December Pokemon Challenge: Day 1

Favorite Grass Type: Gogoat

Ever since I saw this scruffy guy in trailers for X and Y, I’ve been in love! Still can’t ride around the region on its back, but I’m sure we’ll get there one day. I love Gogoat’s design where it is mostly natural, with just enough pops of color to still hold the magic of being a Pokémon. And in both my Y and Violet playthroughs, my Gogoat was so reliable with powerful moves: strong HP-draining move with Horn Leech and a powerful coverage move with Earthquake. Just gotta build up enough ground-type tera shards to make my Gogoat truly perfect! Historically I haven’t been a huge fan of the grass type, but Gogoat really turned me around on that.
