Case Study: Bankruptcy Order Annulment Victory Following HMRC's Defective Service
We’ve achieved a significant victory for our client, by successfully annulling a bankruptcy order that was made against him. regarding the DOB debate on anne boleyn, are there any points that you haven't seen argued before?
Only one, and it's for the argument of 1507 (or rather, just against 1500-01, I think it would hold for 1504/5 as well):
"The festivities culminated in the evening entertainments of 5 May [1527], when, by the King's command, De Turenne, the principal French ambassador, danced with the Princess Mary, 'and the King with Mistress Boleyn, who was brought up in France with the late Queen [Claude].'" Six Queens of Henry VIII, David Starkey
So, this remark doesn't make much sense if AB was born 1500/1. That would mean she began her service to Queen Claude, in 1515, at the age of fourteen. In the language of the time, it was children who were "brought up". The age of fourteen was considered adulthood, it was the age at which one could legally enter contracts.

In 1962, Federico Fellini placed advertisements in Italian newspapers seeking a woman to play the lead character’s mistress in his next film, which would eventually be titled 8½ and released the following year. The successful candidate, he wrote, should be “somewhat old-fashioned … with a pink-and-white complexion and a small pea-hen’s head on a Rubens body, very soft, flowery, maternal and opulent”.
The director auditioned as many as 5,000 applicants. “An interminable procession of ladies who had deserted their worried husbands and children came forward,” reported the writer Angelo Solmi in 1967. It was rumoured that the whole endeavour was merely a publicity stunt and that all along the role had been earmarked for Sandra Milo.
Milo, who has died aged 90, was a vivacious presence marketed as “the Italian Judy Holliday”. She and Fellini had met on a summer evening in the coastal town of Fregene; she happened to be passing a cafe where he was seated with his screenwriter, Ennio Flaiano, who knew Milo and called her over to introduce them.
Fellini was determined to coax Milo out of her unofficial retirement for the role in 8½ of Carla, mistress of the film-maker Guido (Marcello Mastroianni), who installs her in a nearby hotel while he is preparing his science-fiction epic.
When Fellini offered her the part, she reminded him she had quit the business, following savage reviews for her performance as an aristocrat’s daughter in Vanina Vanini (1961).
However the next morning, she was woken at home by the arrival of the director, his cinematographer and assorted technicians and make-up assistants, who had come to shoot a screen test. “They took me and put that famous little hat on my head,” she said, alluding to Carla’s fluffy white ushanka.
She was dressed in a black redingote festooned with violets; all at once, the lights were on her. “My God, what a thrill,” she recalled. “I felt like that was my world, and those were my people. I felt like I was flying.”
She signed the contract, agreeing to gain weight for the role. Shortly afterwards, she fell pregnant, though Fellini kept her chained to the trough all the same. “Every time Federico sees me off the set he tells me to go eat something,” she complained at the time. “I feel like a Strasbourg goose.”
When she finally emerged on set in costume at Cinecittà, Fellini and Mastroianni told her: “Welcome back. You’re home.”
To the ravishing dreamscape of 8½, which won two Oscars and is widely considered Fellini’s masterpiece, she brought an earthy vitality and rambunctiousness, as well as her unassailable beauty.
Fellini cast her again in his first colour film, Juliet of the Spirits (1965), this time in a tripartite role opposite his wife, Giulietta Masina, as the dissatisfied title character. Milo played Suzy, a hedonistic neighbour who hosts orgies, wears feather boas and plunging necklines, and cavorts in a treetop house where a slide connects her bed directly to a swimming pool. Milo is also seen as Iris, a spirit, and Fanny, a circus ingenue.
He sought to cast her a third time in the autobiographical Amarcord (1973), and even shot a screen test with her. But her husband, increasingly jealous of Fellini, forbade her from accepting. Milo’s declinature, the director said, left him with “an air of melancholy”. He told her: “I have something of a feeling we won’t see each other any more.”
In 1982, she published Caro Federico, a thinly veiled account of her time as the director’s lover. Fellini’s biographer John Baxter described it as “largely imagined”, and even Milo admitted eventually that it had been mostly a work of fiction. Fellini claimed never to have read the book. “I don’t even want to smell it,” he said.
Milo was born in Tunis, and moved with her family to Tuscany during her early childhood. At the age of 15, she wed Cesare Rodighiero, but the marriage was annulled after 21 days. She found early work as a model in Milan and began acting after moving to Rome, making her film debut in the comedy The Bachelor (1955).
Roberto Rossellini helped launch her career with General della Rovere (1959), which starred Vittorio de Sica as a Genoese con-man recruited by the Nazis, but Vanina Vanini was a notorious flop.
Fellini films apart, she gave her finest performance in Claude Sautet’s Classes Tous Risques (1960), in which she played an actor who becomes caught up with a gangster on the run. The film got lost in the shuffle at the time of its release, its elegant classicism upstaged by the more radical and irreverent Breathless, which had opened shortly before, though Sautet’s picture is recognised now as an exemplary policier.
Milo gave up acting for a second time in the early 1970s. Despite returning to the screen at the end of that decade, she was known latterly more for her appearances in gossip columns and on television as a presenter, talkshow guest or reality-show participant.
Reflecting on her time as Fellini’s muse, she confessed it had not always been easy. “Sometimes he’d make me feel indispensable, marvellous, as if I were the only woman he’d ever loved. And then he’d treat me like a nothing, a nobody.” She maintained that she loved him “truly, madly, deeply, stupidly”.
She is survived by three children: Debora, from her relationship with Moris Ergas, who produced films of hers including Generale della Rovere and La Visita (1963); Ciro and Azzurra, from her marriage to Ottavio De Lollis; and by a grandson. She was also briefly married to Jorge Ordoñez in 1990. All her marriages ended in divorce.

Liberal Washington wants to let felons to volunteer in schools...what could go wrong?
OLYMPIA, WA- A Washington State Democrat has filed a bill allowing felons to volunteer in the state’s schools.  Rep. Tarra Simmons, an ex-con who was imprisoned for theft, drug, and firearms offenses, is the lead sponsor of House Bill 1189. That legislation would require school districts to inform applicants that if they submitted “proof of rehabilitation,” they could volunteer in schools, regardless of their convictions.
That “proof” would consist of “criminal innocence or rehabilitation-related documents,” which is defined in the proposed bill as:
“...evidence that a criminal conviction is the subject of: (i) Expungement, pardon, vacation, annulment, certificate of rehabilitation, or other equivalent procedure based on a finding of the rehabilitation of the person convicted; (ii) a pardon, annulment, or other equivalent procedure based on a finding of innocence; or (iii) a certificate of restoration of opportunity under RCW 9.97.020.”
If a parent submits “criminal innocence or rehabilitation-related documents,” the proposed bill says, “the school may not deny the parent’s volunteer application based on a criminal conviction if the parent signed a statement indicating the parent has not been convicted of any crime since the date that the criminal innocence or rehabilitation-related document was issued.”
If a was convicted of one or more crimes and does not submit a criminal innocence or rehabilitation-related document, fear not! The school will consider:
(i)...the length of time since the commission of the last time for which the parent was convicted and whether any criminal conviction involved a minor child victim; and
(ii)...(A) the age of the parent on the date of the commission of the last crime for which the parent was convicted; (B) whether the parent has been approved by a state agency to have unsupervised access to children under 18 years of age or persons with  developmental disabilities; or (C) limiting the parent’s unsupervised access to children under 18  years of age and to persons with developmental disabilities if this would give the parent the opportunity to have meaningful involvement in the school.”
Volunteers who are not parents are also eligible for the program. They must submit to a criminal records check within two years of applying to volunteer at the school and sign a waiver allowing any organization to release the information. They must also “swear on a stack of Bibles” that there have been no other convictions since the completion date of the most recent background check.
However, if you work in the schools, you will be subject to a record check through the Washington State Patrol criminal identification system and the FBI.

? Tu as demandé l’approbation de Lisbeth...
Sinon, piss poor level of analysis).

So, why is Anne of Cleves hated??? Like, what did she do??? Maybe some Mary I fans hate her bc during Mary's reign there was talk of her being arrested, or being part of a plot? Please, could you elaborate? I think it would be cool 😘
Well, I did say low-key-hated. but...
My impression is that both the C/OA and JS hive are green about the gills over her, for different reasons.
How the annulment went with Anne demonstrates that Catherine had a much easier path available to her that she chose not to take. It also demonstrates that the motto of humility that C/oA chose is much more applicable to AofCleves. This grates on their respective martyr complexes/affinity with her. They like to say a lot (and Mary/I stans too) that they could have been martyrs and came very close. But ultimately neither of them did; for the first, because she was endowed with privilege and status the other, actual martyrs of the Reformation were not, not only indelibly royal but also technically not an English subject (if she wasn't Henry's wife...but she insisted she was... CoA engaged in a lot of circular arguments, she managed to argue that she should be permitted Maundy bcus Margaret Beaufort as a royal widow did as well...except she insisted she was not a royal widow bcus her marriage with Arthur was annulled by dispensation, that that dispensation was valid...etc...she also said she would never leave England because it would be the same as conceding her case, 1533-, yet she also demanded the case be remanded to Rome, and ostensibly would have come there for her case to be heard if she was called, 1530-...?) , for the second, because she did ultimately reject her mother's previous advice, which was to "obey the King, your father, in everything, save only that you will not offend God and lose your own soul".
This stings, or has to, if the way they talk about Jane Grey, or, perhaps more applicably, Protestant martyrs, is any indication.
Also, there's a contemporary source that Anne of Cleves was 'more pitied in her case' (annulment, that is) than C/ oA was. That blights their narrative that Catherine was the Queen most beloved by the English people (altho, tbf, there are many contemporary reports in Catherine's time as Queen that would suggest that... but you'd think they'd be less sensitive about that single narrative-contradictory quote, considering).
For the JS hive, it stings that a) none of the contemporary praise of their fave can really be divorced of the implication of denigration of her predecessor (contemporary praise of Queens can often be attributed to political expedience, tbf, but none so much as when the context is the immediate previous being convicted of treason), b) that none of the contemporary praise of Jane comes from women, not even her own relatives have any contemporary statements that suggest an affection or attachment towards her (unless you count her stepdaughter's letters, but the abject submission and formality of their tone means that I, personally, do not). For Jane, there was no "so good and gentle to serve and please", no "none to do me help except the Queen, to whom I am much bound".
And there was a lot of contemporary praise of Anne of Cleves; and because there was no motivation to denigrate her immediate predecessor, it's generally, fairly, regarded as more authentic praise.

wait where does it say daniel was 19 in kk3?? i always thought he was 17 and silver was a creeper lol
I've actually been meaning to talk about Daniel's age but haven't really had good reason to, so.
Daniel was SUPPOSED to be 16 in KK1. In the original script he very clearly is. Even Ralph Macchio still thinks he turned 16 (at least in his auto biography he did). But this fact is annulled due to Daniel buying a lease all on his lonesome in KK3. There are plenty of little things I can use, such as the fact that he was a high-school senior, and seniors are typically not 15 going 16. "But what if Daniel skipped a grade?" Mr. "I'm not going to college because it would be boring" skipped a grade? Fat chance. If he was super smart, that would have been explicit--at least somewhat. However this is more nitpicky proof, so I'll continue with the lease thing. That one can't really be argued. If you want to say that he turned 17 in KK1, then he wouldn't be 18 by the time he buys the lease in KK3. The timeline comes into play here as well.
Daniel has his birthday before the KK1 All-Valley, which happens around the same time every year. KK2 time skips 6 months after KK1 (because Daniel just got back from prom, so it must be around June, end of the school year), and KK3 takes place right after they get back from Okinawa. It can be ASSUMED that they got back some time in August because Daniel is being rushed into going to college--it must be around time for applications. Or you can just say that it was a summer trip. If you want to say that he turned 17 in KK1, then he's still 17 by the time he buys the lease in KK3, which is illegal. (I'm ignoring his canon birthday here simply because I don't want anyone to write this off because Oh he's only saying this because of the birthday thing! No, I'm going off of the notes that I took while watching the movies.) Daniel's birthday is sometime after October, because in KK1 the Halloween scene is before his birthday, but before December 20th, because he had his birthday before the All-Valley. Therefore, he would have gone from 17 to 18 way after he purchased the lease--which you cannot do. You have to be a legal adult to do so. And so, it is my theory that Daniel turned 18 in KK1 and is 19 before the All-Valley in KK3 (no second on-screen birthday celebration for him I guess).
Short form, Daniel was SUPPOSED to turn 16, but due to the nature of things done in the following films, he has to have turned 18.
If I remember other details that I can use to further this then I'll add them. But, yeah, Daniel goes from 17-19 throughout the 3 movies. There's stuff that he simply couldn't have done if he were to be any younger.

Ch 15
When jogo expands his domain his sure hit attack hits gojo, he escapes by countering with cursed energy. We see this happen and he explicitly says this to yuuji. jogo even asks “your infinity … my jujutsu will now reach you, correct?” And gojo says yes, before countering by activating infinite void. BUT, this means that gojo’s infinity is nullified by being inside a sure-hit domain. or does it? Bc Limitless is a not the effect of a cursed technique, its a CT itself. so annulling it would be like annulling a CT itself which is not what domains usually do. Idk if im explaining myself well. but anyway bound to be super relevant against sukuna. ofc they could engage in a domain battle in which case itd be up to whether IV is “refined” enough to stand up to malevolent shrine (certainly the most refined domain we’ve seen so far, what with sukuna not even needing to create a barrier first to activate it). BUT, if sukuna puts gojo in MS before gojo can do IV, does the info we learn in this ch mean sukuna’s technique (or rather cleave, which is an APPLICATION of his so-far unknown technique) would hit gojo regardless of limitless?

Compris?
Y’a toujours ben des limites!
Bonne limite à toi!

past story time - 23/2/23
today, i was in his lesson and i suppose it was one of a kind. i hated everything about it, the way I couldn’t look at him in the eyes, though I sit directly opposite him, and the sudden switch of topic to student teacher relationships in ethics. for context, we were talking about arranged/forced marriages, which dealt with a catholic concept called annulment, making the marriage illegitimate. one of the conditions was “underage” and perhaps that’s how the whole conversation spiraled.
P bashed the american portrayal of teacher x student relations in movies but I say he wasn’t wrong. he deemed it as unethical and immoral, and that the “30 year old maths teacher who ran off with a 15 year old, should have controlled himself.” he carried on, saying that it was an “ick” and he would carry on to explain the law, educating us on this matter. it seems this relationship was very typical, younger girls chasing for older men whilst year 13 boys were chasing after girls our age. he was an “authority” not to be messed with, and could not bare the thought of people during his year getting with girls younger than them. it applies now, i would assume. i nearly cried in that session, perhaps I felt too overwhelmed that my emotions for him were too strong and he rejected me so easily. but I knew I wasn’t in the right either. i hated how strong his emotions towards this topic was but I cannot deny them, as they’re applicable to me as well. I am still naïve as ever, thus I cannot act on it, never ever and god forbid me from doing that and my sins. I need to be cleansed for the thoughts I’ve had of him.
perhaps I looked so sorrow after that encounter, that when I asked for him to return my book, he noticed. it’s difficult hiding my emotions and I wouldn’t want to force it. he went off to grab my book in his office and he questioned; “did you leave your book on my desk? why didn’t you tell me?” and well, i simply couldn’t. if I did, your precious things; your wife, your children, your career and your life would be over, in a second. if I did, I would have said; “because I’m in love with you but it’s forbidden, therefore I’m trying to distance myself away from you.” any sane person would understand that it is terribly wrong to crush on a teacher, specifically your philosophy teacher who teaches ethics. oh how unethical this is.
he gave me 6/6, full mark for a question but criticized it. if he had been harsh, it would have been a 5, but my writing was strong. he looked at me, I suppose decoding my expression but it was too complicated. he smiled at me, but it’s not the big wide grins that I had anticipated, ones that make my guts swirl, his eyes wrinkle ever so slightly, and his banana shaped smile. i disdain him. I don’t think he really knows I am obsessed with him, and I don’t wish it either. I’d think he’d be oblivious towards it and that would be fine too. so long this is our little secret. I asked for britannica books and he said he’d search for it, as the year 13s were in their mocks. so I’d trust him and pray that the books find their way back to me.
there was no point wearing perfume that was barely noticeable and lipstick that rubbed off after lunch. could he even smell it? did he even notice it? was my skin diverting the attention away from my features? it didn’t matter anyways, as I cried profusely, walking to the junior school. I could never have picked a worse time to like him, especially trying to move on but of course, he mentioned student x teacher relationships today. my skin were patched red and I don’t think he noticed the tears that were shed because of him.
after volunteering at the junior school, things felt better. the kids were ever so lovely and they never fail to make me smile. i must look like an idiot around them and i’m glad that they’ve never noticed it. i went to my schools event, where many subject stalls were up for people to visit and I talked to my subject teachers that were eager for me to take their subject. however, I didn’t talk to G, which I’m surprised because that man always drags me back for a chat. monsieur couliou is an icon as always, and mother seems to like the look of him and so do i. I wouldn’t understand how people would dislike him. i feel for my spanish teacher and I wish I was taking spanish but I cannot and she knows. it’s an upsetting barrier, however I’ll pursue it during my own time, so we can chat however we please. we talked about politics and university degrees and settled for hsps in cambridge. it sounds delightful but I’m always missing that philosophy, which makes me upset to know I can’t do my dream degree. it wouldn’t be objective otherwise, my econ/pol teacher would say.
then, it came to P. mother encouraged me to talk to him, but I was too shy and I wanted our dedicated time, my dedicated time to talk to him. he had seen me before, at reception where he glanced at me through the staff window and sort of stared. I couldn’t tell if he was actually looking at me but I’ll assume I will. I could ask him, but frankly it would be embarrassing. i stared back and we held eye contact for 10 seconds but the cliché way of saying is that… it felt like eternity. i noticed the white dress shirt and his funky coloured tie, (pink, violet blue if I remember the order) and they complemented well with his grey trousers. it was a look that suited me and to fawn for, but then he was not a bachelor and would have never liked me. i broke it off, out of embarrassment and I felt like I should have waved, to be friendly. but then again, i know nothing of social interaction. next second I looked back, he was gone. every time I hold eye contact with this man, I look somewhere else. did I feel ashamed for him to look at me? did he value me as a piece of filth, clinging onto some tangible reason to talk to him? why did he stare at me so coldly and intensely, what was the point?
I knew I had to give him a clue that I was coming to the stall. I grabbed the alevel philosophy textbook and went away, reading how much I really knew of it and what I’d be studying. The good news is that i knew the whole of epistemology and I would not struggle when coming to terms with the concepts. After the previous people had finished, I went up to his stall. “stealing this, are you?” he said, when I took the leaflets for philosophy & R.S. mother said he smiled when I took the book, and I’m glad he knows how enthusiastic I am for this subject.
we came to talk about philosophy and religious studies at a level, which he expressed so fluidly with his hands. i looked up at him and thought; “god, I am in love with this man.” but truly, I cannot and will not. he spoke with such flair and eagerness for these subjects and it almost made me take both for his explanations. i looked at mother and he hurriedly waved his hands, as a sign of “mayyybe-don’t-do-it-if-it’ll-go-badly”, which did make me giggle. he’s such a peculiar man and never fails to make me laugh. i think he grinned. my mother said that I was “obsessed with philosophy” and she wasn’t wrong at all, in which P said: “yeah I could tell! philosophy would suit you.” which was the final puzzle piece that made it complete. somewhere where I’d belong and I’ve been dying to hear him say that since parents’ evening, I could even cry. i noticed he had a pepsi max (as always, what does he have against diet coke?) I questioned everything in attempt for him to answer all. he did and sometimes I had to come in to fill in the words for him. he started off by saying: “well, philosophy is more rigorous and no redundancy, whilst religious studies is more…” and I responded with: “spontaneous?” in which he replied: “yeah, I actually like that word quite a lot.” he was quite predictable, really, I have his thought pattern figured out. I suppose that’s one thing you need in philosophy. he grinned at me and I think that the most beautiful smile I could ever get.
i had finished my session with him and I walked away, for my place to be stolen by somebody else. my friend, (let’s call them Y) had taken the book that I did before, but he didn’t seem to smile at him. was my presence more noticeable? i could not tell at all. as Y enthusiastically talked with P, i could only stare from afar. a burning sensation of jealousy is never a good one and I could not take my eyes off of him. he smiled at Y the same way as he did to me, and he grinned too, and I hated everything again. mother could only stand in front of me to get my attention. she looked at me in confusion before mumbling, “what are you thinking about?” i could not feel myself present at that moment and I replied nothing. i simply walked away. I have an odd suspicion that Y likes P the same way as I do, otherwise why would he be asking me details of Y in his home clothes? it’s not a suitable topic but it was something we could bond over him, thought it was so absurd as an topic. though I don’t blame him at all, Y is a charming man. perhaps too charming that my cheeks burnt a scarlet red and they felt hot, and my mother confirmed it herself. i hope he had never seen it. I still made eye contact throughout our interaction but there was this longing sense of desire and guilt, and he doesn’t know at all and can’t know. i would screw everything up and I will not let that happen if I don’t regulate my emotions. therefore, i will not be dependent on him as I am now.
now, I shall starve myself until next thursday where I’ll see him again but I can never do anything with him.

Kerala Micro Small Medium Enterprises Act 2019 has overriding effect over The Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.
Civil Appeal Jolly George & Anr. v. George Elias And Associates & Ors.
The appeal is filed by the people of the locality.
Facts:
George Elias and Associates, the original writ petitioners, were engaged in undertaking road works in different parts of the State of Kerala.
They purchased Hot Mix Plants for carrying out the road works for which they bagged contracts for road work in Cherthala Aroorkutty.
Within a few months, the Kerala MSME Act came into force and hence the writ petitioners obtained an Acknowledgement Certificate.
Writ Petitioners submitted an application on 05.02.20 to the Kalloorkad Panchayat for the grant of a license, for installation of the Hot Mix Plant.
On 04.03.20 Kerala State Pollution Control Board granted “Consent to Establish”.
No response was received from the Panchayat so the Writ Petitioners claimed the benefit of deemed provision as provided in the Rules of Kerala Panchayat Raj.
Objections were raised by the members of locality.
Kalloorkad Panchayat rejected the application of the Writ petitioners for establishing Hot Mix Plant vide its order dt.12.05.20.
Rejection order was challenged before the Kerala High Court. Interim Stay was granted against the order of Panchayat.
A second Writ Petition was filed for declaration that when Acknowledge Certificate id obtained under Kerala Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Act, 2019 than license under the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 19943 is not necessary.
Decision of Single judge of Kerala High Court:
The Hot Mix Plant of the writ petitioners was a portable equipment and that it does not fall within the definition of the word “building” under the Rules of 2019.
The learned Single Judge also held that after the grant of “Consent to Establish” by the Pollution Control Board, permission of the Panchayat was only formal.
Order of Single Judge affirmed by Division Bench: This view was also confirmed by the Division Bench of the High Court.
Contention of the objectors:
Panchayat has a public duty to safeguard the areas and persons within its jurisdiction against environmental pollution and that the precautionary principle requires to be applied.
Rule 3 of the Kerala Micro Small Medium Enterprises Facilitation Rules, 2020, requires all persons seeking Acknowledgment Certificate under Section 5(3) to furnish a duly filled self-certification in Form-I.
This form contains an undertaking from the applicant to comply with the Kerala Panchayat Building Rules, 2019 and hence it is contended that the writ petitioners cannot avoid the requirement of permission from the local Panchayat.
Observation of the Apex Court
Neither Single Judge nor Division Bench of the Kerala High Court had gone into the overriding effect of Kerala Micro Small Medium Enterprises Act, 2019.
Section 10(2) of the Kerala MSME Act makes it clear that the provisions of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 shall be read as amended to be in conformity with the provisions of the Kerala MSME Act. Therefore, the Rules framed under Kerala Panchayat Building Rules, 2019 cannot annul the effect of the statutory provisions.
Section 10 of the Kerala MSME Act does not override the provisions of any of the pollution control laws such as Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The Kerala MSME Act overrides the 1994 Act and a few other local enactments.
Writ Petitioners have taken “consent” from the Pollution Control Board. Once consent is taken from the Pollution Control Board, the necessity for reading down Section 10 of the Kerala MSME Act, for the purpose of protecting the environment, does not arise.
The argument that Panchayat being the grassroot institution, has the right of participation in decision making, is again misconceived. All Panchayats want motorable roads
But if they do not want road construction materials to be manufactured within their Panchayat, we do not know where from these materials can be imported.
Decision: The Division Bench of the Apex Court comprising Hon’ble Mr. Justice V Ramasubramanian J Hon’ble Mr. Justice Pankaj Mithal J vide their order dt.12.04.2023 dismissed the appeal of the objectors and allowed the Writ Petition of the Respondents.
