CRAZY HANDSOME RICH (2023, THAILAND)

Episode 6 The Finale (🤪🤪 Thank God)

Okay first I have to say I adore Lee Long Shi so much, not only is he handsome. His body is gorgeous and he has true talent as an actor. But WTF does Thailand Entertainment Industry have against this man. I mean last year it was EVEN SUN even an admired ship like BOUNPREM could save that train wreck. Then there's TIN TEM JAI I mean that didn't completely suck but still. Then Love Syndrome III (REALLY THAILAND, I MEAN REALLY?) And there's a sequel planned? And now this over the top dubbed piece of...I digress.

Now as for THANATSARAN SAMTHONGLAI aka Frank. Not a fan exactly I think he's all right.

But they both deserve an apology for whatever this was.

Anyway they are part of an enormous cast of BL Royalty in upcoming RED PEAFOWL so here's hoping that treats them better.

That all being said CRAZY HANDSOME RICH has thankfully ended with LUV (THANATSARAN SAMTHONGLAI aka FRANK) being the true heir. And finding his true love after practically breaking the key necklace off in the lock necklace it's Thad (LEE LONG SHI) As if there was any doubt.

Anyway it ends with them kissing in the front of Luv's new home. I mean I thought this made them brothers but apparently Luv's mother adopted them or some such nonsense.

But it kinda ended on a cliffhanger.

Please Please NO SEQUEL. PLEASE!!

I don't normally do Just Characters Swearing, but. ...this kind of wrote itself and then wouldn't leave my head. it comes from both a piece of character-writing advice that has always stuck with me, and also my conviction that Leona is 1000% funnier as a character if his dialogue has to stay G-rated. let Kalim say fuck, but don't let Leona say bastard.

114 fucked me up but I think it fucked chip up even more

I've already mentioned this on twitter, but dude,,, the way chip's unconditional trust and understanding for gill led him into that trap is so fucked up and evil

when gill returns with his skin intact, chip doesn't question it. the sheer relief of having him back overshadows all the discrepancies

even when gill asks to see the leviathan bones, chip agrees to go with him, maybe somewhat reluctantly, but he understands its importance to gill

when gill asks him not to turn on the light, chip obeys without hesitation, trusting gill's judgment of the situation

when gill barricades the door, chip doesn't question it either. he believes it will make them both safer

even after discovering that it's not the real gill, chip refuses to inflict lethal harm because, in some sense, it's still gill

and as real gill is about to die, chip screams at jay to prioritize getting him out first. he even argues with real gill about this-

this episode perfectly shows chip's devotion to gill LIKE

he would willingly let gill take him by the hand and lead him into a pitch-black laboratory because, after all, why shouldn't he follow? It's gill, and gill would never trick him or intend to harm him,,,
