Stasis is a relatively new thing to them all and while anything so volatile such as this would take time to master, she has absolutely no doubt that the Kell has a relatively strong grasp on her abilities already. Incompetence did not grant their kind any favors.

A cackle ebbs out of the undead, Araskes holding her shrapnel launcher in a still relaxed state despite the threat oncoming. They were not the only ones gifted with the Dark. Fikrul had made a dark pact and the Scorn held above their heads, that frigid thing, and it feels almost a vile atrocity to kill her kin like this. They should be together, after all, against the Light and working towards the Final Shape together. Everything was supposed to be better, eventually.

"Yessss, send your minions here to kill them. I won't stop you, implore you to slaughter, but watch for those you may recognize," she chatters while taking a few steps back. Stalkers and Ravagers begin to move forward in tandem with her motions and not a single one aims to attack, yet. Upon their reanimated bodies there are markings of the Wolves, old, faded, but there nonetheless. A desecration of her House.

The Shard kell narrowed her eyes until they were ether-blue slits. Her first House had been destroyed by the Scorn Barons, her beloved Wolf brethren scattered when she'd been unable to rescue their last Servitor before the Hangedman crushed it. She'd hated the Scorn ever since, more now since the ravaging of House Salvation under the Witnesses. Deathless, mindless things! Husks with empty eyes where souls should be!

But this one - this one had a special place in Yyventriz stasis-filled heart. This one was Araskes, part of the first Scorn Barons who destroyed her House of Wolves! And she was mocking her!

Stasis crystals coated her arms, sharpening her claws as she snarled at the Scorn Trickster Baron before her. "GNAAAAA! I will take each one of them and rend them with their own darkness until there isn't enough even for Dark Ether to recover!"

WIth that, the Kell of Shards lifted her horn-masked head and bellowed into the starry darkness of the Reef. Behind her, other roars echoed as her Shards of Wolves and Ruin came charging to her call. Warriors, captains, and stasis-empowered Aspirants drew near, ready to rend the "offered" scorn to atoms if they could.

Hello! Name change & more.

Twitter becomes more and more terrible each day. Not just what the man baby is doing, but how terrible the FF14 community is with their drama and entitlement!

So I'm going to try and use tumblr more. I'm on social media mostly to look at art, writing, funny memes, etc. So I'm going to try and stick with just interacting with that.

In regards to name change: I still go by Aras, or Araskes. However, I wanted something that felt more like a display name.

I am pretty open to discord chatting, just please tell me where you're from, or if you know me, etc. Especially since discord also recently forced static usernames. You don't have to be a mutual to reach out to me.

I go pretty hard in curating my social media spaces. I did pretty well keeping drama out on Twitter, I am going to be just as strict here. Blocking/muting/etc is not rude. I am going to set boundaries that work for me.

Tagging: I am going to try and get better with tags as I migrate back to using tumblr. For now any tags related to this blog specifically will probably start with 'lucentmoth'

So at this point (technically I think these were 2017? Im not sure they're labeled weird) I got into Watercolor art a lott. Here are a few pieces I did for the game Harlow's Piano, which at the start I wanted to be done in watercolor style.

Honestly idk where the other pieces went, there was more but I gess I lost 'em.

Next up comes some sketches for the game Bridge, which also can still be played on Itch.io. First concepts of The Embosser, Larry, and more~

Ran Forsaken one last time this past weekend - still my favourite campaign! Baron hunts are a blast. I really love the wild west feel of the Tangled Shore, and I hope this isn't the last we see of it.
