Things The Demon Bros Would Do That Would Give Me The Ick

Lucifer calls himself ‘master’ or ‘daddy’ or threatens ‘punishment’ in non sexual situations thinking it’s hot but really he just makes everything awkward

Mammon forgets that people actually get attached to objects and if he sees an unused trinket or piece of jewelry sitting out he’ll ask you if he can sell it in a kind of insensitive manner

Leviathan doesn’t want to talk about anything other than his interests which is cute at first but if left unchecked he will derail any conversation he doesn’t personally find interesting regardless of how many other people are talking

Satan literally cannot let shit go and if someone tries to talk to him about something he did he’ll immediately turn around like “oh yeah well two years ago you _____ and that’s JUST as bad”

Asmodeus just thinks about sex 24/7 and cannot just let a wholesome moment stand on its own without making it sexual. he’d never force himself on you obviously but he’ll ruin a loooot of dates

Beelzebub just isn’t bothered by crumbs or food on his face so he’ll walk around with shit on the corners of his mouth and his bed is DISGUSTING

Belphegor makes no attempt to entertain anything that doesn’t consistently keep his interest and will literally tell you to stop talking because he’s bored and wants to do something else

If i may, can i request headcanons of the brothers on how they help Mc stay hydrated? lol Especially now that it’s summer and drinking water is more important than ever. Lucifer:

he has some…interesting ways to make you stay hydrated

obviously he starts with the easy ones/what works on his brothers

he will make it more easily accessible, maybe buy you a cute water bottle & some stickers to decorate it

also will remind you CONSTANTLY

but if that doesn’t work, he’s going to Pavlov you (esp if you respond well to praise)

anytime he sees you drinking water, he’ll reward you (stickers, praise, snacks)

anytime you forget, he gives you a disappointed sigh (usually reserved for Mammon) and makes it well known that he’s upset

(spoiler: he never actually is)

if you ever complain about a headache, muscle cramps etc it’s SO over

the first question he’s asking is if you’ve drank enough water, followed by him asking you why you haven’t drank enough water

he WILL make you sit in his office with him while he does paperwork and monitor your water intake

until you’ve drank enough for the time of day & staved off the incoming effects of dehydration, you’re not leaving

(Levi begrudgingly partners with Mammon to try to rescue you, which just ends up with all three of you being locked in his office and forced to drink water)

Mammon:

he himself is not the best at remembering to drink water

however Satan told him some fun (read: unfun) facts about humans and dehydration that have made him paranoid for life

he’s absolutely convinced you’re going to drop dead on the spot of you forget your water for even an hour (very funny to watch)

this leads to him always carrying water for you in his bag and car like a worried mom, and setting alarms for himself to remind you

probably keeps an entire case of water bottles in the mini fridge in his room just so he can always have one on hand

however don’t you dare question why or else you’ll get a lecture :,)

“whaddya mean overbearing? d’ya wanna die or something? is that it? you’re my—our—human & it’s my—our—job to take care of ya”

whenever you guys go out to eat he’ll always force you to order a water and won’t let you get anything else (even juice) until you’re finished

accidentally ends up drinking more water himself, too

(also probably pavlovs himself into associating it with you)

despite how cheap he is, if you run out of water when you’re out and about, he will spend an absurd 5$ on a plastic water bottle for you

Levi:

again, definitely not the best at remembering his water

he lives off of Baja Blast or something (even tho he’s literally a sea creature)

he’s playing a game like Kenshi or Raft or something and realizes that humans are so fragile they’ll die without water

even tho he could technically research this he doesn’t and just lets himself panic spiral instead

decides that it’s now his responsibility to make sure you drink enough water and that he’s your protector

honestly it’s really sweet if a little dorky

trades out all his soda for water and Gatorade and when you ask about it he just says he’s ’being healthier’

feels super awkward when you praise him for that

whenever you come for your late night movie marathons he has a glass of water waiting for you (in some cool cup, no doubt)

he’ll offer you up some Gatorade if you finish and some ‘healthy’ snacks like strawberry pocky (cause it totally has real strawberry in it)

feels super happy and proud of himself that he’s helping you get better and staving off the effects of dehydration

probably forces you to wear a dorky matching bucket hat anytime you go outside

read about it in some book about humans in the summertime and he’s been worried about it ever since

buys a notebook (that he lets you decorate) that he keeps a little water log in

he’ll colour in squares every time you meet your hourly water goal and (unbeknownst to you) he’ll give you a sticker at the end of the day if you meet it

you’re a little confused but who doesn’t love a free sticker?

super big stickler about sun protection too—if you try to leave the house without some SPF and a hat, he’s dragging you back inside until you agree to

you don’t really notice or care that much when he’s suddenly following you around with a journal everywhere—you just assume it’s one of his experiments

let’s it ‘slip’ to the other brothers so that they can watch over you whenever he’s not around (which just results in all of them panicking oops)

if the temp outside reaches above like 30c/90f, he won’t let you leave without a water bottle and some sort of sports drink

though he’ll really just find someway to coax you into the house

“there’s this new book I got in a lot online and I couldn’t help but notice it was also on your wishlist…care to take it off my hands?”

he thinks he’s slick… but also it works lol

you two end up spending most of the hot days inside, cozied up in the air conditioning of his room reading books

Asmo:

probably the only one who’s made you drink water outside of the summer months

he’s a stickler for hydration so anytime you’re hanging out, he’s always serving up some sort of new fancy water

has a little mini fridge of it like Chopped Leaf

watermelon, cucumber, charcoal, coconut—you name it

he lets you be for the most part, but if it’s a particularly hot day or he notices your skin and hair are looking a little dull, he’ll step in

does something lowkey, like a self care day

he’ll pamper you as a distraction to keep slipping you glasses of water, and by the end of the day, you’re back to your usual glowy self

he has a little app on his phone to track his water intake and probably has an extra little profile for you on it

the only one aside from Satan who also realizes you need electrolytes and vitamins in addition to the water

(meanwhile the other brothers have just been flushing all the nutrients out of you 😭)

don’t worry, he has an insane vitamin collection to make up for it

keeps those Alani Nu energy drinks around since they have collagen & stuff in them

also he’s like those people online who have like a crazy collection of different shapes/flavours of ice cubes

if you’re particularly sick or dehydrated, he’ll make a fun little game out of it by setting up a water bar or something for the two of you

it’s really sweet, honestly

Beel:

as a football player, he knows how important it is to stay hydrated

probably didn’t realize just how fragile humans are until you get woozy and delirious while playing football outside

he’s super worried but keeps it together and does a little research on his DDD

shows you where he keeps his secret stash of water, sports drinks & energy drinks

totally gives you a free pass to have any that you want too

after that, he’s watching you like a hawk

he’ll subconsciously time you and if you haven’t drank water in a while, he’ll give you a gentle reminder to

ends up getting you a water bottle (maybe one that matches his sports one ^^) just so that you’ll remember

like Mammon he keeps water on him at all times so that you can both stay hydrated

during your midnight snack runs, he won’t share with you until you drink a big cup of water (sometimes more if you’re having something salty!!)

he also has those flavoured electrolyte packets to make it a little more fun for you if you need it

or if it’s just very, very hot outside

he’ll make you a fun little glass of water and maybe even garnish it with an umbrella like a cocktail

also makes you eat lots of hydrating foods!! watermelon & cucumber are big ones for him, maybe celery and grapes too

Belphie:

I do not believe this man drinks water I’m sorry

didn’t care much at first about your water intake but when he notices you getting a little run down, he steps it up

makes sure to keep an extra glass of water on his nightstand for you whenever you come to nap or play games with him

sets alarms so he can wake up between naps and check on you

although he’ll just lazily text “water?” to you most of the time

and you just respond with a thumbs up emoji or something

probably finds those ‘sleepy mocktails’ online or something and makes you them before bed

Asmodeus × CatParent!Boyfriend

There was your little kitty, sitting on your lap, her claws sweetly dragging on your clothes. She purred, a big little yawn drawn from her mouth as she fell into slumber.

And there spawned your other kitty, your darling boyfriend Asmodeus, barging into your room with his signature pout on his face. What would it be this time? Has he run out of pink nailpolish? Needs to buy new clothes? Perhaps he accidentally threw away a half-full packaging of his face cream again?

You turn around, sitting a little straighter so you can properly look at him— and in doing so, you awaken your cat, causing her to run under your bed for a more comfortable sleeping condition.

Before you get the chance to ask him what the matter was, he straddled your lap, causing you to fall over on your bed, your back against the mattress as you were trapped within Asmo's grasp.

"That creature surely can't be more important to you than your lover! You're my boyfriend! You're supposed to be paying attention to me!" His whiny voice echoes through your room, possibly across the hallways of the House of Lamenation as well.

"What makes you think I'd date a cat?" You press your lips against his own, suppressing a giggle. He was being a bit ridiculous, no? "That's not the point. Focus on me for a change!" He said, playfully biting your earlobe.

"C'mon, you can't actually prefer spending time with her than with your princess." Asmo whispered, his tongue running over the same spot.

"If I promise to give you all my attention for the rest of the night, will you stop complaining?" You whispered right back, pressing a kiss on the side of his neck.

"And spare you of hearing my wonderful, enchanting voice? I don't think so." He kissed yours as well, his hands wrapping around your waist and pulling you as close to his body as physically possible.

- Mammon is a bit of a tsundere when it comes to his feelings for you. He'll act like he doesn't care, but then he'll get all flustered when you compliment him or touch his arm. He's not used to feeling this way, and he's not sure how to handle it.

- Mammon loves spoiling the you. He'll buy you gifts and take you out to fancy dinners, even though he knows he can't afford it. He just wants to make you happy and show you how much he cares.

- When Mammon finally works up the courage to tell you that you're his soulmate, he's a nervous wreck. He stammers and stutters, and he can feel his face turning red. But when you smile at him and tell him that you feel the same way, it's like a weight has been lifted off his shoulders.

Asmo absolutely ADORES cuddling! Having that sort of closeness and wholesomeness with another is comforting to him, especially if it's you~

Asmo's favorite way to cuddle is facing each other with arms wrapped gently around your body. He'll stroke your back, or run his fingers through your hair, giving you light head scratches, maybe an affectionate poke to your side every now and then hehe

He's actually not as talkative as one would think when cuddling with you. Really, he's just enjoying the moment, basking in your presence, that's a million times better to him than gossiping your ear off. Of course he would talk your ear off if you asked but he's just enjoying this soft intimate moment with you, that's all he needs for right now

Asmodeus will cuddle you any time, anywhere, any position. On the couch? He's leaning into your side and sliding his arms around you. On your bed in your room? Scoot over honey, Asmo's here to stay! In his room, whether on his bed or in his bath? You know he's already latched onto you and never letting go~

If you're ever out doing something else, be it with one of his brothers or in the human realm far away where he can't reach, Asmo will pout and whine and hug his pillow out of desperation. Sometimes he even cries when you're in the human realm, your touch, love, and cuddles mean a lot more to him than you probably realize!

If you ever cuddle while he's in his demon form, expect him to highly encourage you to touch his wings, or his horns, or trace the lovely heart tattoos over his arms. Trust me, he'll be over the moon. If you do it without him even asking then he'll be swooning no doubt!

Obey Me Flufftober Day 5

Prompt: Reunion

Pairing: Asmodeus x reader (gender neutral)

Word count: 613

A/n: Welcome to day 5 everyone! I've been really looking forward to writing some Asmo fluff, as I feel it is sorely lacking in comparison to angst and smut with him.

Going back to the human world was always difficult for you. For one, the transition from Devildom to human world was rough, as the two were just so different. One minute you were in a fantasy world filled with interesting creatures and strange magic, and the next you were stuck in your average, mundane life. It gave you serious tonal whiplash, but that wasn't even the worst part. No, the worst part was being away from all of your friends, and especially your beloved Asmodeus. Any time you would leave, you missed him dearly. Of course, you would call and text him whenever you could, but it just couldn't compare to seeing him in person.

Luckily, you were scheduled to return to the Devildom soon. It would still be about a week, but you were so close. Plus, you've already been gone for almost three months, so what's another week at this point? Hopefully it goes by quick, but you suspect that it'll drag on like every other week has so far.

The week did, in fact, drag on. You could practically feel every second tick by as you waited and waited. It was absolute torture, but you knew it would pay off soon. And, by the sound of your phone going off, it seems Asmo feels the same way you do. As per usual, he's begging you to come back early, or to let him come and see you, but you both know you can't to either. Both of you have responsibilities to attend to right now, and it would be much to complicated for you to carve time out of your schedule to see him early. In the mean time, you settle with seeing him over FaceTime, and for a while it feels normal.

Finally, after what felt like centuries, it's time to go back to the Devildom. More specifically, it's time to see Asmo again. You can barely contain your excitement as you're teleported to the Student Council room. As many times as you've done this, you've never been able to shake the giddy feeling you get when you return. Not that you would ever want to, of course.

You land in the middle of the room as always, and the first thing you hear is a squeal of delight, followed by the sound of running. Before you can comprehend what is happening, you're engulfed in a pair of arms, though this was to be expected. Asmo wraps you tight in his embrace, and you doubt he'll let go any time soon. His brothers are quick to follow, although much calmer than he. You attempt to greet the others, but Asmo is quick to draw your attention back to him. This happens every time, so no one bothers trying to stop him anymore.

Asmo nuzzles into you affectionately, speaking about how much he missed having you with him. You let him talk, letting his words sink in as you adjust to being back where you belong. Back in the Devildom, and back in Asmo's arms. Despite his loud voice right next to your ear, you're at complete peace.

As Asmo continues to rant about all of the activities he has planned out for you to do together, you lean into him, content to stay like this for as long as life would allow. Apparently, life would not allow long as Lucifer decided now was the time to return to the House of Lamentation. That was fine with you. Going back to the house means returning to Asmo's room, where you can stay with him in peace. You couldn't think of a better way to spend your first day back home.

In this AU, the characters from Obey Me! are mermaids who live in the vast underwater kingdom of the Reefdom. Each character has their own unique set of traits and abilities that make them well-suited to life in the ocean depths.

3. Lucifer - As the eldest brother of the demon brothers, Lucifer is a stern and disciplined mermaid who commands respect from all who know him. He is a skilled warrior and strategist, and is always ready to defend his kingdom against any threats. Despite his tough exterior, Lucifer is fiercely protective of those he cares about, and will do anything to keep them safe.

4. Mammon - As the mermaid who oversees the kingdom's treasures, Mammon is an expert in all things valuable and precious. He has an uncanny ability to locate hidden treasures and rare artifacts, and is often called upon to appraise items of great worth. Mammon is also a talented trader and negotiator, and can haggle with the best of them.

5. Leviathan - As the mermaid who oversees the kingdom's technology, Leviathan is a genius inventor who is always creating new gadgets and devices. He has a particular interest in video games and anime, and often incorporates elements from them into his inventions.
