How I feel that interactions between the 2012 and Rise! turtles would go if they ever met.

Mikey: Best friends automatically, chilling together and doing fun stuff. No arguing, unless it involves baking. Because I'm sorry, 2012 Mikey CANNOT cook. And the way Rise! Mikey is, Dr. Delicate Touch will be activated by that. I mean, this guy wants to be like Rupert Swaggart!

Leo: Their interaction would very much depend on when in the Rise!Verse they meet. If it's prior to Season 2's finale, they'd probably just be very confused with each other. But if it is between Season 2 and the Movie, they probably wouldn't get along because Rise! Leo is very irresponsible despite being leader. And if it's post-Movie, I don't think they'd argue (mainly because Rise! Leo and Rise! Raph had already argued about that), but would probably be awkward because how they lead and act around their brothers is very different from each other, with Rise! Leo being much more laid back.

Raph: 2012 Raph might pick a fight with Rise! Raph at first, but later mellow out towards him.

Donnie: I'm sorry, but based off of "Donnie vs. Witchtown", Rise! Donnie would absolutely start beefing with 2012 Donnie due to feeling that 2012 Donnie may take his place. And like how Rise! Donnie does in other episodes when he is mad at someone, if anyone confronts him about it, he'll probably deny it. And with the way 2012 Donnie is, the situation will definitely get a lot worse before it gets better.

April: They'd get along very well. They'd probably be confused about just how different the two of them are from each other and how different their relationships with the turtles are at first, but that wouldn't really affect their friendship whatsoever.

Casey: Rise! Casey (Cass) and 2012 Casey would definitely first get into a physical fight with each other the moment they meet, because they are Caseys. However, right after the fight, they'd suddenly be the best of friends. Then Casey Jr. will just be standing at the edge awkwardly, being the one non-feral Casey Jones.

Donatello, the 15 year old kid who didn't know how to handle his new emotions about having a crush.

Michaelangelo, the 15 who needs some things explained to him more, and is made out to be stupid because of it.

Leonardo, the 15 who was forced to grow up way too fast.

Raphael, the 15 who knows damn well that the rest of the world sees them as monsters, and sees no point in being anything else.

April O'Neil, the 16 year old kid who didn't ask to be part alien, and didn't ask to be the focus of a love triangle.

Casey Jones, the 16 year old who just wanted to help protect his city and his family, and wants to be cool.

Prolonged Communications

April can usually keep her composure cool, calm, and collected but mutant turtles? Walking-talking unexpectedly tall rat? Aliens that speak broken English? Mutatagen? She's pretty sure that a typical teenager doesn't experience this kind of thing but she's not exactly any typical teenager, now is she?

Casey wanted one day in school to run wild and free, with no goodie teachers sending him to detention, and have fun every day. It would also be great if his best friend would stop ignoring him but eh, life can't always be happy, now can it?

You shake your nerves out as you rode the taxi cab to your new apartment. Goodbye Japan and hello New York City. Welcome, it's your new home. Hopefully, it's not that bad, right?

I honestly had so much fun just sketching this for practice on anatomy and facial expressions <3 I'm quite proud of myself just drawing and exploring again not worried about the end product

I was also inspired by that one art meme thing based of the one manga (?) cover, it was something like "Just go for it *insert name*!"

Son of Saki part 2

Aka Casey raised by Shredder in fic form.

Part 1

"April over here!"

April sighed in relief, shuffling her way through the crowd of people to her purple haired friend.

"Irma! Thank God, how do you always get good seats?" Irma grins, holding out a second popcorn bag to April. Which she took greatfully.

"That's for me to know and for you to wonder." She answers and April rolls her eyes fondly.

Setting the bag down and unfolding a sign from her bag.

"I just managed to finish it, does it look okay?"

The poster in question says 'Hounds go down, Jones is in town.'

"Well it's corny, the pun is terrible and it elevates his ego." Irma nods approvingly "Casey's going to love it."

April chuckles, relieved. "I hope so, I was in a bit of a rush."

Irma shakes her head, fondly. "April you and I both know he'd love it either way. He asked me seven times if I'd be watching, seven!"

April softened as did Irma, as much as Casey was confident and a loud expressive person.

He wasn't quite used to having friends.

And having friends who would go to his game, his first game since delivering his promise to Coach Hedge that he'd keep his grades up.

Something both Irma and April had helped him with, he'd been ecstatic they would come and watch him.

"Looks like Mr Jones is here." Says Irma, seeing a familiar tall man and taking his usual seat.

Any effort the two girls made to support Casey paled in comparison to his father's pride.

Mr Jones was decked out in a red knitted jumper with the schools logo on. One that April was sure he made himself.

He had a giant foam finger on one hand, and in the other he held a giant picture of Casey's smirking face.

"Hey Mr Jones!"

Said man turned to Irma and April and smiled warmly. He had his sons dark brown eyes, crooked smile and definitely where Casey got his height.

Mr Jones was a soft spoken man, but everyone knew he could cuss out the ref like it was an Olympic sport if he felt injustice was being had against his boy.

Said ref visibly flinched when Mr Jones smiled at him.

Somehow managing to look terryfying and polite at the same time.

Irma admired him for it.

"I hope you girls are well." Said Mr Jones. "Yeah, I'm just glad we made it out the crowd out their." Says April.

He puffed his chest out in pride. "Ah, that's my son for you. It seems his return has bought quite the audience."

He wasn't lying.

Casey may be prideful but he wasn't a liar, boy really played like he was born on ice.

And there he was now, entering the rink and eyes lightening up seeing his dad, April and Irma.

April managed to get her phone out and hit record, just as the game began.

"And Jones shoots, he scores! The Roosevelt Vikings are our winners!"

The girls cheered as did the crowd but even with all their noise, one voice cut through.

"That's my boy! Well done Casey! I'm so proud of you! That's my boy everyone!" Yelled Mr Jones.

Casey was hoisted up by his team mates, throwing him up and down. The smile on his face rivaled the sun and April felt so proud of him.

"He's gonna he riding that high for a while." Said April, with a smile. Irma chuckled "Yeah, but he deserves it."

Before long the crowds dispersed, everyone went their seperate ways and Casey caught up with them.

"Casey that was amazing."

"Nice work out their Jones." Casey grinned "thanks Red, thanks Vi." He was out of breathe, tired but looked so happy.

"Which means I win our bet, you sir owe us milkshakes tonight." Cackles Irma triumphantly. Casey huffed but nodded "a deal is a deal. And Casey Jones honours his deals."

A part of him had been afraid he would lose them the game. April hadn't agreed, Casey had been working his butt off practicing.

Irma had been offended at the idea, had thus proposed a bet. If Casey infact won them the game he would treat them to milkshakes.

If he somehow lost them the game, Irma would owe them milkshakes.

To April either way she got milkshakes so she hadn't objected.

That and the bet didn't apply if the game was lost and Casey hadn't been the reason for it.

Irma was smart like that and now, milkshakes awaited them.

"Casey."

Casey spun around, and tired or not he managed to run into his dad's arms. Who with all his talk of his old age and his back killing him these days.

Managed to effortlessly pick up Casey and spun him in a circle. Before hugging him close.

"You did amazing out their." Said Mr Jones with a soft smile, Casey looked at him teary eyed. "Thanks for coming dad." Mr Jones chuckled "I would never miss my son securing a victory, wild horses couldn't keep me."

"But you didn't know I'd win." Said Casey, letting his fear of losing show.

Mr Jones raised an eyebrow and shook his head. "Seeing you out their is a victory in itself, besides I had no doubts in you. Neither did you sister, I'm afraid she couldn't make it but she was rooting on for you too. And neither did you friends."

He looked towards Irma and April who nodded.

"The only one who doubted you was you. And look at how far you've come. You will always be my pride whether you win or lose." Casey buried his head in his dad's jumper, tear ful.

"Daaaaddd not infront of my friends." He whined but everyone knew it was for show.

"Now, do you have plans for the evening or do you wish to celebrate back home?"

Casey looked at April abd Irma. "I owe them milkshakes, we're going to Gelatos." His dad chuckled "so be it, have fun. Be safe, call me when you get their. And don't pick any fights in the shop, and if you need to be picked up you call me as soon as."

"Dad!"

"Oh okay okay, shoo be gone with you." He ruffled Casey's hair, bid goodbye to Irma and April before leaving.

"Ready to go?"

"Yeah not till you hit the showers Jones."

"Yeah you reek!"

"Hurt, betrayed, wounded by own friends."

"Yeah yeah, hustle it up Case."

And if Casey, while heading to the back of the gym while April and Irma went to wait for him in the library, saw Karai.

Looking down from a window.

Tucked away from view in a way that only he or their dad could see her. Saw her smile at him before vanishing like she was never their.

Than that just made him smile brighter.
