On one hand I fully get that it's good and for most people this post rings true. But at the same time I can't do it. I'm not rly physically disabled, but have severe anxiety and the only space where I feel relatively safe is at home. So I'm kinda torn on it. Coz I know it did use to help me when I actually could do it, but also seeing posts like that don't feel too good for me, coz currently I'm stuck in a space that I just can't.
