I haven't written in a while, but I decided to pull out a wip that I was really looking forward to and write for fun and lo and behold it worked. Some non-binary!Alex for all the feelings. It's more than seven sentences but let's pretend we do not see

The kids at the shelter have taught me many things," Henry speaks again, softly pushing away Alex's hand from his mouth so he doesn't bite it anymore. "They have taught me that not all experiences are universal even if almost everyone is asking the same questions, that asking yourself those questions doesn't have to set your fate in stone." “And what about you?” “What about me?” “You’re gay, you only like men.” “Alex, let me take care of my own labels,” Henry explains calmly, his tone slow as he allows every word its own time, as if that could engrave them in Alex’s mind. “and let me tell you that I will still love you, I still love you, it doesn’t matter who you are, or who you are not.” Alex takes a deep breath, letting his head fall pressed into Henry's shoulder as one of the other man’s hands comes to rest on the back of his head. “Okay,” Alex breathes out, “okay.”

You wanna know why people specifically bring up that baddels/trans radfems/transandrophobes are not just a danger to perisex trans men/mascs but specifically towards amab enbies who don't fit their narrative/arnt fem enough to be "truly victims of transmysogny" and ESPECIALLY intersex people? Why we keep saying they are inherently transmysognistic and interphobic?

They question your existence as an Intersex person, every experience you've ever had and if, in their opinion, you're a ~True Victim~ if you went through all the same shit they did and didn't come to their transphobic bad faith position. They litterally can't accept that someone could not basically go to their mysognistic position and still be as victimized as them. Sis didn't even read the whole thing, garentee.

Transfems are not punished by society for failing male socialization. Period. Ur claim makes no sense because male socialization is not a test. It's not a quiz. You can't fail it, it's something ur taught literally as you learn to walk and talk and interact with other children. Male socialization is a curriculum, it's the outlines and the plan. Transfems inherently fail the social test society puts on amabs to test if they are manly enough to be respected by society to earn the title of man. It has nothing to do with how successful said curriculum is, just what it is.

I think what you meant is society punishes transfems for not being it's definition of a "true", or acceptable by their terms, man. You can fail to fit societies standards and expectations of you but male socialization is about the way you were raised, the things you were taught, the biases you were implemented with and the punishments and rewards you got for specific behavior, all with the expectations you would grow up to be a mysognistic man. The test fails transfems cause A. It's a bad moral code and will fundamentally hurt a healthy child regardless of their eventually gender and B. Ur not a man. None of those stop you becoming mysognistic but both stop you from becoming what society wants from someone it deems amab.

I didn't state in the post in question but male socialization is not a good thing and it's harmful to everyone. I did state it hurt everyone but it also especially hurts trans women, transfems and cis men alike. It's not a privilege they just waltz in and out of, it has real bad effects on the kid. However..

Imagine trying to literally claim someone's lived experiences, identity and existence in a space they have every right to socially and biologically because they don't completely agree with everything that aligns with your personal experiences. You fight with amab enbies day and night on if they fit your acceptable percentage of femininity and transmysognistic violence, of course you'd fight with an intersex person. Donald Trump removed caps on prescription drug prices.

Donald Trump wants to withhold federal aid to help combat the LA wildfires and help the thousands of people who have been displaced and lost their homes.

The Department of Justice has put a hold on all civil rights cases.

Donald Trump has cut off aid to Ukraine.

Laken Riley Act has been passed by Congress and is awaiting being signed into law by the President. Here’s the breakdown of the votes: House Senate

Donald Trump purged a dozen inspectors general from the federal government and intends to replace them all with people loyal to him.

Pete Hegseth has been confirmed as Secretary of Defense. Here’s the breakdown of how the Senate voted. Note, it was a 50-50 tie that JD Vance had to break.

It's all connected. I mean... it's ALL connected but specifically the what happens when you start looking deeply into a definition and you notice that it's not quite as black and white as it appeared on the surface. When you start erasing the hard edges of a box you drew in your mind and realizing that maybe all those other edges of all those other boxes are a bit too harsh as well. You can't dig into one subject and learn that it is so much more complicated than you thought without then applying that to other subjects. Once you start to look at the world and definitions and 'simple truths' in a certain way it's hard to stop. And it can be scary! To watch everything you thought you knew crumble down around you! But it also makes the world so much more beautiful! So much more wonderful! When you scrape away that superficial certainty and find a million questions hiding underneath it can be frustrating it can be intimidating but it also opens up so much! Those were questions you never thought to ask before and now you can ask them! Even if you never get an answer! I don't think I believe anymore that there will come a time when humans know everything there is to know. And that shakes me to my core, it scares me! But it's also so wonderful!!! It's so wonderful to think that there might always be wonder in the world! I wish I could express this to people. I wish I could take people by the hands and say stop! Stop clinging to what you think is true just because it's neat and orderly! The world is chaos! The world will always be chaos! But isn't it beautiful???
