7!Chris on brain

Just Chris only really being able to remember Clarisse, but only small things.

Her name,her voice, maybe feeling of her arm around him.

Stuff from when he was in state of insanity. Those small things that gave him small solace during his worst moments.

Maybe he remembers two others(Beck and Silena) but only their voices. Just barely audible.

Clarisse is reason he clung on for months before he was cured. They've stuck by eachother time after time. She's a constant, even when his memories been taken. Something so important to me about that.

Only seeing familiar faces in his dreams only for them to fade when he wakes.

When he does start to get his memories back it's a struggle, he's remembering his time in the Labyrinth causing it to seep into his dreams. Waking up in the Argo II from nightmares and having to go up to get some air. Hardly being able to sleep in his cabin at times from feeling claustrophobic,sometimes being found asleep above deck.

He'd be the oldest in the group, 18-19 or so. He'd also probably be one try keep tensions down. Hermes is considered a god of diplomacy and hospitality, i could see Chris having more that side of him. Chris is quick to think on his feet, and is more able to sense when someone might be trying to decieve them being especially cautious.

Also, even when he's above deck he can't even be comfortable there. It just ends up reminding him of his time on Princess Andromeda.

He tries to hide it as much as possible, not really wanting to have to explain to anyone. Only really Annabeth has an inkling to it, though not the full scope.

Also. Chris the whole time be like-

Chris is so down bad for Clarisse. He doesn't even notice when someone is trying to flirt with him cause he's too busy thinking about his wife hdgdg

So since the 2 figures that talked/made eye contact w martin and aviva has a mask that resembles other wild cats they r working with big d over here im guessing they are either passed out/ been kidnapped by force (for martin in guessing he got drugged) it would be kinda ironic how the falcon that should be aware of everything beside him got drugged. now i think Dora's cousin took those too specifically is 1 aviva is the master mind he can get her(by force obv) to make those prototypes real for martin i think he took him outta revenge since our boy is who threw him out of a plane and he is prolly gonna torture him or hold him hostage untill chris has no more fight than him and finally surrenders or just a cruel joke as chris already has no regard for his life so he took what made him still believe theres hope still just to let him know whos in control bcus this guy has no mercy at all or maybe jimmy comes up clutch and either get chris not to fall somehow or find where aviva and martin are.

AHHHH IM SO GLAD!!!! I HAVE BEEN LOSING MY MIND OVER CHAPTER 7 FOR LIKE 4 WEEKS NOW......and im so glad i finally get to share it beCAUSE SO MUCH CHANGES FOR THE PLOT AND I FINALLY GET TO TALK ABOUT IT HEHEHE Also yes the irony of Martin and his falcon suit... Though I've been hinting since the summary of the fic, (actually long before that, since the beginning of Reprogrammed) but really emphasizing it in Decoded, that Martin has some issues when it comes to taking care of himself. While Chris' complete lack of self preservation is a recent development, Martin's has been taking root since childhood and as such isn't as noticeable. He's the oldest sibling, he's the team leader, he prioritizes others above himself because it's all he's ever known. And while there's nothing inherently wrong with that, he takes it to the extreme and becomes neglectful of himself.

And with Chris needing more support than usual, Martin's self-neglect is becoming more apparent...

I would also like to take this moment to point out ahem... Martin never broke his promise.

Martin squeezed his shoulder before letting go. “He won’t be taking you anywhere, I promise.”  Chris took a deep breath, letting it out slowly before fixing the green gazelle mask over his face. “I trust you.”

Hazbin Biohazard AU

Notes for pre-Baker Estate Alastor:

His smile is still present but less unhinged.

Alastor has some trauma from an abusive father and serving in the trenches as a Radio Operator but is still a relatively normal guy... for now.

Alastor is an up-and-coming radio host and waiter.

Alastor was roommates with his best friend Guy Winters, a detective, who went missing during a case. After three years of hounding the local police, spreading the word on the radio and amateur detective work, Alastor finally receives news via a letter written in Guy's handwriting asking him to come to the Baker Estate.

He comes armed with a hunting rifle since Guy is likely in danger.

Alastor does call Mimzy to let her know what's going on, just in case.

Notes for Beginner Baker Estate Alastor:

He thought he was prepared for anything. He was not.

Manages to fight off a crazed Guy with his rifle, only to get ambushed and then shot by Jack. By his own rifle, no less.

That Jack Baker is bringing back all sorts of repressed childhood trauma.

He is force fed the "Special Feast" Marguerite made for him before the cop can interrupt them.

He finds the Officer (an older white gentleman) through the window and tries to ask for help but isn't understood. The man is dismissive of Alastor's ramblings, accusing him of trespassing and maybe even being the one responsible for the disappearances in the area.

This experience taints Alastor's perception of the Police (not that he had a high opinion to begin with).

Despite his dismissiveness, the Officer is compassionate enough to give the clearly terrified Alastor a knife to defend himself.

Notes for Expert Baker Estate Alastor:

He is no longer terrified of the horrors around him, just so very tired.

Neither Guy nor Alastor was happy with their decision to “put down” Eveline, a severely traumatised victim of abuse, but the danger she posed to herself, and the world, was too great to be allowed to continue.

Alastor has a stronger psychic bond with Eveline than the others because he understands what she’s feeling. He remembers what it was like, being a powerless child surrounded by adults who are either indifferent to your suffering or active participants in it… and the catharsis of striking back against your abusers and finally having the power to take control of your own fate? He knows it all too well.

Notes for Post-Baker Estate Alastor:

After the Baker Estate, Alastor has a new mission; to hunt down those involved with the creation of the E-Type series and those who abuse the fairer means.

It is during these hunts that Alastor notices, even though Eveline and her Mold is gone, he still has a craving for human flesh and rotting meat. He starts making a secret meat box specifically for himself, so that Guy never finds out. However, Guy is a detective and figures it out anyway.

Chris and Alastor become good friends after the Baker Estate, Chris acting almost like an older brother figure to Al. Chris even calls him “a good guy” when Alastor confesses to his guilt over Eveline’s death after one too many drinks. However, Chris does notice Alastor’s darker tendencies coming to the surface as the years went on but is unsure of how to act on it.

Guy is diagnosed with a incurable lung condition as a result of the exposure to the Mold and poor living conditions at the Baker House.

Due to Guy’s fragile physical health, Alastor starts overworking in order pay the medical bills to the point of mental and physical exhaustion. They get into fights over it, with Guy begging Alastor to “please look after yourself!”

At some point, Guy accidently gets another woman pregnant. When the woman confesses that she doesn’t want a child, he decides to take the newborn in himself after discussing it with Alastor.

Alastor was secretly terrified a little nervous about living with a child, but it was love at first sight.

tagged by @littlespoonevan and lots of other people for other snippet things lately - i'm allowed to share bits of my big bang fic now, so have some of that:

“Hola, you two,” Pepa greets them while Eddie helps Christopher climb out of his truck. “How was the first day of school?”

“Awesome,” Chris grins up at her. “I’ve got homework already!”

Pepa’s eyebrows rise and she gives Eddie a grin before it softens into a smile for Christopher again. “That’s great. Let’s go inside and tell your bisabuela everything, huh?”

Eddie follows the two of them to the front door, watching as Christopher scales the two steps on his own, carefully but confidently. Pepa’s hand hovers near his back, but she’s patient with him and lets him do it. Eddie feels a little choked up again, gratitude for his family out here almost making him tear up. He blinks the threat of tears away in time for his abuela to open the door for them with a wide smile and open arms.

“Hola, mi angelito,” she says to Christopher, hugging him close and pressing noisy kisses to his hair.

total drama horror au where after the "contestants" were chosen, chris kidnapped them and dumped them on an island to compete in death games against each other whilst broadcasting it to the masses livestream style. they're forced to comply with their "host" or else their food/living accommodations are stripped away and they're left to fend for themselves in the forest, but participating in the challenges is arguably more dangerous.

each elimination ceremony is taken to it's literal extreme, as the voted out player is just straight up executed on the spot.

the audience think it's some sort of ARG type deal at first, with the campers being actors, but eventually- probably by the first on-screen death- people catch on to it being Very Real.

(chris funds this little 'project' himself mr beast style using his vast amount of tv star wealth, so there's no network/producers that he has to answer to.)

I started writing a buddie fan fic that I was SUPER into when I formed the plot and writing the first half. I'm now like 4 scenes away from the end but I'm losing all motivation, but I want it done before the next season starts. This is excruciating.

Thinking about Chris being part of the 7 au again

Him being switched instead of Percy. I think actually be an interesting choice.

Because he likely already has experience of being viewed like an enemy. And having someone who seen more first hand how easily immortals(like Kronos and gaea) can manipulate and use other's can make how he handles the obvious corruption in camp Jupiter and new rome interesting. As well as handling what gaea does.

He's also more diplomatic over all, Hermes is a god of hospitality and diplomacy as well, I can see Chris taking a bit more from that bit of his father. We see it with how he tries to sooth Clarisse in tlo after all.

Also, having the son of the god of travelers, when you're constantly traveling, probably be a good idea.

It could also make for interesting character dynamics and conflicts.

He might not immediately recognize Nico in the same way as Percy did without his memory. And he'll likely have a different reaction to remembering him.

I also hc he researches and knows a lot about minor gods. That he's still not as big of a fan of major gods.

He probably not be as obviously disrespectful to Mars as Percy was, but I can see him at least being less jumpy asking questions. Especially cause Greeks in general are not as jumpy around the gods as Roman's are. Even when being respectful to them.

Anyway, he gets pulled into Franks quest either way. But doesn't really mind because Frank and Hazel are the only two at the camp he trust to be around gfhd

But also, gods. Chris getting his memories back? I can't imagine.

They run into a roman who had been in the Titan Army, and they immediately recognize Chris.

Frank and Hazel are confused and bit nervous at first, but Chris is just trying hard to remember exactly who the guy is. All he has is his gut feelings and they're not telling him anything good hdhdg

The guy tries to get Chris on his side, having a complete hatred for camp Jupiter and other Roman demigods there after barely escaping punishment for being with the Titans when he didn't have much choice(either manipulated by someone else to join or captured and forced to join.)

Chris just like. What? Are you going on about?

"Come on Rodriguez. Not only are you graecus, you were once Luke's right hand! They'll execute you on the spot!"

Chris stops when he hears Luke's name, and for a moment Frank and Hazel are scared he's remembering something that making him turn on them. But when the other tries to attack Chris immediately intercepts it, knocking him off his feet.

Frank and Hazel seen Chris fight, they know he doesn't fight like a typical Roman at camp, managing to get through the war games hardly being seen by the enemy.

but this first time they see him fight another demigod 1x1. He's fast, barely giving the other time to dodge or block. The spear he's had when he arrived at cj actually comes apart to become a duel wield weapon. If they hadn't known better, the might actually think he actually had winged shoes like his father, the way he zipped about.

He finally manages to get the other demigod to run off. And just kind of stands there shakingly. As if scared to move. It takes a bit before Frank and Hazel manage to convince him to sit down and rest.

Ugh. I have so many thoughts about this au. I just know Clarisse would be absolutely ready to kill someone when Chris goes missing gdgf

A Resident Evil AU?

I had the idea of an What If.. that starts from RE7. Instead of Eveline, they create a humanoid bioweapon out of Wesker's existing DNA to create a young version of himself as a revival, but he became extremely disastrous than his last version because it's the mold and the unhealthy obsession of wanting something we're talking about.

His DNA actually remembers everything. Like, not just his memories, but some habits that his past self used to follow, with hallucinations of the scenes which changed his life completely that aches and blurs his mind. For example, his time with Oswell E. Spencer in the estate, when Chris and Sheva blew him away with the RPG in RE5..

And he only remembers a distinct memory of somebody who he used to think about.. the most. He only is able to mutter about a guy named Redfield, and claims to have a long history with him. Chris, who realised his long, old friend had returned in a new, violent form, had to deal with him in a different way.

"The test subject keeps murmuring a name called Redfield. I'm not sure what it truly meant."

".. it's the DNA we're talking about. The samples we captured from the crash site projects everything in the subject's mind. Though it'll be just a distinct memory, I hope it doesn't revive it completely."

Wesker, who was now reborn from the mold, since the mold was likely an inspiration that created uroboros, with new abilities, powers and using his infections to make others in his control, has only one aim; to find the one who he has in his mind and make him in his influence. Him as a child with such a violent mind seems like an actual level threat.

Chris, on the other hand, only heard about a rumor that The Connections are reviving an important individual in another form to have it continue its ideals. What's more obvious, they literally went through Umbrella's history, the company which had dissolved years ago, to revive one of the children from "Project W". Now, it creates paranoia in the soldier's mind, that who could that be.

Was it someone close to him? Was it someone he knew? Or new to face, and he needed time to find out who it is?

And a question for you guys, do you think Wesker's child form could also be an equivalent to Alma Wade from F.E.A.R? Let me know! 🤣

WK S7 Predictions/Thoughts: Outfoxed:

I'm gonna be doing this for all of the [currently] confirmed episodes of Season 7 because my WK hyper fixation has been re-activated again [pun-intended]:

Anyways, as it turns out, Season 7 is premiering on May 22nd, 2023, as opposed to the 26th. The premiere episode, the one which will mark the return of the series after a 2-year long hiatus, will be Outfoxed:

While playing with acorns in his Squirrel Creature Power Suit, Chris gets caught and carried off by a red fox. The gang must track Chris and the fox down with Aviva's new Sniff-Tracker 1000 invention. But the fox is also being tracked by Gourmand. Mother fox must try to outfox everyone in order to get home to feed her super hungry (and super cute) fox kits.

A fox episode was confirmed ahead of time when a fan inquired the team about what animals will be in S7, so to some, this won't be surprising. Not to mention a Fox-Creature Power Suit was hinted back in the Season 2 finale, Journey to the Subnivean Zone.

I guess Chris is gonna get that acorn fever again huh? I felt a bit euphoric hearing about the Squirrel Power Suit, though maybe it's because I've spent the majority of the hiatus playing Go Nuts! on Flashpoint.

I can only imagine the Sniff-Tracker is like, an actual fucking sniff machine for the nose and that visual is so hilarious.

Ok, but I didn't expect Gourmand in this episode? I dead-ass thought the fox episode would have Donita in it since foxes are hunted for their pelts. Subversion of expectations I guess?

For a long time, I've wanted to see an episode from the animal's POV, whether they adventure with the Kratts, or dodge the villains. Even though it will focus on the Kratts and Gourmand, I think we'll see a good chunk of the episode dedicated to Chris seeing the fox's point of view.

K' but if is episode pulls a Red Panda Rescue and teases the idea of a Fox Creature Power Suit only to never show it up again, I'm gonna be MAD.

I must thank @crumb-crumblet-s-crumbington and @coffeebrownn for their Ethan lives AUs.

Crumb's artstyle is adorable. The way you write the Lady D's Manthing story is both hilarious and slightly tense, at least in Ethan's eyes. They legit have no idea what is normal for him and what isn't, it's amazing. I'm a sucker for Leon and Ethan team-ups, so I love the rescue. Leon's shock at Ethan walking of a bullet to the head was just *chef's kiss*. Absolutely wonderful.

I also love coffee's idea that Ethan would join Chris's team. He'd probably flourish under their attention and support. But there's just something about how coffee draws Ethan. It's almost rugged, like he's a bit unkempt. Except for his hair. I'm pretty sure Ethan has an official model, and I like coffee's interpretation of it. I also find it interesting that Ethan just seems paler here. Like, his eyes, hair, and skin are all paler than the official model. Almost as if he's paler in (pseudo mold) death...
