Are you still working on the cookie run eldritch au? I used to be OBBSESED with it. I I still wanna know if you're working on it and stuff.
Hi! Yes, there are still TONS of stuff planned for the Cookie Run Eldritch Au- but after having such a prolonged Hiatus, both mods have decided it would be for the better that we start entirely from scratch- and not be so afraid of having some Cookie Run OC interaction. Should I tell you to beware the rot? :)

I'm as sceptical of Tom Brevoort's X-Men reboot as everyone else, but can't we wait until the issues or out or we at least know who the creators are before denouncing it as a total dumpsters fire?
I get the concern. Brevoort's record at Marvel is inconsistent at best. He oversaw Hickman's FF and Avengers, Ryan North's FF, Ewing's Ultimates, Gillen and Ribić's Eternals, and events like Secret Wars and Judgement Day. He also oversaw Slott on FF, Aaron on Avengers, and events like Civil War II and Secret Empire.
But as patchy as that record is, I'm just counting my lucky stars that it wasn't Nick Lowe taking over.
#x-men#marvel#tom brevoort#fantastic four#avengers#ultimates#secret wars#judgement day#civil war ii#secret empire#i am expecting some back to basics nostalgia driven relaunch#something to lure in old and new readers alike who weren't sold on the krakoa era#which i'm sure the higher ups want when they get ready to kick off whatever the next live action film will be#but i don't think it will erase that era completely#best case for me is they keep ewing around and just leave him alone to cook#i wish they'd kept gillen as well but he's clearly done after this and moving back to creator owned stuff#not at all fussed if percy or duggan never write again#but really need a diverse team#the x-office became far too male dominated by the time fall kicked of

FTH 2025 Donation Totals
Friends, this has been an extraordinary year for the auction. We know how and why this happened: like in early 2017, everyone is scared and upset and looking for a way to do something meaningful.
And—just like in 2017, and every year since—hundreds of us have stepped up to support our most vulnerable neighbors and the organizations working to protect them.
Except this year, we did it on a scale we've never done before.
Last year, our donation total was an incredible $67,776.28
This year's donation total...
are you ready for it....
(you're not ready for it. we weren't.)
This year's donation total is:
Yes, you're reading that right. $127,204.11
We're flummoxed too—and deeply grateful to everyone who has poured their time and effort and money and love into participating in the auction this year, and into the fanworks that will come from it.
If you're curious about how those donations were distributed across the different organizations, here is the breakdown (this breakdown doesn't include employer match donations, which is why the total is a little lower):
Bellingcat: $2,636.19
Congo Leadership Initiative: $2,842
Crips for esims for Gaza: $4,762.60
Disability Law United: $3,835.39
Environmental Integrity Project: $3,712
Fight for the Future Education Fund: $3,108
Freedom to Read Foundation: $7,139.50
Global Project Against Hate and Extremism: $6,473
Hope for Ukraine: $12,613.93
In Our Own Voice: National Black Women's Reproductive Justice Agenda: $3,626
Middle East Children's Alliance: $13,572.43
National Network to End Domestic Violence: $4,999.95
Never Again Action: $4,555
News Literacy Project: $3,745.16
Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights: $10,072.56
Umbrella: organizations serving vulnerable LGBTQ people
Brave Space Alliance: $2,558
Kentucky Health Justice Network Inc: $2,636
Sherlock's Homes: $7,780.77
TransFamily Support: $5,387.01
TransQueerPueblo: $2,949
Other local LGBT organizations: $10,696.71 Yes, you're reading that right again. Three orgs AND the cumulative Other local LGBT orgs broke five figures.
We're especially delighted because, for the first time, the umbrella category worked the way we've always hoped it would! As you can see above, significant numbers of people used the umbrella category as a way to connect to an organization local to them.
As we learned through people's comments on the donation form, some people donated to organizations they were already familiar with (and in some cases had already donated to, or even volunteered at); others used this as a reason to learn more about their local organization and support them.
We'll share more about the "other umbrella" donations over the next few weeks—some more detailed stats, as well as the names of some of the local orgs that people donated to—and we'll invite those of you who connected up with local orgs to share your stories. We love that so many people took this chance to support groups working in their own community, and we hope that we can keep that going next year and beyond!
And speaking of the future!
Now is a great time to follow @fth2025fanworks. We'll use that blog to share any auction fanwork that gets posted to tumblr.
We urge you to keep up with the organizations you supported this year (and the others on our list!) Follow them on social media, subscribe to their newsletters, whatever works best for you. It will enable you to keep an eye on the good work you've helped support, and to find out quickly when these orgs need some extra support, financial or otherwise.
And if you're looking out at the world and feeling the itch to do more, here are some possibilities:
Follow @fthaction, the meatspace activism wing of FTH. We relaunched this project in the weeks between the end of signups and the beginning of browsing period, sharing some reading lists, an individualized activism bingo card, and an AMA with activist and organizer Kat Calvin. (We also did a test-flight AMA with ourselves, talking about the auction.) We'll probably need some time to recover from this year's auction, but we'll be back soon with more resources to share, more AMAs, and more tools for exploring all the different forms that meaningful activism can take and for figuring out which ones are right for you.
Organize your own auction! We've put together a detailed playbook that contains that contains as much information and as many resources as we can provide for getting an auction off the ground, including detailed guides. Almost everything in the playbook is fully public; there are a few forms that are access-locked because google has stupid ideas about sharing forms, but we're happy to give you access to those, too: just drop us an email.
Over here at FTH headquarters we are all in need of a long nap. But we'll be back in a couple of weeks, as promised, to share more about the umbrella orgs and to dig back into @fthaction to see what's possible.
Looking forward to a whole bunch of new fanworks! <3 your FTH mods

The Roads Untraveled: Exploring the New Content in Scarlet Hollow

The Roads Untraveled game update coming to Scarlet Hollow is a relaunch on Linux, Steam Deck, Mac, and Windows PC. All thanks to the creative minds at Black Tabby Games. Which you can find on Steam and Humble Store. Scarlet Hollow, the award-winning gothic horror story from Black Tabby (the minds behind Slay the Princess), is back with a massive update — The Roads Untraveled. This update isn’t just some minor tweak; it’s a full-on overhaul with tons of new content for Linux and Steam Deck. Due to hit Steam on Monday, March 3. Just in time for Visual Novel Fest. If you’ve already explored the eerie town of Scarlet Hollow, you’ll notice some big changes. And if you’re stepping in for the first time—welcome, but don’t get too comfortable. The title’s married dev duo has gone all in, expanding the script by over 70,000 words across four chapters, and upgrading the UI. Due to make the whole The Roads Untraveled experience smoother and creepier than ever. Plus, you’ll get even more of Abby Howard’s hauntingly beautiful art to pull you deeper into the mystery. You’re back in North Carolina, for your Aunt Pearlanne Scarlet’s funeral. She was the owner of the town’s old coal mine, but her passing isn’t the only thing stirring up trouble. Your cousin Tabitha isn’t eager to see you, and something else—something unnatural—is lurking in the shadows. The town has always had secrets, but this time, the mysteries feel heavier, the air thicker with something that shouldn’t be here.
Scarlet Hollow — before The Roads Untraveled update
youtube
It’s not just grief that brought you here. There’s a pull—something beyond logic—that’s dragging you deeper into this place, forcing you onto a path you might not be able to turn back from. Every choice you make changes the story, twisting it in ways you won’t see coming. And, it’s also not just Aunt Pearlanne’s life on the line. You can shape your experience in wild ways—maybe you can talk to animals, maybe you’re just that hot (seriously, it’s a trait). The choices you make unlock unique routes through the game’s branching paths, and yes, romance is an option—even if your potential partner happens to be a cryptid hunter or, you know, a decaying specter that won’t leave you alone. Seven chapters are planned, and each one pulls you deeper into this cursed town’s unraveling fate. The Roads Untraveled update lands on Steam starting March 3 with the launch of Visual Novel Fest. The best part? The first episode, completely reworked, will be free as a demo. You can play it and carry your progress straight into the full game. Which si also on Humble Store. Both priced at $24.99 USD / £19.99 / 21,99€. Coming to Steam Deck, Linux, Mac, and Windows PC. So, are you ready to return to Scarlet Hollow? Just be careful — you might not leave the same person you were when you arrived.

Some of you may not realize this 👇
I've been on a 5 year hiatus where I've been staying low key and biding my time, waiting for certain developments that I knew were coming.
My posting on social media has been limited compared to what it used to be, and I don't write as much on my Substack, or do as many videos, and some of you have commented on this.
I've been preparing for a whirlwind of activity related to the 'relaunch' of SpyGate.
We're almost there.
There's still a few more things that have to happen before I fully burst out of this shell and shift back into third gear.
For now, all I'll say is this: 👇
There are gonna be revelations in the SpyGate declass that are going to knock people's socks off.
Nobody knows better than me the airtight op sec that was in place when it came to the SpyGate investigations, those that went public and those that didn't.
Durham actually started his SpyGate-related investigations by April of 2017. That did not leak for over 2 1/2 years.
Chuck Dolan's name did not leak in DC for almost 5 years, until Durham was good and damn ready to reveal that this key Clinton family strategist was a source for several of the Steele Dossier's fake allegations.
A federal grand jury being led by... SOMEBODY...was all up in the electronic comms of over 70 key persons inside and around our US Congress from late 2017 thru the early Spring of 2021. The people spied on by this grand jury included Adam Schiff, who was the chair of the House Select Panel on Intelligence at the time, and a member of the Gang of Eight. This op sec was so good, even SCHIFF had no idea he was being surveilled for more than 3 years.
None of this is controversial. All of this is public record. The people handling this... DO. NOT. LEAK.
But now that Trump has ordered the declassification, because the time has arrived and the house has been cleaned, and the right people are in the right jobs...
Stuff that didn't leak for years will now come to light.
It will only come out now that Trump has declassified it.
You will see social media influencers on here screaming the Heavens that 'the public had a right to know!', all pissed off that none of this stuff leaked out in over 8 years.
Too bad, so sad.
It was done RIGHT.
It was done according to the LAW.
It was done so that it will STICK and STICK GOOD.
It was done so that there will be NO escape or any clever lawyering that allows any of these traitors to escape.
Emotions do not come into play here at this level of this deadly game in The Silent War.
Emotions blind you, impatience robs you, and being stuck in a mental loop handed to you by people who frame events the wrong way for you leads you astray.
STAND READY... It's not gonna be much longer now.
They branded me a traitor. History will call me a hero. Stay in the know: 🤔

Chop Shop is strictly 18+ for language, themes, and potential explicit content.
🔗 - Game Intro | Bug Report | ko-fi
WE ARE LIVE!!! Chop Shop has officially relaunched on Itch.io! Available to play on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Prologue - EP .02 are ready to play - the same as the previous demo - with a new word count of 120k. The choicescript demo will be taken down at the end of the month.
Thank you so much to those who have helped me during this transition period of development! It has been crazy frustrating but I am so much more in love with the game than ever. And thank you to everyone who has been patiently waiting - hope you enjoy all the new bits and bobs!!
PLAY THE NEW DEMO NOW!
AN: CS has had some significant rejigging and rewriting. You can read the authors notes under the cut.
chop shop now has it's own UI! woohoo! (totally did not kill me) this, of course, will come with teething problems and accessibility issues. i am welcome to constructive feedback!
there are a lot of new dialog boxes to explore, especially the dashboard, which includes the PC's profile, inventory, contacts and a glossary page. (the stat definitions page from the old choicescript demo has been scrapped, too much text that wasn't needed.)
chapters are now called episodes! not a huge change but i prefer the vibe yknow.
there have been some extensive rewrites - especially in ep .01, the bar scene got a lot more fleshing out - so i expect typos and grammar errors have slipped through. this doesn't bother me too much but i appreciate any one who spots them to send them in!
there is now an 'end game' scenario in ep. 01. i won't be providing a walkthrough as i think it's relatively obvious given the scenario but it does give you an achievement!
i've kept achievements like the old choicescript demo but it no longer rewards points. maybe i will think of something to reward the player with later down the line?? who knows
i don't want to explain ALL the new details as i really encourage people to go find all the new flavour text and other things etc!!
next -- if you have not noticed, i have added a bug report to the links list. all issues, bugs, and errors found in the public demo can now be reported via the new bug report form.
in terms of writing, i am now porting episode 3. i have had rewrite plans for this chapter for a while, so i imagine this port will take some time. i was in the middle of writing episode 4 when i decided to make the twine jump lmao, so it hasn't been touched for a LONG time, probably since march. i plan to jump straight back into writing when episode 3 is all done!
like before, ep 3 won't be released until ep 4 has a first draft and i'm happy with the shape and direction. so it will be some time before i am able to release new content. but - we ball!
thank you for reading this far and i hope you enjoy the new and improved demo! happy reading! - becky :^)

The Swifties were the canaries in the coal mine. Last week, as the fallout from the US presidential election ricocheted across the internet, Taylor Swift fans took a stand. In droves, they left X and went to Bluesky, where, as one Swiftie told WIRED, they could build a new community and not “support Elon [Musk] in any way.” They weren’t alone.
A lot has happened in the week since Donald Trump defeated Vice President Kamala Harris for the US presidency. For those who spend a lot of time online, one thing in particular stood out: Trump’s relationship with Musk, the X owner who leveraged his platform to support the president-elect’s campaign. On Tuesday, Trump named Musk one of the heads of the new, not-yet-existent Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). That same day, Bluesky announced it had gained 1 million new users in a week. On Thursday, the company said it had gained another million in 24 hours.
Not all of those new migrants to Bluesky are Swift fans, mind you, but they do represent a certain subset of internet culture: the folks who, unhappy with Musk’s links to Trump and how he was running X, finally gave up and decided to relocate their social media lives. Since its rollout in 2023, Bluesky has been a kind of “loose, slaphappy” place, but in the past two months, as Slate pointed out this week, its become a better platform for sharing news and keeping up with live events, a lifeboat for “left-leaning Twitter refugees.”
Whereas Americans used to swear they’d move to Canada if their candidate didn’t win (as if such a move is easily achieved), now they just set up camp on a new platform. No need to break your lease or sell your house, just post “come follow me on Bluesky” with your new handle. If you don’t like any of your new neighbors, that’s cool. Bluesky offers something most folks call “the nuclear block,” which lets users ensure they don’t hear from someone they don’t want to speak to or interact with.
The internet has always prided itself on being at least somewhat borderless. Firewalls, language barriers, and other hurdles exist, but the web still helps information and stories get from one place to another much more quickly than anyone could travel there. No visa required.
Yet, that pride has always been a bit unearned. There are gatekeepers, trolls, bullies. Musk wanted Twitter to be a town square, but you still needed a device connected to the internet to get there—and had to be ready to dodge insults once you did. Even online, NIMBYs want a say. Who gets to call themselves a “local” on any given platform often gets decided by which mob rules. You can go to Bluesky, the Canada of the internet, but be careful what baggage you bring.
What the reelection of Trump has brought is a redrawing of some of the borders of the internet. New users may want to settle on X; longtime users may be inclined to leave. Similarly, some BookTokkers may be inclined to talk about books elsewhere (we hear that folks are going to The StoryGraph since Goodreads is owned by Amazon) or to find a different -Tok to tick away their time in. Politics are disrupting dating apps. The Onion just bought Alex Jones’ Infowars, promising to turn it into a parody of its former self. When it relaunches in January, satire fans will likely flock. Everyone, it seems, is going somewhere else.
All of this, of course, stands in stark contrast to the fact that immigration, actual immigration, was such a contested issue during the 2024 election. During his campaign, Trump promised mass deportations and a crackdown on illegal border crossings if he was elected. He has been. He has also named Tom Homan, a staunch defender of family separation policies, as his “border czar.” Canada is braced for asylum-seekers, but maybe not Americans fed up with who the other half of the country voted for.
Being able to switch social media platforms is a privilege. Even if you believe Bluesky to be full of “theater kid energy,” at least you get to go, and there are more than 15 million people there with you.

Danny was not having a Good Time™ but he also wasn’t having a Bad Time™. He was stuck in an idle limbo between the two where he was both numb and not. It didn’t really make sense to him, either.
Somewhere between stumbling upon the Justice League Dark and coming to live in the House of Mysteries full time, Danny found himself seeing the group as something akin to family. He was starting to see them as part of his Fraid and it scared him because good things don’t happen to his Fraid. Sure, nothing inherently dangerous happens, but nothing really good happens, either.
He didn’t like that the House had picked up on his feelings because that meant that it was now making sure he was encountering the rest of the JLD whenever any of them were visiting. Constantine and Deadman were the two he saw the most, but that’s only because they, like him, are almost permanent residents.
Constantine ripping into the Justice League did not help his feelings on the matter of his Fraid. The same man now knowing what happened to his family as well as what he looks like in both forms isn’t helping, either. He doesn’t regret letting John see him as Danny, though.
“Have you seen the security footage from the last League Meeting?” Billy asked around his sandwich.
“Don’t talk with your mouth full,” Danny sipped his coffee. It still needs vodka. “And, no, I haven’t. Anything I should worry about?”
Billy swallowed his food, grabbed his League communicator from his jacket’s inner pocket, and pulled up the footage. “It’s actually really funny,” He handed the device over so Danny could watch. “Much funnier on a halo screen, but it’s funny like this, too.”
He had to admit that watching Constantine rip the heroes a new one was really funny. “I have never seen any of them look so cowed before.”
“Right?” He stashed the communicator away again, drinking his lemonade at the same time. “I think Batsy-boy actually took home the powerpoint to study. Do you think he took notes?”
Danny hummed, “I don’t know Batsy-babe all that well, but I wouldn’t doubt that he’s taking notes. From what I do know about him, he’s probably gonna make everyone that operates in Gotham memorize the thing.”
“And how do you feel about that?”
“What do you mean?”
“Well, they’re looking at information sensitive to you and your home and people. They could find something to use against you. We all know what Bat-dad is like.”
He shrugged. “There isn’t any way into the Realms that I’m not monitoring. And any information that Batman thinks he can use against me can’t be used against me.”
“How do ya mean?”
“I’ve seen what I can become and I know what happens if I ever become him. I already have so many plans in place to prevent the worst- Bat-mad will be Bat-sad to figure out that nothing he could try and use against me would work, no matter what he tries.”
“Do I, um, even want to know?”
“No, probably not.”
“Okay.” A beat. “Hey, you can’t just tack on a word after ‘bat’ to describe him! That’s not how this game works!”
Danny smirked. “Aw, are you bat-mad? Are you gonna throw a bat-fit?”
Bill glared, getting ready to lunge. “I’ll show you a bat-fit! Get over here, asshole!”
Bill launched himself across the picnic table they were sitting at. Danny caught him, letting the both of them fall backwards, though he used a bit of flight to catch them before hitting the ground. In the same move, the two rolled over each other for a few feet.
After a few minutes, Danny had Billy pinned to the grass, his knee on his chest. “You gonna raise the white bat-flag?”
“As if B-man would surrender with a bat-flag.” Bill scoffed.
“Oh? What’re you gonna do about it, adoption bait?”
“This, old hag!”
Billy drew his knee back, hitting Danny’s back and sending him off balance. Once free, Billy pushed himself from the ground, spun to face his faux opponent, then relaunched himself at him.
Once again, Danny caught Billy, but he didn’t let them fall. Instead, with the young boy’s hands on his shoulders, he lifted him by his waist effortlessly and carried him back to where they had been eating.
Billy huffed when he was set back down, crossing his arms and looking away. “Coward.”
Danny raised an eyebrow as he retook his own seat. “You wouldn’t’ve beaten me anyway.”
“I totally would’ve won!”
“Big words coming from a toddler.”
“Yeah, maybe from you, old man. You’re older than time itself!”
“Hey! I’ve met Time, and I’ll have you know that he is not old.”
“Oh, yeah?”
“Yes.”
“You must be ancient if even a concept is younger than you!”
“Oh, you little brat! You’re gonna eat your words, ya hear me?”
“Threatening a child?” Billy put his hand on his chest, his expression offended. “I could have you arrested for that!”
Danny scoffed. “How’re you gonna call? The Ghostbusters?”
Billy shrugged. “I was thinking more along the lines of Young Justice.”
Danny closed his eyes, exhaling slowly. “They’re coming up behind me, aren’t they?” It was less of a question and more of a resigned statement.
“Yep!”
“At least they don’t know who we are?”
“I speak only for myself, man.”
Danny groaned and bit into what was left of his sandwich. He’d much rather delay the inevitable if ignoring the teen hero team didn’t make them go away. Unfortunately, luck was not on his side.
“Daniel Fenton?” Red Robin, dressed in civilian clothing, asked.
Danny didn’t react. Instead, he washed down his food with some more spiked coffee. It needed more vodka.
Superboy - Danny would know a Kryptonian’s strength anywhere - put his hand on his shoulder. “Hey, you Daniel Fenton?”
He turned with the hand, swinging his legs over the bench and leaning against the table to face the group. “Depends on who’s asking.”
Red Robin stuck his hand out for a handshake as Superboy stepped back to join Impulse and Wonder Girl. “Tim Drake, it’s nice to meet you.”
“No it’s not.” Danny didn’t even try to hide his appraising expression as he looked the four up and down, his gaze jumping between them all for a few seconds before he flipped back around, ignoring Tim’s handshake. “Be careful how you share your name with,” he patted the seat next to him, “Red Robin.” He sensed the four behind him stiffen as he shared a look with Billy who nodded slightly at him.
The four heroes sat on benches, Red Robin and Superboy beside Danny while Wonder Girl and Impulse sat beside Billy. “How did you..?”
“I’m not an idiot. Your disguises may work on everyone else, but I - as I’m sure you know - can see your souls. And, as much as I’m sure it pains Bat-lad, your soul is the one thing that can never be changed.”
“Really?” Impulse asked.
“No, that’s all bullshit,” he admitted with a shrug, “Thanks for confirming it, though!” He only knew because Billy knows them all because of a string of unfortunate identity reveals. They don’t know who he is, though.
Tim shared a look with his teammates. “So we were right, then. You’re Phantom.”
Billy, ever the drama queen, gasped with his entire body, his right hand slapping against his chest. “You lied to me? A child? You said you weren’t a superhero!”
Danny snorted at the shocked looks from the four teenagers. He kicked Billy. “Come off it, kid, you knew already. Don’t give them another reason to keel over.”
“You told him who we are!” Wonder Girl accused.
“No, he told me who you are,” Danny corrected, “I just rolled with the punches.” He finished off his coffee. “Honestly, you guys make it too easy.”
The group spluttered. Finally, Tim cleared his throat. “I, um, just wanted to apologize-”
“Okay.”
“I- ‘okay’?”
“Yep. ‘Okay’.”
Tim blinked. “Cool, um…Sorry for being insensitive-”
“And that’s where I’m taking my cue to leave.” Danny said, standing up.
“What?” Superboy asked, “Why? He hasn’t even said anything yet.”
“Because I know how the rest of this is gonna play out, and frankly, I want no part of it.” He picked up his trash, Billy doing the same. “You’re gonna apologize and think everythings perfectly fine and you’re going to ask even more invasive questions under the assumption that forgiveness means you can do it all over again. I hate to break it to you, but that’s not how this works.”
“I wasn’t-”
“If you were really honest in your apology,” He took a piece of chalk from his pocket. “-then you wouldn’t’ve sought me out as a civilian.” He was quick to draw a door on the grass, the chalk somehow sticking. “Thank you, Tim, for blowing my cover. If I find out that any of you four have told anyone, I will reign hell upon you all. Now, if you’ll excuse us.” He reached down and grasped the now 3D door handle, twisting it and pulling the door open. Before he and Billy jumped through it, he looked over his shoulder at the four. “You’re not forgiven, if that wasn’t obvious. Try again after you’ve looked through Constantine’s powerpoint; he’s much more knowledgeable than you.” The door closed with a click behind him, the chalk dust absorbing into the dirt.

What i dont understand is that Meghan had an option to keep working after she married Harry. Why didn't she have this type of brand ready when she got engaged. She could have negotiated a deal where she highlighted tourism, fashion, food british or bame made products. Once they built a solid brand then expand into America or if it's a dud you can ease into being a working royal.
Meghan actually already had this deal when she started dating Harry. This is what she did with The Tig and her personal social media - fashion, travel, food, and her favorite products. She didn't have to give it up. She was probably even told she didn't have to give it up, but in the same breath she was also probably told "if you do this then you don't get titles and you don't get to attend official events, just the family ones."
But Meghan probably wanted the titles and the appearances with William and Kate more, so she gave up The Tig to get married, figuring that she could just relaunch everything fait accompli once she popped out a heir and no one could do anything about it.
Which actually ended up being her plan. She played along to the BRF's rules well enough that the marriage wasn't objected, she popped out a kid, and then started making moves for brand deals and commercial profit - the capsule collection with Smart Works, the Vogue issue, Sussex Royal. The last two steps in her plan was to give up the taxpayer funding they received and move to LA, and when she put that into motion, all hell broke loose.
Also, your suggestion of what kind of brand deal she could have - tourism, fashion, food, british products - is what the BRF already does. They just aren't personally paid for it the way Meghan wanted to be paid for it.

Why do they have no problem registering LLCs in Delaware, but they CANNOT ever get a USPTO Filing done correctly? Help me understand it.
They have no issues, whatsoever, filing the paperwork to register LLCs and nonprofits in Delaware, but they fail at registering trademarks for business ventures EVERY. DARN. TIME.? Thinking about that is weird.
According to the Delaware Online, even Meghan's old LLC she originally had in California that registered The Tig was moved to Delaware December 30 2020. The article even has Andrew Meyer mentioned as the secretary. Shannyn Yates was listed as the incorporator, but the address is still in Cali. I find it interesting the article written by Meredith Newman mentions that companies are not required to reveal to their owner's names in Delaware.
Meredith Newman was onto something if the companies in DE can be registered through attorneys and llcs, and they don't have to reveal Meghan or Harry owns them, I guess I can see why they like registering their businesses successfully in Delaware.
Yet, today, on the USPTO website, The Tig has two dead USPTO files with the old Frim Fram in Cali, and then there are two more The Tig results showing the new Delaware Frim Fram LLC listed on the live, pending USPTO results.
The first live USPTO results show the Tig written in her cursive - I mean her calligraphy- (it is cursive). It was originally filed in Feb 2022. Yet, it is Feb 2025 and it is still pending. Danielle Weiss is listed as the attorney for the paperwork filings. However, on October 01, 2024, they were granted a six-month extension to correct the issues. This was the THIRD extension request. It's main description for the Tig is a website "featuring commentary in the field of travel" and then there's also: interior design, food prep, cooking, recipes, commentary in the field of health and wellness, and then last but not least "featuring commentary in the field of personal relationships, fashion, fashion style, personal lifestyle".
SO... The NEW Tig was granted a six-month extension in October 2024. April 2025 is time's up. Maybe by then, the Tig will bring us Meghan elevating our lives with her travel lifestyle. I imagine she's gotten a lot of usage out of the past events for pictures and things for content.
Before... the Tig was SIngle Smeggy. Now, the Tig 2.0 is Married Meggy. She's seasoned, experienced. Grounded. Gutteral (she loves that word). Goofy. Insert fake break serious moment with fake laugh montage in black and white here, please. AH, there, now we have le Teeg.
Listen, I don't care if Meghan relaunches her website. Everyone should have the right to make an income. If she wants to return to what she was doing before she got with Hazbeen, so what? I don't care about that. What I find odd is why they need so many extensions. She could've been building her audience base for going on three years had she just filed right the first time in 2022. But no, she kept stalling. I find that odd. Why does she always seem to self sabotage herself with every turn.
For example, why didn't they film that in their own home for the Netflix show? Why did they have to rent another home? Her's is good enough, and it wasn't security. Did they lose the house and the bank was renting it out? Nah... IDK. But from that moment, when the viewer realizes they weren't trusted to be welcomed into her palatial mansion on the shores in Montecito, well, it makes everything else hard to believe, too.
Think about it. If she doesn't trust the idea of having it filmed in her own home, then how can the viewer trust her back? We cannot. If the house is fake, the recipes aren't hers either. If the recipes weren't her's, it wasn't made by her to look that camera ready. If the food was faked, then the friend eating it was fake. This mouse knows people... why fake any of it?
Filming on a set would've been better than claiming the neighbor's house and garder has her own hard work. COME ON NOW.
Meghan never wants to do the work. She only wants to jump on board if it goes sensational and viral. The problem is, she is infamous now, not famous. Big difference. Maybe she has so many abandonded USPTO ideas because nothing ever takes off like hot cakes, and she takes that as failure instead of accepting success requires hard work.
Harry especially never wants to stick around to do the actual work needed for things to have success. Working one hour a week sounds like a welfare requirement, not something you are passionate about or wanting to succeed. Nothing is handed over to you, you must work.
I find it interesting there are so many pots with sticks in them, but she just jumps kettle first thing.
I think she thinks everything will just be a soap commercial script change and if it's not, it's not worth five minutes.
She barely gives five minutes anymore, I doubt she will be sticking around another five years. Mama knows best, after all... Yall get it? That's the name of the LLC registered in DE that Meghan has her ARO registered to. American Riveria Orchard is registered to Mama Knows Best LLC Delaware. Which is registered to Mama Knows Best Beverly Hills, to the same address Archwell is registered to. A bunch of loops, I say!
This mouse must take a break and will be back shortly, potentially, maybe.
This mouse loves you all! Be safe out there!

Getting back into TMNT
I've been trying getting back into TMNT by having a rewatch of some shows.
Rewatched the 2012 show, which I haven't seen since it ended, probably because I was pissed off with the crappy Mad Max type episodes from season 5. Anyway funny enough there were some things I actually forgot about, some of characters (Spiderbytes, Snakeweed, Shini ect) and also couldn't remember what happened in some episodes. It was a good rewatch and I still miss it.
I then rewatched Rise, which I've only seen only once before. I always said this show is not my cup of tea due to some of the 11 min episodes being too goofy for me and I didn't like some of the newer villains but I do like other things like the animation, animated fight scenes, the Turtles ect. I liked that they were different ages, being different species of turtles and Raph being the oldest and the leader. It's still a good show.
I rewatched the Rise movie, I still love it, It is so brilliant. As the series was really light-hearted and goofy, the movie just hit's me in the feels X1000. It balances the humour and serious/angsty stuff so well. I still can't believe there's blood in it.
I have to say that Leo is my favourite and Donnie is 2nd favourite.
It's a shame it was paused, it definitely needs another chance.
Rewatched Batman vs TMNT which is also good movie, could of done with a sequel.
I also enjoyed Mutant Mayhem Movie and the Tales season 1. which I'll talk about more in separate post.
Onto IDW series, sadly i'm not into comic book series as I once was. I do keep an eye on it. I had a look at the relaunch and it's not making me go back to buying it every month but What the hell have they done to Donnie?????? he's going though more trauma, give him a break.
Just realised that it's coming up to 10 years since Donnie got his shell smashed.
I still haven't read the Last Ronin series, I don't feel ready to read it yet. I heard there is movie coming out, I think anyway.
I had a look at TMNT Saturday Morning Adventures and they were pretty good read. there were few moments that my heart jumped into my throat. I liked that they did a issue with the 80s turtles vs 2003 Donnie, 2012, Mikey, Rise Raph, Mirage Leo and IDW Jennika

I have a pet theory that the reason homestuck.com went down recently is so that on 413 they can relaunch the site and (maybe) release the official collection in tandem. If I'm right there won't be a better time to get into Homestuck, so gather whatever blackmail material you have on your friends and get ready to coerce them into reading it

it’s been nice having the consistency of the tour of knowing when we’ll see them and that we Will see them regularly and knowing that they won’t do anything too crazy bc they can’t disrupt the storyline of the tour. post hiatus i think we needed that safety and consistency, of knowing absolutely for sure that they weren’t going anywhere and not needing to fear any imminent big changes, which we can be a bit skittish about. from the beginning of the relaunch to the beginning of tit it was a full tilt run forwards, pushing the envelope a little farther with each video. tit allowed us to settle into this new time, and dan and phil to settle into the regular routine of living this life again in a way that makes them fulfilled and happy and not too stressed.
it’s a little scary, and also i think we’re all ready now for the next era of dan and phil. they’re here to stay, and they’re more comfortably themselves than ever. tit was wonderful and i’m sad that it’s over, and i can’t wait to see what’s next. one thing is ending, but we know there’s so many other plans for what’s next. it’s time for this era to end, and find out what the hell they were on about with dan and phil 2.0 and the march video comments. guys i think they’re gonna kiss on stage but for real this time
#tit reflections ig#i will so miss the consistent content and the phannie irl interactions#but hey maybe we will get that in the next era. let’s find out!#dan and phil#phan#dnp#my post

It is Friday and I get to run at lunchtime, I love my Friday lunchtime run. Today it was freezing cold and pretty windy. The wind was aiding the tiny rain drops in their endeavour to water blast any tiny bit of exposed flesh I may have had. I arrived home after this run quite invigorated and ready to relaunch myself into my submission writing.

✨STAR ATLAS: Returning To Orbit 03.03.2025✨
.
.
.
It's been a while. I hope you all are ready for this relaunch back into the wonder, drama, and adventure of Star Atlas. I have decided to expand the story to encompass the fandom of Riverdale because I felt stifled and limited by the characters at my disposal. I also decided to highlight/feature some members of the Addams family, specifically Pugsley who goes by Lee in any works I feature him in. He is a couple years older than Wednesday in this and will be a key character moving forward.
Apart from that, the rest you'll have to read and watch as it all unfolds.
I look forward to seeing you all there.
Stay groovy. 💜

Comic Ages: Quick Breakdowns of the Dark and Modern Ages
Yesterday I wrote a quick writeup of the Golden, Silver, and Bronze Ages of Comics. Savvy readers may have noticed that those ages ended at 1986, and yet comics have continued to be published. So what Age are we in now? That's what this writeup discusses!
The Dark Age (1986-2016)
After Crisis on Infinite Earths ended in 1986, DC got to make a whole new continuity! The comics that came at this point in time form the foundation of a lot of the characters and stories that we know today. For a good bit of time, we called The Dark Age the Modern Age, because at that point it was modern! But now that we’re nearly forty years removed from Crisis and comics are still being published, there was a fair question about just how “Modern” it was. I’m using the verbiage that DC seems to be endorsing themself—I learned the phrase “The Dark Age” from 2022’s Batman—The Ultimate Guide reference book. Calling this period a Dark Age is not an indictment about the quality of work in this period, rather, it’s to reflect the doubling down on darker, grimmer stories. Crisis ended in 1986, followed almost immediately by Watchmen and The Dark Knight Returns, two stories very interested in deconstructing the figure of a hero with a cynical eye. While these stories were not in the main DC canon, they would reverberate on the tone of what was to come.
Within the main DC canon, huge shakeups were occurring. There were no more multiple Earths; instead, there was a single New Earth that incorporated the histories of several Earths. The Justice Society had fought in WWII and retired in the 50s, but were still around and able to mentor the younger generation of heroes. There was only ever the one Superman and Batman figure, though DC would later figure out a way to have a Wonder Woman both in the present and among the Justice Society. Many of DC’s biggest heroes were getting revamps to introduce their new continuity: The Man of Steel miniseries detailed Superman’s new origin and once again established him as the sole survivor of Krypton. The Batman: Year One story that ran thorough Batman #403-407 detailed the early history of this Caped Crusader, revamping Jim Gordon and Selina Kyle in the process. Wonder Woman saw her title relaunched with a new #1, with George Perez taking the helm of a sprawling epic that redefined the character. The darker tone of the Dark Age continued to manifest. The Killing Joke was published in 1988, depicting the shooting of Barbara Gordon by the Joker, followed quickly by Jason Todd’s murder in A Death in the Family. Major comic events of the early 90s involved the villain Bane breaking Batman’s back and the monster Doomsday killing Superman.
In the mid 90s, DC was forced to reconcile with the truth that while Crisis had mostly succeeded in tidying things up, things were once again getting messy. To solve this, DC published the Zero Hour event, officially titled Zero Hour: Crisis in Time! (DC really loves to slap the “Crisis” title on anything load-bearing) Zero Hour, published in 1994, featured the Silver Age hero Hal Jordan becoming the villain Parallax and trying to undo time. Heroes banded together to stop him, though the timeline was slightly altered. This introduced many soft retcons—retroactive continuity fixes—that aimed to make things make a bit more sense. The jury still seems to be out on if it succeeded.
By the early 2000s, DC decided that it was ready for a sequel to Crisis on Infinite Earths, which they helpfully named Infinite Crisis. This event saw the return of several characters from the original Crisis, and more crucially, the return of a multiverse to DC Comics. This multiverse would be refined such that rather than an infinite multiverse of infinite Earths, there were now 52 parallel worlds. Some of the new worlds were established as callbacks to previously depicted alternate Earths, while some were new. Other major events within the Dark Age were Final Crisis, which saw the “death” of Bruce Wayne by Darkseid, and Blackest Night, which saw deceased heroes and villains resurrected as zombies by Black Lantern rings to feast on the emotions of the living.
In 2011, DC decided it was time for another major revamp. They wanted the characters younger and less burdened, and decided to launch The New 52 and end the era of post-Crisis New Earth. This was done with the Flashpoint story, which featured Barry Allen, the Flash, attempting to go back in time and prevent the death of his mother. While well intentioned, this event created a wildly branching timeline that he then had to set right. Though he mostly succeeded, the world Barry returned to was not quite the same. The post-Flashpoint world was dubbed “Prime Earth,” and was… controversial. Much of the post-Flashpoint continuity seemed to harken back to previous Ages–as mentioned, the characters in general were younger. Barbara Gordon, the Silver and Bronze Age Batgirl, was returned to the Batgirl role while her two New Earth successors were written out of continuity. Barry Allen was made the primary Flash of the DC Universe, with the Golden Age’s Jay Garrick and the Bronze/Dark Age’s Wally West removed.
In 2015, DC would publish the “Convergence” event, which featured an extant Brainiac capturing specific slices from several timelines and pitting them against each other. This included seeing the pre-Crisis Teen Titans operating at the same time as the post-Crisis, pre-Zero Hour Suicide Squad, or the post-Zero Hour but pre-Flashpoint Batgirl. It was messy! But importantly, it showed DC acknowledging their older characters and characterizations, and restoring some of the multiverse that came before.
The Dark Age would eventually come full circle, with the Doomsday Clock event heralding the end of the Dark Age and beginning what we call (for now) the Modern Age. Doomsday Clock was a direct sequel to Watchmen, the iconic comic that helped set the tone for the Dark Age in 1986. Doomsday Clock suggested that part of the reason the New 52 was so different than the pre-Flashpoint New Earth was because Doctor Manhattan, the massively powerful Watchmen character, had removed several years from the timeline to observe how the world would change. Batman and the Flash discovered this meddling during “The Button” storyline, and DC subsequently began its Rebirth initiative.
The Modern Age (2016-Present)
It’s fickle to decide precisely when the Modern Age begins. DC Comics themselves states that the Dark Age ended in 2011, with Flashpoint, though I disagree. Many of the initial New 52 storylines hold on to the darker tone, though there is evidence that around 2014, DC began to pivot away. The DCYou initiative, for example, focused on refreshing some characters to a younger, more upbeat characterization–such as Barbara Gordon in her Batgirl of Burnside era–or by introducing new comics altogether–such as the more lighthearted Gotham Academy series. You may disagree with me on precisely where these eras begin and end, however, and that’s okay.
In 2016, DC began its Rebirth event that sought to reconcile some of the pre-Flashpoint elements into the Prime Earth continuity. This was spearheaded by the return of Wally West, and continued to gradually fold back in pre-Flashpoint elements into the Prime Earth timeline. The events of 2020's Dark Nights and Dark Nights: Death Metal finalized it, placing characters in a sort of super-state of having access to all of the memories of all previous versions of themselves, while still ostensibly having only lived the one life. It’s complicated, but it crucially gave writers the opportunity to have characters make reference to past events that happened on New Earth, canonizing them for the Prime Earth continuity.
The end of the Dark Nights saga resulted in DC’s Future State and Infinite Frontier projects in 2021. Future State’s premise was showing possible futures for various DC characters, and then Infinite Frontier launched characters on possible paths. The emphasis was on this being a new starting point for many characters, both old and new. Jon Kent, the son of Superman, had his own title launched during this time, and Yara Flor, a new Wonder Woman, got a miniseries. On the Nightwing title, a new creative team took over to steer the character out of the “Ric Grayson” amnesia arc, restoring Nightwing to his traditional hero status.
In 2022, DC would publish Dark Crisis, later rebranded Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths (see what I mean about them just reusing the same words for emphasis?) which saw many classic DC villains from across different eras brought together by a powerful force. This continued to delve into the DC Multiverse and establish that everything was metaphorically on the table, leading to the Dawn of DC initiative. Similarly to Infinite Frontier, Dawn of DC was about fresh starts, new beginnings, and updates so that new readers could jump in. The Justice League was disbanded in the wake of Dark Crisis, leading the Titans to become the preeminent Superhero team. The Superman title was relaunched at #1, and many books got new creative teams.
It’s always easier to retrospectively talk about something that has concluded rather than to actively analyze something ongoing. However, I think so far it’s fair to say that DC is attempting to use the Modern Age to craft a more expansive, perpetually new universe. Old characters are getting new attention, new characters are being created, and the depth and breadth of DC’s publication is getting highlighted. The current Modern Age has seen DC focus on expanding its Young Adult graphic novels since 2019, and DC announced in 2024 that they would be bringing back the Elseworlds imprint to tell alternate universe stories. DC has committed to telling more diverse stories in the Modern Age, which I think is crystalized in the various “Celebration” issues published. DC’s annual Pride anthology started in 2021, and subsequent celebration anthologies have featured Asian American and Black heroes and creators. While we don’t know when the current Modern Age will end (I’m already hedging my bets on this eventually being called the “Rebirth Age”) I do think the future is bright.
