I drew these doodles to share with the CARDs server bc I’m currently having Life Series brainrot, but since the server is for the CARDs webcomic and not a Minecraft YouTube series, I thought I’d draw this crossover just so I could have an excuse to keep drawing the CARDs characters lol.

I came across @arty-e 's webtoon Cards yesterday and it kept me up till midnight :D that's why I had to doodle one of my favorite characters and my absolutely favorite otp!!

Me - AU was my idea 💡!(and Arty-e if you are seeing this don’t get mad at me please 🙏—I am not making fun of anyone’s artwork or stories but I just wanted to make an AU for fun 🤩 and because I am bored)

Explanation—

Arty-e if you are reading this, I have always loved 🥰 Cards…And I want to make an AU where Kamir had lived(in this AU he ends up surviving the arrow but is too weak to lead his soldiers and has some battle wounds from his first year on the front—he is in his 40s right???—my guess would be 45-49 by the way he looks in the comics…I am putting this in as a factor because personally I have seen women and men in their forties having issues) and Alvis stands in for him as 4 of hearts!

This is the scene where he(Alvis) is introducing/embarrassing himself to his father’s soldiers but instead in this scene—it would be Kamir’s antics and Alvis gets embarrassed 😳 by his father’s antics…because we both know(since I am rereading Cards I think this scene would have made sense if Kamir had lived—And you created him—he is a himbo and dumbass at times…but it still happens even after Kamir death) this would happen right…

Here is a rewrite of the speech and the scene—Alvis was supposed to give the speech but from Kamir’s perspective if he was alive—

Kamir:

[Alvis is standing behind his father with the 7 of hearts(I have tried to remember their names but can’t…sorry Arty-e)]

Hello, Now I know I am having a hard time leading you all but have faith me like you all have in the faes…

Here is my replacement— [steps away from Alvis and his friend/7 of hearts]

[alvis turns blushing red with embarrassment]

1.Random soldier(or Neesha):

Which one is he?

2.Another random soldier:

Is he the super tall one…

1. Random soldier:

No…That’s the seven of hearts!

2. Another random soldier:

Oh shortie! [points at Alvis]

1. Random soldier:

He looks like he is about to cry…

2. Another random soldier:

I think he spoke to Mahira* …

Kamir:

My baby boy…Alvis [picks up Alvis despite not having a lot of strength in him] …

Alvis:

Wait what————Dad put me down [squirming in Kamir’s grasp] … you seriously going to hurt me and yourself…

[attempt’s squirms out of kamir’s grasp]

Kamir:

No…I just want a hug from my favorite son…

[attempts to hug Alvis and kiss him on the cheek]

Alvis: Dad! I am your only son…please stop not in front of the soldiers…ahhh… [attempts to squirm and not hurt Kamir]

[soldiers look at each other embarrassingly]

Alvis: okay-okay I’ll give you what you want…

[kisses Kamir on the cheek and hugs him back]

You win dad! Ugh…I am embarrassed now—

[jumps out of Kamir grasp and lands on his feet— stares at Kamir and the soldiers while being on the verge tears—leaves the canteen]

1. Random soldier: I think you made him cry and embarrassed him Lord Kamir…

2. Another random soldier:

We know that you haven’t seen your son in while but we all thought he was a baby!

Kamir:

Well he is 21…

Julian:

I thought he was 20…

Kamir:

He just had a birthday! And I wasn’t even around to see it because of this damn war… [growls a bit at the end and looks Julian]

[they(the soldiers) all went silent]

The House MD characters need more Life-changing Field Trips. I tried to do a poll but

Kutner & Thirteen. Comicon like @greghatecrimes headcanon. Ooh or a road trip down to Roswell.

Chase & ??? after his major injury & dealing with depression and healing. Extended road trip. (Kutner would’ve been the obvious choice but). I think it should be family vibes so Thirteen I guess.

Chase & Thirteen. European backpacking maybe? They keep going in cathedrals even though they should really stop doing that.

The whole team ends up at a Renaissance Fair. But I’m not sure who the non-nerd is (there’s only one and it isn’t Taub). Maybe Wilson? I think Park would be embarrassed but love it anyways.

Kutner & Taub go to a cheesy pop-up carnival as per my headcanon.

Thirteen, Kutner, and Taub go to a special haunted house down the coast. House and Wilson show up to scare the crap out of them at the end. Foreman, Cameron and Chase get lost on the way and end up at a roadside cafe instead.

Thirteen & Cameron. Rocky cliff beach trip? Six flags trip? Wine tasting tour? Whale watching? Something scenic somehow I think. Which ofc devolves into something way more wild

Kutner & Cuddy & Rachel. Some sufficiently child-oriented trip.

Wilson, House and Alvie? Some contestant based show that House and Alvie trick Wilson into?? Best of Route 66? There is no way this doesn’t end the same way as the bachelor party.

Wilson and the OG trio. To a conference together but their return flights get canceled.

Wilson & Cuddy. NYC to see Broadway shows and art. End up at the Lower East Side Tenement Museum.

Wilson & Thirteen. Supposedly to do something fancy but actually to do something fun and ridiculous but without House lol

And finally J Whitner and House should go on an Accessibility Tour where they see if businesses that claim to be accessible really are. And no one can tell if they’re in cahoots or if they’re feuding (both ofc)

House MD 6x21

Wilson kicking House out, this is b/c he and “Sam” are getting serious.

The entire time that House talk to his therapist Nolan calls House for his BS.

Alvie moves in with House due to legal reason. (In trouble with it think immigration because he can’t prove heritage or something.)

House glosses over the part which Wilson comes over when he is play nerf foot ball with Alvie to check on him. [Nolan calls him out] House pushes him away negatively, hurt b/c of being asked to leave his (Wilson) place. Kinda like you didn’t want me around so why are you around me to check in? – Vibes.

House is contradictive – he hates that Alvie is around, but helps Alvie out even though he put on an act of not caring. In the end he states how Sam will not stay for long.

overly specific house dog au headcanons? spill some?

I can try and fit in one post everyone I've settled completely on so far, and also be obnoxious about dog breeds. fun

I've also bothered @greghatecrimes with a lot of these so very big thanks to them for helping me settle on breeds for everyone <3

It's when I've settled on a "base breed" with dogs that sometimes things just go crazy and go from there

Start with the most overly unnecessarily detailed one here you go:

Adams is the oddest most fantasy mixed breed of ALL fucking time her parents are one Belgian Tervuren and one Borzoi x Ibizan Hound and she appeared so much Tervuren that it’s just possible to miss that she’s got any sighthound(s) in her.

Editing to go even more in-detail with this one because my girl deserves it: She ends up looking somewhere between these two:

She’s very pointy and very leggy but she is very long-furred and that's where the mistakes come from. She moves mostly with the gaits of her sighthound sides which the others find is an easy way to make her bristle. She’s prancing across the room and Chase says you move like a sighthound and she says no I don’t (yes she does)

Park is a Silken Windsprite:

Probably struggles in snow and sometimes has to jump and jump to get through it when it's really deep but Adams mumbles that it’s cute and that's Fight invitation. Park brings up that Adams gets snowballs stuck on her and that it takes hours to melt out of her fur. ("Fuck you!" - "Do it yourself!") It's probably fair to say she has some little dog syndrome.

Chase is an Australian Shepherd. House probably used to make comments about he and Cameron both being Merle:

Cameron is this specific Border Collie (but with blue eyes, ofc):

Probably does the Collie Crouch sometimes. Absolutely does the Collie Stare, and that would come into House's "you can't actually pierce me with your eyes" moments.

Foreman is a Central Asian Shepherd:

For a slight visual similarity to how I imagine post-Lockdown Angst Cameron might feel meeting Masters, Masters is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever:

Probably has what I call in the groomers "Smart Breed Anxiety" along with her autism swag. Dogs who listen to and seem to understand every word you say and if you're telling someone or another pet off for anything, they assume they're the one you're talking to and give all their guilty looks. Also using my Bluebear as reference with that visual.

Thirteen is this Utonagan!!! No other visual!!! Have such a canine visual of The Dig it's insane.

Wilson of course took Golden Retriever. Definitely one of the larger/silkier ones. Show-type. He'd definitely be a dark gold but this is the best pic I have for how I picture him -color:

House is a Scottish Deerhound, mixed with what? He doesn't know. Wants to know. Very easy to miss that he's a cross:

Speaking of, Rachel is a little pupper Sheltie (Natalie) x English Shepherd (Simon) but she barely shows any Shep traits when it comes to looks:

Kutner is a Springer Spaniel x Large Münsterländer, leaning more looks-wise toward the latter and leaning energy-level toward the former:

Taub is a Beagle, Chihuahuas are just too small for one of the main characters in my little visual I'm afraid (and I forgot Smooth Fox Terriers existed):

Rachel is a long-haired Dachshund, and Ruby is a show-type English Cocker Spaniel, so Sophie and Sophia are those crosses respectively. Click on the Spaniel to see the full pic.

Amber takes (Red) Siberian Husky:

She's quite thick-coated but she doesn't fall under "Woolly Husky" coat type.

Dominika... So This dog is obviously a Belgian Malinois maybe crossed with something fluffier (unless the listing change from Mali to Terv is accurate, then she's just Small) but she looks exactly like this:

Lucas is just straight-up a Coyote. It just fits him too well. He gets a Coyote-themed name in the WC AU, and gets to be a Coyote when I think about canines:

So I decided to make a little CARDS-Welcome Home Crossover AU…

Disclaimer: This is fanmade content and not official or canon to the official Welcome Home project. I’m not working with Clown at all and, again, none of this is canon to Welcome Home. It’s just a silly little crossover.

I’ve got the premise of this AU below the cut bc it contains spoilers for the CARDS comic that you can read on WEBTOON. Some of the character profiles also have mild spoilers as well.

Inspirations behind this AU

@/c0rduroyqu33n’s Welcome Home OC Madeline has a really interesting backstory that inspired the general premise of “human character comes to Welcome Home puppet world and becomes a puppet” of this AU

The fanfic “Home Away from Home” by Witherby was another one. I would say that this is kind of like that fic, but in reverse.

Now to the story (again, spoilers ahead)

This AU picks up at the end of Chapter 19 of CARDS, where Alvis and Rubis end up falling into this huge pit. However, instead of landing in the ruins like they do in Chapter 21, they instead end up in Home, where they are transformed into puppets. Meanwhile, back in CARDS (this would now be occurring around chapter 20), Mahira and and Dylan go out to search for Alvis’s body as they believe he has died. They find the hole and decide to check there, but end up falling into the hole themselves, coming to Home and also being transformed into puppets. Now all four need to figure out how to get out so they can get back to their friends and families and also so Deck Wars don’t end poorly, but until they do, they can enjoy the colorful, cutesy world of Welcome Home and all it has to offer.

Anyways, yeah, that’s the premise. I’m not sure what direction this will go in because we don’t even have the full story for Welcome Home itself, but hopefully I’ll know soon.
