can we talk about that random situation when you go non-verbal for no particular reason? like you're not necessarily upset at something or someone specific but talking out loud feels like your insides getting shredded by a furious monster. i don't know how else to explain it. and it's so fucking painful when people talk to you and you're forced to reply back and they think you're being rude for not saying much when you're actually gathering all your effort to not make them feel even worse... yeah.
