Learn How to Play Football in 9 Steps
1. Understanding The Rule Of The Game
Matches are 11-a-side, with 10 field players who cannot use their hands and 1 goalkeeper who is allowed to catch the ball inside the penalty area. You must always tackle the ball, not your opponent. Games are split into two 45-minute halves and the winner is whoever scores more goals than their opponent in the given time. To score, you have to send the ball into your opponent's goal. The offside rule is what spices things up: you cannot be closer to the goal than the last field defender when receiving the ball from your partner.
2. Technical Exercises Before Playing Football
Every footballer must train to run fast. To do this, it’s important to ensure that you warm up properly and work on your speed. Each and every muscle in your body is used to maximize your running potential.
3. Learn To Do A Header
Depending on the situation in the game, this technique can be used to clear the ball, pass to a teammate or score a goal. A header involves touching the ball with your head (ideally your forehead).
To give it more power, bend your legs, swing your chest backward and then push it forward by tensing your abs. As you finish this swinging movement, push your neck forwards too. As for where to hit it, try to position the ball on your forehead. It's just the right shape for the job as well as being the boniest, and therefore least painful, part of your head. For pinpoint accuracy in your positioning, take a few steps to get yourself in just the right place. When you do a header, don't close your eyes: keep them open for better aim.
‍ 4. Discover Passing Techniques
SHORT PASS A short pass is one that rolls along the ground to make it easier for the teammate receiving the ball to control. You stand on one foot and use the other to kick the ball. Place the foot you're standing on level with the ball, around 20 cm to the left if you're right-handed. It should be facing your target. It's also important that your shoulders are facing your target. Kick the ball with the flat of your foot, in other words, the inside. To do so, turn your foot out and aim to kick the ball with the central part. Bend the leg you're standing on and turn your other leg side-on. This will give you better stability and a more fluid movement.
LONG PASS This pass lets you send the ball to a teammate who is far away from you. The ball should go up into the air so that opponents cannot intercept it so easily.
Position the foot you're standing on 20 cm to the left of the ball if you're right-handed. Kick the bottom part of the ball close to where it's touching the ground using the top of the inside of your foot. Make sure you keep this leg straight to give the ball more power. When you kick the ball, extend the opposite arm to your kicking foot as this will help you keep your balance.
5. Improve Your Dribbling Skills
Dribbling (in football terms) allows you to maneuver the ball around the field without losing possession. Mastering the skill takes a lot of hours of practice but hey, you'll have to start somewhere.  We'll take you through the basics.
First of all, it's important to know that there are almost 9 types of dribbling drills, namely;‍ ‍The Sombrero Dribble - A sombrero kick allows you to dribble past your opponent. It consists in flicking the the ball over the your opponent's head and resuming dribbling on the other side of them‍ The Nutmeg Dribble - The between-the-leg pass, commonly known as a 'nutmeg.' Nutmegging is where you tap the ball through an opponent’s legs and recover it behind them. Most of the time, it's by tricking your opponent do that you succeed in getting them to part their legs so that you can pass the ball between them‍ The Run Around Dribble - The run around allows you to “dribble” the ball past an opponent in front of you.The essence of this technique is to flick the ball past your opponent while running around the opposite side of them, to then recover the ball.‍ The Step-Over - The stepover allows you to dribble around an opponent in front of you. It consists of tricking your opponent by making them think that you're going to dribble the ball in one direction, and then actually dribbling it in another. It's possible to do a stepover with each leg and then to link them together one after the other. ‍ The Feint Dribble - The feint allows you to avoid an opponent who is in front of you.The move is similar to a step-over and it consists of making the opponent think you are going to move in one direction so that you can quickly move the other way. It is called a feint because the body movement tricks the opponent without needing to move the ball.‍ Quickly Turn the Ball Dribble- It's one of the most commonly-used dribbling techniques and allows you to changes directions in one quick movement the quick-turn consists in placing your foot on the opposite side of the ball to the direction direction to that the is currently travelling in.‍ The Roulette Turn Dribble - A roulette allows you to dribble the ball around an opponent; To do the roulette, you should dribble the ball with your strong foot.our strong foot is the one with which you are most confident when shotting the ball. When you find yourself facing an opponent at close range (around 1 metre away), roll the ball backwards with the sole of your stronger foot.‍ The Two Touch Dribble - A two touch dribble will assist you in beating an opponent who is directly in front of you. The move involves flicking the ball quickly from one foot to the other in order to change your direction of play.‍ The Drag Back Dribble - A drag-back allows you to get away from an opponent by going around them, whether they are in front of you or slightly to the side. ‍Your initial practice can start by taking your football to open spaces and practicing your dribble back and forth. Dribble toward a direction with one-foot, turn around and then dribble back with your opposite foot.To get used to different types of touches, turn your body to the side and do the same thing. As and when you get more comfortable, gradually increase your dribbling pace while keeping the ball under control.
‍ 6. Learn To Control The Ball
Good ball control is very important in football because it allows you to move around without losing the ball. Ball control involves keeping the ball close to you so that you can frequently change the pace and direction.
Take small steps and guide the ball using your stronger foot (whichever feels most comfortable kicking).
7. How To Do A Throw In
A throw-in is essentially that moment when you restart the game after the ball has gone out of the boundaries of play.
It might not feel like a very glamorous skill  to master but it has an importance. Since you’ve set up your mind to learn how to play football, you need to learn it through and through. An effective throw can enable a successful attacking move and helps you maintain possession.
When is a throw-in awarded?‍ A throw-in is awarded when the ball has passed over the touchline, either on the ground or in the air. The throw is taken from the spot where the ball has gone out of play A throw-in goes to the opposite team of the person who gets the ball out of play How to take a throw-in? Hold the ball with both hands, one on each side. Place your feet on the spot from where the ball exited the field of play. Arch your back. Lift the ball up and over your head. Release the ball with a forward flick of the wrists toward the direction of your teammate in order to maintain possession. Re-enter the game but don't touch the ball until someone else has.
8. How To Be A Better Goalkeeper While you’re learning how to be a good football player, why not also learn how to be a better goalkeeper. The role of a goalie is an important one in determining a teams success. The primary role of the goalkeeper is to stop and catch the ball when a player of the opposition shoots at their goal. A blocked shot not only preserves the score of the game but can shift the momentum of the entire game.
‍There are a lot of methods to stop a ball depending on the precision and the strength of the shot. Here are some tips to ensure you become the best keeper you can be.‍ Develop your kicking as well as throwing skills. Prioritize timings. Stay focused on the game all the time even if the ball is away from your 18 yard box. Always keep your eye on the ball. Try and read the body language of your opponent. Get your feet, hands and eyes in sync Enhance your communication with your teammates
9. Learn How To Defend While Playing Football
Learn how to position yourself to defend in football. This is an important stance in learning how to play football. All the players in the team who do not have possession of the ball have to defend. Their goal is to stop their opponents from scoring a goal, to provoke them into making errors and to intercept the ball.
In most football matches, each player has a direct opponent, in other words they have a player they have to mark and defend against, when their team does not have possession of the ball. Always position yourself between your opponent and the goal you are protecting. Stay around two metres from them. Move back when they move forwards through bending your legs and angling yourself at at a 45 degree angle to them. Keep your focus on the ball. Be ready to intervene if your opponent leaves too large a distance between themselves and the ball in order to intercept or clear it away.
Note which is the preferred foot of your opponent. Once you have identified it, angle yourself at 45 degrees on the side of their strong footing order to force them to dribble the ball with their weaker foot. The situation will become much less dangerous for your team! You now know how yo defend properly in football! Now that you’ve learnt how to play football, there’s no reason to not get on the pitch immediately. But wait, make sure you first pick up the right set of gear to get going.

Credit Cards and Finance Things: The Good, The Bad, and the Honest Truth
First off, if you’re dealing with an annoying mound of credit card debt you’re not alone. I used to swear up and down that I would never get a credit card...until I got to college. It was just one, with a manageable limit through my bank, but then it was two and then a Victoria’s Secret card and a Best Buy account, Amazon, American Airlines. It got out of hand quickly and now at 23 I’m still dealing with the repercussions of irresponsible decisions I made at 19. But, in dealing with all of the BS that comes along with credit cards and paying them off, my friends started asking me for advice with handling their own. Which seemed...Bizarre? Now initially I would have told you under no circumstances should you ever get a credit card ever! In reality this isn’t really a practical thing, and here are a few reasons why.
If you have any plans to travel, rent hotel rooms or cars you’ll need a credit card. Most if not almost all rental car companies will not let you use a debit card when you’re renting a car. And if they do they increase the already ridiculous hold on your account and unless you have a major amount of liquid cash and you can stand to not access $400-$600 on top of your rental fees for the duration of your trip it’s a necessity. I’m often surprised at how many people don’t know this, the best man in my best friend’s wedding found himself stranded in New York City without a way to get to Vermont because the rental company they had booked with didn’t list that you had to pay by credit card and you had to be over 25. (Also age isn’t won’t always stop you from renting but it will almost always increase your rental price so check to see if there’s a young renter’s fee!)
Certain hotels follow similar policies, and at minimum it’s always a good idea to have some way to cover your ass if you find yourself in a bind while away from home. Lost debit cards, emergencies, accidents, or traveling for work where you’ll be waiting to receive reimbursement from you employer are all things you could encounter where not having one is going to make for a giant pain in the ass.
Different types of credit help you build a strong credit profile and no credit history can be just as frustrating to deal with as bad credit history. Credit Cards fall under the revolving debt category and help show that you can faithfully pay down or pay off a balance to a lender. They’re also how most people establish their length of credit history, which is a pretty large factor in your overall credit profile. Now, you don’t want just revolving accounts, installment accounts (usually car loans are where the average 20 something will pick this up) are even stronger for your credit profile and honestly look better than accounts with a revolving balance. Services like Credit Karma offer great break downs about all of this and how each type affects your credit scores. I highly recommend getting in the habit of checking your credit score on a regular basis if you don’t already. It’s free and it’s one of the first ways you can spot if something that doesn’t seem right shows up on your credit if you don’t pay for any kind of credit monitoring service. Having no credit history makes things like trying to rent an apartment or get a vehicle loan difficult. My current roommates previous roommate had no credit history or rental history and because that was viewed as a risk factor for the rental company their security deposit jumped to over $600 from $250. As for a vehicle loan you’re more than likely going to need a co-signer or co-borrower which can be difficult if you don’t have someone that is willing to put their name and credit on the line to help you.
Long story short. You need to build credit history some how, credit cards are kind of the path of least resistance to do so but I will say if you don’t think that you have the self control to keep your “emergency” card in your wallet for actual emergencies. I would suggest holding off.
Your bank and local bankers are excellent resources for financial questions and concerns! You can always go in and chat with a banker about your financial goals or to seek some advice. Debt, budgeting and finances are tricky and no one is expecting you to understand it all so use the resources around you and don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it.
The best thing I can recommend is to be SMART about what you choose, stay away from store cards with attractive incentives. “But what about the rewards?! And the freebies!? It has to worth it” Absolutely not, this is just a great way to build up unnecessary excess debt, and trust me the perks don’t take the sting out of the 29% interest rate once you realize how much you’re paying back for your retail therapy.
Airline cards have the worst annual fees and ridiculously high interest rates, if you do want something travel specific that you can build miles up on the only one I suggest is through American Airlines specifically their Fly Now Pay Later program. This can only be used to purchase flights and has 6 months interest free financing on all of your flight purchases, you still earn miles and it’s tied to your frequent flyer number. Over all, this is a card I plan on keeping because it allows me to grab flights at any time when the prices bottom out because we all know that great deal won’t usually stick around till your next pay day. Just make sure to pay it off within that 6 month window and you’re good!
Really you want to look for a card that gives you cash back on your purchases, that you can either redeem for other things or you can roll back into your monthly payments. Personally, I have a Discover It card and although the interest rate is a little on the high side (which differs for everyone depending on your credit profile) it is nice that I can take whatever cash back rewards I have and roll them into my payment.
If you’re like me and are dealing with multiple accounts and trying to tackle getting them all paid off. USE GOOGLE CALENDAR. I used to end up with late fees because I would space a payment and not realize it till the next morning when that stupid late fee had already been posted to my account. I wanted desperately to be an organized planner girl that could keep everything written down but it just doesn’t work for me, and I have to remember to write them all in every month and to be honest ain’t nobody got time for that. My google cal took me a bit to set up but the nice thing is, once it’s up you can set it to just auto repeat every single month until the end of time if you would like. Every single one of my accounts is listed on its due date, they start out green and when I’ve made the payment I go in and switch them to red for that month. If an account is paid off, I switch it to orange and just tell it to change all the following events to match.  Easy, simple, and no late fees. And since I get paid bi-weekly it really helps with pay mapping and knowing what I need to set aside to make sure everything is covered. 12/10 for the very visual planning type! Also, I know most banks have a Bill payer feature, I’ve just found that this is what works best for me. And if you’re like me and paying off multiple accounts tackle them one at a time! Make minimums on all of them except one, when that’s paid off move on to the next one. Everything is still getting paid but you’ll actually start to see productive results sooner. (This one came straight from my banker and let me tell ya it works!) Start with the smallest one and work your way up to the highest ones.
Going Back to Pay Mapping, this is a great tool to tackle paying down debt and keeping your monthly budget on track. This allows you to sit down and see when you have money coming in and when money needs to in turn go back out to cover your bills and where you’ll need a little extra or where you’ll have some cash leftover. I usually pay map for a month out from wherever I’m doing my budget. Starting with my current account balance, adding in my upcoming paycheck, deducting all of the payments that will be made in that pay period until my next check and then adding that next check in and repeating the cycle. So I can see if one week I’m going to come up a little short then I need to keep some of my over flow cash from a previous week in order to make sure I don’t over draft my account. It seems simple, and you would think that it’s just basic knowledge...but again I’ve heard so many times “If I would have realized that I wouldn’t of done _____ last week!” The best thing you can do for your financial mind set is to alway be thinking forward, don’t let that extra 20 bucks burn a hole in your pocket if you haven’t checked to see if it really is extra. Better yet, just move it to your savings account (which you should also be dumping at least $10 in to whenever you can...I’m still trying to get better about this one myself).
And if you’re on top of it and pay your card off every month! Pay it off before the due date and then a revolving balance will never hit your credit report. Having accounts that are consistently paid off and don’t carry a revolving balance is the ideal way you want to deal with having credit cards. It looks great on your credit report that you pay faithfully, your usage stays low, and your still establishing length of credit history.
Wow okay this got much longer than I expected it to be but I feel like these are like the financial FAQs I usually get so now maybe I can just send it on as a master post the next time someone asks? But if any of this is unclear or you have other questions I’ll do my best to answer them! Again, by no means am I an expert this is simply a collection of things I’ve figured out through trial and lots of error. So if anything learn from my mistakes lol and if there’s anything you would like to add feel free! I’m always looking to learn more!
Also, remember it’s not forever. It may be stressful and not very fun right now but if you keep working at it and you learn from it and you make sure you don’t end up there again. I know it can be incredibly overwhelming and it sucks when you have to make the choice to stay in and be responsible when all you want to do is go out and have fun. But, it’ll feel so much nicer when you know you’re doing it all cash and you don’t have to worry about paying for your fun at the end of the month. You got this! Now go color code your calendar and get that shit paid off!

change, adapt.
WHO: rachel berry (with mentions of others)
WHAT: keeping control, repaying a debt; two birds, one stone
WHEN: 10/6; late morning
WHERE: sunnyside motel, ten miles outside of castleport
There were lessons that came along with growing up. In her younger years, Rachel could admit her sightlines were incredibly narrow. The path to the life she saw for herself set, her vision clear, and her steps determined. And it seemed, for a time, to be enough. To not only maintain, but thrive. But life, in its unpredictability threw enough rocks in her path that, at times, she felt deviated from the road but no less blocked from the end game.
And the end game was always success; overwhelming happiness and nothing less, it was what she deserved, after all. In order for the endgame to remain clear, Rachel would have to adapt. To loosen the grip of rigidity without decreasing her boundless determination. It was that which sustained her.
A good plan needed options; it wasn’t ideal to stick to one avenue, because variables would always be difficult to control completely. Avenue A needed B which relied on a C and perhaps even an avenue D, if it came down to it.
And despite the chaos she’d carefully crafted, the devil was in fact, in the details. There would be no big reveal just yet, no ‘gotcha’ until the absolute right moment. And going off that, it would be easy to adapt from the previous detour.
Framing Hunter and Sugar had been a fun little veer off the path, and had admittedly, taken things in an unplanned direction but her father Leroy always said she had the uncanny ability to bounce back, to switch gears and think on her feet.
Chronic disappointment was a great motivator for adaption.
There would be no missteps now, with this new direction, designed to exploit the ugliness of a man she, at one point, had considered to be a potential someone. Brody Weston had been unexpected, and she had been wary but still took a chance and swiped right.
New York was proving to be just as unpredictable as her hometown, with the infrequency of her callbacks and far too many fizzled out dates. But being matched with Brody, a fellow aspiring performer, had felt like kismet. His talent was nowhere near her level of skill but he was dedicated, handsome, and sweet.
Their initial conversation held no trace of the typical first-time weirdness, the pair launching into an easy discussion of their favorites that led to talks about their dream roles and future goals. It felt nice, far nicer than what she was used to. For the first time, Rachel could be exactly who she designed and with someone who had no recollection of the Rachel from Maine.
The loser. The trash queen. Though late night, she recalled those events to him, baring parts of her past, mostly just her prom experience and how Santana and Quinn had gleefully ruined her moment in the spotlight. And it was a relief, to see someone take her side in it for once, to agree that it was a horrible experience, and to reassure her that she’d long moved past those days.
While she only considered it a casual dalliance it was still far better than her past of pining and pursuing and being ridiculed for it. It was easy to pretend she was someone carefree, the kind of girl who could breezily date, could easily engage in commitment-free intimacy, and could leave before she was left.
Luckily, the leaving came in the form of landing a potentially big audition, giving her the right excuse to break things off with Brody in a way that she figured he, as a fellow performer, could understand. That feelings were simply the second act but the first would always be her dreams and her career. That what they had was fun and casual but clearly they were on different pages.
Rachel never imagined the sharp turn in his disposition, from confusion at her pumping the brakes, to anger, and then outright refusal. To him, the connection meant something deeper, and perhaps she could have heard him out but she was resolved in making this as small and contained a mess as she could.
Until he started showing up outside her apartment building. And at her dance classes. And at her rehearsals. And even cornering her in Castleport. Always wanting to talk, and the pleading quickly gave way to threats, subtle and less so, and soon Rachel was regretting every damn thing, every text, every late night hang out, and especially every picture sent to him, innocent and…not as. She felt stupid and silly, for once again allowing something to deviate her from the path but this time she felt pushed, more than anything.
But she would adapt. She always did. And this way, this new direction would serve two-fold. Revenge and keeping control firmly in her grasp.
Brody would pay, just like the others. It was easy to set up. The subtext practically wrote itself. The police had her phone, her journal, and it would only be a matter of time before they figured out exactly who he was, especially since she practically spoon-fed the setup to Schuester, coming into the station days after Brody was spotted in Castleport. Visibly shaken was an easy role to play; there was truth in it after all.
And it was kind of William to take pity on her, walking her through the process of filing the restraining order. And perhaps it had been her idea of buying him a drink to thank him for his help, and maybe it’d been her idea of a few more rounds, but Rachel found it even easier to press a hand to his chest and glance up at him with a most grateful look, because he had indeed helped her, in more ways than he realized. She called him ‘a comfort’, in her journal and was happy to see the fruits of that labor, the police department quickly galvanizing to cover their asses and cover up a potentially scandalous twist to their investigation.
With so much going on, with homecoming and the arrests, she knew it would have been some time before the police refocused on the case. But the restraining order had been discovered; she’d heard as much from that insipid busybody Sheila Sullivan when she’d darted into the pharmacy, still wearing her disguise. That, was thanks to her. A little nudge to the newspaper, anonymously delivering a copy of the restraining order and text conversations to the Gazette office. There were enough leaks at Castleport PD the paper wouldn’t think twice to consider it a gift from their regular source.
It was just too good. And only a matter of time for Brody. The fact that he’d visited Castleport twice, the last time a mere week before the big disappearance. The shift in tone of his texts from friendly and flirtatious, sweet and sensual, to the barely contained threats and outright promises of harm to her and her friends was more damning than anything she could ever make up.
Who, after all, would suspect the hometown girl of something sinister, when there was so much evidence against the handsome outsider with a dark side?

The sound of the G-Boom is decent, maybe a bit too oriented to the bass, but if that suits your needs, this will not disappoint you. In terms of clarity, the boombox will not sound amazing, especially at higher volumes where you may experience some distortion with certain songs. For its price range, the G-Boom offers good audio performance.

The highs and the media do not just mix in a haze and have the right click. The lower frequencies are defined and have a deep reverberation sensation that is generally found in the larger speaker, although it is true that it is more subtle.
It is quite clear that this stereo is more oriented to young people and is good. The sound is nothing to boast about your audiophile friends, but it definitely has a surprising blow considering the price. An absolute best buy for a highly portable wireless boombox. This model of JAM seems to fulfill its promises.

Using Search Query Reports to Maintain Your AdWords Keywords
Like most Browse Engine Marketing professionals, I believe one of the finest places to locate brand-new key words for an account is the Google Look Inquiry Report (SQR). Staying educated about just what people are searching for assists you understand your account and recognize far better the search patterns that refer to it. It likewise aids assure you that you have actually all bases covered in your keyword phrase list. This post is rather comprehensive and discovers a sophisticated, crucial Adwords account monitoring practice.
Report Frequency
How usually you need to examine the SQR for brand-new search phrases truly relies on the volume of the account and also the length of time it has been running. Nonetheless, a somewhat winner is as soon as every two weeks. If your account sees less than 30 conversions a month, it's most likely safe to do this task as soon as every three to four weeks.
If your account was lately released and also you see over 150K impressions a day, it would not hurt to execute this task once a week. You might likewise intend to readjust the criteria to choose new key words based on click quantity as well as click-through rates, as opposed to conversions. However a lot more on that later.
How to Run a Look Query Report
Step 1: Configure Adwords SQR Correctly
You can start this task by going to the dimensions tab in the Google Adwords Interface. See to it search terms are selected from the drop-down on the left-hand side. Additionally, make certain your date variety is readied to the excellent period. As I stated, I would certainly suggest executing this job every two weeks. I would certainly additionally advise seeing to it the day ranges overlap slightly, so as not to miss any kind of valuable conversion information. If the last time I executed this task, I made use of the date variety 02/16/13 -03/ 01/13, this time, I 'd desire to begin with 03/01/13 so as not to miss out on any type of partial information from one day. Also, make sure you have all the appropriate columns picked. This could be done from the column drop-down, mid-screen. Which columns you should use really relies on the metrics that are most essential to you and the goals of your account. At a minimum, I would certainly recommend downloading and install clicks, impacts, cost, and conversions. Various other metrics such as Avg. CPC, Avg. Pos., CTR, conversion price, as well as Cost/Conversion are additionally good ideas.
Step 2: Download Data
After selecting the important metrics, download and install the information into Microsoft Excel, which can be done by clicking on the down pointing arrow. You will after that be triggered by one more screen to download the record - click "Create." Your report must download as an Excel file.
Step 3: Set Up Excel Correctly
The very first thing you need to do after opening up the Excel file is include a filter to the 2nd row, where all the column headers are. The filter attribute could be located on the leading right-hand side of the residence tab of Microsoft Excel. I likewise erasing the lower overall row, so it won't obtain in the method of the data. From here, de-dupe against the existing key phrases you have in the account. For me, the simplest means to do this is by entering into AdWords Editor and setting a personalized sight to only reveal energetic keyword phrases in active campaigns.
Step 4: Integrate Positive Keywords
Then, go to the key words tab - seeing to it that you get on the favorable search phrases - as well as pick all as well as copy. Go back to your primary Excel spreadsheet and also, on a second sheet, paste these search phrases. To maintain points basic, remove all columns (Campaign, Ad Team, Max CPC, etc.) other than for the keyword column. Double-check to make sure there are no added areas before the keywords from AdWords Editor. In the circumstances there are, I suggest using Microsoft Excel's ASAP Utilities Text9 to eliminate leading as well as tracking spaces. If you have not downloaded and install ASAP Utilities, I suggest doing it currently. It's a super-helpful device. You could additionally make use of the trim feature (= trim( cell)).
Step 5: Clean Up Data
Then return to the initial sheet, the search term report. Following to the search terms in column A, create a brand-new column. Run a v-lookup to de-dupe these search terms against the existing keyword phrases. In cell B3, go up to the function bar and also click on it. (on top of Excel, with the fx alongside it). Select 'vlookup', and also press ok. Then select cell A3 for the lookup value. For the table array, most likely to the second tab of keywords, pick the entire location, as well as press F4. For column index number, choose 1, due to the fact that there is just one column of information we are considering.
For Variety Lookup, enter 'false', because we are looking for specific match information. Press get in. After that, go to the bottom right corner of the cell we just populated (B3) and also double-click it to occupy right down.
For the cells in the vlookup column that returned text, those are search phrases that currently exist. For those that returned the #N/ A value, those do not exist as keyword phrases, so deselect everything yet the #N/ A value in the filter to separate all the prospective brand-new terms.
Step 6: Pick Metrics to Establish Keywords
From here, you need to choose metrics for selecting brand-new keywords. Once again, this is something that will certainly differ by account, but also for a lot of accounts, it's a good wager that you desire search terms that lead to a conversion. From here, sort biggest to smallest for conversions, then isolate the transforming terms by deselecting 0. Then, for this account, you might filter for 10+ perceptions. I would do this because, in the circumstances there is only one impression, the term could wind up being low search quantity, or it may finish up being something unknown that will certainly never ever get inquired again. If you are dealing with a large volume account, it doesn't hurt to make use of extra limits, such as a minimal variety of clicks, or a higher minimal variety of conversions.
Step 7: Click Your Heels With each other and also Smile
Give the continuing to be terms a quick checkup making certain they are all pertinent and also ideal to the account.
If they are, you have effectively determined some vital new key phrases which you ought to include to your account!

Final NBA mock draft! After Zion Williamson and Ja Morant, things get interesting
Tumblr media
This is our NBA final mock draft for 2019.
The 2019 NBA Draft has never had much mystery at the top.
Zion Williamson blew away his peers and every reasonable projection of his talent during his freshman season at Duke, making him the clear choice for whatever lucky franchise landed the No. 1 pick. With the New Orleans Pelicans securing his rights, the foundation was laid for the Memphis Grizzlies to take Murray State point guard Ja Morant at No. 2 and for the New York Knicks to select Williamson’s college teammate R.J. Barrett at No. 3.
The fourth pick always felt like the true starting point of this draft, and it’s changed hands as the Pelicans acquired it in the Anthony Davis trade with the Lakers. Two days before the draft, it feels like the rest of the top 10 will be determined by whatever New Orleans does with its second pick. There is no consensus choice for that pick, but rather an entire tier of interesting young players who could grow with Williamson and help maximize his talent. It could also be used as part of a trade.
After a months of scouting and weeks of rumors, the draft is finally here. This is our final projection for how it will shake out. Be sure to check out our NBA draft player finder to determine the perfect pick for your favorite team.
1. New Orleans Pelicans - Zion Williamson, F, Duke
Williamson has a case to be the best NBA prospect of the decade. He’s at a historical intersection of power, speed, and agility while also offering nearly unprecedented versatility. This is a player who can initiate the offense with the ball in his hands and then play center on defense.
Williamson is going to be dominant as a scorer at the rim. It’s likely he develops into a skilled pick-and-roll handler. He’s going to turn into one of the league’s great help defenders by racking up steals and blocks. He’s also going to be a good teammate who makes everyone around him better and has a tangible impact on winning at a high level. There is no one else in this draft class who is in Williamson’s zip code in terms of talent.
2. Memphis Grizzlies - Ja Morant, PG, Murray State
Morant’s star potential rests on his combination of athleticism and playmaking. He’s a fast and explosive point guard who puts pressure on the defense as a downhill attacker both in transition and out of the pick-and-roll. Collapse on Morant and he’s blessed with special vision and gifted passing ability to find open teammates. His ultimate ceiling might depend on how efficiency he can finish at the rim.
Morant will have to prove his shot from the NBA line, but his 81 percent mark on foul shots and his 36.6 percent three-point stroke on nearly five attempts per game indicates he may be a better shooter than he’s given credit for. His defense is also a question mark, but it’s worth noting he put up quality block and steal rates as a sophomore this past season for Murray State. With Morant and Jaren Jackson Jr., Memphis is set up for a promising future.
3 New York Knicks - R.J. Barrett, G, Duke
The Knicks’ dream offseason is over before it ever started. A fall in the lottery coupled with Kevin Durant’s torn achilles means there is no quick fix on the way for New York. Duke’s R.J. Barrett is still a nice consolation with the third pick. A year ago, Barrett was widely presumed to be the No. 1 prospect in this class before his college teammate Williamson flew past him and everyone else. His season at Duke was still undeniably productive, averaging 22.3 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game in the toughest conference in America. As he did it, he earned a reputation for having tunnel vision as a scorer and drew criticism for his shot selection.
The key for Barrett is to stop forcing his own offense and tap into his once promising potential as a playmaker. For all his faults, Barrett is still one of the youngest players in this draft, has tremendous size for a wing, and has proven to be a high-motor player. There are plenty of avenues here for a long and bright career.
4. New Orleans Pelicans - Jarrett Culver, G, Texas Tech
The Pelicans are loaded with future assets after bleeding the Lakers dry in the Anthony Davis trade. This No. 4 overall pick represents their first big chance to build around Williamson. New Orleans could be enticed to trade back for the more picks, but Jarrett Culver is the best player available if they keep the selection.
Culver is most versatile prospect in the draft next to Williamson, a gifted shot creator and finisher who also projects as an impact defender. While he’s not the type of knockdown shooter New Orleans would ideally like next to Williamson, he is a do-it-all wing with a strong feel for the game on both ends. New Orleans would be well on their way to building a great defense with Culver joining Williamson, Lonzo Ball, and Jrue Holiday.
5. Cleveland Cavaliers - Cam Reddish, G, Duke
Cleveland has a ton of options at No. 5. It can pair last year’s lottery pick Collin Sexton with another point guard in Darius Garland who would offer superior shooting and ball handling ability. It can take a 3-and-D wing with a high floor in De’Andre Hunter. It can also swing for the fences with Cam Reddish, a player who would fill a positional need while also offering higher theoretical upside than any other wing on the board.
Reddish struggled to live up to to his recruiting hype as a freshman at Duke, ending the season with the lowest effective field goal percentage of any projected first round pick. His lack of athletic explosiveness and under-developed feel for the game was particularly evident when he put the ball on the floor and drove to the rim. Even still, Reddish has a promising shooting stroke and the potential to provide versatility on defense, with a 7’1 wingspan helping him post a nearly three percent steal rate. It’s a gamble to take Reddish this high, but it wouldn’t be a surprise to see a team tempted by his natural talent level.
6. Phoenix Suns - Coby White, PG, North Carolina
White soared up draft boards as a freshman at North Carolina with his combination of speed and shot-making ability. More of a scorer than a facilitator, the 6’5 guard would be an intriguing fit next to Devin Booker in a multiple ball handler system. Phoenix reportedly prefers him to Garland.
White can play on- or off-the-ball because of his size and knockdown catch-and-shoot ability. While he prefers to beat you down the court with his speed, White also has an advanced array of moves in his scoring arsenal, including a step-back he used to devastating effect at UNC. This is a pick that would give Phoenix even more offensive firepower, but likely wouldn’t help improve an already spotty defense.
7. Chicago Bulls - Darius Garland, PG, Vanderbilt
Garland did enough to position himself as a possible top five pick in this draft despite only playing five games at Vanderbilt because of a torn meniscus. His biggest selling point is his advanced pull-up shooting ability, which helped him hit 47 percent of his threes as a freshman and will continue to make him a dangerous outside threat in the NBA’s pick-and-roll heavy offenses.
It remains to be seen exactly how good Garland is as a facilitator after finishing with more turnovers than assists during his small college sample. His lack of size at 6’2 will also lead to questions about his defense and his ability to finish at the rim on offense. While not a perfect prospect, Garland’s upside is worth the risk if he lasts until the No. 7 pick for a Bulls team with a big hole at point guard.
8. Atlanta Hawks - De’Andre Hunter, F, Virginia
Hunter would be a nice fit in Atlanta’s rebuild if he slides down to No. 8. A strong-and-long combo forward, Hunter offers NBA-ready defense at the point of attack and refined catch-and-shoot ability that would match well with Trae Young on the perimeter. He’s seen as a high floor prospect who projects as one of the safest bets in this draft to at least be a reliable rotation piece.
Hunter’s ceiling will ultimately be determined by if he can improve as a shot creator off the dribble. His 44 percent three-point stroke is a big part of his appeal, but he’ll have to quicken the release on his jumper against faster NBA defenses. With three picks in the first round, the Hawks would do well to get a dependable contributor like Hunter at eight.
9. Washington Wizards - Jaxson Hayes, C, Texas
It’s rare to find a 6’11 center who can run like Hayes. The Texas freshman burst onto NBA draft radars this season with his incredibly impressive movement skills, running the floor with the speed and agility of a wing whenever the Longhorns got out in the open floor. While his offensive skill set remains unrefined, Hayes should have value early in his career as a rim protector thanks to his length and shot blocking instincts. He’ll have to add muscle to his thin frame if he wants to improve as a rebounder.
10. Atlanta Hawks - Sekou Doumbouya, F, France
Doumbouya is blessed with the physicality required to eventually grow into an NBA combo forward. The 18-year-old has already gotten valuable minutes in France’s top pro league, showing off impressive ability to run the floor and the strength to rebound and finish inside at 6’9. His ceiling will ultimately depend on how his jumper and handle improves. With three picks in the top 17, the Hawks are in a position to roll the dice on a talented but unpolished prospect like Doumbouya.
11. Minnesota Timberwolves - Brandon Clarke, F, Gonzaga
Clarke was the second most effective player in college basketball behind Zion Williamson in his debut season at Gonzaga. After sitting out a year ago as a transfer from San Jose State, Clarke emerged as the best defender in the country and also one of its most skilled finishers. This is an elite athlete with an advanced feel for the game who could be deployed to devastating effect if he finds a good fit in the draft.
The Timberwolves would be a perfect match. Clarke’s lack of shooting ability and true center size would be mitigated by the presence of Karl-Anthony Towns in the Minnesota front court. As Towns spaced the floor and continues to dominate offensively, Clarke could be counted on to provide defensive value and also score efficiency when he gets the ball near the rim. In the right situation, Clarke could be the steal of the draft.
12. Charlotte Hornets - Rui Hachimura, F, Gonzaga
Hachimura is one of the most polarizing prospects in this draft. He looks the part of an NBA lottery pick at first glance as a 6’8, 220-pound combo forward who put up big scoring numbers at Gonzaga. While Hachimura has soft touch on his jumper from mid-range and the strength to finish inside, he also has poor defensive instincts and rarely creates for his teammates. It only takes one team to take a chance on Hachimura in the lottery — but he could just as easily slide out of the top 20. It feels like he has more variance to his draft stock than any other prospect.
13. Miami Heat - P.J. Washington, F, Kentucky
Washington took a major leap as a sophomore at Kentucky this past season off the strength of his improved three-point shot. After making only five threes as a freshman, Washington canned 33 triples on 42 percent shooting from deep. The threat of his deep ball made the things Washington was already good at even more effective. He’s now an inside-out threat who can score in the paint, attack the defense from the face-up position, and provide rebounding and defensive versatility thanks to his long arms and strong core. Washington might not be the flashiest prospect available, but he does project as one of the most versatile in the right situation.
14. Boston Celtics - Goga Bitadze, C, Georgia
Don’t be fooled into thinking Bitadze is the type of traditional big man who struggles to thrive in today’s NBA. The 19-year-old from Georgia makes up for a lack of elite athleticism with a well-rounded skill set and impressive feel for the game. He’s already won the prestigious Rising Star Award for the best young player in Euroleague as a 6’11 big man who can pass, rebound, and stretch the floor to three-point range. He’s worth taking a chance on for a Celtics team that needs a replacement for Al Horford eventually.
15. Detroit Pistons - Romeo Langford, G, Indiana
Langford would go at least 10 spots higher if his perimeter jump shot didn’t abandon him during his freshman season at Indiana. After a legendary high school career where he rewrote scoring records in the state of Indiana, Langford had a productive year for the hometown Hoosiers but only shot 27 percent from three-point range. Langford otherwise showcased tremendous scoring instincts and soft-touch on floaters and pull-up jumpers inside the arc. With a 6’11 wingspan and a strong frame, he could be the prototype for an NBA two guard if he can fix his shot.
16. Orlando Magic - Nassir Little, F, North Carolina
Little legitimately entered the season with more NBA hype than Zion Williamson before a one-and-done season at North Carolina that provided more questions than answers. Little came off the bench all year behind a veteran Tar Heels front court and failed to carve out a consistent role until the end of the season. He looked lost on offense for most of the year, showing a serious inability to make plays for anyone else and disappointing evaluators with his struggles shooting from three-point range. Even still, Little was once so highly touted because he plays hard and has a perfect frame for a modern combo forward. He feels like one of the biggest boom-or-bust prospects in this draft.
17. Atlanta Hawks - Bol Bol, C, Oregon
Bol Bol is one of the most unique prospects to ever hit the NBA draft. He’ll be among the longest players in league history from the moment he gets selected, measuring at 7’2 with a 7’7 wingspan and 9’7 standing reach at the combine. He’s also one of the best pure shooters in this draft regardless of position, backing up the reputation he forged as a recruit by hitting 52 percent of his three-pointers at Oregon. At the same time, Bol is also one of the slowest and least fluid athletes expected to go in round one. Durability is a cause for concern after a broken bone in his foot limited him to nine games this season. He badly needs to add muscle to his thin 208-pound frame.
A team like Atlanta with three picks in the first round is in perfect position to take Bol. His raw talent is worth taking a chance on in a draft considered low on star power.
18. Indiana Pacers - Tyler Herro, G, Kentucky
Need a knockdown shooter in the backcourt? Kentucky freshman Tyler Herro is one of the best options available in this draft class. The 6’4 guard is a dependable catch-and-shoot threat who can also run off screens and attack a closeout. There will be doubts about his ball handling and his defense, but the ideal version of Herro’s pro career mirrors J.J. Redick’s. That’s a player worth taking a chance on.
19. San Antonio Spurs - Keldon Johnson, G, Kentucky
Johnson is a jack of all trades and a master of none. Kentucky’s freshman wing has good size at 6’6, shot 38 percent from three, and has enough athleticism to hold his own as a defender and half-court scorer. He’d give the Spurs a young wing to develop with their first of two first round picks.
20. Boston Celtics - Kevin Porter Jr., G, USC
Porter was projected as a possible top-five pick early in the college season after he got off to a blistering start as a freshman at USC. He ended the year only seventh on his own team in minutes per game. It was all part of a bizarre season for Porter, who looked brilliant as a one-on-one scorer when he was locked in and then disappeared when he wasn’t. Porter has good size and athleticism at 6’6, 220 pounds and also has some untapped upside as a defender. The Celtics are in position to bet on Porter’s tools and upside with three first round picks.
21. Oklahoma City Thunder - Nickeil Alexander-Walker, G, Virginia Tech
Alexander-Walker is a 6’5 guard who can play either backcourt spot because of his ability to shoot, pass, and dribble. He moved from shooting guard to point guard midway through the season for Virginia Tech as a sophomore and showed an ability to run pick-and-rolls and find open shooters. Alexander-Walker is limited by his lack of athleticism. Scouts will wonder if his ability to create off the dribble will translate in the NBA. For a Thunder team that needs guards who can shoot, this would be a nice fit at No. 21.
22. Boston Celtics - Talen Horton-Tucker, G, Iowa State
Horton-Tucker is a development prospect at this point but his tools could pay off down the road for a patient franchise. The freshman from Iowa State has a strong 6’4 frame with a 7’1 wingspan and an evolving skill set on both ends. Offensively, Horton-Tucker likes to handle and pass the ball in the open floor when he’s not firing up threes, which he does with tremendous volume but only 31 percent accuracy. His length and low center of gravity allows him to defend a variety of positions while also darting in to make plays as a help defender. He’s also one of the youngest prospects in this draft, not turning 19 years old until November.
23. Utah Jazz - Nicolas Claxton, C, Georgia
Claxton is a sophomore center from Georgia whose slow rise up NBA draft boards can be directly traced to his potential as a switch defender and rim protector. A 6’11 big man with a 7’3 wingspan, Claxton is light on his feet and does well to get in a stance defensively against guards. He needs to add strength to his 220-pound frame but he’s agile enough on both ends and impressed as a shot blocker this season under Tom Crean. He also might still have some untapped potential as a shooter.
24. Philadelphia 76ers - Cameron Johnson, F, North Carolina
Johnson has a case to be the best three-point shooter in the draft. The 6’8 forward hit 45 percent of his threes during a breakout senior year playing in North Carolina’s fast and efficient offense. He’s limited as an offensive creator and will have to prove he can stay on the floor defensively, but a knockdown shooter with this type of size is worth taking in the 20s.
25. Portland Trail Blazers - Grant Williams, F, Tennessee
Williams will try to make the transition from a college superstar to NBA role player as a super strong 6’7 forward with great defensive awareness, quality passing ability, and a developing jump shot. Williams won’t be able to live in the post like he did at Tennessee, but most of the other skills that helped him become a two-time SEC Player of the Year will translate to the next level. He’d be a huge steal at No. 25.
26. Cleveland Cavaliers - Mfiondu Kabengele, C, Florida State
Kabengele is the nephew of Dikembe Mutombo who became Florida State’s leading scorer as its sixth man during his sophomore season. The strong 6’10, 250-pound big man is an explosive vertical athlete who also emerged as a 37 percent three-point shooter this season. Team will wonder if he can survive defensively as the only traditional big man on the floor and wonder why he only had 21 assists over two seasons combined at FSU.
27. Brooklyn Nets - Matisse Thybulle, G, Washington
Thybulle has a case to be considered the best perimeter defender in this draft class. He put up monstrous block and steal rates as a senior in the middle of Washington’s zone defense, positioning himself as a hyper-athletic 6’5 wing with the mindset to both force turnovers and lock his man down. His offensive ability is rudimentary at this point, but he did finish well at the rim. If he eventually improves as a shooter, Thybulle could have major value as a late round pick.
28. Golden State Warriors - Chuma Okeke, F, Auburn
The sophomore forward suffered a torn ACL as he was having the game of his life for Auburn against North Carolina in the Sweet 16. Those who go back and look at his tape will find a versatile 6’8 prospect who was an engaged defender and hit nearly 40 percent of his threes. Okeke lacks great athletic burst, but he’s a high-IQ player on both ends who has enough size and skill to potentially emerge as a draft day steal for a patient franchise.
29. San Antonio Spurs - Darius Bazley, F
Bazley was a McDonald’s All-American out of high school who chose to sit out the season and train for the draft rather than honor his commitment to Syracuse. The lack of information available makes him one of the hardest players to evaluate in this draft. He has great size for a combo forward at 6’9 with a 7-foot wingspan and a reputation for being able to shoot the ball. The need for big wings who can potentially defend a variety of positions and stretch the floor on offense might be enough to push Bazley into round one.
30. Milwaukee Bucks - Carsen Edwards, G, Purdue
Edwards was expected to be one of the best players in the country this season as a junior point guard for Purdue. It felt like he wasn’t getting enough help from his teammates for most of the season, as he put up big scoring numbers (24 points per game) on poor efficiency (39 percent shooting from the field). The whole country got to see what Edwards was all about in the NCAA tournament, when he popped off for 42 points two different times during Purdue’s run to the Elite Eight. Edwards measured at just 6-foot in shoes at the combine, but he has long arms (6’6 wingspan) and he’s one of the best shooters in this draft.

We are delighted to announce the release of Screaming Frog SEO Spider version 11.0, codenamed internally as ‘triples’, which is a big hint for those in the know. In version 10 we introduced many new features all at once, so we wanted to make this update smaller, which also means we can release it quicker. This version includes one significant exciting new feature and a number of smaller updates and improvements. Let’s get to them. 1) Structured Data & Validation Structured data is becoming increasingly important to provide search engines with explicit clues about the meaning of pages, and enabling special search result features and enhancements in Google. The SEO Spider now allows you to crawl and extract structured data from the three supported formats (JSON-LD, Microdata and RDFa) and validate it against Schema.org specifications and Google’s 25+ search features at scale. To extract and validate structured data you just need to select the options under ‘Config > Spider > Advanced’. Structured data itemtypes will then be pulled into the ‘Structured Data’ tab with columns for totals, errors and warnings discovered. You can filter URLs to those containing structured data, missing structured data, the specific format, and by validation errors or warnings. The structured data details lower window pane provides specifics on the items encountered. The left-hand side of the lower window pane shows property values and icons against them when there are errors or warnings, and the right-hand window provides information on the specific issues discovered. The right-hand side of the lower window pane will detail the validation type (Schema.org, or a Google Feature), the severity (an error, warning or just info) and a message for the specific issue to fix. It will also provide a link to the specific Schema.org property. In the random example below from a quick analysis of the ‘car insurance’ SERPs, we can see lv.com have Google Product feature validation errors and warnings. The right-hand window pane lists those required (with an error), and recommended (with a warning). As ‘product’ is used on these pages, it will be validated against Google product feature guidelines, where an image is required, and there are half a dozen other recommended properties that are missing. Another example from the same SERP, is Hastings Direct who have a Google Local Business feature validation error against the use of ‘UK’ in the ‘addressCountry‘ schema property. The right-hand window pane explains that this is because the format needs to be two-letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country codes (and the United Kingdom is ‘GB’). If you check the page in Google’s structured data testing tool, this error isn’t picked up. Screaming Frog FTW. The SEO Spider will validate against 26 of Google’s 28 search features currently and you can see the full list in our structured data section of the user guide. As many of you will be aware, frustratingly Google don’t currently provide an API for their own Structured Data Testing Tool (at least a public one we can legitimately use) and they are slowly rolling out new structured data reporting in Search Console. As useful as the existing SDTT is, our testing found inconsistency in what it validates, and the results sometimes just don’t match Google’s own documented guidelines for search features (it often mixes up required or recommended properties for example). We researched alternatives, like using the Yandex structured data validator (which does have an API), but again, found plenty of inconsistencies and fundamental differences to Google’s feature requirements which we wanted to focus upon, due to our core user base. Hence, we went ahead and built our own structured data validator, which considers both Schema.org specifications and Google feature requirements. This is another first to be seen in the SEO Spider, after previously introducing innovative new features such as JavaScript Rendering to the market. There are plenty of nuances in structured data and this feature will not be perfect initially, so please do let us know if you spot any issues and we’ll fix them up quickly. We obviously recommend using this new feature in combination with Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool as well. 2) Structured Data Bulk Exporting As you would expect, you can bulk export all errors and warnings via the ‘reports’ top-level menu. The ‘Validation Errors & Warnings Summary’ report is a particular favourite, as it aggregates the data to unique issues discovered (rather than reporting every instance) and shows the number of URLs affected by each issue, with a sample URL with the specific issue. An example report can be seen below. This means the report is highly condensed and ideal for a developer who wants to know the unique validation issues that need to be fixed across the site. 3) Multi-Select Details & Bulk Exporting You can now select multiple URLs in the top window pane, view specific lower window details for all the selected URLs together, and export them. For example, if you click on three URLs in the top window, then click on the lower window ‘inlinks’ tab, it will display the ‘inlinks’ for those three URLs. You can also export them via the right click or the new export button available for the lower window pane. Obviously this scales, so you can do it for thousands, too. This should provide a nice balance between exporting everything in bulk via the ‘Bulk Export’ menu and then filtering in spreadsheets, or the previous singular option via the right click. 4) Tree-View Export If you didn’t already know, you can switch from the usual ‘list view’ of a crawl to a more traditional directory ‘tree view’ format by clicking the tree icon on the UI. However, while you were able to view this format within the tool, it hasn’t been possible to export it into a spreadsheet. So, we went to the drawing board and worked on an export which seems to make sense in a spreadsheet. When you export from tree view, you’ll now see the results in tree view form, with columns split by path, but all URL level data still available. Screenshots of spreadsheets generally look terrible, but here’s an export of our own website for example. This allows you to quickly see the break down of a website’s structure. 5) Visualisations Improvements We have introduced a number of small improvements to our visualisations. First of all, you can now search for URLs, to find specific nodes within the visualisations. By default, the visualisations have used the last URL component for naming of nodes, which can be unhelpful if this isn’t descriptive. Therefore, you’re now able to adjust this to page title, h1 or h2. Finally, you can now also save visualisations as HTML, as well as SVGs. 6) Smart Drag & Drop You can drag and drop any file types supported by the SEO Spider directly into the GUI, and it will intelligently work out what to do. For example, you can drag and drop a saved crawl and it will open it. You can drag and drop a .txt file with URLs, and it will auto switch to list mode and crawl them. You can even drop in an XML Sitemap and it will switch to list mode, upload the file and crawl that for you as well. Nice little time savers for hardcore users. 7) Queued URLs Export You’re now able to view URLs remaining to be crawled via the ‘Queued URLs’ export available under ‘Bulk Export’ in the top level menu. This provides an export of URLs discovered and in the queue to be crawled (in order to be crawled, based upon a breadth-first crawl). 8) Configure Internal CDNs You can now supply a list of CDNs to be treated as ‘Internal’ URLs by the SEO Spider. This feature is available under ‘Configuration > CDNs’ and both domains and subfolder combinations can be supplied. URLs will then be treated as internal, meaning they appear under the ‘Internal’ tab, will be used for discovery of new URLs, and will have data extracted like other internal URLs. 9) GA Extended URL Matching Finally, if you have accounts that use extended URL rewrite filters in Google Analytics to view the full page URL (and convert /example/ to www.example.com/example) in the interface, they break what is returned from the API, and shortcuts in the interface (i.e they return www.example.comwww.example.com/example). This means URLs won’t match when you perform a crawl obviously. We’ve now introduced an algorithm which will take this into account automatically and match the data for you, as it was really quite annoying. Other Updates Version 11.0 also includes a number of smaller updates and bug fixes, outlined below. The ‘URL Info’ and ‘Image Info’ lower window tabs has been renamed from ‘Info’ to ‘Details’ respectively. ‘Auto Discover XML Sitemaps via robots.txt’ has been unticked by default for list mode (it was annoyingly ticked by default in version 10.4!). There’s now a ‘Max Links per URL to Crawl’ configurable limit under ‘Config > Spider > Limits’ set at 10k max. There’s now a ‘Max Page Size (KB) to Crawl’ configurable limit under ‘Config > Spider > Limits’ set at 50k. There are new tool tips across the GUI to provide more helpful information on configuration options. The HTML parser has been updated to fix an error with unquoted canonical URLs. A bug has been fixed where GA Goal Completions were not showing. That’s everything. If you experience any problems with the new version, then please do just let us know via support and we can help. Thank you to everyone for all their feature requests, bug reports and general support, Screaming Frog would not be what it is, without you all. Now, go and download version 11.0 of the Screaming Frog SEO Spider. Small Update – Version 11.1 Released 13th March 2019 We have just released a small update to version 11.1 of the SEO Spider. This release is mainly bug fixes and small improvements – Add 1:1 hreflang URL report, available under ‘Reports > Hreflang > All hreflang URLs’. Cleaned up the preset user-agent list. Fix issue reading XML sitemaps with leading blank lines. Fix issue with parsing and validating structured data. Fix issue with list mode crawling more than the list. Fix issue with list mode crawling of XML sitemaps. Fix issue with scheduling UI unable to delete/edit tasks created by 10.x. Fix issue with visualisations, where the directory tree diagrams were showing the incorrect URL on hover. Fix issue with GA/GSC case insensitivty and trailing slash options. Fix crash when JavaScript crawling with cookies enabled. Small Update – Version 11.2 Released 9th April 2019 We have just released a small update to version 11.2 of the SEO Spider. This release is mainly bug fixes and small improvements – Update to schema.org 3.5 which was released on the 1st of April. Update splash screen, so it’s not always on top and can be dragged. The sort of plan to take on is really dependent on what matches you best, you may such as to have an aggressive approach with possible greater returns as well as more risk, or perhaps a less hostile method with lower returns as well as lower risk, or even throughout between. Likewise you might like to have financial investments that mostly look after themselves and also only require interest every from time to time, or you might favor to be a lot more associated with your investments as well as know precisely what your money is doing constantly. There is no actual best plan or any genuine secret to spending however these simple suggestions might aid in your investing success.
  Suggestion 1: Set Encouraging Goals
Goal setting is a very reliable when investing, it gives the means to establish a target on your own, offers you instructions and is helpful in encouraging you to do things to accomplish your wanted result. Establishing encouraging objectives is entirely dependent on personal preference, you may be motivated by the goal s of returning adequate money from your financial investments to get a deluxe private yacht or you may be motivated by the goal of having 20 financial investment properties in your portfolio. Your landmarks might be to guarantee you contend least one financial investment residential or commercial property yearly. Currently if it so happens that you miss out on one of your turning points it's not the end. You just merely need to go through your records exercise why you really did not accomplish your turning point as well as re-adjust your plan appropriately. If you do accomplish your milestone this doesn't indicate there is no area for renovation, although you need to award yourself, allow on your own know that you're succeeding and also rewards are an excellent incentive also.

14 Proven Tactics To Improve Employee Morale and Job Satisfaction
It’s not a secret that the most valuable asset of any company is its employees. At the core, they keep the organization afloat, doing nitty-gritty work and increasing the bottom line. What they think and feel about their job greatly matters, in terms of making the business successful.
Simply put, when team members are satisfied, you can expect an excellent performance that manifests in various ways: more clients, additional projects, and operations branching out to different locations, among others.
On the flip side, when they’re unhappy and unfulfilled, their productivity level takes a dip. Sooner or later, you’ll find yourself receiving resignation letters left and right. So before this happens, strive to keep your best talents in the company. The main strategy? Improve employee morale and job satisfaction.
4 Factors That Influence Employee Morale and Job Satisfaction
It’s important to know what influences employees’ attitudes and behaviors when drawing up your plan to retain them. The fact is people’s job satisfaction and morale are multi-faceted. The factors below determine the level of motivation your team members display in the workplace:
1) The Company Itself
This covers many aspects; the first is reputation. How the outside world perceives your company can make or break your team members’ motivation towards work. In general, employees who think they’re part of an organization with a good image will likely experience a sense of pride and confidence about their work. The opposite happens when they think your reputation is tainted.
The other factor is internal: how the team collectively perceives policies within your organization and how these would affect employees’ job satisfaction. The quality of job benefits and compensation can be strong, compelling reasons for members to stay or leave.
Another factor that falls under the internal aspect is the relationships among team members. Office drama–which can be triggered by factors such as untamed gossip or unclear roles and responsibilities–can create a hostile work environment. This can dampen the spirit in the office. On the other hand, synergy within the group can take the work stress away and help make coming to the office a delight.
2) The Nature and Manner of Work
The kind of job employees perform affects their attitude towards work. Ideally, what they’re doing should be matched with their strengths and skills. Otherwise, they could grow bored or uninterested over time.
Additionally, how they’re expected to deliver outputs can influence their satisfaction. Some people find fulfillment in getting the job done through collaboration, while others through individual work. An office that accommodates different kinds of work styles is more likely to keep employees happy.
3) Leadership Style
The way team members are managed can have tremendous impacts on their level of morale. Each person has specific preferences on how they’d like to be supervised; but, in general, workers want to feel that their managers trust them. This vote of confidence helps improve employee satisfaction. It creates a positive atmosphere in the office which, in turn, gives people more reasons to be productive.
Work-life balance is likewise a big factor. Since it’s the supervisor’s call to delegate tasks, it will determine whether or not employees can find time for other things in life. In the case of responsible managers, team members rarely experience getting overworked, if at all. In most instances, it’s one of those things that make people stay in an organization.
4) Employees’ Personal and Professional Needs
This refers to many different factors, the first being their own physical and mental health. In general, team members who are fit are more likely to endure the stressful work environment and actually find enjoyment in what they do.
Another most important factor in this aspect is the sense of personal achievement in relation to your company vision. When employees see their place in the bigger picture, they feel like they’re part of something huge, which makes for a fulfilling feeling, and–ultimately–greater employee engagement.
How To Improve Employee Morale and Job Satisfaction
Given all the factors mentioned above, it’s easier now to come up with a plan on how to keep team members happy and combating demotivation in the workplace. In relation to those points, below are some suggestions on how to improve job satisfaction:
In the company
1) Promote a Culture of Niceness
Again, job satisfaction and morale are influenced by your internal and external reputation. To give that image a boost, a culture of niceness can help. Niceness may be the last thing you’ll prefer when you’re in a cutthroat, aggressive business industry, but it doesn’t necessarily mean slowing progress down. Rather, it’s creating a positive work environment for everyone, where people honor, respect, and bear with one another, avoiding gossip, listening to suggestions for improvement, and making every effort to be of service to everyone.
The culture of niceness likewise translates into being a good Samaritan in the community, joining advocacies that fit the brand. With this kind of corporate life, employees feel safe inside the workplace; at the same time, they take pride in being a part of such.
2) Create Opportunities to Build the Team Outside Work.
Again, relationships matter in planning how to improve employee satisfaction. While team members can surely get a chance to know each other more as they work, the rapport they build is different when they’re in a non-work setting–say, in a laid-back lunch-out or in a challenging team-building activity. It’s your job to think of opportunities like that wherein everyone can form a tight bond. Include them in your brainstorming sessions.
3) Be Creative in the Employee Benefits You Offer
Go beyond the traditional health insurance and retirement savings plan. What else do your employees need and want? A student loan relief program, perhaps? A pet-friendly office?
Maybe you can arrange for mental health support initiatives or in-office wellness services. Some companies offer unlimited vacation leaves which interestingly motivate workers to do better. Expand your perspective in terms of offering employee benefits to achieving a more positive employee job satisfaction and morale.
On the nature and manner of work
4) Put Employees in Best Jobs
“Best” means a state in which your employees can excel and shine. A smart manager knows who thrives in routine, specialized, and collaborative jobs, and puts the right people there.  Understand your employees’ deepest strengths and talents to make this possible. Invest time in getting to know your team members. Streamline your hiring process, to make sure that jobs appropriately match applicants’ skills.
5) Include Flexible Work in Your Policy
Remember: what creates job satisfaction is not just the kind of work employees do, but the manner in which they do it. Here, the golden principle in keeping workers satisfied is to give them freedom. Freedom can take many forms.
In some companies, they allow flexible schedules, wherein members can come and go as they please, as long as they complete the required amount of working hours. It can also mean working three days per week but with longer hours.
In other organizations, they permit remote work. Employees can do their tasks wherever they prefer–at home, at a coffee shop, or even at a hotel near a beach. Consider including these in your policies, managing flexible work arrangements efficiently to improve job satisfaction and increase employee engagement.
6) Allocate Different Spaces for Different Work Styles in the Workplace
Your office design should accommodate both autonomous and collaborative work. Employees should be able to easily drop in at personal work stations, conference rooms, or huddle areas to accomplish their tasks. With their work supported, they can get the job done more efficiently, and–by extension–feel a sense of fulfillment.
On Leadership Style
7) Empower Employees to Make Good Judgment Calls in Their Job
There’s a genuine sense of positive job satisfaction and morale when team members have a sense of ownership over their work. One sure way to let them experience this is to empower them to make decisions on their own.
Imagine the confidence they’ll gain and the company loyalty they’ll develop when they’re the ones calling the shots on projects or strategies. Train them to be assertive in decision-making. Impart to them your overall goals and principles as a guide.
8) Launch a Mentoring Program
Take the training for sound decision-making up a notch by introducing mentors to employees. After all, the best way they can know what’s best for the organization is to learn from the people who know it already. With that, assign top executives in your company to be coaches to people you’re grooming to become future leaders.
These senior officials should help you craft the curriculum you’ll be following for the mentorship program. More importantly, they must be able to challenge mentees to go out of their comfort zone and take risks for greater success.
9) Open Lines of Communication
An open-door policy is beneficial in many respects. It allows you to get feedback on what’s happening on the ground, helping you make sound decisions on policies and strategies and develop trust among team members. When they’re encouraged through feedback, they get a sense that their leaders are reliable and responsive.
That said, reiterate in every meeting or interaction that you appreciate honest, transparent communication. Give your undivided attention to employees when they do come to you. This will, for sure, boost employee morale.
10) Show That You Care
Beyond opening communication lines, you should be able to express that you care for your employees. Take time to get to know them, not just their talents and skills that are relevant to your operations, but also personal subjects, like hobbies, life priorities, and family birthdays. In John Maxwell’s five levels of leadership, building rapport is key to solidifying trust in the management.
Ask workers how their kids are. Go out to lunch to honor the current month’s birthday celebrants. If you have time, gather the team for a spinning class led by your fitness enthusiast employee. These little things can result in huge payoffs, in terms of building employee morale.
On Employees’ Personal and Professional Needs
11) Develop Their Professional Skills and Their Careers
Again, personal achievement matters in increasing job satisfaction and morale. You can very well help employees in this matter by investing in professional development initiatives. Do a thorough analysis of your workers’ needs, in terms of skills and knowledge. From there, make an appropriate program. Invite resource speakers, if necessary
12) Put Them at the Center of Your Vision
The company’s vision, grand and ambitious, is a source of motivation and inspiration, yet it can also be a little too overwhelming. In fact, your employees may feel a disconnect from it. This can get in the way of being enthusiastic about getting the job done.
Put yourself in your employees’ shoes and ask what’s in the vision for you. What’s the personal benefit of working towards realizing this vision? When you’re able to communicate how meaningful their work is in the grand scheme of things, this will help boost employee morale and productivity.
13) Acknowledge Hard Work, Not Just Achievements
When employees are doing a great job, tell them even before they close a deal or get a new client. Recognize efforts, not only successes. Thank employees personally; go to their desks and give them a pat on the back.
Do it in front of people, the clients or their fellow team members, in whichever platform available such as emails or town halls. This will give them greater confidence, which would then translate into better employee performance.
14) Give Constructive Feedback
While you take note of employees’ individual accomplishments, it’s also equally important to empower them with suggestions for improvement. When received gracefully and applied correctly, this will not only benefit the entire organization but the employee themselves, as well. It will add value to their professional development.
How are you keeping your employees happy and satisfied? Don’t wait until productivity takes a dive or resignation letters to begin pouring in before you make an intentional effort to boost employee morale and job satisfaction. Come up with a plan today.

7 Figure Skills Review
7 Figure Skills: A Dropshipping (High Ticket) Course Review (AJ Jomah Course)
A course focused mainly on high ticket dropshipping isn’t a common sight by any means. However, is it really worth its $1,297-5,997 packages? Is it just another dropshipping basics course? Is it good?
We’ll review today a course made by AJ Jomah on that subject. It offers 3 packages for $1,297, $2,497 and $5,997 depending on how much guidance you need, from the standard course to a “done for you” offer at the highest price.
AJ mostly dedicates to launch products, and he’s released a huge variety of courses. They span from Amazon FBA all the way to print on demand, and he’s recently focused on high ticket sales through Google ads.
He says selling high ticket products changed his life and that Google Ads is one of the best sources for finding interested buyers ready to spend money on what you’re selling.
However, you must keep in mind that high-ticket products are harder for selling, and newcomers should always start with less expensive items as you build experience.
The issue with high ticket
A lot of people forget that you take payment from your customer. Any issues and warranties must be sorted out by yourself, including refunds and replacements. The problem arises when the supplier fails to respond to your inquiries.
Imagine your customer starts a dispute with you and wins; the following step would be to initiate a dispute with your supplier. Now, what if you lose against your supplier? You’d lose both a client and a supplier.
That’s not all; you also lose the price on your item.
Dropshipping products like toys, phone accessories, or similar items would have you losing around $10-30. However, high ticket items translate into losses that could reach the $10,000 mark.
If you’re starting with a small capital (like a lot of dropshippers do), going with high ticket products could end your business with a single dispute.
Who’s the author?
Taylor owns the website remotelikeme.com, a travel blog she uses to record her experiences as well as offering worksheets, eBooks, and courses among other tools useful for digital nomads.
She started travelling in 2014 to Guatemala as a volunteer worker, and that hooked her into travelling. She’s visited almost all places in Europe and Latin America, and she started working with email marketing.
She has a Facebook group as well, and she says she’s helped many to start their remote careers. She then dedicated her time to creating courses, groups, and eBooks about getting remote work.
It’s easy to see she knows what’s she’s talking about as well.
Reviewing 7 Figure Skills
The course teaches you the basics of dropshipping high ticket stuff, and it also provides the standard dropshipping content regarding getting conversions, finding products, sales funnels, and making large profits.
Since I already know about the topic, I don’t really mind the guidance or having someone make the store for me, so I got the standard subscription for $1,297.
The other two plans include coaching for a month for $2,497 and a store done for you for the $5,997 plan.
Module 1
Here, you’re taught how to find a product or niche for your store. You get all the methods used by AJ for that goal, explained with steps. While some of the videos are mostly basic stuff, there’s also good insight, and I even managed to pick up a few tips I hadn’t considered.
You have some information on common myths and issues and how you can beat them. There’s another video on brainstorming, and all modules have downloadable plans, guides, and even worksheets.
However, it would’ve been nice to see a bit more content inside this module.
Module 2
Here, you’ll develop the ideas exposed in the previous module, with a real-life study on the possibility of generating more than $100,000 each month with a single product. Keep in mind this is for high-ticket; a $1,000 will get there much faster than a $10 or $20 one.
AJ also offers you a trademarked tool by himself to help your brainstorming, so that’s a nice addition.
You finally get a report with 214 product ideas, both high and low ticket, but they’re probably all taken now by members with the same knowledge. There’s also a worksheet for picking products.
Module 3
The third module goes into Google Ads and ways to find out the ideal price for each product. There’s also content on finding the best niches, coupled with another invitation to use his online tool.
He offers a directory with 4,000 suppliers that’s strikingly looks like Salehoo. There’s also one video with an actually neat trick for finding what your competitors are using for success, and it closes with more downloadable content like the action plan and some worksheets.
Module 4
Here’s the first time you’ll learn something you’re going to replicate. You learn how to create your store, and it includes how to set it up, which templates are good, how to expose it, developing your brand, and which plugins are the best for automating it.
Of course, there’s the mandatory downloadable plans and worksheets as always.
This module is mandatory, of course, but it’s the same content you can find on most courses available. You can even find free videos on how to use Shopify, so it’s still little to make up for the price we’re paying for the course.
Module 5
This section focuses mainly on suppliers. You’ll learn how to find and contact your suppliers, and it includes methods both for inside and outside the US, so it’s a nice addition. Besides the tips, AJ also gives you some templates and scripts.
Besides, you have a step-by-step process you can use to deal with your suppliers, and he closes the package with some reselling agreements.
A problem here is that AJ doesn’t tell you that US-based suppliers are unlikely to partner with you if you’re not a citizen in the US or own a company (offshore) in either Delaware or Wyoming.
You need a reseller ID or at least a social security number, and all of this is knowledge that AJ simply skips for some unknown reason. That’s also why so many dropshippers go to AliExpress.
Module 6
The 6th module is all about optimizing your store to get more conversion. Besides the knowledge, AJ includes some templates you can use for several pages, including your Contact and About sections.
While it’s a good intention, you should just use them as inspiration. The reason is that all other students will likely be using the same templates, so you’ll just repeat other people’s content, and Google doesn’t like that at all.
Always make sure to use content of your own, but the templates are a good reference nonetheless. You also get templates for following up emails and some final tips for conversions.
Module 7
There’s really not much to say about the 7th module on automating emails. It’s mostly just some videos explaining how to do it.
I guess his advice is OK, and you can certainly use the knowledge here and automate your emails, but he really didn’t add anything here that would set this $1,297 course from cheaper ones or even YouTube videos you can watch for free.
Module 8
The 8th module the goes into traffic and how you can use Google Ads and Shopping in your favor regarding this issue.
AJ will teach you about how you can set up your first campaign in the right way using the two platforms, and you can then build on the knowledge here for further campaigns. You also get some “hacks” you can use on Google for netting some extra traffic easily.
Besides that, he also teaches you how you should manage your marketing budget efficiently regarding the two platforms covered.
The last feature is a coaching call for free directly with either AJ or one of his associates to discuss and help with Google Shopping.
Given how AJ seems to be always busy, it seems you can only reach out to his associates, so that’s quite a boomer and makes me wonder whether or not you can actually talk to AJ.
However, the content on using Google platforms is quite good, and there’s definitely a lot of stuff you can apply there. The only issue I had (personally) was that it focuses too much on the “for dummies” approach, and there’s little to expand if you already know how to run basic campaigns or want to work on better and more advanced campaigns further down the line.
Module 9
The last module also goes into advertising, but this time it’s Facebook. Admittedly, it does feel a bit rushed and just done “for the sake of it” since high ticket dropshipping doesn’t really benefit a lot from traffic generated through Facebook.
Think about it: most people use social media to kill some time, know what’s going on with their friends and people they like, and of course, looking at memes. It’s a bit naïve to think that someone who’s focused on that is prone to spend over $1,000 on some furniture just because it showed up on their feed.
However, there’s always a few things to pick up from AJ, it seems, so this knowledge actually works for people looking to retarget their ads.
Facebook group & refunds
Finally, you have the standard eCommerce private Facebook group, yet AJ claims that accessing this community would normally be worth nearly $2,000. That claim is really hard to believe, seeing how having a private group is the norm with these types of courses.
This one in particular is pretty inactive as well.
Finally, you can get your money back via Stripe if you don’t feel satisfied by the course within the first month. The refund says to be given without asking any questions, and I certainly didn’t find any terms stating you have to prove completion of the necessary steps for a refund.
Final Verdict
Overall, the course doesn’t quite match my requirements for it to be worth its asking prices. The standard plan’s price tag is already really expensive, and I seriously doubt that the coaching can make up for the additional cost on the 2nd plan.
Finally, the third one does offer you an entire business set up with all pages and traffic strategies. However, it also offers you an entire year of coaching and accounting calling plus whatever the annual beach retreat is.
It all sounds too good, and it’ll probably be.
As is, I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s some quality insight and knowledge spread throughout, but it’s just not enough for its asking price.
What you should get instead
I’d recommend you get eCom Elites for either $197 or $297. It offers more content, more depth and a larger community.
Besides, you’ll also save over $1,000 which can go right into your marketing campaigns and business or learning more about all the other tools available!
I hope you found this review useful and if you have any questions, please comment down below. I’ll be more than happy to assist you.
Once again, thanks for reading my 7 Figure Skills Review and I wish you the best of luck.

via Screaming Frog
We are delighted to announce the release of Screaming Frog SEO Spider version 11.0, codenamed internally as ‘triples’, which is a big hint for those in the know.
In version 10 we introduced many new features all at once, so we wanted to make this update smaller, which also means we can release it quicker. This version includes one significant exciting new feature and a number of smaller updates and improvements. Let’s get to them.
1) Structured Data & Validation
Structured data is becoming increasingly important to provide search engines with explicit clues about the meaning of pages, and enabling special search result features and enhancements in Google.
We researched alternatives, like using the Yandex structured data validator (which does have an API), but again, found plenty of inconsistencies and fundamental differences to Google’s feature requirements – which we wanted to focus upon, due to our core user base.
2) Structured Data Bulk Exporting
As you would expect, you can bulk export all errors and warnings via the ‘reports’ top-level menu.
3) Multi-Select Details & Bulk Exporting
You can now select multiple URLs in the top window pane, view specific lower window details for all the selected URLs together, and export them.
4) Tree-View Export
If you didn’t already know, you can switch from the usual ‘list view’ of a crawl to a more traditional directory ‘tree view’ format by clicking the tree icon on the UI.
5) Visualisations Improvements
We have introduced a number of small improvements to our visualisations.
6) Smart Drag & Drop
You can drag and drop any file types supported by the SEO Spider directly into the GUI, and it will intelligently work out what to do.
7) Queued URLs Export
You’re now able to view URLs remaining to be crawled via the ‘Queued URLs’ export available under ‘Bulk Export’ in the top level menu.
This provides an export of URLs discovered and in the queue to be crawled (in order to be crawled, based upon a breadth-first crawl).
8) Configure Internal CDNs
You can now supply a list of CDNs to be treated as ‘Internal’ URLs by the SEO Spider.
This feature is available under ‘Configuration > CDNs’ and both domains and subfolder combinations can be supplied. URLs will then be treated as internal, meaning they appear under the ‘Internal’ tab, will be used for discovery of new URLs, and will have data extracted like other internal URLs.
9) GA Extended URL Matching
Finally, if you have accounts that use extended URL rewrite filters in Google Analytics to view the full page URL (and convert /example/ to www.example.com/example) in the interface, they break what is returned from the API, and shortcuts in the interface (i.e they return https://ift.tt/2SJfh7N).
This means URLs won’t match when you perform a crawl obviously. We’ve now introduced an algorithm which will take this into account automatically and match the data for you, as it was really quite annoying.
Other Updates
Version 11.0 also includes a number of smaller updates and bug fixes, outlined below.
