How does it feel to be the only Vee either hair
"It takes effort, that's for sure. Protecting the hair, then renewing the wig and caring for that too... Don't even get mad started on the styling bit. There's only so many quick and chic hairstyles one can wip up every day before work. But it's just the duty that comes with being the backbone of the Vees, y'know?"

I read alot of stuff. articles, books, comics. while most of it is unremarkable, alot of it is really good. but sometimes I run up on something that gives me pause.
so this one has a pretty interesting premise, demon summoner uses his powers to enact some industry reforms.
but uhhh
Summary
People who deal with demons generally don't have any conscience. They are insane and willing to sacrifice everything in the world for their strength and interests. But Li Ke felt that he should have some conscience. Whether it is to build high-rise buildings for people in the Middle Ages, let knights who raise sheep buy textile machines, let elves play entertainment and live broadcast to bring goods, summon succubi to be hotel waiters, use the Burning Legion and evil energy to destroy garbage, or let The orcs can safely exchange their labor for fried chicken and watermelon, which reflects his conscience. Although he sacrificed, made deals with demons, summoned the undead, had different conspiracies with royal family members and nobles, and even had bad thoughts about the dragons who guarded the world. But he still thinks he has a conscience.
ummm
let The orcs can safely exchange their labor for fried chicken and watermelon
you have orcs, who do hard labor, and are paid in fried chicken and watermelon
that is.. a very specific food combination for your dumb strong workers to desire

This post basically describes half of my living, breathing life as a Black woman. It's not that you MUST plan every hairstyle. It's the alchemical magic of Black hair and the plethora of incredible styles we can do with our hair that makes planning for events fun and stressful all at the same fucking time. Also, weather is a factor as well; will it be sweltering hot that my twa (teeny weeny afro) will sizzle in the sun so bad that I'll look like I have a Sisko (the thong song) Ceaser cut? What if it's too windy outside and decide to wear this bomb lace front wig- do I have time to get it installed or should I Diy it with some Got2be freeze spray and hope for the best. But one thing I will say, 99.9% of Black women won't used Gorilla Glue on any part of our hair, scalp, edges, sideburns- they don't sell Gorilla Glue at the beauty supply store. Don't even ask me how that girl thought a industrial strength adhesive used at construction sites called GORILLA GLUE was for Black women's hair. Side bar: Yes I know Gorilla Snot exists- I use it but it's not a 'Black hair product'. I've bought it at my local bodega, Target and Shoprite. A lot of different race of people use Gorilla Snot. Unfortunately, the only person in the entire fucking world who thought using Gorilla Glue as a hold for a slick side pony was a Black woman- I guess we have to make history however we can. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Tumblr media
Embrace Your Natural Beauty with Short Afro Wigs
Short afro human hair wigs have become a popular choice for women looking to showcase their natural beauty while enjoying the versatility of a shorter hairstyle. These wigs offer a unique blend of convenience, style, and comfort, making them a fashion statement in recent years.
Effortless Elegance
Short afro wigs are known for their simplicity and elegance. They provide an instant and chic look without the hassle of regular hair maintenance. Whether naturally curly or straight hair, these wigs can help you effortlessly achieve the perfect afro style.
Natural Look and Feel
Human hair wigs are favored for their natural appearance and feel. Short afro wigs, in particular, mimic the texture and density of natural afro hair, ensuring that you look and feel your best. You can even style them like your hair, adding curls, twists, or accessories for a personal touch.
Versatile Styling:
Short afro wigs are incredibly versatile. You can wear them for various occasions, from casual outings to formal events. Experiment with different headbands, scarves, or hairpins to create unique looks that match your mood and outfit.
