Technically I know self-diagnosing (and being 100% sure of it) is not the best idea

I have knowledge that self-diagnosing is laden with subjectivism and there's a reason psychologists can't diagnose themselves

There's a reason why there are people who study for years to be able to diagnose sometimes using tests that were a work in progress for years also

but if walking a few laps around the entire store just to psych yourself to go to the changing room when you saw one person there isn't social anxiety then I don't know what it is
