At that moment, I hated Merlin. I'm crying...

I'm not gonna lie. I'm literally astonished at the comments under this video. There are literally comments saying Merlin had no choice. There was no other way...

And this was my answer to that bullshit:

There was always a way. Merlin could have just let Uther die.

But. He. Never. Does.

In fact, he literally throws his entire people under the bus to lie to Arthur about Uther using magic to conceive Arthur all to prevent Arthur from killing his own father.

Look preventing Arthur from killing his father is fine.

But to lie! About Uther using magic to conceive Arthur thus leading to Igraine's death and them blaming everyone with magic for Igraine's death instead of who the fault truly lied with. To put his own people under the bus!

To make Arthur hate magic more!

Literally Merlin got the ending he deserved. He failed everyone. Arthur. Morgana.

All because he decided he had to protect Uther too for Arthur's sake, like wtf?

I have a lot of feelings about Morgana. She is such an incredible character and the lineart captures her so well. Her tortured expression reminds me of Anderson's The Little Mermaid, the mermaid is a very tortured character who risked everything and got nothing by the end. It reminds me of Morgana who is one of the most tragic characters in the show. The writing screwed her over so bad. My queen you do not deserve this.

Unlike what I did for Mordred, Morgana is in bold colours because she is a bold lady. I loved colouring her hair a lot.

I also like the era of Morgana you picked. This Morgana is the link between the Lady of Camelot and the High Priestess of the Old Religion. Her expression is just so raw and beautiful and visceral and I feel for her so much.

The tendrils of the Old Religion with its silvers and greys are reaching out to her. Her eyes are gold because of magic and I love how the magic swirls around her.

Aithusa!! My baby you did no wrong!! I love how you included her with Morgana because even if Merlin hatched her she is Morgana's through and through.

I've put BBC Merlin characters into a couple of scenes from The Sword in the Stone. The work is old as hell but I really liked the concept.

morgana better be appreciated for being such an important part of arthur's conscience.

it's crazy watching the first season of anything. oh the stakes will rise and the choices will become harder and i will think of these versions of you with wistfulness and longing. how can i be nostalgic for something still happening

ah the little druid boy. is this foreshadowing? must i remember him?

oh. morgana feels the resentment. she's alone and alienated in a place she calls home. how must it feel to be surrounded by those who would rather kill you? how can uther so callously claim that he will not forgive her and promise her harm? how can she feel safe?

i knew the name of the little boy the second before he said it. mordred. is he destined to kill arthur--did he manipulate merlin? was it wrong for merlin to save him?

the uncertainty of the future is something i will have to learn to cope with.
