Sorry for being inactive for the last few days.
I had two bad binging days and then two really stressful days.
I barely ate on the stressful days though, so I lost the binge weight and now back to the weight I was originally.
Feels like such a waste of a few days but at least I'm back on track now.

Scale finally went down an lb today
But I had regained 2lbs since last week so it doesn't feel like a win
Need to stop losing and regaining the same few lbs over and over and just keep going down consistently, or I'm gonna go insane

I'm so, so miserable today. I've put so much effort into my relationship and changed so much, but I feel like I'm just getting nothing back from him. He'll change for a bit but then just flip a switch and revert back to the way he was. I feel like I'm at a dead end and I feel so let down and disappointed.

Went over calories yesterday. The hubby got takeout and I caved and had something 😭
I'm determined to do better today. I got up early and went to an aqua aerobics class, plus got a lot of steps in walking there and back.
Still fasting for another hour, then going to keep it super low calorie today. Need to see a loss on the scale tomorrow.

I feel super stressed today. I was fighting with my partner yesterday and barely slept at all. Woke up with a stomach ache, I'll be fasting until 5pm anyway.
Need to go to town to get a few things and I'm going to go tanning on the way home.
At least the scale was down a little today.
