Yun Weishan watches Shangguan Qian carefully for her answer, sifting through the fog of the sea in her eyes. Wearing white and framed by the candlelight, she looks a little too unreal, like she doesn’t belong in the same plane as her at all.

“They don't, baby. These missing people at sea, they don’t ever come back.” His grandma looked old and tired, and Lance abruptly thought of his granddad, lost at sea long before Lance came into the world, and all that was left was this huge house.

Living with the Spears and feeling desperate and alone, Andrew meets and befriends a seal who can turn into a boy. In later years he comes to believe that the magical boy he met was just a hallucination. It is therefore very surprising when he meets him again after hitting him in the stomach with an exy racquet in a tiny town in Nowhere, Arizona.

Hello and happy COC to all who celebrate! I hope you're all doing well.

Yesterday marked one year since I started my WIP. It's taking me a while to write it but I'm happy with the way it's going (which, I suppose, is what matters) (and hopefully some of you will still be around to read it when I'm finished 😂)

So far, I've written 3 chapters and about 63K. I'm trying to learn from my mistakes and actually write the whole damn thing before I start posting it so I don't leave it unfinished but I must say it's hard because I can't wait to share it with the world and also I want to talk about it all the time!!!

Having said that, I don't want to reveal too much about the story just yet so without further ado:

[Baz] drank slowly, taking little sips that he held in his mouth before swallowing quietly, eyes lost in the fire, lashes drawing long shadows on his cheeks. His long legs were crossed, the rich, dark fabric of his trousers pulled taut on his thighs. Both jacket and cravat had been shed, leaving only a partly unbuttoned shirt and a silky waistcoat (warm coloured and flowery) to cover a hairy, wiry chest. Mr Pitch sighed, a thin flow of air escaping his nose, and closed his eyes. His elbow rested on the armrest, shirtsleeve falling down, revealing a fine wrist that Simon found himself, not without turmoil, wanting to stroke. Would it be soft, he wondered? His skin. Would it be soft and warm under his thumb? Would it tear under the pressure of his nails?

It's probably why Harry ends up with an unexpected but entirely welcome visitor in his bed the day after a Mount Olympus party.

Nie Mingjue is determined to bring him home – but will Meng Yao be the same when he returns?

Meng Yao is eager to please his new superior. Nie Mingjue is the one who promoted him to his current position to be able to afford such luxuries, after all. When Clan Leader Nie makes it a habit for them to share a weekly bath, however, Meng Yao hesitates over the man’s true intentions all along.

He bats his eyelashes, crested with tears, and rolls one shoulder toward Jiang Cheng as he snatches up his fan. “Why of course, Jiang-xiong. Surely, you already knew.” Apparently, Jiang Cheng did not already know.

It’s been a long time since Lan Xichen and Nie Mingjue were able to catch up. They make the most of their time while they can.
