working on a big silly fanfic about this hot mess boinking logan in the odyssey. here’s some headcanons while the story finishes cooking.

- so. kept her first name as wade. i’ve seen a few alt names floating around for f!deadpool (big love for the winnies, winonas, and wandas of the ladypool extended universe) but genderfuck ‘not rlly a name’ just fits my vision for her. her parents were weird idk.

- deadpool is a woman in all variants except one in my personal headcanon. he is called dudepool. also her corresponding nicepool is male gaze-ified pre-mutation wade. she’s bleach blonde and her suit has a titty window.

- ex special forces turned mercenary whose life shit the bed when she was diagnosed with cancer. tried to be proactive about it long enough to get a mastectomy, then found out said cancer was pretty much everywhere else, and we know the story from there. since this predates her healing factor, she’s permanently single-boobed. has padding in her suit to even her out since it doesn’t leave a whole lot to the imagination, wears big t-shirts and ignores it in her civilian life.

- bisexual disaster zone. spent many years in a very happy and deeply perverted relationship with a male stripper named van carlysle, until that went down the toilet. a solid 70% of the casual sex she has is with women.

- dresses like the shitshow nightmare we know and love, loves an awful t shirt and a pair of crocs. put little to no effort into her appearance pre-mutation and that hasn’t really changed, had a brief phase of screwing around with makeup and wigs and then decided it was basically - to use a line of internal monologue from the pending fic - rolling a turd in glitter.

- speaking of, has a real complex about the changes to the way people perceive her post-mutation, namely that they seem to find her super fucking irritating and odd in a way that they very much Didn’t when she was still conventionally hot. between her military background and the general company she keeps, she’s quite often the only woman in her circles, and has always been a dysfunctional mess of adhd and unfiltered word-vomit, but that was generally read as mpdg ‘cool girl’ behaviour prior to her transformation, and now people seem to just think she’s a lunatic. less ‘oh god im hideous’, although she *absolutely* has those moments too, more ‘oh god everyone i know has thought i was a weird pain in the ass this entire time and only tolerated me because they wanted to fuck me’

- wears a lot of poorly applied eyeliner and purposely sleeps in it because she thinks it looks cool. it does not.

- had absolutely zero plans to snitch to cassandra about johnny’s rant, right up until the ‘bald hell’ line. she took that shit personally (almost definitely didn’t need to but whatever. i support women’s wrongs.)

it's so funny that 2 of the 3 most recent duet alts had to have an apology notice published the same day and later updates bc of how shitty they were. egoist featuring akito as a backing vocal only and being rerecorded to give him actual lines and kagamine watashi wa ame featuring len as a backing vocal only and just removing him from the listing and refunding his ticket because they can't just remake it. good shit. yeah those are probably dead rip n25 you would've given us some good duet anabos if staff didn't fuck shit up big time.

i mean there's still some hope. staff have started giving out anabos more frequently again, the last few events have given multiple out at once like they used to do before 2023, and nounai kakumei girl got alts for all members which hasn't happened since october 2022. but then again duets in general have slowed down significantly since the time they used to actually give duet anabos semi regularly.

idk the balance is simultaneously better and worse. i think they said the regular duet thing was a balance thing which makes absolutely no sense, and i think that applies to anabos too which also makes no sense (read: if you list out all the duets it's not even at all. also ichika has 18 anabos and will get another one at the end of september meanwhile rui has 15.)

About my blog:

The blog will be mainly whump content in writing form, but if art or gifs ever grab a hold of me I’m not opposed.

I write mainly original content, but have been slowly inching into fanfic territory, so we’ll see. I like hurting the heck out of characters, but I actually lean more towards the comfort/recovery side. If you see a ton of hurt, there’s probably even more comfort on the B side, so keep going.

In the past I’ve typically written in third person, but some first person had made its appearances. I’ve actually been reading some second person fics and liked them so those may also pop up. If I write in second tho, there will be an alt version in third because of how niche second person is.

I do not write smut ever, but I have written bits of aftermath of sensitive topics. Content warnings will be used appropriately as needed if those ever get posted as well as any other warnings that apply. If I ever miss any, please let me know- I want to make everything as clear as possible and keep everyone happy in that way.

I've seen 3 other ppl here on Tumblr do a magical Girl AU for the Batfam. I wanna jump on that bandwagon, too.

But I don't wanna copy someone else outright, so I'm still working on the designs. ( I am thinking of going hard light/hologram with adjustable tangibility for the details that would make movements easier, but we still got ruffs and bows. Possibly shoes with transformer heals using the same holo hard light so they can be falts and heals.) But I do know what weapons I wanna give them. (I also am thinking on making like the weapons kinda like in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha. So magic tech-like. So we can get the moment where Bruce believes it's Tech when it's the thing he really doesn't like cuz he doesn't get Magic rules. ) However, regarding the story in all the clutter. Dick finds a music box hidden on the manner grounds. (buried? in dusty attic? Somewhere he shouldn't have been going?) It has little robins on it. It Has a false bottom, and out of it drops a bracelet with a peculiar picture charm bracelet with R image with a gem detail. Dick puts it on out of curiosity. Little does he know he is now magical girl cursed. It only comes to a head once he tries to become a hero and says no, in this universe, not letting Dick join him. Dick tries to join anyway by following. Bruce gets in a tight spot and really could use the backup. Dick tries to jump in, but the moment he decides to help, boom, "magical girl." I said it was a curse, so he looks like one, not only clothing-wise but physically, too. (curse only applies when being a hero; think starlights from Sailor Moon) So now Dick is out there pummeling villains with magic flags. (he has yet to unlock alt and lethal modes, got to have power-ups you know) Bruce is thankful for the help, but, it's Bruce. He tries to find out who Dick is; Dick Says, Call me Robin (Dick should be his lucky star. The curse comes with a magic girl veil of obscurity, meaning even if you should know who they are, magic makes you unable to connect the dots.) Here, the cat-and-mouse game starts and continues. Cuz one by one, the kids go snooping and get cursed. Robin recognizes Robin. So when Babs and Dick realize the other is cursed. There was a lot of back-and-forth. Based on the gem color of their costumes, they settled on both being Robins. So Dick has a blue gem on his, so he's Robin Sapphire / Robin "Saf"/ RS. Babs is Robin Jasper/ Robin Jazz / RJ, and her gem is Orange. And going down the line, it's the same story. Jay is Robin Ruby/ Robin Rue/RR. Oh wow you actually give quite good advice. Got any advice for highschoolers? I just started my freshman year (although probably some advice won’t be terribly applicable since the entire school is 25 people and my class is 4 kids, but it’s worth a shot. Also it might help other people.)

YES! I DO! So I went to a year and a half of high school before moving up to college and I HATED it. Here are some tips that would have made it suck less.

Learn to have a thicker skin. Easier said than done, I KNOW, but if someone says something mean to you, you can't let it bother you forever. Accept that they're just an asshole or are insecure and taking it out on others, and move on. Your worth is not defined by what some 14 year old bitch says about you.

It is not lame to have a good relationship with teachers! Talk to them, hang out with them during lunch, don't care what anyone else thinks.

Pack yourself a lunch every single day. Its healthier and you'll have more time to hang out during lunch.

Get involved! Join clubs, do student government or debate, do cast or crew for the fall musical. I did costumes for my freshman fall musical, and it's how I met one of my best friends who is still my best friend almost 5 years later (if you're reading this, you know who you are. ily <3)

Don't feel pressured to dress a certain way for fashion trends. I was a freshman in 2019/2020 so vsco girl/cottage core/""alt"" (that wasn't even really alternative) were very popular and I basically didn't wear any of my favorite clothes for a while. Just do what makes you happy.

Get a 504 or an IEP (educational/school accommodation plans) if you need one. They're life savers (if anyone wants another post on what was on my 504 for accommodations, lmk!)

Your body is inevitably going to change. Most people gain weight when they're in high school. Despite being a teenager, you are still a CHILD. Your body isn't going to look like an instagram model's. Don't let it get to you.

Always carry around pads or tampons with you. Even if you don't have periods. You never know when you or someone you know will get a surprise period.

Bring deodorant in your backpack every day. You will need it, even if you apply it in the morning.

Don't be that person who puts on heavy perfumes or body sprays in class. Just don't.

Take honors/AP classes if you can! They're honestly not that much more difficult and they look great on your record.

Do every single extra credit assignment!

Use google docs for everything

Take notes in every class, even if you already know the subject and notes aren't required.

Learn to study in high school, even if you don't need to. You WILL need to study in college and it's good to already know your studying style.

Take lots of photos! Even if you are insecure. You don't have to look at them, but someday you'll want to have them. I was deeply insecure in high school and have barely any photos of myself, and I deeply regret that.

You know those posts that are like "life may suck but at least I'm not 15 again"? Those posts are real. High school is NOT AT ALL the best years of your life, despite what everyone may tell you. Things can always get better.

Try not to date much in high school. Statistically, you are not going to marry your freshman year partner. Even if you think they're "the one", don't take it super seriously. You both have a lot of developing to do.

DO NOT EVER IN YOUR LIFE DATE A SENIOR AS A FRESHMAN. YOU ARE NOT MATURE FOR YOUR AGE. IT DOES NOT MAKE YOU COOL. THEY ARE NOT DIFFERENT OR SPECIAL. A 17/18 YEAR OLD HAS ABSOLOUTLEY NO BUSINESS DATING A 14/15 YEAR OLD. DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a LOT of pressure to lose your virginity in high school. That is bullshit. It's okay to not have sex until later. It's okay to never have sex. Anyone who tries to pressure you or tell you otherwise, is NOT someone you want in your life. The right sexual partner will respect your boundries and not try to pressure you into anything.

OVERALLLLLL i do love newsies uk and it was great and gave me the greatest joys (michaels jack, brontés kath, brooklyn girls) HOWEVER!!!! i Can always and Will always be critical of the things i love and newsies wont ever be an exception 🤕🤕

tooooooo many injuries happened in that show ! and .. fine its newsies ppl do get hurt when its so dance heavy it happened on bway and tour as well (but come on that shouldnt be normalized either lol). especially when its all about unions and how safety on the job is LITERALLY mentioned

it also eventually reached a point where brooklyn being all girls felt incredibly disingenuous. it didnt feel like it was supposed to be an empowering moment for kids in the audience and instead was just a way for the team to be like “we’re the version that had brooklyn girls” and that bugs me! and because kath and medda had alternates (which is a good thing pleaseeee normalize alts!🤞) brooklyn was down to 5 instead of 6 twice a week…. totally couldve been avoided if they just also hired an off stage female swing (i understand budget and all that but come on… if youre gonna flex ur girls make sure u have them lol). not to mention the fact that due to sickness and injury the boys had to cover brooklyn multiple times, which would be fine if the same rules applied the other way.. but it didnt… and that really urks me. theres No reason one of the girls couldnt have helped out in the manhattan ensemble when the boys were allowed to cover brooklyn

(i think newsies should be the most blindly casted show ever like who said they all have to be guys… open a book about the strike and they really werent so its just kinda tired to see it over and over again)

also in regards to the girls the element of surprise stopped being a valid excuse to not credit them accordingly after they put the girls on television so program still not saying lillie was spot by cast change even tho ever single man to play that role had it right in the playbill is icky to me

Anyways this is Roswell Kepler. In TFA theyre a mini-robotics engineer and the data entry manager for Sumdac Industries who is weirdly good with Sari for someone who has resting bitch face and almost never speaks. (She reminds them of their nephews and neices they dont see anymore.) They seem weirdly overqualified for their job, their protective nature manifesting in being both babysitter and bodyguard for the girl sometimes.

They get mistaken for a robot quite a bit when at work by visitors, and they think its funny. The long strands of hair are pulled back during work for lab safety and it makes them look like they have antennae.

When they first meet the autobots (Ep. 2) They arent sure what to think but once they establish themselves as good guys, Roswell gets a gnarly.... "fascination" with Optimus Prime. However, over time their infatuation goes away, due to them not only recognizing the leader as a person (and feeling quite ashamed and sick with the thoughts they had been letting run wild in their brain) but also they start being... friends, not just Aquainted Strangers. Friendship leads to a lot of trust built and care and platonic love.... which becomes romantic. And that scares them the most compared to any other feelings they had toward the prime. Thankfully, Roswell has tact and keeps alllll this locked away in their brain.

Except from day one, Sari believes Roswell has a crush on Optimus and is hellbent on hooking them up.

Funny things to note: During the episode where the autobots were human, Roswell has 0 interest in Optimus. Optimus starts having Crush Feelings and thinks at one point hes having a heart attack, all because Roswell put their coat around his shivering shoulders.

Their wildly overqualified nature is usually played as a joke or as a multitool for usefulness. Everything from being able to snatch up Sari and run away from harm effortlessly to being able to repair a car. This is almost always however in the benefit of others, and these skills dont seem to apply for their own.

Roswell has Chronic Fatigue, where in they're constantly tired and feel as if they never get enough rest (It along with their autism has made them very stonefaced and outwardly not very emotive). This has lead to them gaining some narcolepsy-like traits, where they can fall asleep nearly anywhere if they let themself. This can be dozing at work, or falling asleep inside a chatty autobot alt-mode, or while kidnapped by starscream and awaiting rescue, or even standing upright. Sari's good at waking them up. The bots usually cant decide whether to let them sleep or not.

Roswell has witnessed Decepticon Bullshit firsthand, and opted to back away and simply leave as it "wasnt their business and they arent paid to care". This is actually how Starscream has kidnapped them.

Roswell, as they dont talk, relies heavily on sign language to communicate. Sari learned it almost perfectly and throughout the series the Autobots would learn it better and better. Roswell's favorite sign "look elsewhere" which is what they say to Sari before cursing.

this is a non-rpf blog. I might lean into the narratives but tbh I’m not into men and don’t get much out of romantic shipping. Nothing against it though! I think everyone should engage with hockey however they like as long as it does no harm to themselves or others. Ride that ship into the sunset my loves we are holding fins 👍
