Additional random thought from the prom ep. Shannon goes to Johnny and says they both know how bad it is if you take money from rich men. Like I know Shannon was a dancer...but like who messed with her? I’ve made it to the final episodes and I’m not ready.

Are those makdae pungseon? I’ve only seen those in Korea. Are they actually used in sports in the USA? (Clearly I'm out of touch and never watch sports) Standing ovation? For karate? For them just showing up to the mat? Really? Like I like this show but like do hardcore sports fans do standing ovations like that? The sports events hasn’t even started. Robby got second place last year. Y’all are weird. Though I will admit the different vibe is kind of nice, a bit over the top but I’m glad they’re taking some of that Cobra Kai jog around the mat flavor and showing up in style.

New management?! They’ve got a lifetime ban! Come on. You should’ve shown us those two showing up to talk to the committee and being like please let us compete. They shouldn’t get to ride on Johnny’s coat tails for all his hard work. Did Cobra Kai choose the evil red steam on purpose? Also why didn’t we get to see the other teams come in? I want to know what the dude said about Topanga and that kid who use to be the champ that gave the super long speech.

“Crowned grand champion” my brain as soon as I heard crowned went straight to Miss USA or some pageant thing. Congrats who wants to be Queen Karate? Miss All Valley? Do you think one of the things the committee fights over is who gets to MC the event? Poor Miguel. Kreese just say Johnny. You know what I honestly want? Some of his other students to show up. Like who’d he teach before Johnny huh? Other than our Cobra Kai guys from Johnny’s era. Who was his prior rising star? (Other than Bobby) Like does he mean Bobby? Bobby squandered his moment by not finishing it? Omg is this the opening to Avatar the last air bender. (Just kidding, but also not, I do like the skills competition because it gives more kids a chance to show off their moves and skills. I approve of this add on) Carrie Underwood? Really? I was not expecting that. Omg she’s seriously going to sing. I was wondering why the All Valley was the second to last episode.

Oh man that’s stressful. Eagle Fang only got one person on each side to go through? Just Diaz and Lee? T^T Poor babies. I guess they don’t have to close if Miyagi-do wins, but Cobra Kai has 5 in the quarterfinals. Miyagi-do has 3 and poor Eagle Fang only has 2. You know what hawk, Eli, you were good at Cobra Kai, get him. Get Kyler. Go kid. Be rough. I love that Yaya has the munchies. Sam you’ve got two sensei’s. DO it! Johnny being proud of her is precious AF. Kenny’s friendship with Robby is precious. You think Kreese has given that speech before? Maybe to Bobby? Omg no. I wasn’t expecting Miguel to hurt himself doing a move. Omg no. Well Eagle Fang is out. Damn. Woah, Silver put Stingray in the hospital? Oh god is this how he’s getting into Cobra Kai? Silver’s going to have Sting Ray say Kreese did it? (Listen all I know is Kreese goes to jail and I haven’t figured out how it happens yet) That’d be messed up because that’d mean Silver beat him up and then took him to the hospital and was like omg someone hurt this poor guy, help. Like did he have to change first? Wipe the blood off of his hands? Surprisingly super interested in the Robby versus Demetri fight especially since they’re friends and right after Robby’s full of regret from beating up Kenny. He was much gentler on Demetri Ah Robby now you see why all the adults in your life were worried. You teach a kid, they take it too far and bam you’ve got a kid on the dark side who can defend themselves and now turn the tables. You now know how your dad’s feel. But honestly you’re too young for this and all the stress. Damn-it, Johnny don’t make Miguel fight if he doesn’t feel well enough. Just because you’re scared of Kreese and for Robby. Johnny that’s too much pressure. Just because you might not be his sensei any more doesn’t mean you can’t still be in his life. Can’t you tell that kids hearts broken? Actor, you’re amazing. Lee I love that you just asked “Dramatic isn’t it?” and the other kid, refuse to call him by those awful nicknames but I honestly can’t remember his name, is like well yeah duh it’s the All Valley. Like y’all are one second away from a drama filled soap opera...wait...accurate actually. Aw your parallel to Daniel just ended there huh Miguel. Sorry, bye, enjoy your trip to Mexico and so sorry your hearts broken but I’m glad you’re not playing a pawn. Was not expecting it to be Hawk/Eli versus Robby. And def wasn’t expecting the bouncy hop “Let’s go baby” from Robby. Are you channeling Chozen? Now they’re just showing off Robby’s abs. Why? Why does the Cobra Kai gi’s gotta be like that huh? Also Eli did you just shove your hand down his sleeve to throw him? You’re using his clothing against him? What move is that? Ref? Robby maybe don’t poke the bear that is Silver. Also why does everyone stop Silver by grabbing his chest. Even now, old man Silver stopped by a chest grope. You know Robby, smart, Eli was using your shirt against you. I like the shrug from the ref and Eli being like okay yeah I’ll copy. (KKM vibes but those two ended up engaged lol) They’re both flinching a lot for Cobra Kais. Run Robby run. Amanda that was unfair for you to do to Tory. Look at these two apologizing. Miyagi Fang. Finally someone recognizing that Johnny got two championships. Put him on one of those banners. He needs some recognition for all his hard work. Look at Daniel finally getting his hug at an All Valley. I love Amanda’s response to Sam’s flying tornado kick. And her co-sensei’s. But I worry about Tory whose wings were clipped by Amanda. Sam hun, that little nod was flirty. Tory accidentally elbowing Sam in the face and then panicking. Like she’s got a bit of Bobby to her. Omg is Kreese learning a lesson through Tory? Like realizing how awful he was? Because honestly he’s sort of surprisingly gone more middle ground than I was expecting this season. Like Silver started it by pulling the reigns back but then Kreese snapped back and but stayed within bounds. I’m shocked. Kreese you hit your head? You actually giving decent advice? Did you learn your lesson and not want to repeat history? Woah. Someone set out my fainting chair.

Oh man really? They won? Wait they won everything? I also love that everyone was like yesss we won, sorry Tory no talking to Sam and checking to see if she’s okay literally physically dragged her back, which is a huge parallel to when that happened to Johnny trying to check on Robby. Whose turn will it be at the next all valley? Chozen? Daniel? Oh that heart breaking “Sam” Oh no Silver paid the ref off? I guess he learned his lesson in the past. But poor Tory. She needed a win. A real one. They left his dojo? Why? Johnny, you put so much work into it and it was stolen during probably one of the top 5 worst times of your life. Poor Robby, they needed this hug. Oh well that was terrifying, a “I’ll take care of Lawrence too” what does that mean? Also Kreese’s face in that moment. Congrats on playing the jaded divorced lady. Oof going to break your promise Daniel? Really? Oooohhhh hi Chozen. Nice suit.

I’m so excited they’re almost done with filming the show and we’ll likely get it in Q4. So before we get any Johnny/Carmen spoilers in the promos, what are your headcanons for their relationship?

I’m also totally banking on a Valentines Day episode - what are your speculations for that?

Hiya! so here it is, it’s gonna be long! I have so many thoughts/wishes/headcannons on Johnny and Carmen. I can’t believe we’re getting two lots of CK in 2021 honestly how amazing! Ok so I kind of have two sections in my head at the moment, stuff for if they’re dating when the series starts and stuff for if they haven’t had the talk or decided to pause things.

If they are:

Johnny is gonna be blissed out of his mind. We saw how excited he was to go and tell her he loves her and especially considering he said he's not felt like that for a long time. I think he'll wanna be spending all his time with her.

They seem like they're gonna be a really naughty couple because we've had the dojo jokes and Carmen basically saying 'next time we can try something more advanced !!!' When she said that I almost fell off the chair. So I think Yaya is gonna have to invest in some ear plugs or join a social group or something lmao. Adding on to this I wonder if we'll get a situation where they're hiding things from Miguel and keep having to find secret times together? It would be a nice place to put a funny montage.

It’s a headcannon at the moment but I think Carmen does have some fighting abilities but she never told Miguel because she always saw violence as a bad thing. She thought that wasn't the way to deal with things but maybe with what Johnny’s done for Miguel she’ll start to think about that old side of herself. I also think she has a mischievous streak so I wouldn’t be surprised if she turned up to see Johnny in a gi one day and wanted a free lesson. Only for Johnny to try and show her some stuff and get flipped onto the mat. I want that dream to have been foreshadowing haha! Also even though she prefers to sort things out calmly Carmen would 100% threaten Kreese if she ever met him. CK hurt Miguel and I feel like Johnny would have trusted her enough by that point to reveal what Kreese did to him so she’d be pissed about that as well. I hope she tells him to stay away from her boys.

More Salsa dancing !!! Like imagine Johnny turns up to training one day and the kids are like 'omg sensei what happened to your arm it's all bandaged' and we get hints all episode it happened cause of something sexual, but it turns out him and Carmen decided to go salsa dancing again and he fell over a chair.

When Carmen is on a late shift at the hospital, Johnny meets her after work. I love how in the show they have this thing where they keep saying 'good night' to each other and it would be so cute if that changed to 'good morning' cause Johnny turns up to meet her every morning to say it and walk her home and he brings breakfast every time and makes the same lame joke that he 'made it himself' and Carmen laughs everytime.

Carmen loves Johnny’s body, but despite his general air of confidence he is a little insecure he doesn't look like the poster boy anymore. Carmen would think he's being ridiculous and tells him she prefers his mature look and lists the things she likes including his arms in the slutty gi. At the AVT Yaya pointed out how good Johnny looked in his gi and Carmen bit her lip when she saw him, especially his arms. When they're in a relationship she turns up at Miyagi-do to 'pick up Miguel' but really she's hoping to catch Johnny in his gi as he always changes before he comes over.

As we've seen unlike his dream he is more cautious and soft with Carmen in reality. He really follows her lead on things and basically spends a lot of time kissing her all over especially her neck and he loves her hair (have we talked about how beautiful her hair is?!) Carmen is more strike hard, no mercy. I like what you said that time about Carmen having her hands in his hair because I wanted that too! She would totally love pulling Johnny's hair and he would love it too!

I have this wish for there to be something that they bond over liking maybe a band or film they were both obsessed with. I know there is an age gap and they grew up in different countries but it would be great to see a new side of Carmen and funny for them to have this thing they nerd out together about.

I think Carmen would really want to include Robby in their lives and will try and help things. She gives Johnny some confidence to keep trying when a conversation with Robby doesn’t go well. Maybe she meets Robby by accident one time and they get to know each other and something she says makes Robby listen to his dad the next time he comes to see him. When things are better Carmen gently nudges Johnny to ask if Robby wants to come to dinner with them. He’s so nervous, but relieved when he says yes.

However, If they don't start s4 together:

There'd be yearning SO MUCH yearning. Johnny's come to this big realisation and now he can't be with her and it sucks because when he wasn't acknowledging these feelings it didn't matter, but now he knows how he feels about her it hurts so much. I want major sad eyes from both of them

I think their fears could get the better of them. Carmen because Miguel got injured again and she would want Johnny to concentrate on getting rid of CK and Johnny because he may freak out at the enormity of what he was about to do. He was riding that confident wave of realisation and because he was stopped in his tracks those fears have crept in and he's lost the courage.

Miguel doesn't realize why at first but he notices they're both sad. And they both keep asking him how the other one is doing. Johnny makes sure he always has fresh juice in his fridge just in case :(

Carmen see’s an advert for tickets to a classic rock tribute night and he’s the first thing she thinks of. She buys them but when it comes to asking him she gets nervous and says she bought them for Miguel and him. Miguel being the smart kid he is figures out what happened and when it comes to the evening says he’s ‘ill’ and tells his mum to go in his place. They pretend they’re going as friends even though they both know they’re not. It’s an amazing night. Next day Johnny turns up with a mixtape he’s made her and because she doesn’t have a cassette player to listen on he lets her borrow his old one that we saw in the show. Carmen lets Yaya listen and she points out that they’re all love songs- Maybe this could be the Valentines episode -sigh-

Which leads me onto the possibility of a Valentines Episode!

I so hope they’ll do this, it has the potential for some heart-warming as well as funny moments.

For Johnny and Carmen it depends on where they would be in the narrative. If like we discussed Johnny is busy training the kids and worrying about Robby they may have a situation where he forgets or is late to whatever they planned. If that’s the case I would hope Johnny makes up for it with some cute and unique Johnny gesture. Maybe Miguel will know and help by that point? Another thought I had is that Johnny takes it super seriously because this is his first proper relationship for a while and definitely the first in a long time where he’s been in love. So of course he tries and fails to use the internet again to get guidance and comes up with some really stupid evening that just isn’t him, and then at the last minute throws the idea out and does something more their style. However if they’re not together on Valentines day maybe that will be the episode they get together officially? And we’ll finally get that ILY.

Omg this was so long and congrats if you got this far, but yeah thank you for asking me! I love talking about them and I’m desperate to see what they do with them next season.

Telling him the Gender of your baby:

You laid on the uncomfortable bed at the doctors office while the nurse doing your Ultrasound moved the transducer around to see the Growing baby inside. This was the Ultrasound that were to tell what the gender of Jesse and yours baby is.

Nerves and mostly excitement were running through your body watching every move the little baby did on the screen and the occasional glance to the nurse seeing her facial expressions helping you relax as everything with the baby was perfect as it could be.

The unfortunate part of today’s Ultrasound was Jesse could not attend. He was out with Walt and Mike doing some magnet business. It was not to much of a big deal him not being there because either way you’d tell him the gender and he’s been at most of the other appointments you had. You know he loves this baby like crazy and you just as much. You couldn’t be more thrilled to find out what you two would be having and share the wonderful news with your gorgeous man.

The nurse had made sure to take a great amount of photos of the baby for you to take home and show the amazing father of your baby. She had told you the gender and you teared up feeling your self fill with so much joy and love. It didn’t matter to either you or Jesse what the gender would be you’d both love this baby unconditionally. But luck was on your sides as the gender you two were slightly mostly wanting infact is what it is.

You couldn’t wait any second longer to tell Jesse so as you got into your vehicle you pulled out your phone typing away and smiling from ear to ear with again glistening eyes of happiness and sent him a text. Not wanting to call him and possibly interrupt anything important in his line of work. Never know how bad something so simple as a phone call can be in many situations. Driving back to your shared house with Jesse feeling anxious for his respond.

Jesse stood up from infront of the brown box set on the ground grabbing the laptop while the old man helping them out with there magnetic idea for getting rid of highly dangerous and important videos on Gus’s laptop.

“Necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets..” the elder man said to Jesse Walt and Mike intending for them to take any and all of those items off.

“Gold. These are nonferrous” Walter said to the man.

“Better hope. What about the stuff you young guys wear on the end of your pricks?” The old man was looking to Jesse. Jesse looked a little weirded out by the thought of anything on his junk.

“Speak now or forever sing soprano.. what’s up with that, by the way?” The old guy asked still looking to Jesse. “Why would anybody wanna put a metal ring through the end of their prick?” He continued on.

Jesse looked around seeing Walter and Mike both looking at him as well.

“What are you looking at me for?” Jesse asks as his eyebrows are furrowed down.

“Alright, guns, knifes.. tools, keys, plates in your head.. uh artificial hips” the old man continued listing down items to let him know about before starting this experiment. Walter turned to Mike seeing if he had anything to respond to. Which he did not he only stayed silent confirming that in his own way.

“Check your pockets one more time please”.

Everything was set in motion to test their magnet out, Jesse was walking closer slowly to the vehicle and the laptop glitched out turning off and swung out of his hands towards the vehicle. Everyone seems very pleased with the outcome.

“Yeah Bitch!.. Magnets!” Jesse yelled throwing his arms up.

Jesse got to the car opening the door and grabbing his cellular phone. He opens it seeing a text message from his beautiful girlfriend. Jesse feels he knows what it’s about knowing her she isn’t patient and would definitely be one to text him the gender of their baby. Especially in such an exciting state nothing could stop her from doing so.

He felt nerves major nerves and hesitated for a brief second to click on the message. Jesse clicked to open it and it had read..

ITS A BOY!!! Sorry babe couldn’t wait omg just what we wanted and thought AHHH! I love you so much haha just lame texting you it but i Coukdn NOT wait.

Instantly Jesse matches his earlier actions of excitement only this time it was a thousand times more excitement “Yeah Bitch!” He jumped up throwing his arms in the air as well.

Walt and Mike looked at Jesse, Walt with a confused look on his face at his at the younger man, and Mike with his normally no expression facial features.

“Wha-“ Walter started asking until Jesse cut him off I’m still an excited state

“I’m having a boy! It’s a fucking boy yo!” He shared to the two males clenching his fists together pounding them in the air near his head.

“Well let’s hope he takes after (Y/N)” Mike said nonchalant.

“Congratulations Jesse” Walter says and pats jesse on the back.

“Yaya thanks man let’s get going I got my girl to see” Jesse tells them jumping into the car In a hurry to go home to his girlfriend so he can hug her and kiss her and love her so he can celebrate their baby boy together.

“Hey babe I’ll be home soon I can’t wait to see you yo! I’m so fucking happy! Shit babe a boy man today’s a good day, I fucking love you” Jesse spoke into his phone talking to you.

“I love you pinkman, we sure gonna have our hands full if he is anything like you” you laugh.

“I hope he’s like his mother, so fucking smart, and kind and of course gorgeous” Jesse smiles into the phone.

Your heart feels warm full of love for this man and for the family you both have created and the family you shall raise to be.

“Hurry home Mr pinkman”

“Yes my future Mrs. Pinkman!.. I mean yes babe” Jesse chuckles

“Wait now marriage is an option to for us soon?” You chuckle to through his phone.

“Anything to be with you forever, anything to have our family forever, your my forever” he speaks seriously yet so sweetly into his phone to you.

Saying only the truth. What he’s been wanting for a long time , heck after only months of dating how in love he was with you he had seen you becoming Mrs. Pinkman . His Mrs. Pinkman.

How have you been feeling lately? Have you been doing ok? Uncomfortable because of period cramps and the heat WHICH IS STILL HERE, even though it’s supposed to be gone right about now and it’s supposed to be raining at this point. I wish I was kidding saying this but we literally have three electric fans turned on just for the living and dining rooms. It’s crazy and stupid and it shouldn’t be this hot anymore. I’m doing better mentally and emotionally, so at least that balances things out lol.

Are you currently in quarantine? Still am. While all countries are slowly going back to normal, our Covid cases continue to get higher and higher everyday because our government hasn’t done anything except to make us stay home for three months. No mass testing, no alternate public transport plans, and for some reason Duterte keeps borrowing billions of dollars’ worth of loans from the World Bank nearly every week, and we have no idea where the stupid fucking money goes. Our government is convinced they’ve been doing everything right so they’ve loosened up quarantine protocols, so with malls and restaurants being open again we’ve done nothing but reach record high cases almost every day.

Do you wear a mask when you go to the store? I’ve gone outside a total of three times since March and I wore a mask for two of those times. The first time I went out I just genuinely forgot to bring a mask, but in the end it was fine because I only had to stay in the car.

Does your state require people to wear masks in stores? As far as I know it’s not a requirement per se, but fortunately everyone follows the safety precautions anyway.

Do you know anyone who’s had the coronavirus? Yeah, my mom’s former boss. This is a bit of a stretch but I also know someone personally who had immediate family members that tested positive.

What was the last sweet treat you ate? I had a peanut butter doughnut from J.CO! Soooooooo good.

Was it a nice day out today? No, it’s too hot. Even if life was normal rn I’d prefer to be indoors with air conditioning, like a mall.

Is the weather nice where you live usually? Fuck no. It is disgustingly hot, sticky, and humid 3/4 of the year.

What was the last thing you ordered online? I don’t do a lot of online shopping. When I get something online it’s usually to get food delivered, and the last time I did that it was me and Andrew getting Hong Kong noodles.

Are you expecting a package right now? Nopes.

Have you ever ordered anything from Wish? If so, what did you buy, and did you feel it was worth it? No, though I remember Good Mythical Morning featuring it in a couple of episodes. I don’t feel comfortable buying from stores or sellers that sell things for a lot cheaper because they could always be fake, so I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from that site.

Are you a youtuber? If so, are you consistent with uploads? and how many subscribers do you have? I’m not, but I do have my own channel. I just use it to like videos and subscribe to my favorites, though.

What is one thing you hate about summer? The weather. Honest to goodness I’d really rather live somewhere that gave me -40C weather everyday.

Did you go outside today? No. My dad wanted to bring Cooper to my grandma’s place and I planned to come along, but at the last minute he changed his mind and did just the errands he was supposed to do.

What is the name of your youtube channel, if you have one? It’s just my full name because my YouTube is linked to my Google account.

What was the name of the last store or restaurant that overcharged you? I don’t know any instances where that would happen. I don’t find service charge inconvenient because I know that directly goes to the servers anyway so I don’t mind how high it gets most of the time. Is your room more often messy or clean? It’s clean most of the time but sometimes when I’m busy I won’t be able to keep it clean and it’ll be clean-messy? Like I’ll leave stuff around but I’ll still know where everything is lol.

Who is someone you miss? ALL MY FRIENDS BRUH

What is something you miss? Being able to go out and freely do activities. Life Pre-COVID < Life pre-COVID, perfectly put. I miss getting an allowance, being out until midnight, having dates with my girlfriend thhe most.

Do you feel like your emotions are often haywire? Not necessarily, but they can get pretty unstable sometimes.

Have you ever received a misdiagnosis from a doctor? Nah but I’ve been given a prescription that didn’t work. We went to our family doctor who made me take a certain medicine for three days, and I started getting worried when three days had passed and I still had my fever. I went to Angela’s mom and she was super quick to tell me that that medicine wasn’t the right one to take for a UTI and prescribed me with something else; and that second one ended up working like magic.

Have you ever been “diagnosed” with a mental illness from an online friend? who is not a doctor? If yes, isn’t that frustrating? That’s never happened before, but if it did I wouldn’t let my frustration get the best of me. I’d just tell them that they should avoid doing that if they’re not a professional because they could very much end up seriously harming people.

Do you have any friends that you can trust and tell everything to? All of them.

What was the name of your favorite roommate you’ve had? Kimi :)

Do you have a favorite book that you’ve read multiple times? Yeah when I was a kid I would reread this book that an aunt had given me for Christmas as much as I could. For many years I forgot the title but after painstakingly Googling the few keywords I could remember I finally found out it again – it’s a series called Three Girls in the City by Jeanne Betancourt, but I only ever read the first book because it was the only gift I got. It’s not my favorite book, but I’d be so happy if I got to be reunited with it again because I don’t think we got to keep it around when we moved houses.

What’s one book or book series that you’ve read multiple times? ^ That, multiple wrestling memoirs, and Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami. I’ve also reread the Twilight Saga once.

What was the name of the funniest kid you’ve ever babysat? I never babysat anyone other than younger relatives, but the one I enjoyed taking care of the most was my cousin Lucas. He was the smartest kid I babysat so it was fun talking to him, plus his yaya was always nice to me, they had a playground and sandbox at home, and all I had to do was keep him company while he watched Thomas and Friends over and over.

Do you enjoy babysitting? Just the younger relatives that were smarter and more behaved. I didn’t like the kids who thought kicking and being rowdy were fun.

Do you have any big regrets? One big one.

Are there things about your past that bother you? Of course. My entire childhood is one.

What was the last thing you saw or read on social media that made you angry? OMG get ready for this one. Our dumb as a rock presidential spokesperson was talking about how happy he is that the country beat UP’s (my school, which the government hates because we always talk shit about them lol) prediction of 40,000 Covid cases by the end of June if the government doesn’t do anything to prevent more cases. How many cases do we have? Fucking 36,000. Our government is happy because they finally beat our school over something for the very first time and they are technically happy that we got 36,000 cases, which if you round up will give you 40,000 anyway. My school had a fucking FIELD DAY over it and now he is a national meme.

Do you often post about controversial topics on facebook? At first I didn’t but that’s because I wasn’t active on Facebook in the past anyway. After I realized that I had a bigger friends list on Facebook I decided to put it to good use and post about controversial topics to educate others. It’s made a bunch of conservative family members uncomfortable and that’s the goal, son.

Do you think it’s a good idea to post about serious topics on social media? or do you think that it’s better to discuss serious topics in person? It definitely is. In person is good too but you don’t always get that opportunity, so sharing stuff through social media doesn’t hurt too as long as information is accurate. For instance most of my relatives life far from me, so if I want them to get a piece of my mind about Trump or BLM or abortion, sharing informative graphics and tables is always convenient.

What was your favorite book you had to read for school? Without Seeing the Dawn by Stevan Javellana is my absolute favorite. It’s probably the closest thing to being my favorite book. Number the Stars by Lois Lowry is a good runner-up. On the other hand, Dekada ‘70 by Lualhati Bautista is my favorite that was written in Filipino.

Have you ever failed a class and had to repeat it? Nope. I really believe I was meant to fail algebra in my freshman year in high school because I failed every exam, but I think my teacher just took pity on me and gave me a barely-passing mark at the end of the year so that I didn’t have to go to summer school. As for college, I’ve never failed a class.

What class in school did you hate the most? In college I hated my economics elective. I still don’t know why that’s mandatory for us journ students... I also dreaded a couple of journalism classes, but it was more because of the teachers than the classes’ topics.

Have you ever wanted to be a teacher? I don’t think so.

What’s one childhood dream that has stuck with you, and one that has not? Having a big house; becoming a firefighter.

Would you want to re-live your childhood over again if you could? I’ve already said it on this survey, but: fuck no. I’m ok where I am now, even if I am a clumsy adult.

Which do you like more: being an adult or being a kid? Being an adult. Being a kid meant having to stomach the smell of hard alcohol and cigarettes from morning to evening everyday; being caught in the middle of screaming matches between drunk relatives; and being cramped in a single-floor home with 12 people. Like I said, I love where I am now. The amount of independence I gained in college was freeing and felt so nice and I’m glad my parents never tried holding me back. I’m also glad that I didn’t fall into the same alcohol trap, and that I know how to deal with my alcohol responsibly.

At what age were you when you started to feel like you were mature enough to offer others advice? Around college-age, so like when I turned 18.

Did your parents smoke or drink when you were growing up? Neither of them did, because we had enough alcoholism happening at my old home. It was actually my drunken relatives that finally drove my mom out of that house.

Do you enjoy bonfires? I’ve only been to one and I was like 9 years old then, so I wouldn’t know how I feel about them now.

Have you ever stepped on a sparkler? Nope.

What, do you know of, are you allergic to? No allergies.

Have you ever ridden in an ambulance? Also nopes. I always feel bad for the ambulances that I see because I live in a very traffic-heavy city and they always end up getting stuck and crawling through traffic like the rest of us. We do try to swerve, but our roads are so tiny and always cramped that there’s little space left for us to move out of the ambulance’s way, so even though we’re able to make a path for it, the space is not big enough for the ambulance to drive in the speed it’s supposed to.

What is your favorite version of the Bible to read, if applicable? That’s a big no thanks from me.

Do you follow trends? or are you a trendsetter? Yeah, I follow some of them if I think they are nice.

Has anyone ever described you as a trendsetter? Nope, because I am not.

Do you know anyone who used to be loving, but then turned cold? List three people you’ve known whom this has happened to. My mom, Athenna, Macy. The only person I don’t resent out of these three is Macy, because I know she turned distant due to mental health issues and because she wants to fix herself first, which is responsible.

What SAT subjects, if any, did you get a perfect score in? We don’t have SAT.

What were your best subjects in school? and what was your favorite subject in school? I loved taking history electives in college, and I performed the best in them too. I also did well in international relations, which was under the political science department.

Have you ever been abused by a parent or legal guardian? I’ve been verbally and emotionally abused by my mom ever since I can remember.

Do you have a lot of wounds from your past? If we’re getting visual then I’d rather say that I have one ugly, infected gash that gets bothersome from time to time. My past isn’t made up of little tiny scattered wounds.

Has anyone ever called you a jerk? Behind my back, probably.

Are you a jerk? I can be, so I don’t mind being called it. I never said I was the nicest person.

What color were your bedroom walls in high school? They have always been white. My mom doesn’t let us have control over our own rooms, so in the beginning it’s always been plain boring white. Don’t get me wrong, I like my room but sometimes it just feels like living in a cell.

Is there a girl or guy you wish you hadn’t let slip away? I wish I was still close with my high school friends, and I remember saying how they were for keeps in my old surveys so that makes me extra sad haha. I’m civil with most of them, but no longer close. And I only ever talk to them if it’s their birthdays or if they achieved something big. The only people I’ve remained close with from that original group are Angela and Hans.

Is there an old friend that you miss and would like to reconnect with? Not really. Sofie and I have grown apart from each other now and we’re both very happy, so there’s no need to change that. I’m okay with seeing her once or twice a year.

Who has hurt you the most? My mom.

Have you been bullied? Yeah in kindergarten. Long-lasting effects though.

Which talent show, if any, would you most like to audition for? and have you auditioned for one? No thanks. I don’t have the kind of talent that I can show off, like singing or playing an instrument.

Do you know anyone who’s auditioned for American Idol? I don’t think so. But my mom knows someone who auditioned for our local version of America’s Got Talent. He’s a ventriloquist that my mom used to get for our parties. As far as I know he got into the grand finals, but I’m not sure if he won.

Is there someone you think should audition that hasn’t yet? American Idol’s been over for a while now.

What time of day do you usually feel your best? I love the evenings.

What’s one way in which you’ve changed within the last ten years? I was in sixth grade then, I’ve graduated from college now. My mom was purely verbally abusive to me then, now we have brief stints of having an actually healthy relationship. I had one dog then and I have two dogs now; I had no friends then and I have tons of them now. There’s been a lot of tiny changes but nothing that were life-changing.

Do you feel like time goes by fast, or slow? It goes both ways depending on how stimulated I am or how much fun I’m having.

Who do you know who has died of cancer? One of my great-aunts.

Has there been cancer in your family? Yeah, ^ that. Other than her I’m not sure if we’ve had other cases. My family tends to be hush-hush about cancer and only ever call it ‘c’ or ‘the big one.’

Have you ever stayed overnight in a hospital, and if so, what for? Yes, once for a low platelet count.

Have you ever been a victim of police misconduct? No but the cops here are just as corrupt as the ones in the US, so I can very much be a victim any time. It’s just a matter of being in the wrong place at the right time.

Have you ever been so angry you wanted to sue someone? Not so much that I wanted to sue someone, no.

Have you ever been a victim of racism? My country isn’t diverse at all and we’re all Filipinos here, and I’ve only ever traveled to Asian countries, so no. But racism is a big reason why I have no plans to go to other countries known for it.

Have you ever deleted a friend on Facebook for making racist comments? I’ve unfriended those who were being little bitches about BLM and George Floyd’s death, so I guess that kinda counts as being racist. I still have a few racist Facebook friends that I keep around, but that’s because they’re family members.

What was the theme of your senior prom? Clair de Lune, so like the moon and shit.

Did you go to prom? It was mandatory, so I had to go even though I really had no interest.

Do you hate social injustice? Absolutely. Anyone who tolerates it is automatically a gigantic prick, I’d say.

No. I don’t know how it translates to English, but in Filipino we have this term called naghaharing-uri that comprises the very very very very tiny top of the social pyramid and it’s made up of top government officials and their families, heads of corporations, old money families, etc. It’s no secret that it’s this 1% that exploits the 99% remaining in the pyramid, so even though I’m relatively comfortable in my class, I hate that, when it comes down to it, we’re only being used by this 1% for their own benefit.

Life isn’t fair. True or false? True.

Do you hate that life is so unfair? Sometimes, if it’s for stuff about social injustice and how some people have to be homeless, why homophobia exists, etc. But if it’s for tiny problems, I feel like they’re necessary sometimes so we can learn from them.

Who do you go to when you’re upset? Sometimes myself, sometimes Gabie.

Do you pray less or more than you did 5 years ago? A LOT LESS, thank fuck I got out of that trap.

Have you ever been in so much pain you prayed that you would die? YES, with my toothache last year.

What brings you the most joy? My dogs.

Right now we have the following tiers of elemental powers (the third tier names are based from Retak'ka's elemental powers; they may or may not be used for BoBoiBoy):

- Angin / Taufan / Beliung

- Daun / Duri / Balak

- Cahaya / Solar / Gamma

- Air / Ais / ???

- Api / Blaze / ???

For Air and Api, I put "???" because Retak'ka did not manage to steal these elements, hence we never knew their third tier's names. I wonder what their names will be?

In BBBM2 we are introduced to Elemental Fusion, something BoBoiBoy thought by himself (helped by Tok Kasa and Retak'ka's "advice", ofc) to compensate for the loss of most of his elemental powers. And it worked!

Canon Elemental Fusions in this movie are:

1. Blaze + Ais = FrostFire

2. Ais + Gempa = Glacier

3. Halilintar + Solar = Supra

So... what will other Elemental Fusions will be? Hmmmmm...

Gempa + Duri = Rimba? (although Fang has used this word in his Rimba Bayang attack, lol) Maybe Hutan? Erm....

4. Addressing Yaya, Ying, Fang, and Gopal's 3rd tier powers... and where Ochobot got them

BBBM2 told us that Ochobot was a special Power Sphere used to drain out powers from people who have used Power Spheres. (Sounds confusing, eh.) 100 years ago, Tok Kasa used Ochobot to drain out Retak'ka's elemental powers.

Those elemental powers came from other Power Spheres, in which Sinarbot - the Power Sphere containing the power of Gamma element - was once owned by Retak'ka. Retak'ka, consumed by greed, stole all other elemental powers from other elemental users until he was stopped by Tok Kasa, who was the user of the Kristal element. Tok Kasa owned the Power Sphere called Kristalbot.

Now here's the problem: Ochobot was separated from Tok Kasa and was missing until 100 years later, when BoBoiBoy found Ochobot. During this time, not only Ochobot held all the elemental powers, but he also held powers of gravity, speed, shadow, and molecular manipulation.

The question: Where did Ochobot get these powers?

Anyway. Here's what we know about Yaya, Fang, Ying, and Gopal's abilities in Tier 1 and Tier 2, and predictions for Tier 3 powers:

5. Addressing the main issue with BoBoiBoy's family

Oh boy, oh boy. BoBoiBoy has a very serious case of abandonment issues and it shows throughout the series:

- BBB S3 ep 23 iirc: BBB was upset that his parents weren't visiting him on Earth Day. He told his friends that his dad worked as an "ambassador" and his mom followed his dad. (Seriously, what kind of parents leave their 10-year-old kid by himself??)

- BBB S3, same episode: Tok Aba visited BBB and gave him a postcard sent by BBB's parents. It had a picture of a very beautiful view of the moon... except it's a hint that the view was not of this planet (the moon was way too big).

- BBBM1: BoBoiBoy was sad when his friends scolded him for forgetting the promise to go camping. (He was trying to help catch robbers just as he and Ochobot were about to go - the boy really couldn't leave matters be) So the boy was sad when Ochobot and the others were angry at him.

- Also BBBM1: BBB was extremely sad when Ochobot was almost destroyed by Bora Ra.

- BBBG S1 ep ??: BBB faced a kid called Panto and his Invisibot, and once BBB defeated them he saw Panto crying for his Invisibot. BBB let them reunite.

confinement 2, week 3

confinement is upon us! and seems to be going by in a flash, which is the common trend lately, it seems, life just speeding on by like a blur and the kiddos are just sprouting like seedlings before long they’re gonna be full blown trees and im geriatric.

second time around is def better, if i might dare say. youre just way more prepared (both mentally and physically, more mentally) for the worst that can happen, not so noob all around, even my moms not breathing down our necks cos hollys experiencing terrible2s and is a huge but stinkingly undeniably cute handful. the chaos is nicee? wouldnt have it any other way. pretty sure we r CLOSING SHOP after this aka NO MORE! what a relief to know that i can work on my body, move onto a nice non-preggo phase of life, just breastfeeding left to do......which i wonder when/how long it will go on for. but what ive also learnt (ala with the whole CC/st james thing) is that some bridges shld just be crossed not too early, but at the right time else its just unnecessary stress and who needs more of that at this stage in life? in the end i managed to clear that 3-make-ups in 1 day right before i popped tara! and in the end the birthing experience was truly a dream...save the epidural side effects, but otherwise im shouting to the world that natural birth is awesome and manisha is 10/10 stars.

small wins like friday’s eventful day where they came back with a new pram, my dream pram..and we’re planning the full month celebration now, i only have 2 more days to chill cos technically lq and i need to work on lidl this friday, and its been chill we’ve alr been taking visitors and my jailbreak ends sooner than u think! then its back to work life, but honestly everything is going to be ok. got to learn to work thru the anxiety/shut it out when needed/sometimes its overwhelming but got to silence the voices. im very happy where life is/where we are/ even though byebye sleep (for now?) and theres the whole impending doom of yaya leaving us for good..and theres always some kinda shit to deal with in life because thats life. like JAUNDICE, but then i begged the doc to let us go at 85 reading, and she did. and i no longer care as much or at all abt what people think ever since k caught me with ZERO make up at the park twice in a day. but ive been trying to restart my IF regiment because i hated what i saw in the mirorr/i was a full on beluga whale post-partum (still am). but its a work in progress. did a lot of uniqlo hauls because i figured since im saving more than 1300$ by not engaging PNMSG.

next thing to check off is some decadent sashimi (it doesnt even need to be the fanciest location), and i’d like a nice shoot for the 100 days + hollys bday (hope it goes well!) because we havent gotten a nice fam photo of the four of us aka hope holly cooperates! next time i check in here it might already be christmas?? life is so insane! grateful that thru it all God is so faithful and we have so much support and love, omg TOTAH is the best confinement nanny of all time seriously, she does SOO much i cant even. just so happy that at the end of the day theres family and thats all you need really, fam.

“Well, what do you think about the house that Marta showed Y/N?” Jared asked, sipping his beer.

“Oh, I don’t know, it’s not a huge house, but the yard is big and the neighborhood is great. I think I’ll make an offer tomorrow,” I said back, taking a drink from my beer.

“Oh, good, Y/N still on the fence about it?”

“A little,” I replied, pondering. Y/N was worried she wouldn’t be around enough for Gen if she lived with me, but I had assured her multiple times that everything would work itself out.

My phone began to ring from the coffee table. As I reached forward to silence it, I saw that it was Y/N. She was at work at the moment, which meant it must have been important for her to be calling during her shift. I answered the phone instead.

“Hello?”

“Jensen!” Her worried and frantic tone had me sitting straight up immediately. She began talking so fast I couldn’t understand what she was saying.

“Woah, woah, Y/N. Y/N calm down,” I tried to talk over her, but I wasn’t getting through. I heard her say ‘Thatcher’, ‘Hospital’, and began to get even more worried.

“Y/N!” I yelled. She stopped talking, but I could hear her breathing quickly. “Y/N, I can’t understand you. What’s going on?”

“Jensen, it’s Thatcher. He showed up in an ambulance with a broken nose and concussion. They have him in a trauma room right now, so I don’t know what happened!”

“I'm on my way,” I said immediately, then hung up. Jared was staring at me nervously, a questioning look on his face. “Thatcher’s at the hospital. Nothing serious, but I should probably get down there.”

“I'll go with you.”

Jared dropped me off near the ambulance entrance and went to park the car. I ran through the doors, looking around wildly. A nurse stopped me.

“My son,” I breathed. “He’s here somewhere!”

“Through the doors, stop at the nurses’ station. They’ll tell you where he is.”

I was running before she could say another word. I burst through the doors and three nurses looked up from the station. One pursed her lips at me and placed her hands on her hips. I dashed to her and her eyebrow raised in a subtle question.

“Thatcher. My son,” I gasped, slightly out of breath.

“This way,” she said, beckoning me to follow. “And please, sir, try not to cause an accident.”

I winced slightly, uncomfortable, but I followed close behind her. She opened a door, and I darted inside. Thatcher looked up from the bed, shock on his face. He was holding a bloodied towel to his face. A bruise near his eye was swelling and had already turned a dark bluish purple color.

“Aw, Jensen, I’m sorry. I told them not to call you. It’s just a bloody nose,” he said, looking uncomfortable.

“Then what is with the bruise on your face? And the hospital didn’t call me, Y/N did,” I asked evenly, trying to keep my sense like Y/N would.

He touched it lightly and looked guilty, even a little scared. Just as I was about to ask another question, a doctor walked in.

“You must be Thatcher,” he said cooly. “I’m Dr. Storz. How about we take a look at that nose, hm?”

“Don’t want you. I want Y/N,” he complained.

“Thatch, come on,” I said.

“No, Jensen. Y/N talks about this yahoo. He don’t know his ass from his elbow! Full of himself.”

I tried in vain to hide the smirk that sprang to my face. Dr. Storz gave me a withering look and I couldn’t do anything but shrug and turn my attention to the floor. The doctor stormed from the room and both Thatcher and I burst out laughing.

“Thatch,” I said between breaths, “you can’t talk to doctors like that. It’s rude!”

“S’not my fault the guy’s an idiot,” He snickered.

“Thatch,” I tried to say warningly.

At that moment, Y/N walked through the door.

“What's this about Dr. Storz?” She said, hands on her hips. I could see a flush in her cheeks and knew she must still be upset.

“Thatch called him out apparently,” I snickered.

“Jensen, you… oh who am I kidding. He annoys the hell out of me,” she said, sitting down on the bed. “Let's look at that nose. What happened, Kiddo?” She put on some gloves and sat back down next to him.

“Nothin’.” He shrugged, looking away as Y/N peeled the towel away from his nose.

“Thatch, it’s not nothing,” I said in all seriousness. “If you got into a fight, just tell me.”

“Wasn’t a fight,” he muttered as Y/N made his tilt his head back. “Or much of one, I guess.”

“What are you talking about?” I asked, knitting my eyebrows together. This kid could speak so cryptically sometimes that half the time I found myself pondering if he was actually a thirty-five year old in a fourteen-year-olds body.

“This is going to hurt,” Y/N interjected. Thatch grunted and winced as she squeezed the cartilage back into place.

“I got ganged up on, okay?” He snapped at me. A pang of shock hit me as anger crossed his features and I saw a carbon copy of Alyson.

“Why don’t you guys go back home and talk about this?” Y/N suggested. “I’ll be home in a couple hours. I’ll make some spaghetti, how ‘bout that, Thatch?”

“Really?” He asked hopefully as she placed a couple bandages on his face.

“Will do,” she promised.

“Let’s go on home, Thatch. Uncle Jared brought me. We can talk when we get home, alright?”

Without answering, Thatcher got up and followed me from the room. Jared was waiting in the waiting room for us anxiously. I made eye contact with him and shook my head slightly, silently asking him not to ask about it. He gave me a short nod in understanding.

Once we got back to Jared and Gen’s, I took Thatcher outside on the deck. It occurred to me that I needed to spend a lot more one on one time with my son. I barely knew anything about him. I told him to wait there while I went back inside to get a drink. I opened the refrigerator and saw that Gen had made some lemonade, so I poured two glasses and went back outside.

“There were six of them,” Thatcher said as I handed him his cup. He looked almost disappointed in himself. “It was just after gym. I told the office I’d taken a basketball to the face by accident. They called 911 when the bleeding wouldn’t stop and they couldn’t get hold of Y/N.”

“Do you want me to do anything? I want to call the school and rip their heads off but something tells me you don’t want me to do that,” I said, trying to keep myself calm.

“Not really. It’ll just make it worse. I can handle it. I’ve had worse.”

“Do you want to talk about it?” I asked, somewhat awkwardly. I felt so far out of my comfort zone. He straightened and met my eyes. They were just a shade darker green than mine.

“You’ve never really asked before,” he stated.

“Thatcher, I want you to talk to me. I want you to be able to ask me anything or tell me anything. I’m just still new to this father thing. You only just came to live with us three months ago and I know I’m gone a lot. I want to make up for those years your mother kept us apart. I’m just not quite sure how to do the whole parent thing.”

“You’ve been great,” he said honestly. “I have people that take care of me when you’re gone. I’m in school, there’s always enough food in the house. I have my own room and pretty soon we’ll be in our own house and I’ll be able to decorate my own room. I’d say you’re off to a good start.” He chuckled lightly.

We fell quiet for a little while, neither of us sure how to follow up the last statement. We sipped lemonade and watched the yard.

“I have my first soccer practice on Sunday,” he said.

“Yeah? You want me to drop you off?” I asked.

“That’d be great!”

“What position are you going to play?” I prompted.

“Uh, I think Coach wants me to play forward. I’m pretty good at scoring. I don’t think Myles is exactly happy about that. It drops him to half-back. Probably why he and his buddies ganged up on me.”

“Myles?”

“He’s in my grade. Real a-hole,” Thatcher explained.

We fell quiet again until Thatcher cleared his throat.

“Hm?” I asked, looking over to him. He was slightly uncomfortable now, unsure of himself. “What’s up?”

“So, uh, you’re doing better at this whole father thing and all,” he squirmed in his seat, trying to come up with the right words to say. I waited patiently for him to continue. “Should I call you ‘Dad’?”

I choked on my lemonade. Coughing, I waved my hand at him as he tried to get up to help. I caught my breath and tried to gather my thoughts into some semblance of order.

“Thatch,” I said, clearing my throat again. “You can call me whatever you want.”

He nodded in understanding. Y/N poked her head out the door and greeted us.

“I’m going to start the spaghetti, you boys want to come help?” She asked.

As Y/N started the hamburger for the sauce, Thatcher gathered the spices she would need from the shelves and I laid out the bread on trays to put in the oven. I didn’t have much cooking skill, so Y/N usually left the easy stuff to me. After I did that, I’d start putting the salad together. Thatcher, as it seemed, thoroughly enjoyed learning how to cook from Y/N.

“Remember to season the hamburger while it’s cooking, so it soaks up the onion and garlic,” she said, flipping the hamburger.

“Is this your recipe?” He asked.

“My mother’s,” she responded. “Most of my recipes are hers.”

“Will I ever get to meet her?” He asked. Y/N glanced back at me as I was tipping salad into a bowl to serve. I grinned.

“Of course, Thatch. We’ll go sometime this year or next.”

“So, can I ask for something?” He asked, attempting to sound casual. Y/N and I both stopped what we were doing and looked at him.

“What is it, Bud?” I asked.

“Well, we’re moving soon, and we’ll have a house and a yard all to ourselves, right?”

“Right,” Y/N said happily.

“Well, I’ve always wanted- I just thought maybe- I dunno, it’s probably stupid.”

“Thatch, what do you want?” I asked firmly.

“Can I get a dog?” He blurted out, then he looked between us hopefully.

I got ready to tell him that we’d need to talk it over and discuss this, but before I could-

“Of course you can!” Y/N said.

“Really? Thanks, Mom!” He darted to her and pulled her into a hug. We looked at each other, shocked.
