it’s like i know berrettini is gorgeous but every time i see his face again after some time i’m still blown away by that long-eyelashes-eyes-that-will-melt-your-heart-perfect-bone-structure freak

wait omg why do zeballos and coria have beef?
they HATE each other. Horacio even claimed in an interview he didn't want to spend time in an environment with Guillermo because he doesn't respect his words and he believes they have unsolvable differences. Streets said it all started with the Olympics line-up. Everyone was waiting for doubles world #1 to play for his country but the AAT and Coria didn't call Zeballos. Everyone was super confused because (logically) if you have doubles world #1 in your line-up you have more chances to get a medal. but Coria explained he called for the Gonzalez/Molteni duo to represent Argentina during the Olympics as the doubles priority. It backfired because Maxi and Andrés got an early exit (defeated by our very own nadalcaraz powered by nationalism and a dynamic tennisdad and tennisson alliance). Aaaaaand the other doubles team didn't work (it was supposed to be Etcheverry/Cerundolo, the very own Argentina's version of the power of friendship, but Fran withdrew and Tomás had to play with Mariano [Navone]... and they also got a first round exit). Hence, when the Davis Cup line-up was announced it was notorious Zeballos wouldn't be there (re. the interview) although Coria did call him that time.
#if you were to ask me what prompted Coria to not call Horacio for the Olympics I wouldn't be able to answer#also tennis fans from Argentina don't really vibe with Guillermo Coria since the Olympics and are blaming him for yesterday's lost#which again I believe there was little anyone could do to win yesterday's match against sinnettini#not even with having Horacio on court#but as one of the comms said yesterday at least they would have lost with the best doubles player from Argentina on court#answered
