2.│This is Our Story│Ashley Elston│Nov 2016│ I added this because…I’m really digging the mystery thrillers lately and am thanking my past self for adding them, at least occasionally, to my TBR in the past. Stay or Go? Go! Unfortunately this one doesn’t like that it’s as good as I would probably go in hoping it would be.

8.│Soulmates│Holly Bourne│Nov 2016│ I added this because…I love Holly Bourne’s books and I will get to this one. Probably. Stay or Go? Go! Listen, I have loved all of her other books but there’s clearly a reason why I still haven’t picked this one up and it’s probably because it’s the one I’m least likely to enjoy and it focuses on romance more than the others and blah. I’m sorry I gotta be strict with myself.

│ I added this because…This sounds interesting and like a good critique on racial profiling. Stay or Go? Go! Look, I have a lot of books on my TBR and a very shitty memory and yet I can remember just about everyone, they stay on my radar for the most part. This one has not, like at all. When I clicked on the title and couldn’t remember adding, and thought it was about something wildly different. I don’t even know how i came across it because although I have friends who have read and reviewed it, they’re none of the people who usually sway me to pick up a book, so I think I’m just gonna give this one a miss.

12.│One│Sarah Crossan│ I added this because…I have a lot of twins in my family! There’s 3 sets just in my generation and I have aunts who are twins as well. My mum believes she would have had twins if she hadn’t stopped at 2 kids (She was hoping to have twins the first time round so she could do pregnancy just the once). But we don’t have any conjoined twins so I was curious to read about them. Stay or Go? Go! I’m not really too interested anymore.

• Imagine: GOC’s mole • Part 4: Meeting the Joker (2)

You are sent by the Organized Crime Syndicates of Gotham City to seduce the Joker.They never really know if he is on their side or not, he is too unpredictable and work for himself only. That’s why they decided to hire you as a sort of spy for them, you’d make him just a bit vulnerable, you’d be his weakness.

Warning: NSFW, smutty scene (so please read until the end ;)

You couldn't believe your eyes, you were finally meeting the man you've been talked about for weeks. He was standing there, right in front of you, and oh man he looked handsome. You've learned about every crime he had ever committed, they told you everything about him but no one told you he looked that good. From everything you had heard, you portrayed him in your head but he looked nothing like you imagined. His green long hair were floating through the night breeze as his blue eyes pierced through your soul.

You had been prepared for this moment for so long so why were you that intimidated suddenly?

“You lost your tongue kitten? What's your name ?”

“I'm y/n.”

“Well y/n, sorry for ruining your dress.”

You looked down and realized your previously white dress was all bloodstained. His comment made you laugh.

“How come I've never heard of you before little y/n? I think if there were another mind player in town I would be aware of it, uh. Are you new in Gotham ?”

“Sort of.”

“Then welcome my dear” he said with a low voice as he was getting closer to you. “But careful doll, this city is not for small players, you get me ?” You nodded. His eyes dived into yours and you couldn't move anymore. It was like he was staring at your soul, you were hypnotized by his gaze, so deadly intense. “Hmm” he growled.“You look so pure, I wonder what brought you here.” He stroke your cheek as you were still unable to disconnect your big doll eyes from him.

“Now excuse me but I have to go, I hate being late.” he said, breaking the invisible link between you as he walked away. You checked the gold watch that belonged to the rich man, it was midnight. He was about to terrorize the gala's guests but you decided not to attend his show and escape by the emergency exit, you were done for tonight.

Constant noises woke you up. Who the hell was knocking at your door on a Sunday morning ? You grunted and stretched a bit in your bed. You finally gave up when your understood that person wouldn't stop knocking until you answered. You opened the door in your underwear because you fell asleep before even putting on your pajamas last night.

“Oh, uh, Good morning Miss ! I have this package for you.” the young boy was a bit surprised as he handed you a purple box. “Have a nice day !” he said, disappearing as fast as he could.

What was this ? You went back to you bedroom and sat on your bed to open the box delicately wrapped with a silk ribbon. It looked so pretty. You gently untied the ribbon and opened the lid. Your eyes widened when you discovered a sumptuous white dress. It looked even better than the one your were wearing yesterday. A piece of paper fell on the ground while you were unboxing the dress. You picked it up, it was a game card, the Joker card. You twisted it around between your fingers and saw an handwritten note:

“I liked your style, I might reach out to you sooner or later, it could be fun working together.”

A smile crossed your face, you did it, you got the Joker's attention.

“I'm so proud of you daughter.” Fish said, taking your face gently between her hands. “Now you know what you have to do.”

“Yes Fish, I'll gain his trust.”

“Yes darling, that's what we're aiming for but that will take time. For now I want you to focus on one point. Next time you see him I want this psycho to become so obsessed with you he'll loose sleep over the idea of possessing you. I want every of his thoughts being interrupted by your image, I want him to think about you when he drinks his grape juice in the morning, when he robs a bank in the afternoon and when he touches himself at night, do you understand ?”

“Yes Fish, I'll give him just a taste so he wants more.”

“Good girl.” She sat back behind her desk. “Don't forget to keep me abreast on what's going on and beware, that man is dangerous.”

It took a good 3 weeks to Joker to reach out to you. You were about to think he forgot about you but this morning you found a letter on your nightstand. Which also left you wondering how it got there, did someone break into your apartment while you were sleeping ? Anyway it was a letter from the Joker, you recognized his handwriting, the letter read: “Museum of contemporary art at 10.00pm, your skills might be required/useful.”

You went to the Museum without knowing what you would find there. The Museum was closed, it was night and nothing was moving. Did you come to the right place ? Suddenly you heard a whistle coming from above, you looked up and sow the green haired man on the roof throwing a rope for you to climb. Thankfully Fish also trained you for this, so you climbed the rope gracefully. Once on the roof you discovered the Joker wasn't alone. He was the only one wearing a black tuxedo whereas the other ones wore bullet proof attire which allowed you to identify them as his henchmen.

Two of them were busy unlocking the roof entrance to break into the Museum. You had no idea yet what the mission consisted of and the Joker was visibly not very talkative tonight. Fish had been very clear, you had to seduce him tonight. So you choose to wear a strapless top that allowed to see your tummy and a tight black pants that enhanced your butt. The Joker wasn't really paying attention but you caught one of his henchman looking at you like you were some meat ball. His gaze was so gross, you felt disgusted but you knew you had to kept a low profile for now.

The henchmen achieved to open the Museum and disable the alarms, Joker went first, his henchmen followed him and so did you. You could feel his henchman's dirty gaze on you while you were climbing down the ladder. As angry as he was making you, you thought you could actually use this later. You knew his eyes were on you once again so you discreetly winked at him.

The “gang” arrived in a middle of an exposition hall where two security guards were doing the rounds and their flashlights spotted you. They froze when they saw the Joker.

“Surpriiise !” he said with his widest smile. “Hand me your guns boys.” They obeyed without protest.

“Alright my dear, that's when I'm gonna need you” he said to you. “I want you to keep an eye on them, no chit chat, no move, no call for backup. My boy Tony here is gonna stay with you, I don't know you and I don't have time to deal with any bullshit tonight. Have fun doll.” he smiled, giving you the guns before disappearing with his other henchmen into the Museum.

As you predicted, as soon as Joker left the room his dirty goon tried to make a move on you.

“So what's your name princess ?”

“Back off.” you answered as you were focusing on the mission Joker gave you. You were pointing your guns in the guards direction, just in case.

“Playing hard to get honey ? We both know you want this” he was getting closer to you. The more he approached the more your anger grew.

“Do not touch me.” you warned him.

“Oh come on..” he grabbed your butt.

Without thinking about it twice you shot him between the two eyes. The bullet noise echoed in the vast Museum making the Joker come back in a hurry. He saw his man lying dead on the ground, then looked at you holding the gun. His eyes loaded up with fury.

“He was acting inappropriately with me !” you explained. You put the gun down and kneeled down hoping for mercy.

“WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE ? I TAKE YOU WITH ME AND YOU KILL ONE OF MY MEN ?” he screamed, pulling out his gold gun and pointing it at your face. He was looking for fear but couldn't find it. Instead, you gave him the most innocent look you could, knowing that you were looking like a little girl that had just made a mistake.

But then you opened your mouth, still looking at him in the eyes, moved your head forward a little bit and closed your lips around the cold metal of his gun. You started sucking on it carefully, moving your head back and forth slowly. The look you were giving him was just dirty now. Your lipstick was leaving red trace on the shiny gold weapon. You went from an innocent cute doll to a fearless naughty young woman in a matter of seconds. The Joker looked surprised by your sudden behavior but, judging by his growing bulge, also pleased.

He squatted down and turned the gun in your mouth as he took pleasure in watching your lips slide on the loaded weapon.

You decided it was time to stop. “I'm gonna go home, you have some business to finish here and I don't want to bother you more than I already did.” Strangely he let you stand up and walk away. No words were exchanged, no trigger was pulled but as you were leaving you saw in his eyes what you think was lust.

It took me longer to write than I thought it would but here it is ! Finally more Joker action !

This chapter is long because there is actually a part that should have been in the last chapter...
