I don't "like" Kamen Rider Gaim (2013) I am trapped in a toxic marriage with Kamen Rider Gaim (2013)
#original#It was stupid and I felt most to nothing for the characters who weren't the Genesis Riders (minus Sid lol)#Oh and Micchy of course. I loved Micchy#So that leaves four characters out of a huge cast#And with Yoko the feelings I have for her are 'this could be an amazing character had she not been written by a misogynist'#Ryoma to this day is one of my biggest KR favorites and I adore his dynamic with Takatora I admit this#Micchy is just what rich 16 year olds are likeOH GOD I'M THE SAME AGE AS HIM NOW#The main and secondary are nothing. Everything Kouta did Shinji Kido did much better. Kaito... he was okay#There's lots of characters I don't even remember anything about. Do people whose favorite is Zack exist#I've seen this show twice I know Zack was a major character and a Rider I can't say literally anything about him. He sure was there I guess

Her Heartbeat, Chapter 14: Her Heart.
Summary: Wednesday finally accepts what her heart was telling her all along... but...
Warnings: EmotionalOutOfCharacterWednesday! Jealous Wednesday!!! Angst...
Parings: Wednesday x Fem reader.
Chapter 1 ------- Previous Chapter
Her Heartbeat's Chapterlist.
Worklist
As soon as the door opened, the world around Wednesday narrowed to just you, standing there with that fragile, nervous, endearing smile. Her mind went blank. She was entirelyâhelplesslyâcaught.
With painstaking slowness, her gaze lowered to your dress. It was deep red, not blood-red, not quite, but a shade far deeper, richer, pooling into something she could only describe as alive...the color of a beating heart.
Her gaze traced over every fold and movement of your dress, the way the fabric settled at your waist and draped around your shoulders, like a cloak but with a softness that seemed entirely at odds with the sharpness she typically surrounded herself with. Her fingers twitched almost instinctively, a faint, rare urge to reach out and feel if it was as soft as it looked. But she remained rooted, her hands stiff at her sides. She didnât dare move.
Then she looked up and met your eyes. There was something thereâlike you were exposing a vulnerable, untouched part of yourself by just looking at her. And it made her feel⌠things she didnât have words for. How could someone look soâwhat was the word? Entrancing? Irresistible? She didnât have the right term.
You shifted slightly, still holding her gaze. âAre you having second thoughts?â
She blinked, realizing the question had meant to be a lighthearted tease. But your words pulled her from her trance, grounding her. âNo,â she replied, steadying her voice. âNot even for a moment.â
The two of you moved through the corridors side by side, and she stole another glance at you, unable to resist.. When she saw the faint blush painting your cheeks, she was almost grateful you werenât looking directly at her⌠or you would've noticed the same.
She didnât know why she had the strange thought that she wanted to carry that memoryâthe look on your faceâin a box she could open and revisit whenever she needed it.
Enid and Ajax were among the first to spot you both when you two entered. Enid let out a squeal as she rushed over, dragging Ajax behind her.
âOh my gosh, you both look amazing!â Enid gushed, her eyes wide with admiration as she looked from you to Wednesday. âLook at you two!â She clutched her hands to her chest, barely containing her excitement. Ajax, nodding in agreement, gave Wednesday an amused look, and Wednesday found herself grateful he didnât say anything more. She was already balancing on a razorâs edge of calm.
âThanks Enid,â you replied, your gaze darting toward Wednesday as if looking for her reaction.
âYou guys are the cutest pair of dates ever. Admit it.â Enid said.
Wednesdayâs eyes narrowed. âEnid,â she warned, voice low. But Enid merely flashed a grin.
âOh, lighten up, Wednesday,â she teased, waving a hand. âTonightâs about fun! And I have plans to make sure you enjoy every second of it.â
Before she could respond, Bianca and Yoko joined,
âIâve got to admit,â Bianca said, casting you an approving smile, âred suits you.â
Something unfamiliar clawed at Wednesday. She didnât like the way Biancaâs eyes lingered on you, and she disliked even more the subtle, warm laugh you gave in response. It wasnât anger exactly, but a prickling discomfort that crept up her spine. She almost wanted to step between you and Bianca, but held herself back.
âThanks, Bianca, you look incredible too.â you replied, sounding genuinely pleased, though you shot Wednesday a curious look, as if sensing her tension.
Before she could react further, Eugene appeared, tugging on her arm with an uncertain look.
âWednesday, I gathered what you asked for,â he whispered, glancing around as if to make sure no one else was listening. âButâŚcan you please tell me why you need them? Theyâre just so beautiful, and I donât want them to get hurt.â
Wednesday rolled her eyes, sighing. Why does everyone think all she could do is murder? Yeah, she loves murders, but why does everyone think that? âNo, Eugene, Iâm not going to hurt them. I need them for⌠something.â
Eugene seemed unconvinced, but he gave a slight nod, backing away slowly. Wednesday turned back to the group, scanning for you instantly, only to see you giggling at something Bianca had said.
A flicker ofâŚsomething swirled within her. She didn't dare name it, didn't know if she even could name it, but it gnawed at her in the most unexpected way. The way you leaned into Bianca, shared that mutual amusementâwas it necessary?
Finally, unable to stand it anymore, Wednesday stepped forward, forcing herself to relax her expression. âWould you like to dance?â she asked, her tone low, controlled, though she couldnât help but feel the slightest tremor of nerves underneath. Her fingers felt stiff, and for a second, she wondered if her heart had actually skipped a beat.
You blinked, clearly taken aback, All week, youâd been preparing yourself, rehearsing the right words to ask her. Youâd thought youâd have to be the one to take that step, steeling yourself for a moment that you feared she might decline. And yet, here she was, standing before you, asking for your handâa dance with you.
âYouâŚyou want to dance?â you asked.
Wednesday didnât know exactly what you were thinking, but she recognized that flicker of vulnerability in your eyes. A strange warmth spread through her, and she forced herself to hold your gaze.
âIâm asking, arenât I?â she replied, her voice steadier than she felt.
She couldnât understand the slight sense of pride that came from the way you were looking at her, as if sheâd surprised you in the best possible way.
And then you took her hand.
The others had been too shocked to comment, Enid however had been waiting, planning for this exact moment, knowing it would take more than fate for her reserved friend to step forward. Luckily she got the music duty for this year's Raven.
As your fingers laced together with hers, Wednesday felt a strange tremor, a pull toward something she couldn't quite grasp. She hadnât anticipated that taking your hand would send a quiet shockwave through her, fortunately Wednesday had always liked sudden jolts of electricity.
I can be fragile, I can break in two, But I know I'll be swept up by you.
She led you with a hesitation that felt out of place on her, her movements uncertain but sincere, a step closer, and then a glance, as if expecting you to vanish. Her fingers rested lightly on your waist, almost hesitant to pull you close, yet somehow finding themselves right there, in your orbit. And then you leaned into her, ever so slightly, and Wednesdayâs pulse skipped, her composure splintering. She forced herself to breathe, barely a whisper as she moved with you, finding a rhythm she didnât know she could have with someone. She felt a surge of protectiveness, one that sheâd never allowed herself to feel before. You were fragile, she knew that, she had to be strongâfor you.
And if I get frightened, you will always be A place of quiet to calm me.
She knew fear all too wellâthe thrill of it, the way it heightened her senses, forced her to embrace a sharpened edge. But this was different, something warm and expansive filling her chest, anchoring her as you both moved. She felt the way her heart raced, not in alarm, but in wonder. And it was all directed at you. It was as if you were guiding her into a place she hadnât dared to visitâdeep into her heart.
And if you feel my love, just let it show, And if you want my heart, just let me know, Cause you are meant for me.
Love, a word, she hadnât wanted to face, hadnât dared to believe. A word sank into her, stripping away her hesitation. She closed her eyes for a moment, feeling the warmth of your hand against her own.
She couldnât deny it anymoreâthe feeling that maybe, just maybe, she was meant to be here, like this, with you. And she wanted it. Wanted you.
Sometimes I feel frozen, and the words I say Carry my breath the wrong way. But then when I touch you and I disappear, Safe in your arms, you take me.
You had become that place for her, hadnât you? Somehow, without her realizing it, youâd filled every quiet space in her life. She wasnât sure when it happened, but you had slipped into her days and nights, your laugh echoing in the corners of her mind, the warmth of your smile leaving her unable to look away. She didnât want to pull away, didnât want to look anywhere but at you.
And if you feel my love Just let it show
She found herself drawn in, leaning closer, her lips just a breath away from yours, and every inch of her was pulled into this moment, into you.
And if you want my heart Just let me know Cause you are meant for me.
The air filled with smoke, thickening until all she could see was you. She felt as though time had paused, everything around you fading into a quiet, untouched corner of the world where nothing else mattered. All she knew was the steady beat of her heart, the soft warmth of your skin, and the way you looked at her as if nothing else existed.
My heart has come alive now It opened up a whole new world
She wasn't sure where she was taking this. What this would mean...
I only want to show you What it's like to love this girl
But she is sure about one thing...
You were meant for me.
She leaned in, her heartbeat pounding in her chest. Then, just as your lips nearly brushed.... you whispered, âNo.â
The word shattered the silence, the quiet refusal froze Wednesday in place. She drew back, her eyes widening slightly, searching yours as her own heart stumbled.
âBut I thoughtââ Her voice came out in a choked whisper, confusion and vulnerability.
âItâsâŚnot that,â you interrupted gently, voice shaky as if even speaking required great effort. You tried to explain, but your breath came in short, frantic gasps, your hand clutching at her shoulder as if struggling to stay upright.
A sharp pang of realization seized Wednesday, a cold wave of panic rising as she watched you struggle for air, your hand tightening before slipping from her grip. She reached out, catching you just before your legs gave way, her arm wrapping around you as you sank against her.
âHey, hey, look at me,â she whispered, her own voice tight with worry.
Her grip on you desperate and trembling. She could feel the faint rhythm of your heart, and for one terrifying moment, she thought it might stop altogether.
âTurn off the damn smokes!â she screamed. Panic seized her, the cold rush of fear, unlike anything she had felt before. She cradled you her arms, her hand smoothing back your hair as she whispered,
âPlease⌠stay with me⌠Please, I need you."
[So this is it... or is it? Taking a break from writing for a few days to prepare for an upcoming exam so the next update might take a while... sorry to leave you guys hanging on the angst.]

'Well, let's just say there's someone in the music industry--a fairly famous someone--and he's pretty certain it [Starting Over] was written for Paul, and that Paul damn well knew it was...but that in the wake of John's death most everyone thought it would be disrespectful to Yoko and Sean to dispute who John had in mind while writing it. We were talking about it after an email correspondence I started having with a friend here who says she believes it was as well. I agreed with her. So, being my curious self, I just had to ask around, and that's the information I got. Whether it's totally 100% or not, I can't say. But hearing about it from this guy in particular was enough to confirm my belief that it was. It's not only his opinion but something that seems to be pretty well known amongst a lot of industry folks. We talked about it at great length and honestly, I was a bit surprised it was something he feels so strongly about....as well as their relationship, in general. When I told him straight out at first that I thought they were a 'couple', he said, "Well, no shit! Anybody who thinks otherwise has to be a fucking idiot!" I thought that was funny as hell! Not to bash the nay-sayers round these parts, but this guy isn't one to mince words and I'm just repeating what he said so don't go yellin' at me. Couldn't help laughing when he said it. And he knows a LOT of people in the business. Far more than I could ever dream of encountering...'cause he's quite a bit older than me and way more experienced in these circles. He used to be a session player ages ago and branched out on his own a long ways back....so he's definitely been AROUND and knows his shit when it comes to the 'who's who' of the music world and all the dirt that gets turned up at its surface. I trust him totally or else I wouldn't be so certain he's right about the stuff he says. He even said that the 'recording-style' and vocal effects used on that song, in particular, are what John specifically wanted in order to send a certain message to Paul." ------------------------------------------------
This is a comment made by a woman in an old forum, who said she spoke to an industry insider. I have read many similar comments (and I myself have been in contact with someone who claimed to have spoken to a couple of people who were once close to the Beatles) that have said that John and Paul's relationship was an open secret in the music industry. Maybe that's why Howard Stern is often asking Paul a lot of uncomfortable questions about John, and even suggested that "Maybe I'm Amazed" was written for John, lol.

There were many times you'd lay awake wishing you were different, a more subtle species. It wasn't a surprise normies had treated you badly since you were a kid, most outcasts can pretend to be normies to fit in.
But you could be spotted even in a mile away as an outcast with your big flappy wings attached to your arms, and your long talon nails.
You thanked god daily he hadn't gave you a beak at this point.
Arriving at Nevermore gave you bigger hopes then any other schools has before, a chance to finally fit in, to have friends amongst people who understood what it was like to be different.
What you didn't expect was to be made a joke for being an outcast, amongst outcasts.
It wasn't all bad, you'd tell yourself daily.
You were warmly welcomed by the infamous Enid Sinclair and her not so welcoming girlfriend,
You avoided them at first, keeping to yourself and the comfort of the library most of your time. Your roommate Yoko is rarely in your shared dorm, often sleeping in her girlfriend's dorm instead.
But Enid had took matters in her own hands, refusing to let you be alone. As much as you pretend not to care much about it, you were grateful for her and Wednesday. It was the first time you felt wanted.
"So, [name.]" Enid starts, waking by your side with her arm linked with yours. "Have you decided who your date to the Rave'n will be?" She asks, wiggling her brows at you.
You feel your face turns red before shaking your head. "Decide? I'll be lucky if someone even asks me."
Her grin slowly drops at your word and you see her turn her head at Wednesday. The two having an unspoken conversation with eachother.
You raise your eyebrows at them in question and Enid turns back to you. "Maybe you should go with us!" She suggests.
You turn silent in suprise. "Oh? oh-I mean I couldn't-"
"[Name], if you're worried you'd be third wheeling, I assure you that it won't be happening, our affections with eachother are as equal as is to you-" Enid curses and glares at her girlfriend, throwing both hands up in frustration.
"Wha- I- I'm not following.." You look at them in confusion before Enid sighs loudly.
"I thought you said we can tell them together!" She scolds Wednesday, who only shrugs. "Both of you were taking too long."
"Tell me what?" You ask again, this time finally getting their attention.
They turn to you and Enid takes a deep breath before she attempts to speak, being cut off by Wednesday again.
"We would like to invite you into our romantic relationship -"
"Jesus Wednesday-" "You take too long-"
"Invite you to our rela- What is this an interview?"
"Oh you'd rather I ask for their Snapchat then like you did to me-"
You take in her words as they argue.
"You want to be with me?" You try, your voice slowing down their banter as they both look back at you and Enid replies before anyone can interrupt her again. "Yes. Yes we do."
Why? was the first thing that came to mind.
Not realizing you've spoken the question out loud, You were met with a frown from the blond.
"What do you mean why? Because you're amazing, [name]. Look- You seriously can't tell that we've been pulling our asses off to get you to notice us?"
Wednesday snorts and interjects, "You've been pulling your ass off, I've already had their attention-" "Wednesday." Enid sighs, earning a rare smirk from the raven haired.
Your mind was swirling with all this new information. Unable to give any answer, you simply run away without looking back, hearing Enid call after you.
°°°
Your room was no longer your own. And it was a big discomfort to find your space intruded by not even your roommate, but someone who didn't even belong in your dorm.
"What the hell are you doing with my stuff?!" Your eyes widen at the sight of your small nest of blankets all over the room.
"Proving everyone that you're a freak.", There were three of them, and by their looks you knew they were fairies.
And despite harpies often being described as mythical monsters, it's the pointy eared creatures that have devils in them.
"Look at this shit, what is this, your nest? I told you, They're basically just a giant bird-"
"I'm not-"
Your trinkets and rock collection's were being thrown and smashed on walls. You scream and shove the red haired girl againts the wall, your talons scratching through her arms.
"You bird bitch." She snapped bitterly.
"They used their claws on me! Did you guys see that? You guys saw that right?" They all agreed againts you
She was stronger than you thought, or perhaps you weren't as strong as you wanted to be. She pushed you back and your back fell on the floor. Her two friends gripped your hands and held you from moving, you wings flapping againts the floor.
You struggle to against them as the red haired punched you in the face. It was a weak blow but a punch nonetheless .
"You're nothing but a monster, thorough, and thorough." She seethes at your face.
"Not so scary now though are you?"
°°°
The sounds of knocking on your door was muffled by your pillow againts your face.
When the banging fists became louder you pull away and manage to shout at the uninvited visitor to leave you alone.
Silence swallowed your room once more.
Burying your face back in the pillow, you continue your hour long breakdown.
You don't hear the door open at first, but when Enid's fast footsteps reach closer, you flinch and pull back to look behind you.
You couldn't tell what emotions coated their expressions, but what you did know that you're more embarrassed than upset now.
It was bad enough that everyone saw you as a freak, you didn't want the only two people you liked to see you like this.
You had no chance to come up with a story as Wednesday crosses the gap between the tow of you, her hands instantly holding up your face to her, eyes inspection the bruise.
"Who did this to you." She demanded. Her monotonous voice laced with a subtle but noticable anger.
You shook your head and started crying again before you could help it.
Enid wordlessly pulled you in her chest.
You were taken aback by the comfort of her warmth, you can't remember the last time you were held by anyone.
Still sobbing in her arms, Wednesday pulled your chin towards her and asked again, "I need names, dove."
"I-she didn't tell me-" Enid interjects your stuttering. "It's that fairy girl, Aliyah." You looked at her confused.
"It's the wolf scent thing, this room reeks of her fake dior." She explains,
Wednesday wordlessly walks to the door and Enid's arms release you as she runs to her.
"Wednesday no. We need to tell Weems about this, nothing more-"
"Nothing more? She assaulted [name]. You think whatever lame punishment Weems give them will make them stop? No. The stupid elf and whoever involved needs to know this will be the last time they even look at them."
Enid stared at her, mouth agape and then sighed.
"Fairy, not elf." She mumbled and shakes her head.
"Imbecile, is the right term. I won't have either of you in trouble with me. So you stay here and be there for them in ways I can't. I'll handle that wretched mushroom eater." Was the last words she speaks before slamming the door on Enid's face.
Enid groans and looks back at you, confused and sniffing. "She's not going to...kill her, is she?" You asks worriedly.
She walks towards you and crawls in the bed to your side, pulling you back to her. "She's not a murderer, but I can't say she doesn't have a penchant for inflicting pain."

Friends? (Part 2)
(Wednesday Addams x fem! reader)
Summary: Your friendship with Wednesday takes another turn after one of your night visits doesn't go as planned. Part 1 || Part 2 || Part 3 || Part 4 Warnings: erm blood, werewolf attack (not described) a/n: I guess a part 3 is going to be written (I wanted to try something longer but woah maybe it's a little too long) (English isn't my first language, I'm sorry if there are mistakes or if something doesn't make sense TvT)
After that night, Wednesday and you started texting, mostly exchanging about poisonous plants and outcasts. Her texts were well written, good punctuation, good grammar⌠Really in her style.
The average person would probably not particularly appreciate the way she texts -and talks- but you knew she wasnât just that. You knew she wasnât just the cold goth girl without a heart everyone seemed to believe she was.
You loved her personality and enjoyed her company.
Hence why you spent most of your nights in her and Enidâs dorm, or sometimes in the Nightshadeâs library when no one else was there. The books they had in there were just amazing. You spent hours reading them, utterly fascinated, with Wednesday sat at the opposite side of the room.
Despite all her efforts, the raven couldnât seem to be able to concentrate on her own reading; her eyes were glued on you. She had never seen someone so passionate while reading.
The way you were biting your lip when reading, feeling the pages under your thumb, turning the pages carefully not to tear themâŚ
Even though she had said she only tolerated your presence, Enid could see she was looking forward to your visits. The blonde knew her roommate liked you more than she wanted to admit.
One night Wednesday even took you to the greenhouse to show you some of the plants you told her you would love to see.
For the first time since she met Enid, she really enjoyed spending time with someone. You were interesting. Not glued to a phone 24/7, not hating on others because theyâre different.
You were a normie, but an outcast amongst the normies. In a sense you were just like her.
This night was another night out for you. You were on your bike, on your way to Nevermore.
Wednesday was waiting for you in her dorm. She had something she wanted to show you, which she was sure you would like.
She turned to her roommateâs side, about to ask her something, only to find her side empty. The raven frowned.
âThing, whereâs Enid?â
Thing tapped on the desk.
The ravenâs eyes widened slightly.
Wednesday rushed to her phone. She forgot the full moon. And even if the werewolves were supposed to be locked away during this night, but accidents happen -already happened before.
For the first time since she gave you her number, she called you. No answer. She tried again. Still nothing.
She swore under her breath, and tried again.
âWednesday?â
âYou have to go home.â
âWhat? Why? I didnât even get to see y-â
âY/n. Listen to me. Itâs the full moon, itâs not safe.â
âIâm already under your balcony! I just canât go bac- Wait, arenât the werewolves supposed to be locked up?â
âSometimes the cages break. Iâm serious, Y/n. You have to-â
She could hear a growl on your side, and heavy breathing.
âY/n? Y/n!â
She burst out of her dorm and ran to Yokoâs, hoping to find Divina or Bianca there. She banged on the door, still on the phone with you.
She heard you swear, then a noise she couldnât identify, and the call ended.
âWednesday-â
âY/nâs in danger. I need your help. ⌠Please.â
The three girls knew it wasnât very Wednesday like to plead; the situation must be serious.
Wednesday explained the situation to the girls while they were going down to where you were. The raven hopped they wouldnât find you. It would mean you were safe.
Sadly, a few meters away from the gate, an inanimate form drew her attention.
You were laying on the grass, blood all over you.
The raven was frozen in place. It reminded her of when she brought Enid to the Gateâs house the year prior. It reminded her when Eugene got attacked in the woods while she was at the RaveâN.
She was responsible. If you died she would be responsible. You would never get to finish your studies on outcasts. You would never get to experiment with Aconitum, or Nightshade, or every other plant you wanted to experiment on. Because of her.
âWednesday!â
Bianca was holding her by her shoulders.
âSheâs alive. But we have to do something quickly.â
The girls carried you to the botanical class. They didnât have enough time to drive you to the hospital, they had to use what they had.
Bianca and Wednesday were looking through all the plants around them, trying to find the right ones to use, while Yoko and Divina stayed by your side, trying to stop the bleeding.
After what felt like an eternity to the raven, they finally found something that could work.
âAre you sure-â
âNo. But thatâs all that we haveâ Bianca said
They prepared the plants, so they had a liquid, before taking a nearby syringe. Once everything was ready, they went back to you.
âDo you want to do it?â the siren asked the raven
She didnât answer, and just took the syringe. She took a deep breath, noticing her hands were slightly shaking, before injecting you the liquid. She looked at you, eyes full of worry.
It wasnât 100% sure to work. But it had to. You just couldnât die like that.
A minute passed. Nothing happened.
Wednesday took your hand in hers, holding it tightly.
âIf you die, I will kill you.â
The other girls looked at each other, concerned.
âWednesdayâŚâ
âNo. Sheâs going to wake up. We just have to wait.â
She didnât really know if she was trying to convince them, or herself.
You were part of her life now, she was used to talking to you every day, to seeing you almost every night⌠She couldnât lose you. She liked you.
âGuysâ
Wednesdayâs eyes moved from your face to your wounds as Yoko pointed toward them. Your cuts were healing! The blood was like absorbed back by your body, leaving deep cuts and coagulated blood. You would have scars, but you were alive.
She let go of your hand to wipe some tears she hadnât noticed had rolled down her cheeks.
âIâll stitch her back up. ⌠Thank you.â
The other girls gave the raven a little smile, relieved you were okay, and knowing how much it had cost Wednesday to ask for their help.
Thanks to the girlsâ help, Wednesday could bring you back to her dorm and lay you on her bed.
While she was stitching you up, she couldnât help but take a closer look at your wounds; she didnât know exactly how the plants they used worked, but she was pretty sure they werenât supposed to make the blood coagulate so fast. Maybe a sort of mutation happened.
Her pale hands were still tainted with your blood when you opened your eyes. You groaned as you tried to sit up, catching Wednesdayâs attention.
âWhat are you doing?â she asked while she forced you to lay down as gently as she could âYouâre hurt. Donât move.â
She grabbed a bottle of pills and a glass of water, and brought them to you.
âTake that, itâs painkillers.â
You nodded and took the medicine with her help.
â⌠Iâm sorryâ
âWhat? Why?â you asked, surprised by her sudden apology
âI put you in danger, Iâm sorry.â
She had learnt from her mistakes -from her fight with Enid after they got attacked at the Gateâs house. Even if she would never admit it, she didnât want to lose you.
âItâs not your fault, I should have listened when you told me to go homeâŚâ
â⌠You shouldnât stay close to me. All I ever do is destroy everything.â
You sat up, ignoring the pain, and grabbed her hand.
âThatâs not true. Like I said, itâs not your fault. And Iâm alive!â you looked directly in her dark eyes âIâm not leaving you. I like you. Maybe even a little more than I shouldâŚâ your grip on her hand loosened a bit âAnyways, my point is I donât want to stop spending time with youâ
She felt her cheeks heat up a little at your words and at the look in your eyes. With Enid, you were the only one you ever fought to stay with her even though she pushed you away. Even though she put you in danger.
She liked you a lot, but it scared her; she wasnât familiar with this feeling. Her only experience with love was what she saw with her parents -which she had always found disgusting. But maybe, maybe, with you it wouldnât be disgusting. If you liked her back.
Because you said you liked her âmore than you shouldâ, but what did that mean exactly? It could mean a lot of things. And Wednesday didnât feel like just asking you, it would be awkward.
But if you liked her back and she didnât do anything there was a chance youâd fall in love with someone else, believing she didnât like you. She did like you. And the thought of anyone else having you made her crazy.
You were still holding her hand. Your warmth was comforting.
She decided it was time to make a move and intertwined her fingers with yours.
Her action surprised you, to say the least. Your gaze was fixated on your linked hands, processing what just happened. After a second, you felt your cheeks burn.
âD-do you um⌠Do you want to go out with me somedayâŚ? Like for a coffee, or go to the library or anything else youâd likeâ you asked hesitantly
âAre you suggesting a date?â
Your cheeks heat up again at her words.
âY-yeah⌠I mean if you wantâŚâ
Wednesday stayed silent for a second before cracking a little smile.
âIâll pick you up at 4 tomorrowâ

I will probably just write this myself someday but
A fic where the Stalker is revealed to be Yoko. Much like Rowan, she has convinced herself that Wednesday is dangerous, and wants to keep her bestie Enid from getting hurt again. Unlike Rowan, she was radicalized by MorningSong, whose "therapy" app actually exaggerates fear and doubt to dangerous extremes.

The metallic clang of the cafeteria doors echoed behind Wednesday as she emerged, the lingering taste of lukewarm gruel a bitter reminder of Nevermoreâs culinary shortcomings. The midday sun was casting its usual shadows across the cobblestone courtyard; yet something felt amiss. The distorted patches of darkness seemed to cause an unease in Wednesday, one that had long taken root since her return to school.
Two months had passed since the harrowing events that had nearly torn Nevermore apart, and the scars were still visible. The manicured lawns bore the scorch marks of battle, the stone gargoyles seemed to leer with a newfound malevolence, and the whispers of students now carried an undercurrent of fear that hadnât been there before.
Wednesday tugged her blazer tighter around her, a futile attempt to ward off the growing chill. Even her usually vibrant roommate had subdued, her infectious laughter now punctuated by moments of quiet introspection. It was as if the darkness that had threatened to consume them all had left a permanent stain.
As Wednesday made her way back to the dorm, her mind drifted to Enidâs therapy session. The new therapist, a chipper woman with a penchant for pastel sweaters and motivational posters, had arrived in the wake of the chaos, a self-proclaimed expert in trauma recovery. Enid had embraced the sessions with her usual enthusiasm, but Wednesday remained skeptical. Could a few platitudes and breathing exercises truly mend the wounds inflicted by a centuries-old monster?
Lost in her thoughts, Wednesday rounded the corner. Only to be jolted back to reality by an unexpected sight. Their door, usually firmly shut, stood slightly ajar. A frown tugged at her lips as she approached, her pace quickening with each step. Had Enid forgotten to close it before leaving? Or had someone else ventured into their shared space, disturbing the delicate balance they had carefully constructed?
The air hung heavy with an unfamiliar scent, a subtle blend of cedarwood and something floral, decidedly not Enidâs usual werewolf musk. A chill slithered down Wednesdayâs spine. With a soft push, the door creaked open.
The room appeared undisturbed at first glance. Enidâs collection of stuffed animals were still perched on her bed, their wide eyes watching Wednesday with an unnerving intensity. And her overflowing bookshelf of romance novels and werewolf folklore remained untouched. Even Wednesdayâs typewriter sat calmly on her desk, a half-finished poem visible in its carriage.
But as her eyes adjusted, a discordant detail pierced the illusion of normalcy. A crisp white envelope laying on the inky blackness of her bedspread. It was intrusion, a violation of her personal space that set her teeth on edge.
With a measured step, Wednesday approached the bed. Her eyes fixed on the envelope as she reached out to brush her fingers against the smooth paper. It was unsealed, an invitation to delve into its contents.
She swiftly slid her finger beneath the flap and tore it open. A single sheet of paper, thick and heavy, fell into her hand. The handwriting was an attempt at elegance, but held an obvious note of sloppiness. Yet it wasnât how the letters were penned that unnerved her, but the words themselves.
âDearest Wednesday,â the letter began, âYour darkness casts a long shadow, a blight on the innocence of Nevermore. I see the danger you pose, the poison you spread with your twisted words and morbid obsessions. Enid, my dear sweet Enid, deserves better than to be ensnared by your darkness.â
A cold fury ignited in Wednesdayâs chest. But she read on, each word twisting the knot in her stomach tighter.
âI will not allow you to corrupt her any more than you have, to drag her further down your abyss. You will leave Nevermore, or I will ensure that Enid pays the price. Consider this a warning, a taste of a different darkness that awaits you, should you refuse to heed my words.â
The letter ended abruptly, the final sentence hanging venomously in the air. Wednesdayâs grip tightened on the paper, her knuckles turning white as she fought to contain her rage. This was not a prank, not a childish attempt at intimidation. This was a declaration of war, a threat against the person she held most dear.
* * *
When Enid returned from therapy, she entered the dorm to see Wednesday furiously typing away, the familiar sound of the typewriter clacking aggressively. Enidâs eyebrow raised, though she didnât question Wednesdayâs anger. It could range from something serious to a minor inconvenience that had ruined her day. As logical as Wednesday was, Enid had to admit that sometimes she was quite brash.
It wasnât the aggressive typing that worried Enid. Instead, it was the way Wednesday stood up and pulled the paper from the typewriter, crumpling it and flattening it down onto her desk. Thing was waiting there and kicked it into the waiting wastebasket. After that, the clacking sounds stopped. Wednesday sat at her desk and huffed a loud sigh.
âEverything okay?â Enid asked hesitantly. Sheâd beelined for her bed, laying down with her laptop resting on her legs. She had an essay due within the next few days, and she was terrible at getting them done on time. She had considered asking for help, but Wednesdayâs apparent bad mood was enough to prevent her from doing so.
âIâm fine.â Wednesday answered briskly, not even bothering to turn around to face Enid. Instead she stared at her typewriter as if trying to burn a hole into it.
Enid hummed thoughtfully, then slid her laptop off her legs and onto the bed beside her. âYou donât seem fine.â Enid pointed out, much to Wednesdayâs chagrin. The girlâs shoulders tensed and she turned, her permanent glare boring into Enid. âYikes. Okay.â Enid immediately turned her attention back to her laptop, turning so her back was facing Wednesday.
Things were quiet for a moment, before she heard another long sigh. âIâm sorry. Iâm simply frustrated. It seems my ability to write has conveniently decided to disappear.â There was a slight tremor in Wednesdayâs voice. It was definitely more than that.
âWriterâs block?â Enid suggested, her gaze moving back to Wednesday. The raven was resting a hand on her temple, her elbow propped up on the desk.
âAbsolutely not. I have never once been afflicted with writerâs block and I certainly will not begin to be now.â Wednesday drummed her fingers on her desk.
Enidâs sensitive hearing picked up on the drumming. Her eyebrow rose in a skeptical expression. âMaybe something else is bothering you?â
Wednesday froze at the remark. Enid tilted her head. That was an indication of her being correct. It seemed clear enough to her that something else was going on inside of Wednesdayâs head. Something that was bothering her. âWhatâs wrong?â
Enid watched as her roommate looked at her, then averted her gaze, then looked at her again. She was unsure, nervous, even. âI received another message from my stalker.â
Enid perked up, sitting up straight in her bed upon hearing the news. âReally? What was it?â
âA threat.â Wednesday said ominously, opening the drawer at the side of her desk and pulling a letter out of it. Enid got on her feet, swiftly crossing the line between their two halves and taking the letter from Wednesday once it was offered to her. Her eyes scanned the piece of paper, and with each line she felt more nauseated.
ââMy dear sweet Enidâ?â Enid quoted the letter, frowning. âWhoever wrote this clearly has no idea who you are.â She felt anger of her own festering in her chest, building up. Who did this person think they were? Insulting Wednesday and their friendship. As if Enid was too weak to be friends with someone like Wednesday.
Enid was tired of being seen as weak.
âI have a relatively good idea of who it might be.â Wednesdayâs burning glare returned back to the paper loaded in her typewriter. âWho else would refer to you that way? It must be Ajax.â There was a sort of bitterness in her voice. It wasnât aggressive enough to be anger, but it wasnât placid enough to be just a simple dislike. It was deeper than that. Enid wondered if she was overthinking it, but if she didnât know any better, sheâd think Wednesday was jealous.
âThatâs true.â Enidâs eyebrows furrowed. âBut heâs never called me âdearâ or âsweetâ.â
âA failure of a partner, if you ask me.â Wednesday grumbled under her breath.
Enid blinked. âThatâs a little harsh.â
âNot harsh enough. I should have nailed his heart to a wall before you two reached whatever you define it to be now.â Wednesday looked up at Enid, who was staring down at her with a confused expression.
Enid sighed softly. âItâs complicated.â She quickly muttered, not particularly in the mood to detail how the best word she could use to describe what she and Ajax had was âsituationshipâ.
âThatâs what they all say.â Wednesday bit back, turning her gaze back to the blank piece of paper in front of her.
âOkay, well-â Enid started to argue, then paused and took a deep breath. âThatâs besides the point. What are we supposed to do about this stalker?â
A smile tugged at the corner of Wednesdayâs lips. âI could always build another makeshift guillotine.â
âWednesday, no.â Enid huffed. âSomething that doesnât involve killing myâŚâ She hesitated, â...him.â She finished, unsure once again how to describe Ajax.
Wednesday scoffed. âYouâd be better off without him.â
Enid waved her off. âThatâs besides the point.â She rubbed her temple with two fingers, starting to get a headache from Wednesdayâs one-sided hatred of Ajax. âWhy donât we just talk to him?â
âI suppose. But Iâm bringing a knife with me.â
Enid already knew that Wednesday wasnât going to budge on that point, so she didnât bother trying to fight it. âFine.â She said lowly. Wednesday was already standing up and moving to her bed, kneeling down and reaching underneath it. âWait, you mean right now?â
âYes, right now. We need to get to the bottom of this immediately. These letters are unacceptable.â Wednesday pulled a small box out from under her bed, opening it to reveal an intricate dagger.
âYou donât-â Enid rolled her eyes. âOkay. Fine.â She agreed begrudgingly once again. âLetâs just get this over with, yeah?â
âAlright.â Wednesday stood up, hiding the dagger in her sleeve, and began walking towards the door, Enid in tow as usual. The two of them exited the dorm, bent on ending this âstalkerâ business right then and there.
The quad at Nevermore was a microcosm of the schoolâs social hierarchy. Flocks of sirens gossiped near the fountains, their scales shimmering in the afternoon light. A group of gorgons, their stony gazes fixed on chessboards, hurled under the shade of the outside trees. And nestled in the corner, at a small stony table, was Ajax Petropolus sitting beside Bianca Barclay.
Wednesday and Enid approached the pair. Enidâs usually bouncy gait was tempered by a hint of apprehension as she trailed behind Wednesdayâs, whose stride remained as purposeful as ever. Her eyes were fixed on their target with the intensity of a predator stalking its prey.
Ajax, oblivious to their approach, was mid-sentence. Bianca, her eyes half-closed against the sun, seemed to be humoring him with a polite smile that didnât quite reach her eyes.
âPetropolus,â Wednesdayâs voice cut through the air like a knife.
Ajaxâs head snapped up, his eyes widening in surprise as he took in the sight of Wednesday and Enid standing before him. A nervous smile flickered across his face before it was quickly replaced by a look of feigned nonchalance.
âYo, Wednesday, Enid,â he greeted them with a casual nod of his head. âWhatâs up?â
Wednesdayâs lips curled in disgust. âDonât,â she snapped, the word dripping with venom. âWe have a matter of grave importance to discuss with you.â
Enid, sensing the rising tension, stepped forward in an attempt to be a calming counterpoint to Wednesdayâs iciness. âAjax, we need to talk about the letters,â she said, her eyes searching his face.
Ajax blinked, a puzzled frown creasing his brow. âLetters?â he echoed, his voice tinged with genuine confusion. âWhat letters?â
Bianca tilted her head, even her expression betrayed a hint of bewilderment. âYou mean fan mail, Enid?â she quipped, a playful lilt to her voice. âSaving Nevermore isnât taken lightly. Youâve got quite the following now I see.â
Enidâs patience, already stretched thin, snapped. âNot fan mail, Bianca,â she retorted, her voice rising an octave. âThreatening letters. From Wednesdayâs stalker.â
The word hung in the air. Ajaxâs expression shifted from confusion to concern, while Biancaâs demeanor was replaced by a mask of guarded curiosity.
âA stalker?â Ajax repeated, his voice barely a whisper. âBut who wouldâŚ?â
Wednesday cut him off with a chillingly calm voice, her eyes narrowing to slits. âYou tell us, Petropolus,â she hissed, her words dripping with accusation. âYou seem awfully confused, perhaps suspiciously so.â
Ajax recoiled under Wednesdayâs piercing gaze. âWoah, Wednesday,â he stammered slightly, raising his hands in a gesture of defense. âI donât know anything about any stalker. What even makes you think that?â
Thatâs when Bianca stepped in, her voice sharp and defensive. âBack off, Wednesday,â she snapped. âAjax is the last person who would do something like this. Heâs been nothing but kind and supportive to Enidââ
Wednesday was quick to interrupt with a scoff. âKind and supportive?â she echoed, a venomous edge to her voice. âOr perhaps heâs simply following a well-trodden path of deception, lulling us into a false sense of security while harboring sinister intentions.â
Ajax flinched as if struck, his face paling under the intensity of her accusation. Bianca bristled, her lips forming a thin line of displeasure.
Enid, however, had reached her limit. She stepped forward, her voice a low growl. âEnough, Wednesday,â she hissed. âYouâre being unfair now. Ajax⌠isnât him.âÂ
A tense silence descended upon them. Wednesday was momentarily taken aback by the outburst, remaining silent as the implications seeped into her. It stung. But there was a creeping sense that perhaps Enid was right.
After a beat, Ajax finally spoke, his voice a hesitant plea. âEnid, I donât get it,â he said, his brow furrowing in confusion. âWhat did the letter even say? What kind of threats are we talking about?â
Enidâs breath hitched, the words of the letter had been a sour taste on her tongue. âIt said,â she began, lowering her voice, âsomething about Wednesday being a âdangerâ... a âblight on the innocence of Nevermoreâ. It says that I⌠I deserve better than to be âensnared by her darknessâ.â She paused for a moment, tracing her mind back to what else the letter had said. A knot formed in her stomach as she remembered the rest, the threat to her own safety. Enid couldnât bring herself to say it aloud.
Wednesdayâs eyes narrowed. âSuch theatrics,â she muttered, a hint of disgust lacing her tone. âOne would think we were dealing with a Shakespearean villain, not some cowardly stalker hiding behind vague threats and flowery language.â
Bianca dismissively waved her hand. âSounds like the kind of fear-mongering nonsense MorningSongâs âwellness appâ is always peddling,â she scoffed, the disdain evident. âAll that talk of darkness and danger, itâs enough to make one paranoid.â
âMorningSong?â Wednesday echoed, deceptively calm. âWho here subscribes to that drivel?â
Ajax shifted uncomfortably on the bench, his eyes darting nervously towards Bianca. âYoko,â he blurted out, the name a low mumble.
Enidâs eyes widened. âYoko has that app?â Her voice was filled with incredulity.
âI told her not to get it.â Bianca hummed pensively, shaking her head. âBut she said it was just a joke, that she wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I didnât think sheâd take it seriously.â
Wednesdayâs expression darkened. âWell. I suppose we know who our stalker is. Good thing I brought a knife.â
âYou brought a what?â Ajax blinked, watching closely as Wednesday gestured towards her sleeve.Â
âItâs Wednesday. What were you expecting?â Bianca grumbled sarcastically.Â
Enid waved them off. âDoes it really matter? Letâs just go find Yoko and talk to her. Iâm sure itâs just a misunderstanding. She knows what weâve been through. Itâs gotta be that stupid app.â
âGood luck.â Bianca called as they walked away, settling back down next to Ajax, who looked as confused as always.
âWhen I find that vampire, Iâm going to shove a stake through her heart.â Wednesday hissed under her breath. The two of them made their way to Yokoâs dorm, Wednesday fuming and Enid feeling more unsure with each step.
When they finally arrived, Enid went to knock on the door, but Wednesday simply shoved it open with no regard of who might be on the other side or what they might be doing.
âTanaka.â Wednesday practically growled, entering the room like an ominous storm cloud.
Yoko was sitting at her desk, her laptop open in front of her. She jolted, her shoulders tensing. She whipped around in her chair, staring directly at both Wednesday and Enid, a nervous smile flickering over her face. âUh⌠Hey, Enid. Wednesday.â She greeted, her voice shaking slightly.
âCare to explain your pathetic letters?â Wednesday stormed over to Yoko, slamming her hand onto the desk and leaning over the vampire.
âWednesday-â Enid started. She was promptly cut off by Yoko, who stood up. Given Wednesdayâs small stature, Yoko stood a few inches taller than her, looking down at her with a glare. âIâll explain it alright. Enid wouldnât have been hurt by the Hyde if it wasnât for you. She wouldnât have come crying to my dorm if it wasnât for you. All you do is hurt her, Wednesday. Youâre dangerous and reckless.â
Wednesday was clearly ready to fight, but Enid crossed the room and put space between the two of them, holding her arm out in front of Wednesday. âYoko, where is this all coming from? You were there the night we fought the Hyde. You were there the night she saved the school. You know what happened.â
Yoko hesitated, shoving her hands into her pockets. âThis app I downloaded. It was telling me that something dark and foreboding was coming. I kept getting stuff like that, and the only thing I could think of⌠given she was the reason everything happened in the first placeâŚâ
âThat app spews nonsense in exchange for popularity. You are a fool for taking anything it tells you to heart.â Wednesday snapped, barely able to hold back her anger. âYou should have known better.â
Yoko seemed unsure of herself now, her shoulders slumping. âI⌠I just wanted what was best for Enid.â
Enid sighed softly. There wasnât any anger in her expression, and her tone was gentle. âYou donât get to decide that for me, Yoko. I know you care, but Wednesday and I care about each other. And weâve worked out our issues.â She looked back at Wednesday, whose demeanor had softened. âShe would fight for me in a heartbeat. Even if she refuses to admit it.â
Wednesday grumbled something under her breath. Enid didnât hear it, though she was sure that it was yet another empty threat.
âCome on, Yoko. You know better than this.â Enid chided quietly. âDelete the app, and all is forgiven.â
âWho says all is forgiven?â Wednesday asked, straightening her posture. Until Enid glared at her and she relented. âFine.â
Yoko took her phone out of her pocket, scrolling through it and deleting MorningSong from it. âItâs gone.â She flipped her phone around, showing both Wednesday and Enid that it was completely gone. âI only got it as a joke, I wasnât expecting it to be so effective.â
âItâs all about psychology. If you had any sense of logic, you would realize that.â Wednesday relaxed now that the threat was gone, her tone less abrasive.
âNow that thatâs over withâŚâ Enid started, a smirk tugging at the corners of her lips. âI think you two should have some bonding time! Itâll be great. My two besties, getting along!â
âAbsolutely not-â Wednesday tried to object, but was immediately cut off by Enid.
âWe should go get coffee at the Weathervane to celebrate! And Yoko, you should definitely bring Divina. Weâll become a gang, the four of us!â She raised her hands to her chest, balling them into fists. Excitement was radiating off of her. Excitement so genuine, that not even Wednesday could deny her wishes. âAlright, stop your incessant jabbering.â Wednesday turned to exit the dorm, glancing back at Yoko. âMeet us in the quad in fifteen minutes sharp, Tanaka.â She put an emphasis on the word âsharpâ, wanting to be completely clear.
Yoko, who was stunned by the quick forgiveness, could only stand and nod as the two girls exited her dorm, Enid talking Wednesdayâs ear off and Wednesday only able to listen grumpily as they walked side by side, shoulder to shoulder.

Your gorgeous wife, Larissa Weems is a heavily respected women in the outcast community. The work she does at Nevermore is nothing less than extraordinary. The youngest principal and the only female principe Nevermore has ever seen. Despite all the responsibilities your wife has, she still makes an incredible effort in your relationship. Despite how busy she will be Larissa still relishes any time you can spend together and will move heaven and earth to ensure you get some of her time daily. Most of the time that looks like lunch dates in her office. The students of Nevermore looked forward to you arriving for lunch. You occasionally stopped and chatted with Yoko, Wednesday and Enid , in which has created quite a bond between you all. However tonight, Larissa had told you she'd planned a night out. Nothing too fancy due to your own anxieties but something that you'd enjoy. Your happiness is everything to your wife and she would do anything to achieve it.
Arriving home from the lunch date with your wife you immediately got to work getting ready. A shower was the first order of business. Scrubbing every area you could, shaving every little hair and allowing the hot water to relax you. Then it was selecting an outfit before hair and make up. The chooses outfit being skin tight black jeans, a nice pale blue lacy top with spaghetti straps. Paired with a chunky knit cream cardigan and some black vans. Very light makeup due to the casual feel of your outfit. Curling your locks into beach waves that frame your face. A few sprits of your favourite perfume pur blanca (fyi most amazing spray I have ever owned ) and you were ready. Just in time for your wife to arrive home and start to get ready.
It wasn't long before you were settled in your usual seat of the car. Larissa loved to drive and you loved to watch so the arrangement was perfect for you both. Curiosity got the better of you as you tried to work out what tricks were hiding up her sleeves. "Ris? Where are we going?" You questioned knowing you wouldn't get an answer.
"You'll see darling." She all but hummed out before confirming to hum along to the fleetwood mac playing.
It wasn't long till you pulled up outside a building you never had set foot in. It was Larissa opening your door that snapped you from thoughts. "Thank you my lady" you giggled with a tiny nod of affection in your wife's direction. You watched as the smile lit up her beautiful ocean blue eyes.
"Shall we darling?" She extended her hand to you watching as you curled your smaller hand and fingers around hers. Leading the way into the building she squeezed gently letting you know you are safe and calm any anxiety that could be rising in this new environment.
You're eyes scanned the room, you let out gasp of excitement at the sight of a pool table. You turned to look at your wife with pleading eyes hoping to convey just what you wanted.
"Darling? You want to play?" She offered after seeing your reaction. You nodded with a smile and made your way over to the table. Immediately starting to rack up the balls in the familiar pattern. After setting up the table you lifted both cues feeling their weights before selecting the one you wished to play with. Your wife readily took the other cue. "Darling would you like a drink?" She nodded to the bar which you hadn't noticed due to your excitement of the pool table.
"Wine please my love" you smiled and pecked her lips watching as she walked up to bar to order the wine. You couldn't help but rake your eyes over her form as she stood placing the order. Absolutely stunning. Her dress showing off her gorgeous legs cutting off mid thigh. Red was most definitely her colour. A flush found your cheeks at your less than innocent thoughts of your wife. Even after calling her your wife for two years you would still blush like a school girl at these thoughts.
You took your glass from her and sipped it. Humming out in appreciation you licked your lips and pecked your wife's cheek. "You want to start Rissa?" You watched as her eyes darkened.
"No darling that's quite alright you can start. It's not like you're a pool shark..." she trailed off in thought. "Actually let's make this interesting best out of three whoever wins gets a surprise afterwards." she finished off with a smirk as she whispered it in your ear. A shiver of delight ran down your spine and you readily agreed.
The games passed rather quickly. Teasing eachother by "accidentally" brushing their hip ass or arm as you moved round the table or whispering the most sinful things in your ear to put you off. Every little touch or comment directed to you made your cheeks flush and heat pool between your thighs. Of course Larissa wasn't fairing much better. You knew exactly what to say to get your wife to bend and crave you. And tonight you we're pulling out all the stops. It came to the last game to decide the winner and you couldn't help but step up your game. Pool is a secret guilty pleasure of yours and you were about to show her just how skilled you are at the game. You couldn't help the wink as you potted the black ball effectively winning the game. A squeal of happiness left your lips as you moved closer to kiss your wife.
"Thank you for playing with me baby" you whispered against her lips before crashing your lips to hers. Only when you pulled back due to needing oxygen did you mumble "let's go home?"
"Of course my love... who would've knew my wife is a secret pool Shark hmm?" She whispered in your ear before finishing up her wine and leading you to the car, delighting in the smile that hadn't left your lips since your arrival.
The car ride was quite respectively you were both a little lost In your own heads. Only when you pulled back up to your house just a 5 minute walk from Nevermore did you let Larissa know what you wanted by leaning over to her whispering in her ear "mommy I need you" only then we're you extremely grateful that you had eaten during the games you played as now you only had one thing on your mind.
If you're completely honest it's all a blurred haze, rather unsure how you got from the car to your bedroom door that your wife had you pinned securely too as she ghosted her lips up and down your neck. Her body pressed into yours and her lips at your neck drove you wild with need. She knew this of course. Teasing you was one of your wife's favourite games to play. She delighted in watching you struggle and squirm against her. Your stubbornness not letting you submit to the taller women easily. Yes Larissa enjoys pushing you to your limits and if your honest you enjoy it just as much.
"Rissaaaaa stop teasing me" you whine out as you feel her sucking at your pulse point, head lulling back to provide her more access to your neck.
"Oh but you always make the most beautiful sounds for me baby" lust filling her voice had more slickness coating your thighs.
"Mommy take me to bed please" you pleased with her desperate for more. Your pleading answered as your wife gathered you in her arms and walked you to the bed still continuing her assault on your neck. The blue purple bruises already appearing on your smooth pale skin. You felt your wife smirk against your skin as your back hit the mattress eliciting a small gasp from you. Kisses trailed up to your ear and with a quick nip to your ear lobe hands toying with your cardigan Larissa husked out " you my pretty girl are absolutely breathtaking. This outfit looks amazing on you although I do wish for it to be on our bedroom floor."
As every article of clothing was slowly removed from your tiny frame you watched as your wife's eyes darkened each time more of your body became exposed. It was when you were only in your undergarments that Larissa let out a groan. "Darling, this is new?"
"You like it my love? I brought it just for you" you replied as kisses were placed on any inch of skin in a reachable distance. Hands gripping tightly to your hips showing you just how much she liked your surprise. It wasn't long before they joined the rest of your clothing on the floor as you lay bare. Eyes roaming all of your uncovered body as she stripped herself down to match you. Only then did she crawl on top of you and kiss you with so much passion and desire. Of coursed you returned her level of passion moaning when she nipped at your bottom lip. Only pulling away when the need for oxygen became too much. Her hands roaming all over your body as she lowered herself downwards to pay attention to your chest. She always payed an almost worship like attention to your breaths during intimate moments. So gentle and loving knowing you could be quite sensitive there. Licking sucking and kissing marking each as hers.
"Darling I want to taste you." She almost growled out in a matter of fact. This caused your hips to jerk upwards just at the thought of the ache there being relieved slightly. And with that Larissa found her usual place settled between your thighs. Her tongue exploring your cunt slowly as if it was the first time while her hands ran lightly up and down your thighs. Your hips moving on their own accord is what caused a strong hand to grip your hip and still the movement. A groan of frustration left you. God you wanted more. Needed more. "I didn't say you could do that Y/n" she almost purred out and If you didn't know your wife as well as you did you wouldn't have understood the subtle warning in her words.
"S s sorry mommy" you gasped out as she resumed her work with more gusto than last time. Her tongue tracing the word "mine" as she moaned at the taste of you. Your moans becoming more desperate as you were chasing the familiar high that your body desperately craves. You cried out when you felt her fingers inside of you setting a fast pace. "F-fuck mommy!"
Larissa knew your body well. She knew your tales for when an orgasm would take over. That is why she brought you to the edge and smirked looking up at your hooded eyes. "Darling what word was I writing earlier?" She hummed as if it was a purely innocent question and she hadn't got you teetering on the edge of what you were sure would be an amazing orgasm.
"I - uh fuck what?" Your brain short circuiting only able to focus on the high that was just out of your reach. "Mine?" You whimpered out unsure of it was correct. Her movements resuming gave you your answer. Your whimpers and mewls filling the room.
"Cum darling" was all the permission you needed to be thrown over the edge. The fingers inside you helping ride out the pleasure.
The empty feeling had a whine of protest tumbling from your lips until you felt her fingers at your lips.
"Open" she commanded and you did instantly accepting her fingers moaning at the taste of yourself. "Suck" and you did so making sure to clean every drop of your essence. "Good girl" she praised as she watched with lustful eyes. Withdrawing her fingers and her body from yours you watched as your with walked to the box containing all your special items. Arousal instantly working its way to your core despite the pleasure you'd just received. You need more. Can you really be shocked? Your wife is absolutely stunning.
Larissa returned with some of your favourites. Restraints that were swiftly and expertly attached to you. Only then did you spot your favourite next to your wife's favourite toy. Oh this was going to be an experience for you both. Larissa settled herself once more between your thighs and let out a teasing breath at your centre. Delighting in the fact your breath hitched in your throat. "Little one you have to be good for me now okay? Then maybe I'll reward you" nodding in acceptance you whimpered "please mommy I'll be good"
Only then did you feel the rabbit inside of you as your wife turned it on watching your reaction intensely. Your body responding to the strong vibrations instantly. You immediately began the climb to your climax eyes closed focused on the pleasure the toy provided. It was only when your name was moaned breathlessly that you half opened your eyes to find the source. Of course your wife had her own hand working herself to an orgasm alongside you. Her unwavering gaze fixed onto your dripping sex. "Oh fuck mommy! God please fuck"
"Darling fuck your so gorgeous for me." She panted out in a response to your own moans. You could tell by the shaking of your thighs you were close to the edge. "Mommy please please I need to-" a moan cut off your sentence but luckily your wife knew what you wanted. Herself teetering on the edge of her own climax. "Cum for mommy baby. Such a good slut" she moaned out as she feel over the edge which in turn threw you over your own.
After her own climax she approached you again this time instructing you to clean her own fingers. Eyes still fixed at your soaked centre. The vibrator still working at between your thighs at a maddening pace. Larissa enjoyed watching you withering against the bed as the toy continued its assault on you. It was drawing the most delicious and pathetic noises from you that spurred her own arousal to grow once more.
You were quickly becoming overstimulated. You had no clue how many orgasms your body had gave and no idea how many you had left to give. The toy keeping its brutal sensations going. How long had it been? Your wife transfixed at the sight. Tears had long since started to fall as you squirmed desperately trying to get a break from the sensations. A cry tore through you as you came once again your wife's name on your lips. Oh how broken you sounded and all for her. A small sigh mixed with a whine at the empty feeling left your lips as she removed the item and turned it off throwing it somewhere else. That's future hers problem. Right now with You restrained and so deliciously spread for her she only had one thought. You felt her free your lips placing a gentle kiss at the red marks caused by your desperation to touch your wife forgetting that you couldn't move.
"You're such a needy little thing hmm?" She stated eyeing the state of your exhausted body. Knowing you wouldn't have the ability string a coherent sentence you nodded weakly. Only then did you notice your wife adorning her favoured red strap. When did she put that on? Fuck. Your thighs pressed together to ease the ache that remained at the sight. "Oh my darling do you need mommy to be inside of you?" She taunted approaching your centre.
"P-please mommy fuck me" you whined pathetically seeing your wife use the ample amount of slickness to coat the fake cock.
"My pretty one of course I will you asked so nicely" she whispered coming down to kiss you as she entered you. The moan was lost in your kiss as she stilled allowing your sensitive sex to adjust. Sweat coated your body from the previous assault on your body it wasn't long before you started climbing the familiar path once more. Seeing your pleasure and the thrusts of her own hips was equally bringing your wife to the same path. Tears once again streaming as she continued to pound into your over sensitive cunt. "Cum baby" was growled into your ear and you let yourself fall once more. But this thrusting of her hips never slowed as you began to climb again? Or were you still cumming? God you didn't know but your exhausted body was struggling.
"Come on pretty girl I want one more from you. Give mommy one more" she purred never stopping her rhythm.
"I - fu-I no- can't- please- mommy" you whimpered hips meeting her thrusts.
"Oh but you can darling and you will. I want one more and you will give it. " she demanded her dominant tone soaking her words. "Come on little one I know you can do it such a good girl for me."
She snaked her hand down your exhausted body to rub circles onto your clit. "I want you to cum now y/n" and you did with a silent scream. Your withering body riding the waves of pleasure spurring the older women to let herself fall once more. Only slipping from your soaked cunt once she was sure you both had rode your highs out. The whine you let out at the sensation showing just how ruined you were. You lay there exhausted covered in sweat with a satisfied smile plastered on your lips. Your wife quickly rid her self of the strap before coming to gather you in her arms. She knew you needed this to come back from the subspace you were in.
Her fingers trailed over your exposed skin allowing you to feel her breathing. "Little one I need you to come back to mommy now" she whispered into your hair. You whined not really processing what was happening right now. Larissa had completely fucked you dumb. You sat in her embrace until you finally came back to her. "Darling you did so good for me. Do you need anything a drink? A snack? A bath? Cuddles?" She listed off some of your favourite aftercare and you knew whatever you asked she would do in a heartbeat. "Cuddles mommy" you whimpered already feeling your eyes fluttering closed at the thought of her.
"Of course my love. Let's be sleepy heads hmm? Such a good girl you did so well my love" she reassured you as you gave into the exhaustion. The last things you remember are the sound of her voice and feeling so incredibly loved and cared for.

Wenclair prompt: Enid using pickup lines on Wednesday and Wednesday being absolutely oblivious, confused, and sometimes a little concerned
Hereâs a couple for inspiration
âFeel my shirt! Know what itâs made of? Girlfriend materialâ
âSomethingâs wrong with my eyes because I canât take them off youâ
âIf you were words on a page, youâd be fine printâ
Note: Admittedly not my best work but I hope it's decent enough! I think this is around 1k or less? Thank you for the cute prompt! : D
Riddles and Spells
"I'm starting to get worried about the table."
Enid glared at a snickering Yoko, groaning as she hit her head against the table, again. They were probably getting concerned looks from the other occupants but they could care less. The blonde let out a whine, her hands balled into fists.
"Okay, your moping was funny before but now it's absolutely painful to watch," Yoko sighed as she patted her pup's head. "Addams really did a number on you."
"She's so pretty," Enid replied instead, her cheeks dusting just a slight pink. Her roommate for a year and crush for a month hadn't shown up for their usual lunch. She was probably at Eugene's or off investigating another case that caught interest.
"Sometimes I wish I was a murder mystery."
"Why?"
Enid chuckled, "Cause maybe then she'd be so interested in me?"
Yoko cackled at the blonde's statement which earned her an indignant huff and a 'you suck at being my bff, Yoko!'. Oh, man. She was absolutely smitten with the small murder machine.
"Y'know, maybe if you used your pick up lines on her instead of rambling how amazing she is to poor old me, you could actually score a date."
"That's ridiculous!" Enid shrieked, "I'd just make things awkward! It took me months for her to let me get close to her without a knife up my throat, I am not going to break that."
"Simp much?"
"Yeah and I kind of like still living."
"LMAO, ditto."
Yoko's eyes darted across the pentagon as a smirk formed on her blood stained lips.
"Enid, listen."
-
"Enid? Are you listening?"
Enid nodded, determined, "Listening? Yes. Single and available? Yes as well."
Wednesday stared at her.
"What?"
Enid leaned back in her bed as her gaze never left Wednesday's, "You asked me if I was listening. I was. Every. Word."
"Is that so? Tell me," Wednesday said, "What did I say?"
"What did I say."
"That's not-" Wednesday frowned, "Since you haven't been listening, clearly, I'll just repeat myself."
"You can repeat yourself until forever."
"That's impractical, why would I do such nonsense?"
"Because your voice is my melody."
Wednesday's brows furrowed. Was Enid talking riddles with her? Given that the riddle hadn't contained any words that would suggest a casting spell, she disliked when she doesn't have an answer to anything. Well, she's wrong to challenge her of all people.
"Really? If my voice is a melody then surely yours is it's musical accompaniment." Bullseye. Enid's eyes widened as she sputtered out her response.
Wednesday rolled her eyes but a satisfied smirk made it's way across her face.
"Next time you think of challenging me to riddles, think again."
"Oh my god."
Apparently Enid was ever the competitive spirit because it didn't stop there. Wednesday had to commend her dedication into outsmarting her in these nonsense but no Addams ever backed down from a duel, swords or words. She'd learned from Thing that the best way to combat them is to answer just as Enid had said it. Maybe she should have seen the teasing - how does a hand even look teasing - way Thing had made an 'OK!' sign.
"You should wear hoodies more often, it's definitely made from girlfriend material."
Wednesday turned to her, "Maybe you should give me yours then."
She continued walking as Enid walked straight to a lamp post.
Enid had slid next to her during lunch, a fruit in hand, "If you were a fruit, you'd be a fine-apple."
Wednesday took a sip of her soup, "If that's so, then I'm definitely good for you."
Enid blushed as she took a bite of her pineapple slices as Yoko laughed while patting Bianca's back who had choked at Wednesday's response.
The riddles were getting ridiculous as each day passed but Wednesday was anything but a quitter.
"Are you made of copper and tellurium? Cause you're CuTe."
"I'm not but I already have enough chemistry with you."
"Do we really need these sources for essays? My search already ended when I met you."
Wednesday hummed, surprised at the sudden spike in her heartbeat. Strange, she doesn't remember consuming poison, "Yes. Despite the search already ending, we need something to hold on to."
"You're such a cat, cause you're purrfect!"
That sudden spike again. Perhaps they weren't riddles, but spells disguised under teenage nonsense.
"I gotta get my eyes checked, they can't stop looking at you."
Enid smiled at her warmly and Wednesday realized how close their faces were. It felt like looking directly at the sky, drowning in pools of blue.
"No wonder you love books, you're fine print yourself."
She had Enid on her lap sleeping peacefully, the morning after she wolfed out and brought her a bag of dead squirrels for her. Her book forgotten as she combed through the blonde's hair.
"I'm no serial killer but I'd be happy to give you hearts."
Her hands were covered in blood when Enid had found her, her own face smeared with blood and dirt. She couldn't help the sigh of relief as arms enveloped her in a hug, glad the blood wasn't theirs.
"If loving you was a crime... I'd be happy to be in a life sentence."
Wednesday had never once gave up. It wasn't like an Addams to admit defeat easily. But Enid was standing there, heart bared out as she was close to tears. Wednesday felt that familiar skip in her usually calm and slow heart that scared even the smartest of surgeons.
"I love you." It was simple. It was whispered softly like a prayer. It was the answer to all the riddles they've told.
"I love you more, mon soleil."

Lupin Zero Sucks (Clickbait)
Spoilers. Duh.
Lupin Zero is a 2022-23 6 episode miniseries following the adventures of Lupin III and Daisuke Jigen as teenagers. I watched the full series recently. Itâs very rare I watch a show and am both in awe and also disappointed. Here are my thoughts:
Chapter 1: Aesthetic
Lupin III Part 1 is my favorite Part. Itâs where I think the characterizations are at their best and the A-Production episodes with the involvement of Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata are some of the best Lupin adventures to this day (not a big fan of Osumiâs âdeep and emotionalâ episodes, will make another essay about this probably). Zero takes a lot of influence from Part 1 and I love it. The music is on point and matches with the very late 60s-early 70s stylings of the first series. The animation and expressiveness is also on point. The artstyle is always distinctive and itâs amazing how they were able to translate the artstyle of the original series into a digital era when I felt like previous attempts (see: digital Part 1 art, Return of Pycal (sorry Shmeepy)) failed. I hate the filter applied over the series though. Besides it just muddying up very nicely done backgrounds and artwork, it also makes the whole series feel like a TikTok âeditâ. Itâs gross. But at least everything else about the seriesâs aesthetic is strong enough that this is only a minor nitpick.
Chapter 2: Lupin and Jigen
The best part of Lupin Zero is definitely the relationship between Lupin and Jigen. Jigen is a stone-cold criminal with experience to his name at the start of the series and Lupin is (though he wouldnât admit it) a rookie crook. Both have exactly what the other one needs. Lupin gives Jigen the love Jigen seemingly gets from nobody else, and Jigen provides Lupin with a partner in crime. Their dynamic as the show goes on, especially prominent in Episode 4 (The Best One) and Episode 5 (Had the great scene between them) is great and the highlight of Zero. The gay vibes are strong on this one and Iâm pretty sure this is the part of the show the writers wanted to do the most. Like I said earlier, the show ties in with Part 1 very nicely and the Lupin-Jigen dynamic is no exception. I love Part 1 Jigen so itâs no wonder why Zero Jigen is also great. I like when he Has Fun and Smiles I wish they let him do that in Part 2 and the new stuff.
Chapter 3: Lupin and his legacy
I really like how they executed Lupinâs relationship with his family. Lupin (the Third) and Arsene Lupin both want him to become a thief, but Lupin the Third wants to forge his own path instead of adhering to his grandpaâs expectations. Meanwhile, Lupin II wants Lupin to follow the âstraight and narrowâ. I think this show not only speaks to the feelings of teenagers of every generation, but especially the generation growing up in the 50s and 60s who would become adults in the 70s. Speaking as a teenager who is in the Gen Z generation I understand how it is to feel the weight of the previous generations and their expectations for you, but I also know this was an especially prevalent issue amongst the youth of the mid 20th century, and I think Lupin in Zero really represents that. At the end of the show, he is able to forge his own path and later becomes the Lupin we know and love, resolving this generational conflict. This is another aspect done great in Zero.
Chapter 4: Lupin and Yoko
Fuck Yoko. She ruins the show. This isnât a joke.
Yoko is⌠I think? Lupinâs love interest? âBut isnât that Jigen-â THATâS WHAT IâM SAYING! The show felt the incessant need to add a female lead so they could have boobies on screen. The problem is itâs really gross in Zero. Yoko is an adult ass woman flirting with Lupin the 13 year old and itâs very groomy. In the first episode she even sings about forbidden love (with someone younger than her) to Lupin and Jigen. She contributes close to nothing to the show up until Episodes 5 and 6 (a two-parter). In those episodes, she has a plot with this guy named Gaucho who is like, the villain, and like⌠She loves him but she also loves Lupin, and it gets really convoluted and dumb. If it seems like I donât care, itâs because I donât.Â
At the end of the show Gaucho dies and Yoko is in a life-or-death situation, so she decides to kill herself to die with Gaucho. She does this in front of two children, one of whom she is fully aware that he's in love with her. This is a character we are meant to feel sad about when she dies.
She's a total creep and throws me out of the show whenever she's on-screen. I feel like if she didnât show any interest in Lupin besides an innocent friendship, and Lupin just fell in love with her anyway, that would be significantly better. As is, she gets way too flirtatious with someone literally less than half her age for me to give a fuck when she dies.
I think if they really needed her to be in the show (she does not need to be there) they shouldâve removed her and Lupinâs âromanceâ entirely and instead tried to parallel Lupin and Jigenâs romance plot with her and Gaucho, showing how she and Gaucho are like a bad version of the two. That, in my opinion, wouldâve worked a lot better.
Chapter 4: Too Much, Too Little
My biggest problem with Lupin Zero is it tries to cram too much into 6 episodes. If it had just stuck with Lupin and Jigenâs relationship blossoming + Lupin vs. his family, it wouldâve been killer, but the stuff with Yoko as well as the final two episodesâ weird war-government plot just muddies up a great idea. It leaves me disappointed because I think Lupin Zero had so much potential but it was ruined by the writers forcing in ideas that detract from the themes already present instead of adding to them.Â
Conclusion
Overall, is Lupin Zero worth a watch?
I mean itâs only 6 episodes, you might as well if you like Part 1 or Lupin x Jigen or anything of that sort.
But do I think itâs as great as people have said it is?
God, no. Itâs messy and I think overall itâs a 6 or 7 out of 10. 7.5 on a good day.
Good but nothing remarkable. But if this kind of show is what Lupin III seriesâŚes went forward with? I wouldnât be mad, not one bit.
Anyway don't forget to like and subscribe for more bad takes, ok bye see you when I remember I have a tumblr again

Fictober 2024: Splatband Edition
Fanfiction - Splatoon - No Warnings
9. Donât listen to me, listen to them.
There was nothing more frustrating before a performance than a Yoko panic attack.
The Inkling was all cool confidence and steeled resolve, always acting like there was nothing to fear, and how she was the best damn musician in the country who had worked herself to near death just to make it to the top. Then the second she was behind a stage, the nerves came on and she was a wreck of a person who âdidnât know how she got hereâ.
And as always, it had to be up to Karen to bring her back to working order.Â
This song and dance was starting to get tiresome.
âYoko, dear, it's going to be fine. Weâve been through this many times already, and youâve never failed a single concert.â She said to the pacing squid in hopes of calming her down.
Yoko did not look calmed down. âWhat if those were all flukes, then? My luckâs gonna run out eventually?â
âAfter Four years of performing?â
âIt can happen at any point! And I feel it. Iâm not good enough for this.âÂ
Karen shook her head. The poor squid looked ready to rip off her own tentacles at this point. âWell maybe I think the opposite will happen? Your going to go up there, wow everyone, and theyâll praise your performance for the next few weeks until you do it again in a month. Like always.âÂ
Yoko tried to feel convinced. But clearly the thoughts in her own head were not going to let her have that satisfaction. Karen could hear the crowd get rowdy outside, in anticipation for their arrival. It gave her an idea.
âYou know what, forget it.â
âWhat?â Yoko looked confused.Â
âDonât listen to me, listen to them. The people out there, waiting for you to show them why you're the best of the best!â She held the squid in place, looking her in the eyes. âBecause thatâs what they come to see these shows for, you!â
The inkling pointed out, âIâm pretty sure they come to look at Bibi.â
âForget her, weâre the real talent.â
They both chuckled at that. Still Yoko looked unsure. âBut their expectations is the problem, you know. What if I disappoint them?â
âBecause they donât expect you to be amazing. They know you will.â
That seemed to do the trick, the Inkling taking a deep breath before sagging in her arms, sighing in relief. âHave I ever told you you're the best?â
âEvery day. Now go get the girls, weâre on in Five.â Karen said.
Inside, she hoped this would be the last time she had to do this. Like every other time.

Headcanon: Sorry I just came up with this but Spider-Wolf has a Wednesday sense, itâs like spidey sense except since Wednesday is Enidâs mate, Enid also gets a bad feeling whenever Wednesday is in danger.
Basically Enid could be in class and she just gets a terrible feeling, so she knows Wednesday is doing something stupid. Post-reveal of their identities it no longer freaks her out because she knows Wednesday can handle herself, itâs more like âHow many times do I have to tell my girlfriend to stop skipping class to solve murder mysteries.â She basically has to hunt Black-Cat down and Yoko covers for her all the time because Yoko is amazing and deserves more love
Literally just spitballing im so high

Wonderful Precure Episode 2 Review - Cure Friendy Takes No L's
This episode surprised me a lot. First, thereâs the debut of a second Precure already. Second, the formula seems a lot different than previous iterations. Third, it makes me wonder what will happen later on. Regardless, I really liked what I saw in this episode.
Iâm still new to Precure, but is it normal to have the second Precure debut in the second episode? Hirogaru Sky had it so that Prism debuted in Episode 4, as well as Delicious Party. I feel like this was to make it so that Wonderful has a motive to keep doing Precure stuff. Despite that, Cure Friendyâs transformation sequence was legit amazing. While Wonderfulâs is good, Friendyâs is super well done from the hair animation to the brooch animation to the running animation. I love it a lot! My only gripe about Cure Friendy is that her skirt is poofy like Wonderfulâs. Given that Nyammy and Lillian have different skirt patterns, it made me wonder why both Wonderful and Friendy have the same skirt. Also, Friendy? Really? Thatâs the name youâre going with? Not Friendly? I guess her design and transformation rocked so hard they took the L off of her name. She takes no Lâs.
The formula is a bit different from previous series as it seems to revolve around healing corrupted animals without using finishers or combat. I guess itâs to tell kids to not hurt animals in a way? I said that itâs a bit different because the focus character isnât Komugi but Iroha in a way. She feels more like the main character, which makes sense because sheâs a human while Komugi is a dog meaning she has the intelligence of a dog and not a humanâs. Because of that Komugi is rather simplistic as a character compared to Iroha whoâs more prone to worrying about Komugi because she cares about her so much. I really liked the part where she starts thinking back to the day she met her dog and how her life changed because of her. Despite Animal Town being known as a harmonious place where humans and animals coincide, Komugi was abandoned. This means that Komugi is from outside of the town or thereâs someone in Animal Town cruel enough to abandon their pet. I legit felt a bit emotional when I saw Iroha shielding Komugi from the rain with her umbrella. I am a HUGE sucker for any scene where someone shields the other from the rain.
Speaking of Komugi, I was worried about how they were going to handle her human form but it turns out that she can change back into a dog; as a dog, she can finally talk now, which is a whole new set of shenanigans for her as Komugiâs animal instincts have a hard time helping her keep things a secret. She accidentally tries to speak to Yoko, which Iroha covers her mouth and then speaks again when Satoru was nearby. Dogs do have short term memory, so it makes sense if she had forgotten about keeping her newfound talking abilities a secret.
Mayu makes another appearance in Irohaâs familyâs pet center. It turns out that Yoko is a veterinarian and Tsuyoshi is a pet groomer as heâs the one who made the collars that Mayu seems interested in. I hope Mayu paid for that blue collar. Satoru seems to be a familiar face at Irohaâs place as he comes in with Daifuku and asks if he could use the dog park. Daifuku is so adorable. Thereâs a very soothing aspect about Satoru in a way, like his demeanor and aura. The official website for Wonderful Precure states that Daifuku is male, so I will be using male pronouns when talking about Daifuku going forth. I do wonder if Daifuku and Satoru will be mid season Precures.
The animals of this show are so cute. The ostrich was cute and the GaruGaru form was rather adorable looking compared to Mey Meyâs GaruGaru form last episode. Mey Mey is super adorable! Maybe Iâm just biased because I like sheep but look at him! Heâs a fluffy sheep! His schtick of saying âDameeeeeâ with him crossing his arms reminds me of Lacey in the Indigo Disk DLC who does the same thing with her arms. Mey Mey is from Niko Garden where animals live harmoniously, like Animal Town. I do wonder what sort of darkness befell the garden that it caused all of them to become GaruGarus. Itâs also the first time Iâve seen a Precure show where the villains havenât shown upâjust the monster of the day but not sight of a villainous team anywhere. Will they appear later on? Or is the villain just darkness? Mey Mey is voiced by Shinnosuke Tachibana. Heâs actually not a newcomer to Precure as he voiced Prince Kanata in Go! Princess Precure. I havenât watched that show yet, but Iâve heard so many good things about it. Speaking of returning casts, I looked up that Atsumi Tanezaki, Cure Friendyâs voice actress, has voiced Puka in the All Stars F movie, which I havenât seen yet. Itâs cool that theyâre getting many returning voice actors to play new characters.
I canât wait to see what Niko Garden looks like and what our heroes need to do to restore peace and balance to the other world. What are your thoughts about this episode?

Vampravenwolf
Iâm not soft
Hello, this is the first Wednesday Fanfic Iâve written and actually posted. Please forgive me if this sucks or there are any errors I wrote this in the span of an hour and I have not posted an fanfics I have written online in years.
This is based on the idea of Wednesday Enid and Yoko dating inspired by @caitlynskitten featuring baby Wednesday. (She is baby)
Wednesday walked through the halls of Nevermore with her plush raven tucked away safely in her bag. The petite girl was on her way to her last class of the day, which was sadly on the other side of campus far away from her two girlfriends classes. As she glided through the halls she caught a piece of two studentâs conversation, a conversation that happened to be about her. She then paused her journey to class in order to eavesdrop on the conversation in which she could make out the words
âWednesdays gone softâ. And while the girl knew it to be somewhat true the raven was under the impression that she was only soft with Yoko and Enid, she didnât think anybody else would have picked up on the matter. The gothic girl wanted to be good for her mommy and daddy, however she also couldnât just let this go and let people continue to think such things about her. In her mind it was settled she would be doing something about this. She was normally very calculated in her revenge plots, but this was a more impulsive revenge plot, no planning and maybe not the best way she could have gotten the outcome she desired, however in her mind this needed to be taken care of immediately. With little to no planning she made her way over to the two gorgons when they had their backs turned to her. When she was standing behind them, whispering random words in Latin. The two boys were rightfully startled be her presence and began freaking out trying to get her to tell them what was going on and what she was saying.
âjust a basic curse, have a dreadful dayâ she said monotonously before finishing her journey to class. It wasnât a real curse she just wanted to inflict fear in them giving them a bit of lasting paranoia.
âThat should take care of itâ Wednesday thought as she sat down at her desk. About ten minutes into class her internal celebration was cut short when she was called into Principal Weems office. The young raven made her way to the principalâs office taking a seat in her usual chair in front of Weems desk.
âReally Wednesday, a curse you know I really thought you had been making amazing progress in accepting your Nevermore family, then you pull this stunt, I am very disappointed in youâ
Wednesday could feel the tears forming behind her eyes, but pushed them back or she would just be proving the gorgonâs point.
âHe called me softâ Wednesday said her voice slightly cracking.
âThatâs no excuse miss Addams you put a curse on two of your classmates, there is no excuse for thatâ Weems exclaimed pacing back and forth through her office.
âWell you can relax, I didnât actually curse them I just wanted to scare themâ Wednesday fired back.
âGod Wednesday, you canât do that, you need to learn your actions have consequencesâ. At that point Wednesday could no longer hold back her tears, as she began sobbing. All she could think about is how disappointed her mommy and daddy are gonna be in her. Weens had seen Wednesday cry a few times but was still not used to it. She knew the only way to calm the crying raven was to call Enid and Yoko to her office, however the shapeshifter was hesitant to do that after the threats she faces from the vampire and werewolf last time she made the young seer cry. She pushed back her fear, being that the wellbeing of her student was more important. Weems then called both girls to her office as she awaited their arrival she sat down next to the dark girl who was now hugging her beloved raven plush, while rocking back and forth.
âWednesday will you look at meâ Weems says. The small girl halts her rocking slowly looking at the tall women.
Weems then proceeds to tell the much smaller girl â given that you didnât actually curse that you didnât actually curse the two boys, Iâm gonna let this one slide, but next time I hear about you doing anything like this you will be given detention, and just for the record I donât think youâve gone soft your just evolvingâ
Wednesday sniffled quietly before saying âso I assume youâre gonna tell the two gorgons they are not cursedâ.
Weems took a minute to think over her options before saying âNo, I donât think I will, but if you do this again I will be spilling your little secret about these cursesâ
âBut why?â The pale girl asked.
âBecause Iâm rooting for your success and I donât think telling those boys is going to help your success and as long as there not really cursed thereâs no harm In not telling them, hopefully it will discourage them from talking behind peoples backs and other students from trying to mess with youâ Weems said.
At that moment Enid and Yoko showed up.
âWhatâs going on, is she okay?â Enid said trying to mask the worry in her voice.
âI think everything is okay nowâ Weems responded.
At that point the bell releasing the rest of the students from their last class of the day rang.
May I ask what happened, why is Wednesday in your officeâ Yoko asked.
âWednesday had overheard two students taking, and long story short she heard one of them say she was going soft, so she thought she would take matters into her her own hands and make them think she put a curse on them, but everything is fine, nobody was harmed and no curses were made, and Wednesday is not being punished unless this kind of thing occurs again so the tree of you are free to go and enjoy the rest of your dayâ
âOkay, thank you Miss Weems, weâll get out of your hair nowâ. Enid said.
âCome on babyâ Yoko said calling her girlfriend over. Wednesday then gets up and runs over to her two girlfriends grabbing both of their hands and making their way out of the office and back to their room. As soon as the door closes Wednesday starts crying saying âIâm sorry, I just donât want people to think Iâm soft.
Enid comes up to the shorter girl hugging her from behind, while Yoko cups Wednesdayâs face in her hands making the small girl look up at her.
âMommy and I know you donât want people to think youâre soft but you canât pretend to curse someone, or really curse someone or anything of the sort. Since when do you care what people think about you, you canât let what people say get to you. You are amazing, strong, and beautiful and nothing anyone says about you will ever change that or anything about who you are, just be true to yourself you know the real you, I know the real you, and mommy knows the real you and thatâs what matters.â Yoko says.
âDaddy and I love you little raven, whether your weak or strong cause to us no matter what you will be perfect.â Enid says reassuring Wednesday and backing up what Yoko had said.

How do you think events would have played out if the Hinase twins swapped schools? (Tsubaki went to Hiiragi's school instead and vice versa)
I feel like then i guess hiiragi could(?) met yatsude instead? But its not gonna be easy cus shes rlly cold and close off
So maybe she would just be quiet and stuff
Tho i do think kaname would try talking to her and stuff so hiiragi will have some kind of dynamic with kaname and piyoko but it definitely wont be as easy as it is with Tsubaki since hiiragi is closed off and alot more cold
Felt like kaname couldve pissed hiiragi off bcs of her silly(?) behaviour (or kaname can sense somethin goin on in hiiragi?? Ok maybe nit sensing but atleast theres somethin aboht hiiragi for her) and since maybe hiiragi sort of lash out on kaname piyoko would be there to sort of defend kaname(even tho for kaname she doesn't feel threatened probably) and hiiragi and piyoko might argue abit and stuff
But i feel like maybe just maybe kaname has some interest in hiiragi just like she does with tsubaki
Especially that tsubaki and hiiragi are attractive in their own way (tsubaki cute, hiiragi cool some kind of prince girl) so kaname might tingle around
But idk either cus maybe just maybe hiiragi could let out her childish behaviour to someone (like yatsude maybe????idk) bcs mostly we see how shes letting out her childesh behaviour toward that tall teacher (akutami sensei i think the name) and that means something MUST have happen between them for hiiragi to be sort of cling towards her
Or maybe for hiiragi it just need 1 person to sort of give her a someone to hear her problem(?) for her to let out her childishness/cling(?) thing goin on like she have with akutami
But idk if that could work with yatsude cus who knows maybe the reason it happens with akutami sensei is because shes a teacher so shes like an older figure towards hiiragi
Or maybe hiragii couldve also met yokoe and kei
If that so shed probably MAYBE get along well with kei lol
But also i feel like utsugi either could still stay in hiiragi's school or she move out to yokoe's school
Mostly bcs i have a feeling that utsugi know hiiragi from somewhere and she probably admire her and thats why she transfers to hiiragi school just to see hiiragi out of admiration
And i think if that bcs of that one chapter "i knew you were amazing!" She said i "knew" So i feel like for me she knows hiiragi from somewhere and admire her
So thats why she transferred to her school and its all bcs she admires her and want to met hiiragi and stuff
But fot tsubaki well she would be anxious and stuff like that
Im not sure if she could be popular since shes more of a shy and look herself as worthless thing yk so maybe her would be the same shy and stuff
But if utsugi still stays the same in that school utsugi wouldve befriend tsubaki and they both will probably get along well since im sure tsubaki doesnt mine someones whos sooo damn energetic for the first time they met
But still i feel like in the end utsugi will transfer to hiiragi's school bcs she admires her so she uh sorta will find her?(that sounds like a stalker but im sure she just got info somewhere and just wanna meet the person she admires) (anyway idk if thats true or not cus thats just my theory ) but im sure tsubaki could still met new people like the class prez and stuff so they will have some dynamic or so
Or maybe tsubaki will meet akutami and got someone to lend shoulder on(?) and so tsubaki is finally full of hope again but of course it would still be abit difficult for her
But im sure she can handle it abit well cus tsubaki isnt so bad interacting with people
Its just hard at first but she can still do it in the end
Or maybe she would be the princess popular girl in that school maybe (probably not) (since considering the reason why hiiragi is the prince girl is cus shes cold and good at many things with good grades too(if i remember) but tsubaki probably would get invited to a club or so, so she would be fine probably
#school zone girls#my bad thats alot#also i use comma only once in here im so sorry im too lazy im just rambling and stuff in here#hope u wont mind figurin out the pacing of reading this ermm#anyway this is just what i think that couldve happen

ready??
ahhhhhh i loved go busters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was honestly surprised that it was mainly three rangers n two extras.. truly the best to ever do it.
It's just a beautiful show about living through your shared trauma and conquering pieces of it. Some of the more devastating parts of it is realizing how young everyone was.. like when Yoko turns 16 in the show, you recall that Ryuji was just 15 when everything happened.... and Yoko was only 3.. she cant even remember exactly what her mother looked like........ Yoko..
I really LOVED Yoko, I think shes a wonderful character, and I love her character dynamics with the whole cast. Her friendship with J is so cute! With Hiromu, I loved when he apologized to Yoko on how he couldn't keep his promise to her when they were kids on bringing everyone and her mother back during the first climatic fight.
You can really feel how this really affects Hiromu, a character who has had trouble speaking his feelings and is seemingly hard to get along with. I love characters like him, who have trouble being vulnerable and saying exactly what he feels. And of course I love Ryuji.. who doesn't..
He's so kind.. he truly loves the kids so much, when he was about to punch Kurorin for putting Hiromu in danger.. god I love Ryuji. He had great interactions with Enter and Escape. His rivalry with Escape also reminded me of Kobayashi's other sentai gingaman. We truly need more heated one-sided drama between men and woman. The fight scenes in go busters were amazing. Gonna always think about the wearhouse fight with Escape and Ryuji, good lord.
Banger of an episode and such an amazing way to get heated up, I love Ryuji.
And of course how could I not talk about Jin. I used him as my preview pic for my final thoughts.
Really loved him and J.. he's fantastic here- both him and J.. mentor characters are always great, but man.. the heroic sacrifice for the future of the next generation will always get me. His rage.. in the finale of at first being denied his sacrifice was great.. just one-by-one yelling at everyone was too much. Kobayashi why must you hurt me so.
The supporting cast was great!! As usual for a Kobayashi show lol I honestly thought Miho was going to ranger later when she was first introduced, I still feel pretty new when it comes to sentai so I don't know what to expect.
god. now Enter and Escape.
What characters, probably one of best so far, for me. I really loved how sympathetic Enter was in the beginning, at least for me I felt a little sad that he truly could not understand humans, but desperately wanted to. He wanted that recognition from Messiah who truly treated him and his interest like shit. You really start to root for him to be free from Messiah control, but when he does.. man is he evil. You even feel bad for him when Escape is made! Messiah made her and she has love! She's special! She has more human emotions than Enter and Messiah lets her do what she wants because she loves Papa! Enter is not loved and he'll never be loved. Favorite contrast between these two was Escape's symbol being on front while Enter's was on his back.
Enter's is such an evil bastard though, just completely irredeemable. LOVE IT! Made for one thing and one thing only, and wanted to be something more- and when he brags about finally understanding and knowing humans, he's wrong both in the way he thinks and the way he is. Never will be a human. Then when Escape died, he brought her back, even as failed version and with limited personality and loyalty, he hates that she's isn't the same.. He hates it so much he kills her in his rage and just revives her cause, of course he can't be lone! He has to have Escape, Escape has to be here. The jump from going "Enter's fucking evil lol" to "ENTER'S FUCNKING EVIL!!!" with 46-47 was amazing.. he's so cruel. Jeez man, when he brings her back and she's just so corrupted and he can't even kill her (out of the love data Escape downloaded before) and he just.. fucking leaves her and she just starts killing animals is soo.. man. man.. I love Escape and Enter.
I love her fighting form, it fits she's the first of the two to evolve. Great that Enter saw this and went, "well I can evolve too." Amazing characters, there's so much there for these two and they're one of the highlights of go busters!! You can go on and on about these two tbh..
Also the organic materials for the inorganic man.. chefs kiss babey. His robo is also sexy. And yo... when that other form comes out... I do not want to spoil it, it's so good.. so prefect, of course Enter would do this. Man, I'm recalling that I actually liked the mech fights in this... rare for a sentai for me lol
Heavy themes in this show, but so fucking good and well done!!!!!!!
pics that go hard... I don't usually take this long between finishing the show and writing my final thoughts (its been a month since I finished go busters lol), but man.. did not stop or hesitate after I started writing. This show fucking rules and is easily one of the best.
bonus Miho's desk buddies:

Feelings
The following chapter is a snippet from Always
Summary: Bakugo's been feeling weird around her lately. With a little help from his friends, he decides he's caught feelings.
tw: mention of a gunshot wound.
Yoshiko sighed, sitting in the bathtub with steamy water. It was two AM, and she couldn't sleep, so she decided to take a warm bath to help ease her mind. She slowly dipped her head in the water, feeling the water soothe her eyes. She heard her phone ring and got up, cursing whoever decided to call at two fucking AM. Water ran down her body as she walked up to the shelf in the bathroom, almost slipping on the wet floor.
"That was close." She muttered. She looked down at the caller ID. It was her mother. Yoshiko went back to the bath with the phone and attended the call.
"Hi, mum." She greeted.
"Hey, Yoshi. I've been calling for ages. Were you asleep?"Â Worry laced Yoko's voice.
"Nah, I'm taking a bath. I forgot to call you back earlier."
"Ah." A moment of silence. "Are you okay, Yoshiko?"
"Of course. Why wouldn't I be?"
"You've seen the news, right?"
"Mhm."
"Are you okay?"
"I said I'm fine." Yoshiko cringed when the words came out harsher than she meant them to be.
"Oh. W-we have to visit the police station at eight in the morning. I'll come to pick you up, alright?"
"Yeah, okay." She said. "Thank you for checking on me." She added in an attempt to make up for being harsh.
"Of course, Yoshi." Her mother chuckled. "Go to sleep after your bath. See you tomorrow."
"Yeah."
Yoshiko unlocked her phone and saw seven missed calls from Shinsou. She wondered if he was still asleep or awake. Before she could jump to an answer, he called her again.
"Ever heard of calling back?"Â Shinsou said as soon as she attended his call, his voice irritated.
"Where's the fun in picking up the first time?" Yoshiko teased.
"Yeah, right. Now tell me what's going on in your ugly head."
"The usual," Yoshiko said, crossing her legs. "Like how amazing, incredible, stunning, breathtaking and wonderful I am-"
"Oh, shut it." Shinsou inturputed. "Has Bakugo been stroking your ego?"
"He's only been stroking my temper." Yoshiko laughed. She dipped half of her face in water, closing her eyes, thinking about how he let her put her head on his shoulder. "He's been a wee bit nicer." She added, giving him some credit for letting her lean on his shoulder.
"Bakugo and nice? Nice joke. Anyways, you know that's not why I called."Â He said.
"Mmm, I'm fine. I swear. There's not much I can do about it, you know?"
"So you did not throw a temper tantrum?"
"I hope you dont get sleep for a week straight."
"Take that back."
"Never."
"Has anyone ever told you how mean you are?"Â Shinsou joked.
"Not enough people." Yoshiko got out of the bath, splashing water in the process.
"Don't tell me you're taking a bath at two in the morning,"Â Shinsou said, hearing water splash.
"I dont see what's wrong with that." Yoshiko said, putting a towel around her bare body. She went into her room and dried her body.
"Just weird."
"If you can make out with Aktugawa at two in the morning, I can definitely take a bath at two in the morning." Yoshiko teased as she spread her vanilla-scented body lotion across her legs and arms. She smirked when she heard Shinsou choke on the air.
"W-WHAT?! How do you know?!"
Yoshiko stared at the screen. She didn't know. She just made it up. Now she had something to tease him about. "Hmmm? I didn't actually know you sucked her face two in the morning. I've gained valuable information."
"I swear to god, if you tell anyone..."Â He threatened.
"Heh, dont forget to use protection. I don't want to babysit your kids yet."
"YOSHIKO!!"Â He yelled, flustered.
"Just sayin'." Yoshiko went on, now dressing in a T-shirt and basketball shorts. "You dont want to be a dad at sixteen, do you?"
"Yoshiko! We haven't- we-"Â He searched for words. Yoshiko chuckled and shook her head.
"I was just teasing you. You're a whole different person when you're flustered."
"When you get into a relationship, you're going to regret saying all that to me,"Â Shinsou promised.
"Yeah, sure. Not like I'm getting into one anytime soon."
"Uhuh? You've been spending a lot of time with Mister Explosions. What about that?"
"Meh, it's nothing like that," Yoshiko said. "We're just friends."
"Whatever. You get my point."
"Yeah." Yoshiko chuckled. "I've gotten comfy in bed now. I'm hanging up."
"Wait. Do you want to play call of d-"
"You're not ruining my sleep again, Insomniac Idiot." Yoshiko deadpanned.
"You suck,"Â Shinsou muttered.
"Good night, Hitoshi," Yoshiko said, hanging up.
Yoshiko set an alarm for seven thirty and put her phone on the side table. She pulled the blanket over her, feeling the warmth creep over her cold body. She closed her eyes, slowly drifting into sleep.
・âď˝ĄË ĘĂŻÉ Ë・â・
Bakugo was pissed, and it was Yoshiko's fault.
He tossed and turned around, tried drowning out her face in his mind by putting a pillow on his face, punching the bed and scrubbing his face in frustration. If it wasn't her goddamn face finding a way into his head, it was her voice.
"I'm gonna throw her off a cliff." He muttered into the mattress.
His heart raced as he thought about her leaning onto his shoulder. He closed his eyes, thinking about her smiling at him, her freckles moving upwards with the gesture. Her stupid, fiery personality that drew him into her like a moth to a flame. His fists clenched onto the sheets as he thought about the day she pinned him against the wall, her voice sending goosebumps onto his skin.
What would have happened if he turned around forcefully and managed to pin her instead? What if he pinned her wrists above her head and tilted her head towards him, having angry moon-like eyes glare at him. What would her lips taste like? What if he lowered his head and slammed his lips onto h-
"BAKUGO FUCKING KATSUKI!" Bakugo roared, sitting up and slapping himself with all his might. He angrily went back to his pillow and threw the covers over himself. His cheek pulsed where he hit himself. At least he stopped fantasising about the damn Solar Panel now.
・âď˝ĄË ĘĂŻÉ Ë・â・
Bakugo woke up groggy. He wasn't used to such a small amount of sleep. He half-heartedly took a shower and changed into his hero attire. He ran a hand through his hair to untangle some knots. He was surprised Yoshiko wasn't knocking on his door yet since it was time to go to the agency. He put on his gauntlets and unlocked the door, stepping out to see Yoshiko locking her door.
"Hey, Bakugo." She greeted. She was in casual clothing instead of her hero costume, wearing a plain black cotton T-shirt with jeans. She pointed at his cheek. "I see five fingers. Who stole my dream of slapping you?"
"Fuck off. Why aren't you in your hero costume yet?"
"Have to visit the police with mom," Yoshiko replied, pocketing her keys. "Already texted Keigo. He's got a ton of paperwork for you to do in the meantime."
"Did you two just set me up for slavery?" Bakugo rolled his eyes.
"Yes. Now, about the slap. Who slapped you?"
I slapped myself because I couldn't stop thinking about your annoying little, pretty, pesky face.
"Accidentally hit myself in the shower... while washing my face," Bakugo said, looking away from her as he lied.
"You're a bad liar." Yoshiko deadpanned. Her phone rang, and she looked down to see her mom calling. "Okay, Pomie, I'm going now. Have fun."
She dashed towards the elevator, giving him the finger with a smug face as the doors slowly closed. Bakugo's eye twitched in annoyance. She just had to seize every chance to get on his nerves, did she?
・âď˝ĄË ĘĂŻÉ Ë・â・
"Sunbeam! We were expecting you." A young police officer with navy blue hair as dark as his uniform greeted the mother and daughter with a pearly white smile. He had thin and long hair, which were pulled in a low ponytail. Yoshiko was convinced he'd be a knight if he were in armor.
"Ah, and you've got Akimitsu-chan too. Or would you prefer Photonix?" He grinned at Yoshiko.
"Anything will do," Yoshiko muttered.
"Alright, follow me, please!" He turned around, his ponytail elegantly moving along with him. Yoshiko was sure he was a new officer. He had an air of boyishness around him.
Yoko and Yoshiko followed the man into an interview room, where he would be explaining the whole situation to them all over again. Yoshiko didn't want to be here anymore. She didn't want to go over Daisuke's death again. She wanted to pretend he never died. To pretend he was there.
She recalled the day his body came back from the mortuary. No one would let her lift the coffin lid and see him. But she managed to shove everyone away. She had to say her goodbyes. She remembered his face drained of colour but still handsome as ever. She remembered pushing his bangs back, seeing the hole through where the bullet went into his head. She recalled cupping his cold cheek. When he was buried in the ground, a piece of her heart was buried along with him.
"Yoshiko... do you want to wait outside?" Yoko soothingly whispered as they stood outside the room.
"No, I'm good," Yoshiko replied. The officer opened the door for them. They went in, sitting on the chairs in front of the desk. Yoshiko glanced at the officer's name tag on his right breast. Officer Riku.
"Would you guys like something to drink? Coffee? Tea? Or maybe juice?" He smiled, holding an electric kettle in the corner of the room.
"No, thank you." Yoko shook her head.
"Alright then." Riku took a seat across from them. "So, as you're already aware, we've found a body which we've confirmed to be Hiroto." Riku opened the file on the table in front of him. "Last year, we also confirmed that it was Hiroto who shot Daisuke-san in the head and dumped him in the river. But now, we've found Hiroto's body, too. This only leads us to assume that there's someone else behind both these murders."
"Obviously," Yoshiko grumbled. Yoko nudged Yoshiko's foot with hers, sending her a silent glare to behave.
"We want to know if there was any case Daisuke-san was working on before his death that you two are aware of."
"Hmm..." Sunbeam bought a knuckle to her chin, trying to remember. "No, not anything that I'm aware of. Most of his operations were with Hawks, so that's where you'll find your answer."
"I see," Riku scribbled something down in his notepad. "That's it for now. Thank you for your time."
Riku watched Yoshiko get up abruptly and make her way to the door before Yoko could even get up. He felt her pain. Yoko let out a sigh and smiled at him before going after her. He got out of his seat and stepped out of the room. "Akimitsu-chan." He said.
Yoshiko glanced behind her shoulder, silver eyes bored. Riku bowed for Yoko and Yoshiko.
"What- Please raise your head!" Yoko exclaimed.
"This is on the behalf of the police," Riku said. "We're sorry we couldn't find this out before. But sometimes we make mistakes, too. Sometimes, it takes us years to find the person behind a murder. My mother was brutally murdered when I was a teenager. Two years ago, the police finally found her murderer. So please, place your faith in us. We promise to find justice for you, no matter how long it takes."
"Please raise your head," He heard Yoshiko's voice. He raised his head, meeting the girl's eyes. He could swear her previously angry eyes had softened. "I'm sorry for your loss. I trust you guys. Heroes make mistakes and miss important details, too. I'm a hero student myself, and I've made countless mistakes my mentors helped me fix." She smiled at Riku. "So I understand."
Yoko smiled at Yoshiko. Sometimes, she could be so mature despite her hard-headedness. She put an arm around her daughter's shoulder and bowed. "Thank you for your service."
・âď˝ĄË ĘĂŻÉ Ë・â・
Yoshiko walked into the office room to see Bakugo stamping papers. Her eyes fell on the orange tabby cat curled up on the desk. Bakugo sighed, putting a stamped paper away. He put an elbow on the desk, resting his chin in his palm. With the other hand, he patted the kitten.
"I see you've met Kiara," Yoshiko said, walking up to his desk. Bakugo looked up at her. She was in her hero costume now.
"Yeah," He replied. "She pounced on me out of nowhere. Where was she yesterday?"
"Hawks got an extra room for her at the agency. She spends most of her time there." Yoshiko said, leaning closer to the desk and running her hand on Kiara's fur. "I found her trying to cross the road some time ago. She's grown so much since."
"Shoulda named her Flame," Bakugo said, softly snapping his fingers at the kitten.
"Because she's orange? Fuck no." Yoshiko said, picking Kiara and cradling her. Kiara climbed up the fabric of Yoshiko's vest and sat on her shoulder.
She's good with animals, Bakugo thought. And kids, he added after he remembered Mistumi.
"How'd the police visit go?" Bakugo asked.
"It was fine, I guess," Yoshiko replied, scratching Kiara's head, making her purr. "The officer just told us about the whole deal all over again 'cause families of victims ought to know about what actually happened. But then we already knew what was going on." Kiara jumped off Yoshiko's shoulder, landing on the desk. "Now we're just going to wait for what the police finds out."
"Oh."
Yoshiko dragged a chair beside him and took half of the stack of papers. "I'll stamp these with you, and then we can patrol."
・âď˝ĄË ĘĂŻÉ Ë・â・
It was 10 p.m., and Bakugo couldn't sleep. Again. He paced around his room, wondering why his heart and feelings were acting up around Yoshiko. He felt himself softening up to her, wanting to spend more time with her. And her blabbing didn't annoy him that much anymore. The same went with his friends, but with Yoshiko, it felt different.
He fell back first onto the bed, staring at the ceiling. He wasn't stupid. He knew what this feeling could mean. He turned to his side, cheeks dusted with a faint pink. Was he really feeling this for a brat who had the audacity to show up with an explosion quirk, break his nose, beat the shit out of him on the training exercise on the very same day, have the nerve to call him her friend, and get first place on the sports festival along with him?
His heart thudded loudly in his chest as he thought about her proud grin after she won in sparring against him. Her cheeks flushed from the exercises they did together in the dorm gym. Her stupid, magnetic eyes that pulled him into her. He groaned and sat up, running a hand down his face.
"Do I fucking like her?" He asked himself out loud. I've been feeling fluttery around her. My palms start sweating more. There's this weird feeling in my chest and stomach. Her stupid face manages to make it into my head twenty-fucking-four seven. I hate her.
I might like her.
Bakugo had the sudden urge to ask someone for guidance. That someone was his childhood friend and the only person in the class in a relationship. Then there was his red-haired friend, who Bakugo knew had a small crush on Mina.
He hesitantly opened the group chat, which consisted of only him, Midoriya and Kirishima. Most of the texts were from Kirishima and Midoriya, with a few rare texts from Bakugo. With a deep breath, he pressed the group call button. The call went through after a few rings.
"Damn, look whos up past bedtime!"Â Kirishima exclaimed.
"Hey, guys!"Â Modoriya greeted.
"Hey," Bakugo said.
"Kacchan, you're not asleep yet?!"Â Midoriya gasped.
"Couldn't sleep." Bakugo clicked his tongue.
"Well, that's a first," Kirishima said. "Do you guys want to game?"
"Sure-"Â Midoriya began, interrupted by Bakugo.
"That's not why I called." He said, his heart beating loudly at the idea of saying he liked Yoshiko out loud. "There's something I want to ask."
"Sure, what's up, bro?"Â Kirishima asked, his voice concerned.
"Is everything alright, Kacchan?"
"Yeah. How does it feel to like someone?" Bakugo bit his tongue, internally cringing.
"Huh?!"
"Kacchan... I don't think I heard you right. Can you repeat that?!"
"You heard me!" Bakugo yelled, flustered.
"NO WAYYY! BAKUGO LIKES SOMEONE! POP THE CHAMPAGNE!"Â Bakugo could hear the springs of Kirishima's mattress as he jumped up and down.
"SHUT UP, SHITTY HAIR!"
"That's a surprise..."Â Midoriya said.
"Shut up! I don't like anyone! I'm asking for... a friend!"
"Uhuh? Since when did you start making friends?"Â Kirishima teased.
"I will ram your skull into a wall." Bakugo threatened.
"It's Akimitsu-san, isn't it?"Â Midoriya asked, smiling at the thought of his friend liking someone.
"I'm one hundred per cent sure it is Akimitsu," Kirishima said.
"Shut up..." Bakugo buried his head in the sheets, cheeks warming.
"Yeah, it's her,"Â Midoriya confirmed.
"Our Bakugo is growing up!"Â Kirishima cried.
"You fools haven't answered my question yet." Bakugo hissed.
"Okay, uh, does your heart race around her?"Â Kirishima asked.
"...Yes." He shyly replied.
"Do you get nervous around her?"
"Sometimes."
"Do you think about her often?"
"Why is this a fucking interview?! I could have used Google if I wanted!" Bakugo yelled.
"Yeah, right. Answer the question, Bakugo."Â Kirishima said.
"Fucking fine. Yes." He muttered.
"Aw-"
"I will blast you to hell."
"Okay, okay. What is it that you like about her?"Â Kirishima asked.
"What do I like about her?" Bakugo questioned.
"Yeah! What do you find attractive about her?"
Bakugo scratched his cheeks, which were growing hotter by the moment. "It's her personality, okay? She reminds me of myself sometimes... and I like that because she also understands me. I relate to her in ways more than one. She's not afraid to chase her dreams. She's strong, brave, bold and resilient. The fact that she's just like me is attractive." A soft smile made its way to Bakugo's lips. "She's... also the most beautiful thing I've laid my eyes on." He whispered.
Kirishima and Midoriya took a few seconds of silence to process everything Bakugo just said. The blonde's eyes widened as he realised he let out more than he meant to.
"I-if you guys tell a soul, I'll make sure you never see daylight again!" Bakugo yelled.
"Bakugo, I dont think you needed to ask us,"Â Kirishima said.
"Yeah, Kacchan. You already have your answer." Midoriya smiled. "After what you said, I'll definitely say you like Akimitsu-san. But that's up to you to decide. What does your heart say?"
Bakugo took a few seconds to think about Midoriya's question. What does my heart say? He put a hand on his chest, feeling it thrum against his fingers. His lips tugged up in a smile. "I got my answer."
"There you have it, Bakugo," Kirishima said. Bakugo swore he could hear Kirishima's grin.
"But it's still a little difficult to digest,"Â Midoriya said.
"Then take digestion pills." Bakugo snorted, making both his friends laugh. "Oi, Izuku, Kirishima."
"Yeah?"Â They said in unison.
"Thanks."
"Stop, you've become so manly!"Â Kirishima sobbed.
"Anytime, Kacchan!"
"Idiots..." He grinned, hanging up.
Bakugo threw his phone on the bed, walked up to the balcony door, unlocked it and stepped outside. He let the night breeze hit his face as he watched the bustling nightlife.
"I like her." He whispered into the air.
