I finally (after so many dubious websites and probably some virus) saw the new Doctor Odyssey EP.

First. Okay, final opinion, I like Avery, she's really good at what she does.

Second. Strip Poker? A real queer ( " Boys and girls and bi " or somenting like that)? I love this crew (I love the co-captain whose name I don't remember, but the one who got high in this episode, and Rosie).

Third. These polyamory vibes are getting too much to ignore, I hope this goes somewhere and doesn't stay in that love triangle.

Fourth. That hug between Max and Tristan? I thought that scene was so cute and Max acknowledging his skills.

Fifth. Can we talk about the chemistry Tristan has with Vivian (the new cook)? Because my god, they exude chemistry and everyone thinks so, right?

Sixth. I loved this hurricane plot even though I expected a little more trauma (still stuck on the accident from season seven of 911 AND OMG I want a crossover fanfic).

Seventh. Considering that Tristan's last name is Silva I kind of need something related to Brazil, maybe because I'm Brazilian or because that's a common last name here, but anyway, it would be so cool. Plus, of course, more mommy issues, please.

Eighth. And now that I think about it I kind of need an episode or one focusing on Tristan's past (give me traumas please) in a near-death situation and that triggering a threesome or something like that.

Ninth. Avery's near-death is already here, I want to know more about Max's past and now I need Tristan.

I really love doing character/episode studies that no one else cares about, it's fun

Chapter Summary:

Still in his coma, Buck dreams of Eddie and Christopher, and finally arrives at the final crossroads. Eddie talks to Maddie about the similarities between them and their grief, and also their love for one Evan Buckley. Buck is unhooked from his ventilator.

Chapter Snippet:

Buck’s other hand reaches to Eddie’s face, because this is his dream, he can do those things. Buck’s thumb gently grazes over his cheeks, on the thin skin just below his eyes. Buck wants to say he loves him, loves him so much it’s terrifying. But Buck can’t say that to a dream. Instead, Buck says, “Brown only became my favorite color after I met you. I never realized why, but I know now. My favorite shirts all have the same color as your eyes.” Eddie smiles so wide, his eyes end up closing, and Buck has the urge to brush his thumb across Eddie’s eyelid, so he does, because, again, this is his dream. Eddie falls into his touch and Buck ends up holding his face by the side, fingers dug into his hair, Eddie’s cheek pushed into his palm. “I really wish it wasn’t you,” Buck confesses, voice low, eyes burning. “I wish I could place this love somewhere else.”

So at the beginning of this little project I decided I didn’t want to pressure the significant number of international viewers into donating to an American organization. So, I gave everyone the option to donate to a different charity as long as it stayed on theme. Mostly this meant queer charities across the world but there were donations to Animal Shelters (in celebration of Lou and Oliver’s love of animals), Women’s shelters (in honor of Maddie Han) and even medical organizations like Doctors Without Borders and UNICEF’s vaccination fund (in the theme of 911 in general)
