But I look at these pictures, and I see us. I see our weird, wonderful, happy family, and I know we've survived worse than this and we'll survive whatever else comes our way, too. It's ironic that we're stronger together when separated but... such is life, I suppose. 30 years of trauma finally catching up to us, 30 years of memories finally coming back to us, and we're all along for the ride. It was horrific abuse and trauma that made us like this. But we get to decide what our future is.

🔆 Neptune in 2h: This placement can be very tricky because Neptune rules illusions & confusion. If you have this in your solar return, BEWARE, there's a chance you will experience uncertainty when it comes to things like tax returns and finances in general. This is also the house of self-worth, so this could indicate confusion in this area. Even a loss or drop in self-confidence. 

🔆 Saturn in 1h: This can manifest in many different ways. But usually you may feel restricted in some way this year, this could even lead to you feeling like an elderly person as you become more mature. The universe will send you a lot of roadblocks this year, and it may feel like you are constantly stuck in life. My advice us to roll with the tides literally, and don't get too down. Because this can also lead to depression. If you've already experienced your Saturn return, this may be a bit easier for you as someone who is still in the beginning stages of their life. Saturn may bring up old lessons and test you to make sure you've learned your lesson.

🔆 Taurus/Libra Asc: These Ascendants are ruled by venus. So already we can see that the year will most likely be intel, venusian based events & circumstances. Such as Love, beauty, finances, business, and socialization. The house Venus sits in can show where most of your focus will be. 

🔆 Sun in 3h: May show an increase in popularity, you may be learning a lot, and involved in social media. Talking more with people online, and even meeting people with similar interests. For my 2023 SR my sun landed in the 3rd house, and about a week after my birthday I started tumblr. It got more attention than I expected. I also had the asteroid Webb (3041) in the 1h and Fama at 29° in 11h. So that probably just added a little boost and shows that it was meant for me to start this blog.

This indicates that Lilith dominated my experiences in 2023, and as a result, Lilith and I have become friends. Lol. When it comes to relationships, expect the unexpected, similar to Uranus in the 7th house or conjunct the Descendant. Lilith in the 7th house brings taboo experiences when it comes to partners and long-term relationships. Your relationships may have a significant taboo nature to them. In my case, I had vertex and Lilith in my 7th house, which indicates not only taboo encounters but also fated meetings.

🔆 Sun in 9h: Will point towards a year of exploration and studying/learning new things. You may travel a lot during this year, or if you're seeking to study a big topic, expect to learn a lot. This could change your view of life. 9h is traditionally the house of God. More than likely, you'll find yourself learning more about God or feeling a calling to get closer to the masculine part of God.

🔆 Sun 3h: In the previous sun 3h note, I should have mentioned that the 9h represents the house of God, while the 3h represents the house of the goddess. This can unlock your creativity and help you manifest your desires by using the ancient principles of the universe. Use your feminine charm to attract what you want and your feminine touch to expand your creative hobbies and talents. So, this being conjunct, your sun can show that some of this year's themes will be love. Cupido shows that Cupid will be shooting you with an arrow of love. 🪻Individuals with Sun in Taurus degrees (2,14,26) are always thinking about money - how they can earn more money, what to spend it on. If it's in Scorpio or conjuncts Pluto, they'll often lie about how much money they actually have just to profit off of you. You'll often hear them say "I don't have any money" but secretly have stash of money hidden in their house

🪻Not only do Aquarius Suns have a lot of friends, they also befriend the shy/awkward/forgotten kid (me). I haven't noticed this with other Sun signs

Astronomers using the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) have detected the earliest known black hole. Located more than 13 billion light-years away, it dates to a mere 400 million years after the Big Bang.

The black hole lies at the center of a galaxy called GN-z11, which, at the time of its discovery in 2016, was the oldest galaxy ever spotted. But what has shocked researchers about this early black hole is its large size.

“It’s not its age that is surprising, it is the fact that it is already so big so early in the universe, which is difficult to explain with standard theories,” Roberto Maiolino, a co-author of the study and astrophysicist at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, tells Newsweek’s Jess Thomson.

Black holes are incomprehensible quantities of matter stuffed into a relatively small space. Because they’re so dense, their gravitational pull is powerful enough to suck in anything that comes close, including light.

As a result, black holes can’t be observed directly—scientists can only see their effect on their surroundings.

In the case of the galaxy GN-z11, researchers had already noticed it was unusually bright. To be so luminous, “it would have required a large number of stars packed in such a small volume,” Maiolino tells NPR’s Ari Daniel.

But observations from Webb revealed the galaxy’s bright light doesn’t come from stars—instead, it’s from hot gas swirling around the black hole as it gets sucked inside. The findings were published Wednesday in the journal Nature.

“These authors have made a persuasive case that there is a black hole,” Priyamvada Natarajan, an astrophysicist at Yale University who did not contribute to the findings, tells NPR.

In November, Natarajan and other astronomers announced the discovery of what was, at the time, the earliest known black hole, dating to 470 million years after the Big Bang. The Webb telescope played a role in that discovery as well.

That black hole was also unexpectedly massive—between 10 million and 100 million times the mass of our sun.

“It’s just really early on in the universe to be such a behemoth,” Natarajan told Marcia Dunn of the Associated Press at the time.

The newly discovered black hole is roughly 1.6 million times as massive as our sun, according to Live Science’s Ben Turner.

To give a quick rundown if you don't know who he is.

Jay is a former contestant of Mnet's survival show called "Boys Planet" where boys from different countries had to compete to debut in a new boy group. Ever since this man was announced, everyone and their MAMA have been tearing this young man to SREADS. Went as far to crate false rumors against him to ruin his career. Though what has he done to deserve this malicious amount of hate?

His Asteroid "Webb" (3041) is in Scorpio at 27 degrees, and let me tell you, I let out a chuckle seeing that. If you were not in the Boys Planet fandom when this happened, people basically said they didn't like him because "he was annoying/they didn't like how he talked," which basically shows he was hated for speech (Gemini rules the mouth). Also, he just got hate trains for no reason; it's like people woke up deciding to hate on him. (He HAS to be a Scorpio rising somehow because he was also criticized for his looks.)

Asteroid "Nemesis" (128) in his supposed 12th house (12th house rules over enemies) again shows he got hate in the spotlight (5 degrees) and for basically no reason.

Now if his asteroid "Asia" (67) is in the 8th house then that explains why he is unpopular among Asian fans. Mnet would constantly sabotage him, giving him no screentime and pushing Korean trainees than him even though this man is INSANLY talented (Even a vocal coach of SM the company known for powerhouse vocals said he had better vocals then, that should tell you a LOT!). At the end of BP he ranked 10th place which stunned and angered many (including myself). He was ranked 3rd in global votes but due to the xenophobic nature of some Asian fans he was ranked 17th place in Korean votes :( like.. (in one episode he had 1 million+ global votes but 60k Korean votes, 60K!!)

Dwarf Planet "Eris" (136199) in can indicate being hated on for being "annoying" so it being in his 10th house kinda says a lot...

EAST HAVEN'S 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY EVENT: THE WIND STORM

With the 1 year anniversary of East Haven's opening, we have decided to have an event that centers around a wind storm that is blowing it's way through town, inciting chaos where ever it goes. The event will start on January 5th at 12pm (noon) and end on January 15th at 12am (midnight). No new starters should be posted after January 10th.

You were placed into groups that are listed below. You will be expected to write with at least one character in that group that you normally do not write with. You are still free to do other threads with others in the group, but are required to at least one.
