on twitter, a viral thread started where people around the world shared their translations of “If I must die”, the last work of Dr Refaat Alareer also known as "the voice of Gaza". A beloved poet, teacher and life-long activist for Palestine, he was recently assassinated along with members of his extended family by a targeted Israeli air strike. His loss leaves a hole in the heart of palestinians all over the world.

I mentioned briefly in my tags Huzzle was the first to find out about Click clack in the au so I find it fitting to draw it doing exactly that [thumbs up] hope it's horrors enoughs.

Imagine locating a hidden away spot in your missing friend's domain and you find the reanimated form of his partner all alone while he's gone without a word. I think Huzzle Mug gets to earn the ensuing upset, personally.

twitch & grace's worst trait regarding Each Other is that they're both too stubborn/proud/confused/afraid/all of the above to admit to themselves or ask eachother that yes, maybe they Do value that other guy & like spending time around them, actually

they're both awful!! but twitch is maybe worse. if twitch had said one Single word to get him to stay when grace said he didn't feel like he was needed, then grace wouldn't have joined the new sequence!! but instead of admitting something, twitch just committed to killing him Immediately if they met him after he got dawnburnt. then got weirdly obsessive about it instead

don't read into it too much how upset they were over the thought of someone they feel totally 100% neutral about getting his sense of self eroded til he doesn't remember who he is anymore. for that guy to give up his identity 100% willingly. it's nothing. they just really hate sequencers it's not that deep ok they weren't tormenting themselves about it at all,

There's some underlying tone to all these Toto's interviews that are making my head hot but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Because riddle me why in the past week we've had two very different moments where his own words are contradictory to what he is saying himself (and I'm not talking years back I'm talking things he's also saying in those same interviews)

'shelf life' - is that how you publicly talk about a so called friend? and even if the friend card was pr, how does that make him, and the brand he represents, look with him summing up losing their 6x champion to worries on his 'cognitive sharpness', when the said driver has the second best reaction time on the grid and was third in the last wdc, behind only the two cars that won 22/23 races in the season.

Lewis being 'in a ok place' after 21' (when people close to him have stated otherwise, Lewis himself has stated otherwise) and how Toto has heard those things being said and still stands by his perception (he could easily just say he might've thought Lewis was ok back then but learned latter on it wasn't the case)

Leaving Lewis to shoulder criticism on his craft by himself (even when he was their testing guine pig) but still agrees that he's almost happy Lewis comes and shoulders responsibility publicly because it takes the pressure off the team. The team with the 'no blame culture'. The team that can't get this regs right 3 years into when they were introduced (mind you, the only team, openly and proudly, stating they're using the last 6 races 'to test for the next season')
