• just because you have a period doesn’t mean your any less of a regressor.

• it’s a natural process many go through, don’t be ashamed.

• it’s okay to have mood swings as your feelings are completely valid

• it’s okay to have bad cramps and take painkillers for it

• if your a boy regressor with periods your still a valid baby boy

• if your a enby with periods your not alone, I am too, and your still a valid baby

Periods are normal. Even for regressors.

So I haven't had shark week in more than a month. My skin is going crazy, I assume because of hormones. My lower back pain has increased exponentially. Could this be it chat?
