myself saying it was a family emergency. The whole reason I left though was because of Damon and his teenage girl hormones when this stuff happens" Alaric said, making all of them laugh at your oldest brother.
"Oh come on he DESERVES it" Damon exclaimed.
"Yes he does but let's wait a bit first" He told his best friend and drinking buddy.
Damon just rolled his eyes and sat back down next to Bonnie again. "Okay you guys might want to stop speaking about k-i-l-l-i-n-g people in front of her" Bonnie informed, nodding down to where you were now leaning back against her dozing off.
"Seriously? You think she doesn't know how to spell" Tyler pointed out at how Bonnie spelled out the word 'killing'.
"Okay then. y/n what was the word I spelt out the last time I talked" Bonnie asked, looking down at where you were looking up at her.
"I don' know. Candy?!" You said expectantly but Bonnie shook her head and you leaned back, saddened now.
Eventually though you did fall asleep ending with the top half of your thumb in your mouth. Bonnie tried to pull your thumb out but stopped after you started to wake up again.
“So what exactly did Klaus do to her?” Alaric asked after Bonnie came back downstairs from laying you down in your bed.
I remember the first time I watched rotg, my personal theory was that Jack’s lil sis (emily?? Flee?? Mary??) reincarnated as the wind. Maybe she had some idea who this strange danger-prone boy was, but all she knew is that this was gonna be her bestie for like 300 years and more.
But yay! Older brothers with their eccentric little sisters 😌 I aged up Wind (I’ll call jack’s sis that so sue me) for shits and giggles, but also so jame and Sophie have TWO older sibling figures cuz why not
Also Sophie Bennett deserves more doodles cuz she’s too darn precious
Also Wind is a total girlboss
I might draw more of them <3
Be Mine
The summer air in New Orleans was thick with the scent of magnolias and the distant sound of jazz drifting through the streets. Luna and Marcel found themselves strolling along the banks of the Mississippi River, the setting sun casting a golden hue over the city. It had been a summer of adventures and unexpected moments, each day weaving them closer together.
As they walked hand in hand, Luna couldn't help but feel a flutter of anticipation in her chest. Their friendship had blossomed into something deeper during their time together in New Orleans, and she wondered if Marcel felt the same way.
Marcel, ever perceptive, sensed Luna's quiet contemplation. He stopped by a wrought-iron bench overlooking the river, gently guiding her to sit beside him. Luna nestled close, the warmth of his presence comforting and familiar.
"You know," Marcel began softly, his voice carrying a hint of hesitation, "this summer has been... extraordinary."
Luna looked up at him, her heart skipping a beat at the sincerity in his eyes. "It really has," she agreed softly, a smile tugging at her lips.
Marcel reached out, gently brushing a strand of hair from Luna's face. "I've enjoyed every moment we've spent together," he confessed, his thumb tracing the curve of her cheek.
Luna's breath caught in her throat, her pulse quickening with anticipation. She searched his eyes, finding warmth and affection mirrored in their depths.
"I've been meaning to ask you something," Marcel continued, his voice steady but tinged with nervousness. "Luna, would you... would you like to be my girlfriend?"
The question hung in the air, filled with hope and vulnerability. Luna felt a rush of emotions—joy, excitement, and a deepening affection for the man before her. She leaned in, pressing her forehead against his, their breaths mingling in the warm evening air.
"Yes, Marcel," Luna whispered, her voice barely above a murmur but filled with certainty. "I would love that."
Marcel's face broke into a wide, radiant smile, his relief evident. Without hesitation, he pulled Luna into his arms, holding her close as they savored the moment. Luna melted into his embrace, feeling the weight of unspoken words and uncharted promises between them.
They sat there, wrapped in each other's arms, the soft murmur of the river and the distant jazz music providing a gentle backdrop to their newfound happiness. Marcel twirled Luna playfully around, causing her to giggle uncontrollably, their laughter mingling with the music of the night.
Their laughter filled the air, and Marcel pulled Luna closer, pressing a soft kiss to her forehead. "You have no idea how happy you just made me," he murmured against her skin, his voice full of emotion.
Luna smiled, her heart swelling with love. "I think I might have an idea," she teased gently, her fingers playing with the collar of his shirt.
Marcel chuckled, leaning in to capture her lips in a tender kiss. The world seemed to fade away as they lost themselves in the sweetness of the moment, the warmth of his lips a perfect match to the summer evening.
As they pulled back, Luna rested her head on Marcel's shoulder, sighing contentedly. "This feels like a dream," she said softly, her eyes closing as she relished the feeling of being so close to him.
Marcel kissed the top of her head, his arms tightening around her. "If it is, I never want to wake up," he replied, his voice a low, comforting rumble.
They stayed like that for a while, wrapped in each other's arms, the gentle sounds of the city around them. Eventually, Marcel stood, taking Luna's hand in his and leading her to a quiet spot by the water. The city lights reflected off the surface of the river, creating a magical, shimmering scene.
Marcel pulled Luna into another dance, their movements slow and intimate. "Dance with me," he whispered, his lips brushing against her ear.
Luna nodded, her heart full as they swayed together under the stars. Each step felt like a promise, a silent vow of the love they were just beginning to explore.
When the night grew darker, they finally made their way back to the bench, sitting close together as they watched the last rays of sunlight disappear behind the horizon. Marcel draped his arm around Luna's shoulders, pulling her into his side.
"I can't wait to see where this takes us," he said softly, his fingers tracing patterns on her arm.
Luna looked up at him, her eyes shining with affection. "Me neither," she replied, her voice filled with hope and excitement.
In that moment, surrounded by the beauty of New Orleans and the warmth of each other's embrace, Luna and Marcel knew they were embarking on a journey that would be filled with love, laughter, and endless possibilities. The summer had brought them together, and now, their hearts were intertwined, ready to face whatever the future held.
The ask prompts ask number who knows what I’ve already lost count:
victor and henry sr bonding as mortals in a magical family
Pairing: Victor Bennett & Henry Mitchell
Background Pairing: Paige Matthews/Henry Mitchell, Victor Bennett & Paige Matthews
Walking into the living room, Victor immediately realized what the problem was. Henry had his face buried in his hands and was perfectly still, a posture that Victor more than recognized from his early years.
Settling into the armchair opposite of his son-in-law, Victor waited. Henry finally looked up, something wild in his eyes.
"I traveled to the future."
Okay, so that one wasn't exactly in Victor's expertise. He'd seen the effects of time travel a few times: a time loop tormenting his daughter, his grandson making a desperate bid to save his family and world, and even his dead ex-wife visiting him. He'd never once gotten caught in any of that himself, however, which was probably preferable. While his daughters and grandchildren had (would?) knew the dangers of meddling in time, Victor had a list of regrets that he knew he'd never be able to resist fixing if given the opportunity. Being there for his daughters. Sparing them the trauma of demons preying on their trust and betraying them. Finding Paige two decades earlier. Saving Patty and Prue from dying so young.
Unaware of Victor's thoughts, Henry continued, "Paige and I were talking about raising kids with magic, and Wyatt-"
"Sent you to the future to see what it'd be like," Victor finished. Piper had warned him about being careful what he said in front of his oldest grandson until Wyatt was old enough to better understand his powers. He hadn't gotten the full details of the problems that'd caused, but he knew it'd happened more than once.
Henry nodded and rasped out, "We had twins. Charlotte and Penny. One of them moved all of our living furniture with her mind. The other one accidentally cheated on her science test by seeing the answers in a vision."
Henry buried his face in his hands again and mumbled, "I don't know how to do this."
Victor shuffled over and patted Henry on the back. "Magic is... not easy to deal with. You'll never fully understand it and never fully be a part of this world. Some people can handle that. Some people can't."
If he'd known before he'd married Patty, he doesn't know if he'd had gone through with it. Magic was... terrifying. He had no way of protecting his family, could only watch and hope that they'd be able to save themselves. But life without his girls, even with magic, was one that he didn't want to imagine.
"I love Paige," Henry argued, lifting his head. "It's not just the magic. I'm not- I grew up in the system, I don't-"
That was something that he had more experience with. Well. More of a "what not to do" type of experience. "Parenting is hard. Parenting witches is even harder, especially as a mortal. Now, I didn't do that great of a job of it, but you're not the person I was. More than anything, the thing is being there. You'll make mistakes. There's no getting around it, but being there and trying to fix them are the most important part of being a parent. And from what my girls have told me, including Paige, you're not the type to run when it gets hard, Henry."
Henry had a faint smile as he met Victor's gaze. "Not when it comes to Paige. I love her."
"Is that so?" Paige leaned against the doorway as both men turned to look at her. She smiled, eyes soft. "Good thing I love you, too."
She held her hand out to her husband. "Wyatt wanted to apologize for the magical journey, and I think Phoebe wanted to pry some future information out of you."
Henry rose and took her head with a wry shake of his head. "I don't know if that's how it works."
"I'll distract her for you two," Victor promised. He needed to go find his third daughter anyways, find out about this Coop fellow.
