Jesse Cromeans

hugs you from behind in a possessive, "i own you" type of way. youre his, and having you in a vulnerable position like that, back to chest, lets him remind you both of that. occasionally he'll hug you from the front, but thats usually when you guys are going to have a night together to get kinky. when you arent hugging, he loves to hold your waist. especially around people. he loves showing everyone his little trophy pet.

Asa Emory

hes not much for physical touch, so when he hugs you its kind of awkard and aggressive. he tries to make it sweet if he thinks you really deserve it. he only does side or back hugs. when he does actually hug you, he holds your neck and shoulders in a near death grip, just reminding you who you belong to.

RZ Michael Myers

hes so fucked up the most youll get is he'll occasionally rest his head on yours or your shoulder. his arms are stiff at his sides but its pleasant regardless. really rare, so cherish it. maybe he'll warm up as time goes on, maybe not. if you guys ever actually hug, it'll remind him of his mom and you wont see him for a week or two because he'll self isolate.

Billy Lenz

hes the girl in the gif. he will jump you. i hope youre always prepared, because he does it randomly and he always gets a running start. he gets all shakey, starts rambling, nearly claws at you, digs his boney body into yours. he'll breathe deep but erratic, smelling every aspect of you as he babbles on. hes like a dog everytime you see him, wagging his tail and hopping up to lick you.

Stu Macher

always really playful. if he can pick you up, he will all the time. he also loves to hold you from behind while you sit on his lap. you probably end up making out for the 50th time that day.

Billy Loomis

if he actually loves you, the hugs are chest to chest and sweet. on a surface level, he uses back hugs with everyone else he has been with. but thats not because he loves them, its more of a 'im bigger and stronger than you' type of thing. it takes him a long time before the actually sweet and real hugs become frequent between you two. he still gives you back hugs, though. hes possessive.

Thomas Hewitt

he will bury his face in your neck and breathe you in. youre a reminder of the domesticity he craves. your scent is his home, you arms are his warmth, your breath is his music, you are everything hes needed his entire life.

Norman Bates

holds you so lightly you can hardly even tell hes there. hes so scared of breaking you, like youre a fragile bug he doesnt want to squash. if you guys can even get this far into a relationship (with mother and all), then hugs will be relatively frequent. his hands always shake, he always stutters, and sometimes you have to remind him that he can actually hug you instead of just gently hold you. when you arent hugging, he holds his hand on the small of your back as much as he can. hes afraid you'll slip through his fingers if he lets go for just a second, and he cant let go of you. youre the only good thing hes had in his life.

I like Inspekta, he's a little freak and a really interesting character to think about. While, for me, the twist with him wasn't totally a surprise (I did Not trust his cuteness the second i saw him lmao), I REALLY liked the way his character progressed throughout the game. He's your buddy! He's your pal! Don't worry about all these posters and weird plushies and standees and propaganda of him everywhere and how he keeps being called “the one and only god”, it's Fine it's Fine! He's sillay :D!!!

I'm generally just obsessed with characters who are put into leadership positions who absolutely Should Not have that amount of power over people, and I think Inspekta's a perfect example of that type of thing for me.

He had his own fears, loneliness, and jealousy cloud his judgment and that resulted in some Really Fucked Up Stuff. As a mortal he wanted to be special in the eyes of the public, so he gained enough popularity to get elected to be a god! Yay! But now he's scared of being forgotten and there's a new possible god being elected, wuh oh! Time to ruin Literally Everything because what's the easiest way to be remembered, worshiped, and loved by all if there's no more competition for your rule? Empty heavens, baby!!! Let's bring in an apocalypse!!! Yay!!!!!

I love how despite it all he still tries this whole Cute Buddy Friend act, even at the end with this Worm Form. Cause he KNOWS the other gods would trust and believe him and the lies he's spread about King's shocking letters, cause why wouldn't they? He's just a silly lil cutie pie! They all trust him! He's the God of Leadership! How could a Leader lead others astray? And he knows the Bizzyboys will follow him as well since he's been leading them pre-godhood for several years. He's a role model to them all, starting from nothing and now he's a god! He's just so trustworthy and sweet and will totally save the day!

Also I just wanted to include this somewhere. I really like this section (after Chapter 3, I think???)

He has this brief moment of vulnerability/sincerity/something that made him drop his “Cutesy Voice”. Like aside from this scene, near the end of chapter 5, and i Think a few parts i'm 100% forgetting, I don't think we actually see this more contemplative n genuine side of Inspekta.

He does instantly goes into gloating about himself and how he's Clearly the MOST IMPORTANT GOD OF ALL (before correcting himself to include the other gods, of course, of course).

Like if he didn't have that Ego-the-size-of-the-galaxy + Saddest Scaredest Loneliest Most Jealous Withdrawn Loser combo, all he had to do was to just Talk To People. He could've Talked to people about his Fears and Insecurities. Even the other gods; after all he's done, were still there for him! Like “Hey dude this is fucked up, we all already love you dummy, you can talk to us ya know you're allowed to feel scared!”

He's just the cutest most moe creature with soooo many issues and problems he needed to figure out.

Most of my Inspekta Thoughts can just be applied to him but slightly modified. I think it's interesting how he chose to go back to being a regular person, it makes sense cause he's like Aware of the amount of damage he's done/could've done. While he certainly won't be forgotten after Everything he's done, he isn't going to be as Grand and Powerful as he wished to be.

He's just a guy in his 50s who's trying to get over his God Complex of 33 years and also attempt to gain back the trust and respect of the Grove’s people. He's definitely going to be bearing the weight of what he's done for the rest of his life probably, but it IS interesting thinking about what he'd do to actually improve himself now, learn how to be a person again n such.

He’s also a sad miserable booboo beast of a man and i think him suffering in anguish is awesome!!!!!!! yay!!!!

This turned into more a character analysis of some sorts instead of solely my own personal thoughts, whoops. Anyways i think his designs, all 3 of em are really fun to draw. He's cute n stretchy and marketable, as all gods should be.

So uhhhhh... storytime I guess.

A long time ago (I think this would've been when StB or maybe even HW was current) I bought a prebuilt "gaming" PC (mistake). To test it's capabilities I decided I would run the benchmark for whatever expansion was current at that time (don't ask me why this was my first train of thought, I don't claim to know the inner workings of my own mind)... it failed. Like miserably. Like if the bench could audibly laugh at me I think it would've. No matter, I hate MMOs and didn't plan to play it anyway, I just wanted to test it. I went on my merry way with my shitass "gaming" PC (that didn't last long anyway because it really was just a glorified paperweight).

Several years (and a new custom built PC) later, I was scrolling tumblr, as you do, and I kept seeing this red haired catboy and I was like "I don't know who this catboy is, but I wish only the best for him" then I found out that he was from XIV and that XIV had a "Free trial up to level 60 including the award winning expansion, Heavensward", so I was like, "Eh, I should try out the benchmark again see if I can run it. Also I enjoy a good character creator so I'll make a character give it a go and probably stop once I finish all the free content." Oh..... oh you sweet summer child... Anyway because I was not seriously considering playing this game for the long run, I was like "heehee I make an old catman because old man protag is unusual for SE game so is a bit sillay." I ran him all the way through ARR with people calling him "lad" and "boy" before I decided I couldn't stand it anymore and I spent my free fantasia to shoot him with the lazerbeam of youth. Woe, youth be upon ye catboy.

Now, did I need a friend to pretty much hold my hand all through ARR and HW because I was literally shaking with anxiety every time I queued for literally any content in the game? ...................I mean, yeah (thank you for being patient with me Lambs, as I made you run a bby sprout through probably mind-numbingly boring content for you at the time). But look at me now! I can queue as a DPS without crying the whole time I'm sitting in queue! Progress babeeeeeeeee!

It wasn't until this year (or late last year, I forget) that I actually got up the courage to start posting more stuff about my catboy (and my ship... especially my ship I still get sort of self-conscious about posting ship stuff but I enjoy it so I keep doing it anyway) and through doing so I've met soooooooo many wonderful friends in the community! I love seeing and learning about other people's WoLs, OCs, and ships, so I have been thriving getting to know everyone!

It has been an honor getting to share fandom space with so many fantastic people! I hope in 2025 I get to know even more about everyone's characters, and maybe even meet new people!

I've had this on my mind for ages now, so I'm just going to say it. The Spirit Hunter series releases follows the Shrek formula. Is this anything? Idk I'm tired.

Death Mark = Shrek

The first of the series and a brand new IP, it takes already existing tropes and blends them into something new, while also adding a bit of raunchiness to stand out from what came out at the time in the genre. Introduces characters that we'll come to know and love.

NG = Shrek 2

Normally considered the best of its franchise, and has updated (upgraded?) a lot from the first one. We are introduced to new characters and their relationship dynamics within the same universe. Both involve a quest with a ragtag group that has them saving someone who's been caught up in the antagonists scheme in some way. The main character is out of their element and annoyed most of the time.

Death Mark 2 = Shrek 3

Considered a drop off and even a disappointment from what came before. Some say the pacing is too fast, and some characters are ooc. We're introduced to characters we're probably not going to see or care about again. The more important story characters got some more background and lore moments, but it doesn't make up for the media as a whole. Has to do with a school of some kind.

So if the series were to continue this formula with Death Mark 3 (or NG 2, whatever comes out first) We could possibly predict how the next installment will be. From what I can think of with Shrek 4:

It was considered an extreme step up from the movie before it, but a pretty okay movie in general. Some things it's praised for is the writing, good emotional beats, and mature themes.

Introduces a villain character that is liked for just how good they are at being evil. Said character makes a deal with the main character that kicks off the events and suffering of the main character.

Something to do with being sent to an alternate reality where things are similar, but different in some way.

Main character feels annoyed at having so many new people in their life, but come to appreciate them more by the end of the film.

Some htf dynamics that I think are very sillay

Handy and toothy- THEY TOTALLY HAVE A SIBLING DYNAMIC!! I don’t think they’re actually related, but I think they just act like siblings and get along well despite their differences. Toothy would be like the younger brother and handy is older, and toothy would probably just be annoying asf to handy and handy just deals with it. Toothy also probably goes to handy for advice, and handy doesn’t rly care so he just says some bs so toothy can leave him alone

Flippy and lammy- I think these two silly heads would be sweet friends, and both also connect cause of their mental illnesses. I haven’t gone too into it, but I think lammy would be the “less stable” one of the two cause she’s younger and doesn’t rly know how to deal with her issues like flippy does. Flippy would try to help Lammy sometimes, and they would have tea together. I’d like to think that he tells her about his past, as she’s one of the younger tree friends who could actually understand his problems.

Toothy and sniffles- they are nerd loser besties!! They would totally geek over nerd stuff like those Splendid comics and anime or smthing else nerdy. Even tho they’re both nerds, toothy is the bigger loser cause he’s more of a wimp and just kind of a pushover (I’m trying to give him SOMEWHAT of a personality 😭), while sniffles doesn’t take shit and and be a bitch (also they are lovers, you can’t convince me otherwise ☺️)

Lammy and handy- they have a “normal person and crazy ass person” dynamic. I headcanon that it’s still pretty ambiguous whether lammy actually murders people or not, but she still helps with hiding bodies and cleaning up the messes that Mr. Pickels makes. Lammy usually tries to kill off anyone who catches her and Mr pickels cause she doesn’t want to go back to jail, but she trusts handy cause he just doesn’t care. He doesn’t mind lammy or Mr Pickels killing anyone, just as long as it doesn’t get in the way of his work. He is kinda put off by her creepy demeanor, but still tries his best to be respectful to her

Russell and cuddles- ENEMIES TO LOVERS!! I find it funny that many people put them against each other cause they both want giggles, but I wanna put a spin on that and make it so that they want EACHOTHER. (Also I hc giggles is a lesbian so she doesn’t give a shit abt them) Cuddles and Russell first act like they hate each other cause they both dated giggles, but secretly they want each other but are both too dumb to realize it. (Toothy and lumpy are the only ones that know abt it, but both cuddles and Russell are too dumb to listen to them)

i think a lot of times in the beginning hes going to be very wary of you and maybe even avoid you, its going to take some time for the two of you to get to know one another and get on speaking terms... its probably going to take a real hard shove to bring you two together

anyways tldr; zalgo made all the non human characters in the universe and/or planted a means to make them non human (ex. giving ben the means to come back as a ghost, providing the thing thats fucking up ej, ect ect) i think the only real exception is laughing jack since he was made to be good originally before following in the steps of the kid he was assigned to. shrugs. characters like the proxies get roped in my another character (ex. masky and the others by slenderman); while characters like jeff are your regular old krillers. non human/demon stuff just IS in thiis universe, simply another piece of nature blah blah yeah

^so naturally if we're following that hc for this post the reader falls under this... but even if you dont, you didnt really ask to be a demon , much like jack didnt

though i think overall he tries to push for you guys to eat separately; outside of his offer he doesnt really want to know how you feed... and he doesnt want you to see how he feeds (for obvious reasons)

Inks tattoos are NOT consistent! They change constantly no ones ever seen them change or move but every time ppl see him they r different n no ones quite sure why or how (they just sillay like that :D)

Error n Nightmare are canonically married. no ones quite sure how or when that happened or. why (are they in love romantically? the answer is debatable. they are married!!) this has no relevance to most of the story they r both just freaks like that (affectionate)

Ok slightly lore relevant but i wanna add this one too so error doesnt really? exist properly in time??? bcs technically error is one of the "younger" created gods but also it kinda. slipped thru a crack in reality and thats how we ended up here (antivoid) so its not just taht it has a bad idea or weird perception of time it just. physically exists outside of linear time. so error technically became way after nightmare but nightmare knew error as existing before her bcs of errors time fuckery. nightmare is aware of how error functions but the only one(s) who can properly perceive time before error existed and after are reaper and life. Ink also doesnt really exist properly in time but in a less obvious way? ink has a definitive start of creation date but is aware of everything that happened before that he just didnt exist in it,,, after his creation tho? very debatable how he works in time. the only ones hes really close to is dream n error and dream is not sure and you will never get a proper answer out of error lmfao

Ok I need to get this ramble out or its gonna kill me but like. Was listening to the opening track of the PPG movie's OST and there's a part around 23 seconds in where they use half the notes from Mojo's theme, and then use the FULL theme in the next measure and that stuff is SO COOL it makes me scream, but also like. Ok we're gonna ignore the fact that yes, irl its a terrible idea to have a chimpanzee as a "lab assistant", this is a cartoon and things can get sillay and that feels very Fictional Science of the show to do, and we're also gonna ignore the fact that pre-mutation Mojo was a wild animal outside his natural environment and shouldn't be held accountable for behaving like one. IGNORING ALL THAT.

I feel like one aspect of Mojo's character that they rly try to hammer home in that opening is the idea of Nature over Nurture, and the fact that from the very start, before the mutation and intelligence and evil plans, he was always a force of destruction and is always going to be as such. His only instinct as a normal chimp was to cause damage 24/7 and generally be a crazy little bastard, so going by that logic it makes total sense that even after gaining intelligence surpassing most humans, he's still following that instinct of destruction. I mean, why didn't he ACTUALLY use his heightened mind to help humanity like he said he was going to do when he was LYING? What better way to gain humanity's respect and admiration than inventing things that would benefit everyone?

Well obviously there's the resentment he feels now that he's intelligent and sees humanity as the oppressive species (resentment that Utonium is partially and indirectly responsible for but thats a discussion for another time), there's also the greed and arrogance he has of not wanting to work FOR or under anyone, seeing himself as more intelligent than any living creature on Earth. These things are not excuses by any means, but I do think that deep down, despite all of these reasons, it still boils down to him following that destructive instinct and just wanting to cause mayhem for his own enjoyment.

I feel like this is supported by a lot of his evil plans in the show, because as often as he's trying to "take over" Townsville, the other half of the time he's just out to destroy it altogether with no further end goal, once again just being a destructive force because it's what he likes and wants to do. But there's really nowhere where this is shown to be more obvious than the 10th anniversary special, The Powerpuff Girls Rule!!! In that special, after all, he actually SUCCEEDS in what he's been trying to do for so long, he wins in the end, Mojo Jojo rules the world! And at first he goes with what his intelligence tells him to do logically, succeeding in so many places where humanity has failed itself and basically netting eternal bragging rights for solving all problems with the world, and people love him for it!! But in the end, it's... peaceful. Quiet. Boring. And he comes to absolutely HATE it. The special ends with him giving all of that up, giving up RULING THE WORLD, because he cannot help but follow that destructive instinct and just starts blowing shit up for fun again, and even if he gets stopped by the Powerpuff Girls once again, he couldn't be happier to be back to doing what he does best!!

This was super rambly but TLDR No matter how intelligent Mojo is and how complicated his plans may get, at the very root of his character he will almost always just be following those destructive animal instincts that have been inside him since long before the effects of Chemical X affected him, thank you for coming to my TedTalk 🤓🤓🤓

🌟 Baldur: skyrim oc, nord dragonborn, he/him. grew up on the streets stealing to survive, and certified trans of gender. fought and lost to the world eater who decided to force baldur to be his champion. helps him take over skyrim. story not yet published but will prob contain a lot of mentions of transphobia as a cw :(

🌟 Ansa: skyrim oc, nord dragonborn, she/her. orphaned at a young age, and just a weird, feral child. learned to steal, and ended up joining the thieves guild. killed mercer and turned the guild over to karliah and is helping rebuild it when she finds a weird rock that turns out to be a dragon egg. story not yet published

🌟 Ahkrinaak: general elder scrolls oc, he/him/any pronouns. he is based off me as a sort of self insert/persona character purely for comedy, not a serious au. dragon/god who was corrupted in the war with lorkhan/shor and became more so an agent of lorkhan. he spends most of his time pretending to be a mortal and causing problems. he’s just sillay. looks like a falmer/snow elf and nord hybrid making pretty much everyone just in general uncomfortable. dragons dont have gender he just likes tits. divorced with alduin

🌟 Lyre: not a skyrim oc (yet) but my beloved dnd character i have made a million aus for, including one that has turned into a full on novel lmao. will update everyone when i start uploading the novel (its not gonna be too serious just a fun lil webnovel that is pg rate) and you can see me post illustrations for. depending on the AU uses either he/him or she/her. i just think theyre neat

🌟 Anthial: nerevarine bosmer, tired, angry, nb spellsword. he/them pronouns. just wants to cover their entire body until you cant tell what gender they are. vivec never got them the drink he owed them. was convinced as nerevar that voryn never liked them back all that much. had an open marriage with almalexia. this incarnation was emotionless and lacked a moral compass due to the betrayal in their past life.

🌟 Steren: nerevarine, technically. not actually the reincarnation of nerevar, but the reincarnation of nerevar’s son. nerevar never reincarnated bc he was too busy haunting his descendants, too upset to move on. steren has a couple of aus but mostly its him with vivienne the dragonborn who belongs to @mulberrycafe. calls voryn “ata” and nerevar “dad” because he technically grew up in cyrodiil but remembers his first lifetime in bits and pieces where voryn raised him for the first few years.

3. A character that fandom has helped you appreciate

Nagi from Ninninger. An absolutely vital part of the team and so important to the development of the team as a new unit that's branching off from the expectations that were placed on them by the previous generations. Ninninger talks about development and growth past traditional and societal expectations in a really interesting way. It often uses ninpo/nintality to expand upon the idea of branching off of what you know in creating a new type of ninja/expanding upon individual strengths that can be vital within a unit. I think that the first time around I didn't appreciate him enough but after seeing more on what others who like Nagi's character and development, I felt like I was able to put more into analyzing his character and understanding how important he is to the team.

From my rewatch of episode 35:

#i actually do think that nagi has some of the most interesting dynamics as he is the youngest and feels he has to do more to keep up with#the others and i think he's quite unique in how he approaches his dilemmas as he's very much a people person and reads people well#it's part of why he's so important on this team as he's more innovative with his approaches but also quite thoughtful#he's young and still has a lot to learn but he is leading the innovation of the team's strategy alongside kasumi#like being so proficient at advanced ninpo and pushing further and further to better himself and create new techniques is really neat and#i don't think people give him enough credit like he's literally the backbone of this team

However, while I appreciate Nagi a great deal and some of that appreciation has grown due to the influence of others, I still feel as though Nagi is underappreciated from a general standpoint. I do think that there's a lot of value to his character, especially as he's the youngest and still trying to find his footing which I feel a lot of younger people could relate to. I just don't think that characters have to be the strongest or have the grandest solo victories to be impactful and important to a story and I want Nagi to be appreciated for who he is.

Genba has such an infectious smile, like I see him smile and immediately I want to smile too. He's just very warm and calming, and I just adore him.

I actually like the watchers but only my idea of them lol. too many people make them so serious big evil guys. they should be kinda sillay. guys around a table discussing what gimmick they can give the next death game with grian leading the group discussion. grian wasnt supposed to join the game bc he was the supervisor dammit now they need to get someone else.

Like every life series they’re not too terribly upset to be there lol. I’m 99% percent sure grian went around to his friends like hey I got us a little world did all the paperwork and stuff and get this. its a murder world. and they were like omg sign me up. upsetting stuff tm does Happen but ultimately. they are still like yippee I'd do that again. 

the life series is ultimately less and more angsty than it appears on the surface. its a bunch of friends going to murder resort server island that their friend reserved for them then pissed off the actual responsibilities for maintaining murder resort island bc he also wanted to take part in the murder :((((

anyways I just think if you’re taking the series literally it’s kind of impossible to act like they’re forcefully stuck in a miserable cycle they’re all having a great time. and idk just evil watchers is boring. like the games have kept going on they’re mildly miffed with grian but it certainly hasn't amounted to much if anything. they sigh and shake their fists but grians like that one coworker who really isnt doing his job correctly but he’s funny so. its ok. at least he’s entertaining.

tbf i think the grandma shit started because of my own fault. i think I felt so old compared to everyone that I said i feel like a grandma or something, or even told them to call me grandma in a "just call me grandma" kinda way and it stuck with a few of them haha

you know what, im kind of the opposite, I feel like my writing now is of a worse quality than back then. i think I got too used to writing just for myself so I got lazy and impatient and skipped over adding details and more descriptions and such But for you, I think it would be a good way to see how much you've improved in your personal opinion! Though like I get churro chumps specifically was crack so maybe use something you took more seriously when writing for comparative purposes haha

omg that's me with soonyoung, he's my actual bias even if seungcheol is constantly tackling me and shaking his ass in my face to remind me how much he owns my ass, but anyway, yeah soonyoung is my precious babie. i just want to love and protect him, he's just a poor innocent little soul

that's interesting to hear you think your writing got worse! well, i can sort of understand that... for me, when i take a break from writing, sometimes it can feel a little difficult to get back into the groove of things... but i get what you mean a little about "writing for yourself." when you have no intention of sharing your work, sometimes specific details aren't necessary when your target audience is, well, yourself.

as for rereading my old stuff... i do actually reread a lot of my stuff, just not the ones from when i was like 16 LOL it's not because i don't wanting to read my "unserious" stories, it's more because i hate cringing at my old stylistic choices. i like to think ive gotten better at adopting writing styles that i think can make my stories flow smoother. but as a teen, i had trouble structuring my stories because i relied heavily on dialogue to move them. which... isn't a very sustainable approach LMAO but yeah churro chumps is still a story i will always cherish, because even after all this time... i do love me some sillay yoongay fanfics :3

i like soonyoung too :D he was my bias prior to seungcheol... it started with jihoon, then soonyoung, then cheol... leading me to accept my fate as a leader line fan lol but tbh ive gotten really into seokmin lately... something about silly guys is getting to me...
