Remember when I posted the 911 (technically 999) crossover? Yeah, I keep thinking about that. Arthur being a fireman obviously means he keeps getting in danger (and shot on occasion), which means that Merlin eventually steps down from being the 999-dispatcher to be a paramedic. Because SOMEONE has to take care of the prat and Merlin is both a physician AND a sorcerer, so he's best equipped to keep the idiot alive.

Being reminded that Ryan Guzman and Tyler Hoechlin were roommates once has me thinking...

What if instead of El Paso, the Diazes lived in Smallville, Kansas.

And while Shannon was still Eddie’s first girlfriend, his first relationship was with farmboy Clark Kent.

Of course they don't last, Clark moves to Metropolis, Eddie moves to LA.

One day, when Eddie goes back to Smallville with Chris, and Buck tags along, Clark happens to be there visiting his folks as well. And perhaps Eddie, perhaps Clark, drops that Eddie and Clark used to date.

And this sets Buck's jealousy off.

It's pretty embarrassing, especially because Clark does not realize what Buck is trying to do at all.

However it all comes to an end when Buck finds out that Clark is also Superman.

("You're telling me that you and Superman used to date?" "No... me and Superboy. He was too young to be Superman.")

Buck gives up. He finds Clark and gives him the "you win" speech only for Clark to tell him:

1) he's happily married

2) Eddie is so very obviously in love with Buck

Buck is too stunned to believe him, until Lois arrives - finally - and introduces herself to Buck.

Clark gives Buck a pep talk and soon Buck is off to confess his feelings for Eddie.

It goes well.

Epilogue Buck and Eddie and Lois and Clark are eating at a local diner enjoying each other's company when Clark gets an alert and has to dip, leaving Lois with Buck and Eddie. "He does this often?"

Lois, "Yep." Eddie, "You have no idea."

911’s biggest missed opportunity sans Buddie canon was not putting Ravi in the lone star crossover ep. Anirudh’s from Texas, we could’ve gotten him w Buck and Tk fucking around or w Hen in the chopper crash. Pls this would’ve been sooooo good.

As much as I love the Buck & TK shenanigans in the crossover episode, they can't level with my annoyance at Eddie constantly flirting with Firefox!!! "You too... Firefox" as if he didn't not know who she was until 5 minutes ago when Buck told him. Have you seen the way he looks at her? That smirk? One minute of not being needed for the rescue and he's already sending her a follow request on Instagram? And all that after having reprimanded Buck with a jealous expression for staring at her earlier? Babe stop it, TK ain't the only guy here who already has a boyfriend and he already has abandonment issues and feels neglected by you

I don't usually have a problem with Eddie's love interests, on the contrary, but for some reason this interaction - even though not even meant to be a love interest I think - annoys me so much 😂 maybe because when he's actually interested he's all stuttery and stupid (same) and not a smooth motherfucker like with Firefox

I also can't take this name seriously, like, who calls themselves that? That's a browser

I just can't look at his smug face any longer

The only thing that appeases me each time is how he begs her to follow Buck back on Instagram which is kind of sweet since he knows how much it means to Buck

But yeah, this needed out of my system 😂

Watching swat because I'd seen some bits and who was gonna tell me that firehouse 118 actually responds so a crossover with 911 is feasible. How many fics are out there?? Where's the double takes from swat when buck introduces himself. I've seen a couple of Tommy twin fics which were hilarious. But like it could so happen 😂😂

Lonestar Cross Over (Season 2 Episode 3, Hold the Line)

I'm not sure what it says about me, but when Buck steals the firetruck keys to go save Hen and Captain Strand with TK, I am weirdly proud of him for having both the forethought and sneakiness to steal the keys to TK's firehouse's truck.

Buck is not messing up Bobby's firetruck ever again if its within his power (cause Bobby's the dad he should have had). That's growth right there.
