so, i hit 1k sometime in the beginning of June ✨🥳. Which means my incessant yapping about absolutely nothing on every post I make and multiple months-long unannounced hiatuses didn't scare all of you off yet, so thanks for that y'all.

No, but for real tho, I genuinely want to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for putting up with me and all my BS, so my 1k+ gift exclusively consists of hairs requested by YOU!  Which is totally about giving back to the community that has supported me and NOT just an excuse to dump all the requests that have been sitting here piling up for months.

there are only 7 hairs in the preview image but a bunch of these are from sets, so all-in-all you're getting 17 female hairs!

due to how the meshes where made the Poloma Passion Twists and Monae Beads don't have root/tip controls so they’re only 2 channels the rest are 4 like normal.

polycounts are ALL over the place. Lowest hair is +10k, Highest one is +32k. Please reference the list under the cut before downloading!

Hey is this a visual metaphor on how the Champion can’t fully think for himself and be his own person rather than a weapon for the Paladins and Light Dragon to utilize because he acts as a vessel for LD in a similar way as how Kendal acted as a vessel for Vash (as a simple body to command for their goals) and so literally can’t “open his eyes” and be an individual on his own behalf because he does not have his own eyes to be able to open, also symbolizing how he can’t understand or sympathize with Erin and the others because he can only see the world through LD’s eyes?

Or am I just going insane

it might have more to do with the fact that Erin didn't think the Light Dragon was a real Primordial, let alone a match to the Void Dragon, but there's only one place he's seen eyes like this before

the popular hc is wrio adopting sigewinne... but ive always seen sigewinne as wrio's mother. the image of this scary gruff warden getting a little sparkly mothers day card for the tiny nurse is perfect in my head

I honestly enjoy modern AUs where Wrio parents Sigewinne they're cute. But my headcanon for well... canon version of them is yeah Sigewinne is basically Wrio's mom. I don't think she directly raised him but I feel like she is one of the few trustworthy and skillful adult figures in lil Wrio's life that he looks up to and trusts. Now after he's grown, they're found family to me, not specifically parent-child, Wrio sees her as a coworker, a trust worthy ally, and the closest thing he has to a family.

I feel like Wrio would 100% get her a card as a joke but it he does actually mean he looks up to her as a parental figure but it's not like he'll say that, he'll never hear the end of it.

DP x DC: Of Cooking and Ghosts

Danny is a single father. Dani is now physically her actual age making Danny, at the tender age of 20 the father of a 4 year old(5 in a couple months)

Danny moved to Blood Haven. He's got a decent paying job, lives in a decent neighborhood, and his schedule allows him to take Dani to and from school. It had been a bit of an adjustment, but he and his daughter are doing alright. There's just one problem...

Danny can't cook

Danny never learned how to cook and frankly he can't just keep eating fast food and takeout. His parents weren't the best cooks but at least his dad could make flapjacks that didn't come alive and attack them. Hell, he missed going over to Tuckers and getting fed by Mrs. Foley, because that woman could really cook. Danny needed something homemade, surely cooking couldn't be THAT hard...

Dick was quite alarmed to find smoke coming out of his neighbor's door as he came back from walking Haley. His instincts kicked in, leading to one officer Grayson bursting in and putting out a small grease fire much to the chagrin of his neighbor, Danny. Dick invites Danny and his daughter Dani to his place down the hall while the smoke clears out. So Dick makes them the one food he knows how to make

Pancakes

Turns out neither of them are the most robust of chefs. Dick calls Alfred and gets some recipes to try and him and Danny make plans to go over to Dick's place and learn a couple. Dani likes to "help" aka play with Haley, and Danny and Dick bond over learning to cook and eating just a bit healthier

Frankly I'm not sure how or if secret identities and ghosts work into this, i just am feeling sappy and wanted something cute. Could be romantic, could just be friends, could be found family, idk

kagehina but they're easing each other into retirement. they're both well past their prime, somewhere in their mid to late 40s. they're still part of a professional team of course, but it's getting harder and harder to keep up with the physical demands of the sport. their bodies just aren't the way they were a decade ago, knees buckling with each jump and muscles becoming sore way too early into a five set game. they spend less time on the court, until eventually they become absent from the starting lineup.

it's a reality that's hard to face, being pried away with unstoppable force from the very thing that breathes life into your being by your own body, for two people who yearn to be standing in front of a net for the rest of their lives. who crave the sound of a ball landing with full force on the polished floors of a court and the buzzing sensation on their skin when the game reaches its peak.

but tobio and shoyo have silently agreed that they'll do everything they can to make this, the wearing down of their bodies and careers moving at a slow and steady pace, easier on both of them.

they start off small, spending the afternoons of their days off bouncing a ball back and forth between them. this is routine, familiar. it makes them feel like they're in highschool again, each warm orange ray of the setting sun reflecting off their skin bringing them back to when they were sixteen.

suddenly, the cicadas are singing and karasuno is fresh from a devastating loss against the great king.

suddenly, snow cascades in white ribbons to the ground. tobio is looking at shoyo, at the sun, and utters the words with great conviction.

"you can fly even higher."

suddenly, it's spring in tokyo. adrenaline courses through their veins in monumental waves. and just as quickly as the tides change, the world collapses. shoyo falls to his knees.

suddenly, it's the spring. the one that will never come again.

the moon rising above the sun is a familiar backdrop to their banter and the silence that bleeds in between playful squabble. they call it a night at around the same time, when either of their stomach growls or when their shirts cling to their backs due to the sweat.

they find other ways to alleviate the dread that's slowly creeping in. and on days where it's harder, where their bones are heavier, they visit a local volleyball camp for kids.

there's something about watching a new generation of players taking their first steps that dispels their apprehension entirely. they watch with a certain fondness in their eyes the childish frustration at each missed spike and failed digs. they offer words of encouragement, pieces of advice between bouts of light-hearted disagreements that makes the kids laugh.

and when one of them finally slams the ball down over a lowered net, an unmistakable glint of passion in their eyes as they stare at a reddened palm, tobio and shoyo find the idea of retirement less daunting.
