Okay. Hear me out.

Damian losing someone in the hospital for the first time.

It's not from anything too traumatic (by which I mean not caught in the crossfire of one of the rouges. No one to blame). Damian was doing chest compressions on a patient. Someone had to physically pull him off because he was just so focused that he didn't realize that the doctor was going to call the time of death.

Dr. Bashar kinda assumes this is Damian's first time really seeing someone die, so tells him/orders him to take a break so he can really process what happened.

And Damian can't say "no I'm good, I've killed countless people" so he just, goes along with it. But then he realizes.

He is kinda shaken by the whole thing.

He's killed people before but that's extremely different than trying to save someone. He's given chest compressions before, he's seen people he loved die in front of him. He's done this all before, so why is he so shaken by it?

He realizes how... normal this person's life ended. It was just... life.

Idk, I think that would be fun to explore. This is halfed baked someone please expand lol
