Currently hyena laughing because you know at least one of Batman's kids spilled their smoothie on themselves when he pitched-and-rolled a little too fast and they would NOT stop complaining about the lack of cupholders. His kids are whiners, is what they are, and he's tired of hearing about it.

Did some comic-ing this week and I’m here with a big recommendation.

Especially if you are new to comics this is a great miniseries that you don’t need hardly any background knowledge for.

The characterization is great, the art is great, and it’s a really fun story all around! Big stakes without being super dark or angsty, you get to see Bruce actually be friends with both Ollie and Hal Jordan and mentions of his frequent communications with Superman. There are some fantastic witticisms from Alfred and Nightwing even shows for a bit!

Vibes are very similar to Matt Fraction’s work on Hawkeye and that one Jimmy Olson book.

Fully recommend.
