In life we tend to become very focused on one aspect of ourselves at a time instead of evenly allocating out energy toward all aspects of ourselves. We tend to focus on either ambitions and goals, or health and fitness, or spirituality and Unity, or love and service to others and so on, instead of making sure that these aspects are with us at all time more or less. When we focus all our energy on one part, another part tends to lag. The teaching of the chakras is a great map for balancing our energy and our being. In the root sits our safety and security, secondly we find creativity and sensuality, thirdly our passions and drive, thirdly our love and compassion, the fifth chakra is our expression, sixth our Third-eye connection, and finally our seventh crown chakra is our unity and oneness with the divine source of All.
