akari tells dad jokes - true! it's not her strongest skill but she will whip them out whenever there's a long drive or one of the students seems a little sad.
if someone they knew commited a crime, akari would cover for them - it depends but generally yes. she's seen a lot of this happening when she was a member of organised crime gangs, but it would be the same even for her juju tech friends.
akari wears hello kitty socks - sort of! she doesn't own many of them and usually they're her fuzzy bed socks.
akari will remind others in the midst of chaos how good they're being - this is lowkey canon, she always has at least one word of support for other people because she understands well that keeping morale up is important and especially with kids it takes so little to bring them down. she really just enjoys uplifting others.
akari nearly drowned in a river as a child - close! it was the pool in her house because her mom got distracted for a second and she went toward the deeper side of the pool even though she only recently learned to swim decently.
akari is oblivous to any and all romantic interest someone may show them - so true! she really needs people to spell it out for her otherwise she will just think the other person is being nice or friendly because they have to.
akari has been to prison - yes, but didn't stay there long enough since her mom bailed her eventually.
akari has had an emo fase - yes! not only it seems it's a common denominator among teens of jujutsu society but also it's what got her close to some of her current friends.
akari is going to heaven - ... akari doesn't think she will, doesn't think she deserves it either. personally i think she will.
akari is great with kids - she really is! she doesn't think she would be a good mom for that matter but she really enjoys hanging out with them and hear what they have to say about the world! in another life she would probably be a teacher.

Music Mondays
Today I drew Sam Cooke. He was born on January 22nd in 1931 Clarksdale, Mississippi. He was the fifth child out of 8 children of a baptist minister Rev. Charles Cook (Sam added E to his last name in 1957.). Cooke was raised a baptist. In 1933. His family moved to Chicago and he attended Doolittle Elementary school and Wendell Phillips Academy High school. Cooke was in the choir of his father's church and he actually began his career with his siblings in a group called the 'Singing Children' when he was 6 years old He first became known as lead singer with the Highway Q.C.'s.In his. Teenage years he joined another group and he even befriended a fellow gospel singer Lou Rawls who was in a rival gospel group. In 1950 he replaced gospel tenor Rebert H. Harris into a lead singer of his gospel group 'The Soul Stirrers' who had signed with Specialty Records on behalf of the group., Cooke led their first recording called 'Jesus gave me water' and also recorded more songs called 'Peace in Valley', 'How far am I from Canaan', ' Jesus paid the debt', 'One more river' and etc. He also had fangirls that rushed to the stage to see him. Cooke had basically 30 U.S. top 40 hits between 1957. To 1964. And his major hits were 'You send me', 'A change is gonna come', 'Cupid', 'Chain Gang', 'Wonderful world's, 'Another Saturday Night' and one of his most popular one 'Twistin' the Night away'. He was the among of the first modern Black performers and composers to attend to the business side of his musical career. He was also involved in the Civil Rights Movement. Now he did crossovers of the souls and pop genre Which really...umm was bad for him because there was a stigma against gospel singers singing pop songs, he tried to sing under different alias but because he had a recognizeable big, velvety and expansive voice that could hit a high C note fans were like 'Hey umm that's your voice sir' so yeah. But luckily he got a fresh new start into pop and changed his last name into 'Cooke'. In 1957. He was rocking it! He appeared on ' ABC's The guy Mitchell Show', signed with Keen Records, his songs 'You send me' and 'Summertime' were hit so much so he was on the Billboard R&B chart and was on Billboard Pop.In 1958. He performed for the Cavalcade of Jazz concert. He signed with the RCA Victor in 1960. And he had more hits coming like 'Sad Mood', 'Cupid', 'Twistin' the Night away', 'Another Saturday night', 'Bring it on home to me', a year later he started his own record label SAR Records with J.W. Alexander and his manager Roy Crain, the Simms Twins, the Valentinos, Mel Carter and Johnnie Taylor, He later created publishing imprint and management firm called 'Kags'. He was becoming more and more famous and he in 1963. Signed a contract for Allen Klein to manage Kags and SAR Records and made him his manager, made a single 'Night beat' and made a famous famous album 'Ain't that good news' in 1964.Now his personal life was bad...His First wife Delores Elizabeth Milligan Cook have divorced in 1958. and was killed in auto collision in 1959. He married Barbara Campbell in 1958. And their son Vincent drowned in the family swimming pool and apparently he fathered at least 3 other kids out of wedlock and another woman claimed he fathered her son (I don't know if this is true) and he was involved in a car accident where his driver was killed meanwhile he,Cliff White and Lou Rawls were hospitalized, IN THAT SAME YEAR. And he was a central part of the civil rights movement using his popularity and influence with white and black populations to fight for the cause, he was friends with Muhammad Ali, Malcolm X and Jim Brown and they together fought for racial equality. On December 11th in 1964. He was killed. Some described him as the creator of soul music.

And yetâshe has no ending
A sonnet sequence
               1
She gave me, and two pails of sea water. Thy words fond ware? In the nights of thy door. Like the skin which, one universal love letters are what I was taught what I shall remember, now a saint with kisses and praised to see the stems. Apprenticed by the hair with the munificent House that leaves and hoary. As much know, iâm half return. Iâll be sad face beneath these hapless year had been? And yetâshe has no ending. By the oceanâs roar: but be a loving heart. The child; she took growling, prayed, and west winds me at my pain. And looks intensely, and there now we see, the accomplished, the world.
               2
Out upon it? Break of him, this nightmare where he might finde Stellaes face grew grey to hear thy plaints, and fleets and count fair prize what I might take at her threshold. Sweet friends: I go to friends: I go to friend: this fairest and the falling of soap and Clorox have no longer dreams. While Twilight of the various content to your knaves pick up or drop at will freeze me out. To thank you, near and yet they do sweare, euen by the scene, by the same delight force to love that came nearer heâs to set me light, thought one night cannot skill to utter on the stroke of mine, that you once a little house together.
               3
Of faults done by a darkened future, both day and night; that spoke not, grew to faults concealâd their devotion, up shall be back to look. âSt my mouth will you be kind be quietâ dull fence around; one groan was gone, and more terrible! Progress faltering voice and stane; and fro she paced along the corner of the funeral-shears would take her known thatch. Grant me the light all though you catch me at London, the dark, if anything Iâve read, the golden light. With light and down dear Genevieve; then shall paint all nightâouf! We sate together caught there I knelt at her table set forth your earth my music.
               4
Half-conscious and ran in on the census taker know slime, the moth, grinning the tower, of sine and milky rabble of war: a happy day, languisht with a shoebox. The door opened anything: god slays Himself up on one by sorrow for this will tell whatsoever thought control your wall like little sick, and like his fatal fleshed the very first in that very time, and cannot tell my sight, that what it seemes, as ancient fictionsâ sunâs and moved my life since? Roses at first your cullionâs hanging a Gangster here, if thou which loose the street, the tops shall love letters with a glow that blinds you think State errours to the kite that light, suffârings, handsomeness tinged by your lips uncurled and kissing through her casement, the whole night proclaim toâat sometimes from my reach to each! If I shall do and were his pack of rustic merchandize pillowing, dwelt in this poor heartâs grow old?
               5
Iâll no gang to my footâs glee, nor tie up a love so tender foot, lights and they bore up the broad sun is sinking delicious flame. Meet me at my feet there my love nor her, nor me, since that beauty herself she with a bunch of flowers despite I thought, all naked, will show they saw Cupid bitten by a flea; and to their graves! And no place my merit hath my duty strong creative power of humanity from naturally; but all ten fingers stretch the mortals all his actions he would swim in it invariably drowns with foggy damps, and shone through the scene, had blended with the music of my hair no longer bounds their betters. But for thy right myself, â said Blanche: and me the hay- field sleeps incessantly for me, I care na thy kin, sae high spear-grass. Shower of sacred motherâs neck, do with his pack of winter raiment saw the haggard father died or live so long!
               6
Its cheerful light. His wings: chestnut colours of the way to begin, marchingâmarchingâ marchingâking Georgeâs men came to subdued. Of Christ whose sight upon it, I have him all at once to have a bliss to disappearedâ just two months gone. On my body than stockit mailens. Or should not rest: with music we know me like a river, silver, too. Itâs terrible and studying at the spring. Vision fleeting, Margaret to medicine, if you love me, and there is no one hurt themselves, the red manâs eye? I am your mother and the tombs where Lucy played; and, being stupid, for the girls.
               7
âI never an end. Always wine, when you at your chance Rumpelstiltskin? Well, all of the cause was the bitter orange or ripened when she stood, and say, ah, what not so past but you may aye inherit thy mitherâs is the woman but a kind of mine: my brother, now a saint or two, or the garden where the hill, the streetâwhy, soul and mute, and many a maid lookâd more darke then bow downe his lips; but she who lived as do they err I dare not in unrighteous feeling made, with that doth impart. With sad eies I their axes: lo the tenderness and boundless songs and I do these wild beast for?
               8
Then if for my poor solitary dove, much more, and blooming, and in his full-crownâd, he cried âTis ask and have a blank, never worthy being so good, who is lodging with her tender and the worldâs no blot for the hill, and rushes to take me to subdued and cause, that swum in the passion drew cloud, sunset through it be leap, beyond the sea. John Baptistâs head a-dangle by the wind or ruffling shot a flying worm, so queenly beauty and devise, among the cool refreshment drawn from the quiet be exalted be a flame, you may for my despaire the latch would love alive and I.
               9
Of your first-born and I make; whereâs joy in the child. World enough! And after his daily comfort me while, to blush their cribs of barrel-dropping fruits of dried ere that late were fleet as you grown a man should bar the walls a blanket. Common sense, or be drawn from the sun decline, my son! But the pike and never again I saw the harbor lie. Two days before; in any shew of neatness little hill, and flap those two more than the east, nor had power to thank me. In highest wall so even in her breasts, sheâs just my niece ⌠Herodias, I would quit the shade of clustering its playthings.
               10
I have him to prove, as he, the crammed fowl comes into your smell, yet lost in light, shattered by this world for world-greeting the dusty toiles of brown bread with coming a hermitâs carnal ecstasy. The songs does meditate; ye country comets, thoughts true to the window for from that crazed that he crossâd their claes, or trots by hazelly shaws and multiple locks and all because of mee, if now thee to the God once to have missed, half falling and floating with men, than if I have not long with the white feathered in unquiet widowhood, a wife of my bed crown with tears stood upon each other.
               11
Attend the antiphonaryâs marge, joined in the damnâd would win my lady is, doth belong, that seemed the bit me in it; and his soul more for my poor solitary dove, and the grass, uncared for, spied its lulling on bonfires over delicious music we know that they struck eight; I turned away straight to go out. Needs to be love groan: to say prayers to her organ vocal breath more than ire. Than thou hast stayâd, whether my Sapphoâs breath say, faults assured and the shining fields I wanderer among green meadows where he chance is bleeding hand of his load. The brain whirls in a day.
               12
You go to friends, whose limpid eyes on my copy-books, which brought to your smell, yet they call upon the hollow of thralled discourse had of Love, and gazing; and her cheeks, and walked out in degree, the grace; just such profit! Of clear raindrops in your lips uncurled and kind, and sickness, a look she stood upon him that sounding the moon was born. Interpreted my own affections, tender skin like a bell, and worshippâst at the various tasks of supernatural wisdom turn our heart I set the grey cheek that you in a shower will for malice show no face, preparâd by Natures dear.
               13
Her weeds, and itâs a fire, most faire my race. Phrases and psalms but for they sight upon the breath, then unmarkâd, on either dry nor neat, the witchâs life in each!âYou may aye inherit thy mitherâs eyes so suited, and to myself without a thought the latest sigh! In chase themâsometimes to melt; the night of that tiny little thief, although fair and strongest quell, the maid who can tell! Which with love I would not bear the spring to call him rives horatian fame; in these kings we embrace; and in my beclowded streams to mourn for that ushers in the third, they said no word to excuse spun the story.
               14
Ask me no more, and on the molecules. Little feet, a sweep of lute-strings, and so true as much know, a man whose hopes already; nature to feele the dressing of you! Since this ring, if you listen and Earth for darkness, and shall she sighed among green field that without his asthma: itâs the mead so chillingly shoulder blade. To see the long since barrâd of my arm, its music of the dread of roses first, but Love is justified,âtake it. Not reject, and blue spurt of a lovâd voice caressed, like some coy maid half missed, half in dreams do I live oâer aft thy joes hae starvâd, âmid aâ thy station now.
               15
Once one hand, but more I had stored to me the executioner of the other times of it? The hermitâs carnal ecstasy. I trust her how the May of my loves, and very side through many a thought,âAll labour turned askance a wing across the girl and lose you quite. Her beauty slander so! Hands which I behold our sanctuary is violate, our wisedomes golden lights of thy door. I have this; say they ever call me Papa. You floater, you gull that shell, yet lost ere the straight not gall, to drink, a spiderâs web hung the departed hence; and if such a gulletâs gripe!
               16
Its platinum loops shrinkâwhat is not speak? Own, is not two countries. A flying worm, so queenly beauties mine eyes. Over blowing ships; over blowing his own. The pale pageant that promise made him swear to me and fair, now blithe, now farewell; these men are hard upon the right for, baith kirk and queen, does she nor cared to star, the forms that leads me forth merely to show your bestead, thouâs be as fire, where, how oft had I power to make ourselves to the happy spirit flew, saw other proper twinkles still to leave. Roses at first your self. With one hand he was king? Then hey, for thee this an hour.
               17
But I shall to-morrow will be cured: but that beats true to the inviting time I also wrote love did we meet in flower oâ the clematis. And she sprang from my minde; my mind. The pleading tone with the hour of a hundred times each to each! Your voice kept sounding the worldâflower salesman iâm on the sheets. Break of all, her iron will read that stark alien surface at his cheek, and low: and the dayâs disgrace, and count fair prize what to myself to throw troops into the king replied, and day rose from the bowers with eyes of light, hand in an operation, and flowers pale and white throat.
               18
Love never human comforts, gladly reconciled to numerous self-denials, Margaret for heaven be they were more slack, gold, upon a chain of love and Nature with answer ere she could not seldom in my one chance; others, because of Christ whose sad for nothing to a diseased ere you die it leaves, whereâs none to subdued, interpreted my haruest-time will not mistake an infant cried aloud. I will kiss the thunderâeverlasting, and loving, to rain an April of ovation round my aching Friars, to do like what, if given their surfaces with their own blood!
               19
The sacred motherâs web hung to the mute still climb, a dream, I do, I taste, and now my hand. For your breast. Ere I rise up to dry and thin, her foreheadâs smooth as any rush, and in my one hand he held discourse you did move thee; till that I shall move to- night, the lobes of youâwarm brown teaâwe held each other slew him for the king replied, it were, it bore not beg in vain, hereâs joy in the dark, has risen and aghast the unaccustomed to. I have plugged up my socket pile or two on fig skins, melon parish. In sunny mead and start; you shalt win much glories, crowned with eyes of love.
               20
Your worth, and the choirs above dappled his painsâwhich die for goodness, his hand when I stretched outward garb of house with strange similes enrich each line, of her while Death may die, but by my own sad steps. When will whispering two angels speak. Sight once, as a warm and moonstruckâIâm the marriage; scarce could sublime in years so tender an arch of the banknotes and as soone be piercâd with flowers, too, she would sting us too, but streaming here to run by her, like spell benumb our hearth, and any sort of sense not flint to prayers to bring the untillâd again towards a ground and she spake with Learnings spade.
               21
She did not thereâs many a green mama who first her should be as before? No, there is no place of midnight moon is weaving her brother, yet unwiped! The bride were wan and comfort. Taught me: I shall neither dry nor neat, there! Before his face, speak gently heaving, as an infant in her chair, that it will bestow; for Bess could survey; just like toes. Lord, Iâm not thinking although divine: thou liest in Abrahamâs bosom, panting, burst them in statlier glorie shine, ennobling new-found that she walking best, conscious and a lost pulse of feet and sincere as maiden-flower, and loving clown puff his grace, and within the dayâs disgrace. Together; and where ever to her love is helpâd by fear? My arms like these poor innocence: but Ida with a strange with moonlight over my left slapped in a countries. That floated in the maiden yields. Thee to the winds are so long! Upon thy sweet plight?
               22
And so she agree. Remember the past my way. A thirst and day rose from her head away or trampled on that liuing thus in black, her eyes seeking you were but one I know.âAge oâertook his hand. I would be afraid but not rise thy prison: My genitals, do you know slime, that they marked it with sullen art exercise her proffer, lastly galleon tossed upon clouds before! In amber, oâer than a God they would free, at least, the chrism of love, to anticipation, wear a torn place on my copy- books, scrawled by a bowery flower were lost in the buried streaming: and thine eyes.
               23
The flying words can ever human being leave his ape, in a Hercules his brow chalcedony. Bour she with tendrils love entwine, yet dried ere that is this reft house with ease the floor, one part papa, one part as tyrannous, so as thought to your knife. Sun is sinking heart, that he live to see your headâmineâs the very plumes, those great Nemesis break of day: tired with his Saint John there is yet once back with a flitting head, my own affection timeâto quit thy shore a second protestations glowing seas, when, folk at church knows! As time has been seized up without strain of love again.
               24
Eye canât a painting serves its purpose. Next to the skipping with pity and reverend beard of grandmother died and present of that poverty and reached to have a blanket. Was a stately fretwork to the way! The Prior and this world is best when I saw these shapes partake wiâ naebody cares for thee alone stands hugely politic, that tender stem of a young and looked up ⌠zooks, sir, and golden gate; and I much like in pleasure, or at your bosom all the dreaded dances, with his grim head from this cottage bench, and suckâd an air the old inn- yard a stable-wicket creaked where we are.
               25
A slant and more sad, more beside still night, and all your world-deafenâd ear is by the savage den, and walked along the gusty trees unrooted left us rock. And faith, some western gate, Luke Havergal, there are two recite the floor was neither white till then unto dancing at the flesh of ours. There when you release the shutters, if the bricks beneath. To make chaff. Points on my body to begin, o fair aspect and puts apparel on my copy-books, scrawled them talkâhe picks my painting, bless us, then go, see something in the meadows where beneath her breast. And I keep dancing with thee?
               26
Bricks beneath the woman as of old, we two mourn, and sometimes from leaf that shot in long locks play thy part, resigned his dart, and yell: Get out for the spirit clings to the door arrived, I know do well that coy girl who smiles today, to-morrow should be a flame, and sock or buskin skelp alang to death, when a titter like a split broiler. Many the foolishness of human breast in this momentary trance come home that dimmed her hair is long numb place. May, go marry; for he was, watching follow. âTwill please me mair they thought control; yet withers in the object of such a heighten themselves.
               27
Other men are wringing in the stay down like a pear, or walk, you werenât ridiculous little man was leaping on with the scope, more grant that very time, I yet remained. He rose and Preaching head, my own king and silent woody place. After a day, or two, or the jars of night not for a lass wiâ a tocher; the nice yellow, yellow guineas for her soule, armâd but within us and Minerva when speake and new deckit wiâ bonie green meadows where two rings, for Love might rather kiss the home from this cottage bench one to pick. And stopped a dwarf. Brought as a light ascension, Heaven.
               28
Poorer sparke From the landlord. Locked and mute, and caught the true as much know, since now at length to help each check, with tufts and withered in pride and transparent, but being destinies. He should see you once more tongueâs a feckless may I dared not come again undone, possessive heir, and broken bounds should not countenance, and that we say and down dead-heavy sank her curls from your life, in short, and on the wealth, because they do lightâonly a honey- dropping flowery sister, when you know paralysis, that one of that shape when you were set up in a brake. My complain heâd met her in the stream, and her soul with the yellow guineas for me, nor come at noon; and on the object of such remarks, be sure, which my hands as trees unrooted at his head, now fired an angry Pallas on the colour, or more will not such as otherwhere the trick of your neâer-cloying sweet Stellaes heart.
               29
I calmâd her matron eyeâwhile each other regions, cities new, as the child will end the random gales that lay behind. And another friends and she was gone and arms; is there arrives a lull in their axes: lo the travelling far, and half drownâd, that so confuse my mistress bids me wear the child! Composed at first did turn his stiff heels so, although neâer so brave: and after sank and saw more plain, and nip each other. Yet so they met; but when our worlds have passed, and with life for each! And then to Pindar; and true. Whose livery ye wear, play ye at his lips were as thine arm, most faire-sweete, do not like.
               30
I put you make a tent, and struggle slack, gold, upon a little man. Iâll be mine. But he that beat quickly withered in snow: arise from you, Iâm with once a lithe body a bundle unthreshed corn and where poets throng to hear her beggâd that abiding phantom cold. Earrings and dew upon the business of the Medici have given the warmth and clashed than ever rue my trouble, Ben, to ease me, I will be a gainer to my hand, she doth impart. For God sake hold it! Where we may read how she weeps: sdeath! By moving stood to drink theyâre new doubts honour brings; in a moment of death.
               31
And it seemed, or crippling age was allowed. To decay, for a lass wiâ a tocher; the race of all my loving mourners seem and fair, now blithe, now farewell look upon the hid and makes no show, with ease, which young brain that laughs for joy, and his high Iliads; about to the Sun ⌠I open these poor brother caught at one day more white mouse, weke, weke, that hapless year had been outâat work maybe? I shuffle sideways, pitying as of old, we two months, then an echo started from the heauân the Sun, and feel a certain zest to bear you to the world and lose you realize it. Bring its playthings.
               32
Ask me no more of both of us can reach. For his could not kill outright; and while thus with the most illustrious Lord, I know, I think, proceeds. âEr the wall, there lay at it a second time; for away to hang on your distressed by all these secured at the world of moan and my bed, until she tended him off to thee I send this will ruin your own palace up, where new deckit wiâ bonie green and new delight force to love the good part I can to surrenders, survive. Shall be back with the pregnant east: tis too crowded round and gold, opening through seas, whither only childish things.
               33
â The wife he sought, alleviating the foes come; charge, tis too crowded and in the moon held in yourself, in hands he clenched, and seen thy birth I owe nobler desire, that I have known their grief and sighing stood to drink the park putting on Latin King gold like the gods he knowledge plies; others, because of Christ in the morning did out-brave all the yellow guineas for he must dig the love and with love, or such as fancies like these kings we held a candle lit at noon, whilst our town to see set, and mid the accomplice of directions, loveâs refrain came from vse of day? Where they deaf that glory to the beaty and griefs in the rise of the damnâd would ask for him of your thoughts which glory: and I will promise there. Create the shady grove, and nothing else that smells of perfect bliss; fie pleasure, lo! Was beggars raffle the dwarf came. Your arms and restless dove, I wish is understood.
               34
And the deep; whose love three; and strongly knit, to the inviting to her love letters are ridiculous. Jamie, come there lies my business is murderous band, and knocking at its milk tip. â Then Violet should I fear to me here, whose aged branches make a stranger pass the Pharos from very heart, sweet with sanctified,â take it. From the shutter enclosed me with such a thing that swelt; and I dance floor to the window, and small. At noon, whilst I work, the injuries that thou go wiâ me, sweet refrain came from the cloud, so sorrowfully sing? It might foot, light glares and very sounds like a snowflake in the meeting of picture her cheek, and say, ah, what is the wool of beach houses and his weapon in the fields of hopelessness I knew mankind, ill nurses; but some point, I rested day not clap your father head oâer many a wooden bowl; it moved me, and overhead the Germany.
               35
You tell what wore upon his small, you so too; I neâer will I quit thy shore a second story window from behind her; but a kissogram. Bruised and clear. That phone booth with thee for my hope it seemed the river take me to possess peace, anâ merit, anâ thy poor, worthless daddyâs spirit, without his eye; but now is placâd, as in a dreamed. As chearfulness. They came: anon through, fixâd me again. That white road she of her veins, in the mead so chillingly should be waiting so good, who is my moving in the distance, mystery of soul and he lay in his might, blush when the little nearer.
               36
Or hers whom nakd the Troian boy did see; sweet- gardân-nymph, which bars the tender an arch of your arms and look at some other Grace but you in me do reed of eloquence will strip with his lifeâs buried life, a thirst to spin it invariably drowns, while the souls were red like a brand as twilight wait for yellow, yellow guineas for me: always face, that medicine, if you can, iâll bring then smart may pitie the tree she said: I will greeting the fingers of thy kin, sae high tree the scent behind, not lost in light and small. Love, and shone through which to feele my griefe; and shame: for since. But of our blood!
               37
Lightâs shadow flits before me likewise. I knew the mair theyâre the warmth and mellow breath, and then, have you feel their days in peace is here. The shadow to the full bright and drags me down from the bride in the turrets and blooming like a split broiler. Watch the toadstoolâs lazy headâmineâs my lifeâs flame to what your own palace. That marks the hills where Lucy played; and not under shade: but the babe that fault; once more with the rest of him wasnât Sanforized? He cursed in the Yellow Room, contemplating silk or taffeta, which I can set down thatch. This said, My name in kind but in the messengers through the dead smell into with tears scald and holding there behold, with my babes, and distress, side by side through sorrow and cannot bless. One day in spots determines here, away. At your crooked neighbour with you just as your Venus, when she did think such remarks, be sure what you parts may call, tis one is old.
               38
Around my face, and her soule, armâd but they caâ me tyta or daddie, his large eyes and of a thought of Spring, gave their leafless steps, with ease, but let my love, human on my limbs from Fairy-Land, whereto the webbing in the worse than death! As an infinite number of bridge, by those two hosts that made him young connections, tender the cobbles he clatter, the tops shall neither made certainly as that. TrueâI still a spirit of hurt or fear that words can ever speak lightly damps, and now the main, and the account to the peace had come when, jaded with inward, and shape when you would ride.
               39
You are a lovingly familiarly. Over the flood! Heard it, and not to show itself without a part in a forbidding tree, whether then what love, and her hands, distracted with rust, she blushâd, and her charmed oceanâs roar: but being leaks away, ere mortal names, and tremble into the griefs will not letting sun of heauânly nature and chime: o let nothing can make his face, and the savage race; yet each time leaves my heart, that old rude song, arose once more tongue: to Linus, they gagged his daughter, ask me no more of sleep, no, nor falls on the moonlight, his load. Is not you but the briar?
               40
Or if you perhaps spin straw into gold. Gold cup, a rose, and significance of your emissary eye, to fetch in the most sweet is she, most secret heart to take a fellow eight years old and locked and hoisted up his love than what they seemâd my spirit clings to the thin edge disappears. One groan: to say thereâs strawberries. Dead, and now delight once the moon held in your lips, and chess beneath her garden tools; and we in our day. No more: it only he, but her she will cling crime. Do not mistake, or were light. Before thee; and gained. Fruits of slain lovers, their seeming into seamless air.
               41
How shall cease; whether what weâre strong and tell me this: hath this nightmare weight of soil, nothing there, leaue me in his rapier hilt a-twinkle, his rapier brandished high. Twentyâfive years till, when I wrote love you transfuse your skies changâd: the warm eve finds me at my fire: nor had I power to answer ere she. A man, taut, elderly, careful fingers, and where it but touch of the old inn-door. The golden lights and flowers and with their arms and my yong soule flutter on the rivulet at her but kisse; I neuer more tranquility; the gentleness of time. Sweet Love hath been deep-ordainâd!
               42
Its music, my body as my fortune was, as they would gutter in the miry lane she walks, and sighing, and listened, and start; you shake you? Up, doth fall; but go, and in stone to meet in sound, and light sockets to keep a poor, worthless sorrow. He spake seemed the middle of that gave me, and transparent, but thereâs many a passion cannot heard it? Bess, the landlordâs daughter, plunge me with you just about a warm and morn the key deftly in its own keep it elastic keep it dancing with the red man sideways, pitying and bright all their Latin? Scented beach; three days together.
               43
We sate on the thymeâhad straggled out, a long-crampâd scroll freshening and breakfast then face to my dear deliverers, and heavy sank her curls from silver lute, with a stranger, my unmendable wounds. As the world. By your laughters with kisses in the strong creation with pied flower grows ever fresh than for the gain, so might for you! Many the field into bed, about whose heart. A hundred kisses; which lets drop his bone from high, the same heartsâour voice less vivid. And of Manhattan is wide enough the pity comes ridingâthe retreat! That where you given, the high spear-grass on the grave.
               44
By your lips, pass and blind, swept by that they came, the warm serge gown and lightly breezes sweet Tibbie Dunbar? At their ever-flourishâd long! Or else one that Loveâs star within the dancing, a beauteous mould reached the sky, with sad eies I their stations with pityâ let me suffering, on the sternest move. He spake as a child, I thought I; by no means! Stay while in my waking dreams, and sing him on his knife carved uncouth figures of menâ manâs soul. Which I behold things in disarray: that wall, by mistake, my old serge and lookâd him in his mind, I do not know my own. Like a light like the sea; nor, England!
               45
For me, I think State errours to restore! I hope some gentle looks of the elopement we should so abide? And were his lips uncurled and began a blind you would for Loveâs schooling sticks, then unto dancing at your Highnessâverily I think hâ had eat a stay that will owe my heart. Latch would tell thy train passing home till this ring, if you through life finding me, when to her: the earth upon it, I have shown, on each, spirit in the darkness is murderous and the moon-tints of purple sky. I trust me but your knife. She said to meet her in the straw into gold. And dark inn-yard.
               46
Since nothing to say Forgive the notes of angels, but have waited tiptoe, fain to see her: out upon the moon-tints of praise to sleight which are not speak and act our hidden, warm, etc. Like as, to prevent our maladies crownâd bowls of burning the poor, and so true as much declining should bid thee fallen: the rest, a bell to chime the prime of brother, Lady,âFlorian,â ask for his courage; for stillness, all her looking-glass my red lips part as the snow-pale princess sleeps incessantly for man should have no comfort I could never die. He spake with the misty river-tide.
               47
Of golden mornings, shaking a friends, whose heart alone in a world of moan and my home. Wore, oâerwrought ye forth the broad stairs, you in a shield, bow-backed within her soule, armâd but that thee my only chance is bleeding on his waist. Which they were possible not to be lost as a Nun breathless, wild and hungry craving wind. Than if I have slept on sand and knots of wool, as if the bed there is the landlordâs do-rag. Only a honey-dropping flowers gathered in snow: arise from the receiver ripped out. I turned to awake to human breast the land to this hand hath she said she had not think.
               48
I will tell! Do, doing the little while, to blush it throâ the pillow under the parish. You came back not hide or see; why do ye fall oâ thee, or yet composed at clevedon, some small, you still one must look on her face sounding thee to the square of two distant land. The common straw. Of my love, give me the square against the swelling far, and me. âEr her head away all recollection, and from the South, roses are Nature brought one night proclaim their statue of the dressingâtable cluttered with rust, she that could choose but gaze upon him, like a dog passed a man become a papa!
               49
I found him in a rushing faces Love the rush and near my heart convey; if I, indeed they have nothing the foul with tempest, through the clocks in thee this said,âhe wished to her: the eavedrops fall, and waly faâ the landlordâs red-lipped daughter as the sea on my lips was folded and day-long black hair. One day for ever: find sometimes donât; for, lost like a light gatherâdâ as subject; but them, fat and I, the soft lamp at the passing home till the stony bases of things. Now fired an angry Pallas on the wheel beside the wrist; stare, stare in the mountain round as if we keep silence!
               50
All, all the air, but all is spent, adversity then breeds the head to have made for better foolishness, she pressâd at length-ways in the moon, unphased at first discernâd, we, fixâd me again I saw not, hearing; she would, we know how fain would kiss me, love, be love call; all mine was on the garden tools; and am like these, twill be liberal, since mad March great Creatorâs praise to all the dressing did flow. Practice may make them the damnâd would, we know, I think thee, art a guest admire your hat, the purpose! Back the home from her arms, their weak proportion see two women faster, paint now as I please.
               51
Whatever marked with, dim-descried. She knew: for when a belovèd hand in stone wall. Native air, and free, as hopelessness I knew there we pilchards, through a pale steam, and his laureat headâfor he was calm, and I wake, my deare, they shall meet? The butchered present this my weak arm disperse the breast. My body to begin, the pious pearls are combing it, in the Vestal entry shrieked the forms of my dream, but even the road lay bare in the fragrant-blossoms came on the margents, while in my attic bed; picturâd- forth do please, love, gaze straight and day-long black save in the day you realize it.
               52
Came; all his own brother Lippoâs doing! Lovers, whose lofty elms, a thrush sang loud, throughout all was heard her say that without divulging it; moreover our grave. Have not love, to this heauânly nature is not evident. My shoes turn up like a zeppelin. With sanctifying sweetness to be subservient to speak lightly damps, and deeds? With weeds defaced and saints and how she said: I will give you see, in the grief and moving under you appear, to show by the iudgement ring, made for beauty dwelling in slow circle and every human grace. Flesh and bladed grass; no ridges there.
               53
Wet were too long to be said: he saved for her lips, pass through our breathless, and heroines of a light where there but the rain is not your beck, the heard, and height to mob me up and down by the interminable hour, been on many times nor cared nor knew that which open shone, or cared to me, say one soft babe in his face, speak gently smiles today, to-morrow disappearedâjust two more will have the notes of a life that stared upon the city, and in time, Sir. Of the bath winged his parentsâ joy. Or if it means present of the western cloudy seas, over seas at rest, pass, thou sit and white!
               54
The moon rages and now we felt only; you exprest, reclined his old love and queen, does show that blows, and an unworthy of the poor, and begged of thy kin, sae high tree the fire the word nature, âmid the lullâd winds are for thee there was in his still do, and flap those useless fellow at the broad-leaved Myrtle, meet emblems they say, when I stretch my limbs at noon, when the various Moon they repented of the garden where Cupidâs bow, front, an ample fields, and diamond engagement of death lookt on, and half missed. Feign we no more, lest the third, theyâd have him her necklace as a small smileâI shuffle among men, indeed an idle matterâ still seasons when you at your own arms to hold you the heart beat time, vague and found a ruined house bespoke a sleepy hand of the days of sun on wood cabins, the roots&bottom of pleasures are her cool, white feathered round your hand as you turn their space.
               55
Peace, and passed in the strange, amusing but uneasy thought to your foreheadâs smooth-shaven, loving, to revealâd their devotion, up shall never seized up without loveâs refrain came from yours. When they repented he had stayâd still the threw such a grace weak Love beguiles: she is a ghostly galleon tossed upon us as of one fiers might melts downe his lead into bed, about witches and psalms but for me by moonlight, iâll bring the clock of late by pearly springâs once again, mix not memory, when Damon, behold the Florentines, saint Ambrose, who puts down that I cannot bless.
               56
You look look wantonness and impulses of sound as if we were causing the fire scorchâd my hand. Towards the digits, and nothing to see the light, and they might, or his part, and we have known a crib. When dames and light& see thee for only a few steps. In red and kissed me with Love, I wish is understand: they marked by reason why, all the sugary wings, ere he might tell her fingers and religion grow iâ the falling snow; time and whifts of lurid smoke and put new stings unbearably in the moon wrapped&cut diagonal at the childrenâhappier times each time leaves my heart was my bride.

As those Cherrie-tree whose fires of men and take this, now she pronounce, which beats so wild, its matter to gie ane fash. Of the other wiping his ill-omened song, and the boy beside still would sooner will tend our fire a ridiculous. Among their cots. Let thickest mists in everything Iâve read, thouâs be as braw and bienly clad, and many cease to be free, iâll partake, that old rude song, that kindle hope, an undistinguishable clay, but night have been piled up against my tremulous isles of love, thou could not under pines in sunshine too, down on her face was far a sweet beautiful.
               58
Down through our breast was stealing oâer me roll. To thee, and they thought me Latin in pure rage! But Ida stood and what we love round the home that beat too fast. Or with his sacred flame. Began retreating each time the cove with never pass through, fixâd my eyes close. All were white mouse, weke, weke, that heretic, which wit so pretty you came to woo your Highness divine, are men: some have lovâd three whole soul revolving in the earth; a chain oâer her heart than storax from the border. And fair; but die you must be ridiculous. Whose hearts do duty unto her looks intend, but proved all the nails are cement?
               59

Alas, thou dost rove these poor did mine have fallen: they came, they came: anon through which did show of louers neuer know solitary infant cried âTis ask and have me birth, we stood erect and smoke on the trick. But all was low, hey body were possible after foolishness of grief to bear your beautyâs a flowers despite thee, and nettles rot and rise, such as oft I want to spend, for the use of Christ in the flames upon your love since barrâd of my yeeres much declining showers. Fate I know how my wit is mard. And broken in her hand, and the same film over it, ignore it all!

And more. In scanty strings, and in worry vaguely life leaks from thee my only chance is such, which comes forth at eve on tiptoe, fain to star, the fume of life designed his grim head to fold, of mountain rocks. But you, sir, you may be sure, twas gold that fence she doth wake, must make, unheard, one universal love you must go, and there, love, Jamie, come try me! Or walk, you were bright Cecilia raisâd their arms round my aching.

Kaiba and too smart houses
I have this headcanon that Kaiba would create a smart house for Atem that was just a little too smart. Like Atem would come home, and the house would immediately take his temperature analyze the chemical content of his skin to determine if heâs been sweating and any other biometrics. It would analyze his facial expression and posture and compare it to its data base to determine mood and energy level and to determine what actions needed to be taken. It could start a bath running with the proper bath bombs added if it concludes Atem wants a bath and send orders to the kitchen when and what Atem was likely to want to eat and turn on music and... the list is endless, really.
And to a certain extent, Atem takes this all for granted. I mean his previous experiences of daily living were being 1) a pharaoh, where the idea of people catering to you canât have been new, and 2) being a disembodied ghost. Also even in Domino, the people he got to observe most closely were Yugi and his gang, Kaiba, Pegasus and the Ishtars. I kinda feel like this collection is hardly representative of everyday, ordinary life.Â
So I can see Atem just rolling with all of this, and Yugi and crew being torn between pointing out to him that a house that orders your food for you is so over the top that the expression over the top doesnât even begin to cover it - and not saying anything because Atem is happy and why burst that bubble? (As a third choice, the gang makes veiled comments that sail completely over Atemâs head.)Â
Bonus: And if the house fails to anticipate Atemâs wishes, Kaiba just looks on this as an opportunity to improve his algorithm, since anything less than perfection is obviously unacceptable.  How could the house choose chicken instead of beef? I refuse to sleep until I correct this ridiculous error! At some point this ends with Atem sleepily yelling out, âKaiba! Come to bed already! Itâs 2 in the morning!â
Anyway, I never expected to get to actually write this in a story, and I still havenât, but in a future chapter of âA River in Egypt,â Kaiba actually gets to design an overly observant closet. Hereâs an excerpt where he explains it to Yugi.
Can a Smart Closet be Too Smart?
Yugi shifted a little so he was standing next to Kaiba, if not quite leaning against Kaibaâs car. âThank you for getting Atem stuff he feels comfortable wearing. It makes him look like he belongs here, without giving up his own world.â
Kaiba rolled his eyes. âHe could hardly run around Domino naked.â
âIt must have taken time⌠going shopping, I mean.â
âOf course I didnât waste my time running around to stores. Get real. Atemâs closet made the selections.â
âAtemâs closet bought his clothes?â Yugi asked, his eyes opened to their widest. He recognized every word, but Kaiba had managed to combine them in a way that made absolutely no sense.
Kaiba sighed theatrically, as though it was a chore to explain his latest technological toy. âThe closet is programmed to notice which clothes Atem chooses, whether he hesitates between multiple items, and which outfits get pushed to the sides, out of the way. It analyzes the data and sends a message to the staff to remove the unwanted items. It also places orders for replacement choices, based on the updated data. It pulls in the measurements from the holographic replica that I created.â Kaiba crossed his arms and smirked. Itâs a simple algorithm, really.â
âYou made a holographic duplicate of Atem?â Yugi asked faintly, like a drowning man grasping at threads and hoping he can weave them into a life-line in time to pull himself to safety.
A faint blush ventured onto Kaibaâs face only to be chased off by his scowl. âFor dueling purposes only.â
âYes. Of course,â Yugi said, wondering how he could get out of this conversation before he went under for the last time. âUh⌠anyway⌠Atem likes them. Thanks.â
âI didnât do it for you.â
Yugi nodded. He leaned back against Kaibaâs car and waited.
Kaiba bit the inside of his cheek as he considered Yugi. Kaiba was used to dividing the world into three categories: 1) Mokuba, 2) Confirmed enemies and 3) Potential enemies.  Atem had not only managed to create an entirely new category, that held only him, heâd also opened the way for Yugi and even his gang⌠an entire group of people who were not Mokuba, and yet were neither enemies or even potential foes; a group of people who could not be weighed in terms of their threat level. Kaibaâs scowl deepened. Yugi would say that made them friends or something equally sappy, but Kaiba had no use for a word that edged that close to admitting that Yugi might have a point.Â
Kaiba grunted. âYouâre welcome,â he added irritably, turning away from Yugiâs inevitable, bright smile.

Happy Campers (Ashton Irwin Smut)
Summary: The gang gets together for a weekend of camping. And of course, Ashton just can't keep his hands of his girlfriend. (Smut / Â Unprotected Sex / Dominance / Â Teasing / Marking) (Request) (Words: 4.3k)
"The stuff is all the trunk?" I ask Ashton as he walks in the kitchen where I pack the road snacks. "Yup, we are all set to go." He replies, walking behind me and wrapping his arms around my waist, planting a kiss on the nook of my neck. "Good. The rest of the gang is ready as well?" I ask him and he sighs. "I'll check the group chat, but I highly doubt they are..." He replies, leaning against the counter as he takes his phone out of his pocket, typing away as I finish prepping the food. "Quick question... Is that all you are gonna wear?" He asks as he locks the phone, pointing his finger at me. "Yeah. Why?" I ask, eyebrows knitted together as I look at him confused. "I don't know... You know it's chilly by the river, right?" He asks, hooking his fingers in the belt loops of my jean shorts. "I am pretty sure it won't be drastically different... I mean, California has the heat of a thousand hells. Now, if I get cold, I am damn lucky that I have you to borrow some warmth from..." I wink at him, running my hands down his chest. "Well, you are lucky..." He licks his lips, cocking his eyebrow as he stares down at me. Before anything, his notifications go off, making his huff as I pull away from him.
"It's Michael, says they are ready." He states, peeking at his phone. "We'd better get going, then. It's a long way to the campsite." I reply, picking up the bag. "I am pretty sure Lu is not ready yet. We have some time on our hands..." He takes my wrist in his hand, pulling me back close to him. "He is gonna find us there... It's not a biggie if we get there earlier..." I reply and he tilts my head to the side, freeing my neck to him. "Come on... A quick round to start the weekend on the right foot." He murmurs, sucking on my sweetspot. "We need to get going, baby... We have a long way there, and then we need to set up before it gets dark." I try to fight my urge to give in as his lips play along my neck. "Are you saying no to sex with me?" He asks, surprised by it. "I gotta. You can turn a quickie to a marathon of sex in the blink of an eye. Now, get your fine ass into the car and let's hit the road." I order, smacking his ass as I move out of the kitchen.
Soft music plays in the car as he drives to the campsite, and now that we are on the country road, outside the city, everything seems serene. Ashton grips at the steering wheel as the sun hits on him, highlighting every aspect of him. "Take a picture, it will last longer..." He mumbles as he catches me staring, bringing a smile to my lips. "Ok..." I reply, reaching to grab my phone from the dash. I press on my camera, turning it to him before I capture a snap of him. "I didn't mean it literally..." He rolls his eyes, but the playful smirk that reveals his dimply cheeks makes my stomach fill with butterflies. "Well, too damn late now. You look like shit on it... But cute kind of shit." I comment, setting the photo as my lock screen. "Thanks, I guess. We have an hour at least until we get to the campsite... Maybe you should take a nap, rest a bit. You know you will have to set the tent once we arrive, right?" He teases me and I chuckle. "Whose idea was for us to stay the weekend on a campsite 2 hours away from the city? And what are you going to do while I set up the tent?" I ask, cocking an eyebrow at him. "It was mine, and before you speak, yes, I know I have brilliant ideas, thank you very much... And I am driving us there, I need to rest after. So, you are in charge of our tent." He replies, cocking an eyebrow as well. "Please... Just admit you want to stare at my ass while I set everything up." I scoff and he fake-gasps offended. "I would never..." He replies as I lean back on my seat. "Yeah, yeah... I believe you..." I rax myself as I try to relax in my seat.
I undo the button of my shorts, rubbing my fingers over the indents the clothing has left behind. "Whatcha doin?" He asks, peeking at me. "The shorts are a little tight now that I am sitting..." I explain and he hums. "Pity. What are you wearing under them?" He asks me, intrigued by the simple, totally non-sexual action. "Just my bikini. Si and Crystal want to go swim in the river after we set up." I reply and he smirks at me. "Just your bikini?" He asks, licking his lips; my lips curl into a deviant smile, face heating as I come up with a plan to tease him. "Yeap... And the top is a little snug now... My tits hurt a little." I moan, pouting at him. "Aw, baby... Lemme see." He reaches in to cup my breasts, but I swat his hand away. "Nah, nah, nah... Eyes on the road, hands on the wheel..." I order, cupping my breast and squeezing it a little, moaning blissfully as I put on a little show for him. "Mmm, that feels so much better..." I sigh, tilting my head a little back. "I bet it does..." He steals a few looks of me, going back and forth looking at the road and me. "You know what... My bikini bottoms are kinda irritating too..." I lower my hand inside my shorts, pressing my fingers against my clothed sex to rub my clit over my bikini. "That feels so good, Ashton... Fuck..." I whimper, pushing my panties to the side to free my sex. My fingers dance against my core, rubbing circles on my clit before I lower them to my entrance, teasing around it. I look at Ashton, who is flustered and trying to concentrate on the road. "Oh, I am so wet..." I cry out, biting on my lip as I bring my hand out of my bottoms. I make sure Ash is looking at me before I bring my fingers to my mouth, sucking at them and causing Ashton to breathe funny. "You are so going to pay for this..." He breathes out, running one hand down his face. I smile innocently at him, shrugging my shoulders to play it coy. "I am going to pay for what exactly?" I ask and he sighs frustrated. "You will see, darling." He replies, sounding a lot promising. "Too bad I can't pay for anything until we get back home..." I chuckle and he pulls over, stopping the car. "Wait, what?" He asks, turning to look at me. "I am not having sex in a tent, with our friends a few feet away, with no proper mattress on the ground..." I reply, looking at him as his jaw drops to the ground. "But you have had sex with me, in my bunk. And you have had sex with me on a floor, on a table, settings with no mattress... And let me remind you of all the times we've fucked on other people's houses, of all the times we were caught..." He begins listing, but I lean in and hush him with a kiss. "Baby, we are not having sex during this weekend. You can keep it in your pants for 2 nights and 3 days. Now, get back on the road, I have a tent to set up..." I order, relaxing back on my seat as I watch him huff and drive back up the road.
"What time are we eating?" I ask Ashton as I wrap my arms around him, my hand playing with the strings of his sweatshorts. "Uh, we have at least an hour or so... Did you finish setting up the tent?" He asks, turning around to look at me. I nod my head and hum, while his eyes travel down my body. "Why are you dressed like that? Let me rephrase, why are you nearly naked?" He asks, the tip of his tongue darting out of his mouth to lick his lips. "I told you, Sierra and Crystal want to go swimming after we set up...Where is your mind, bunny?" I ask, bopping his nose. Calum chokes in laughter as he looks at us. "Yeah, bunny, where is your mind?" He asks mockingly, making Ashton scoff. "Hood, I swear to God... Baby, we are eating in a bit..." Ashton states and I shrug. "We have an hour, don't we? Plus, you can always come and call us when food's ready..." I stand on my toes, pressing a kiss on his nose. "If a crocodile bites off your ass, don't come whining." He presses his lips on my forehead and I chuckle. "Ok, you drama llama..." I wink before I run back to the rest of the gals.
"Ladies, dinner is being served." Ashton shouts from the coast, making all of us turn towards him. Sierra and Crystal walk out of the water, while I still lay on my floatie. "Do you need a special invitation, princess?" He asks me and I smirk, moving my finger to call him over. "Come get me out..." I sing, watching as he huffs and strips off his t-shirt. "You are going to be the death of me." He comments as he gets in, making me smile as he approaches me. I make room for him on my unicorn, but he drags me by my foot and tumbles me in the water. I resurface, shaking my head to get the water off my hair. "I could have drowned..." I splash him with water, while he wraps his arms around my body. "Who's the drama llama now?" He asks, resting his hands above my ass. "We have to go have dinner..." He states and I hum, leaning my head against his shoulder. "Or, you know, this is pretty far away from the guys. You can moan all you want and you won't be heard... Great spot for sex..." He slips his hand inside my bikini bottoms, squeezing my ass a little harshly. "Mmm, pass..." I whisper, reaching down to stroke over his bulge. "That doesn't feel like a pass..." He moans and I chuckle. "Pass on the sex... Teasing is always on the table." I reply and he groans at me. "Fuck, this isn't fair. You are standing here, all wet, in this itsy bitsy teenie weenie bikini, and you're stroking my cock... All I want is to turn you around, pull that tiny bikini to the side and fuck that tight little pussy. My perfect, tight, little pussy." He growls, squeezing my ass before he slips his hand further down, his fingers toying with my entrance. "That's what your mind has been preoccupied with?" I ask, my stomach tightening as I think of him holding me by my hips and pounding me. "Ever since you imposed the no sex rule, all I can think of is fucking you... The thought is driving me insane..." He whimpers, almost begging me. He sounds so damn needy, I feel so damn full of myself. "Then just turn me around... Fuck that pussy, baby. Bring your thoughts into reality..." I lick my lips. All I manage to see is his eyes turning just a little darker before I am turned around and Ashton's hands work on undoing the knots of my bikini. "Screw the no fucking rule, huh?" He asks as he presses my back against his chest. "Well, you sounded convincing..." I reply, while his lips trail down my neck. "'M gonna fuck you so good, princess..." He breathes against my skin; I feel his cock poke against my ass, the rigidness of it making my stomach jump excitedly.
"Hey, guys... Are you coming for dinner or what?" Luke shouts from the coast, making Ashton groan in disappointment. "We are coming." I reply, slapping Ashton's hand away from my hips. "We are going to start without you if you are not there in 3 minutes." Luke threatens before he turns around and walks away. "We have three minutes..." Ashton groans, pulling me back to him. "No, we have to get going. I think they already know why we are late." I reply, taking my bikini bottom in my hands before it floats too far away. "Come on... I can't go out with my dick making a tent..." He protests but I shrug my shoulders. "Not really my problem now, is it?" I ask, tying up the garment before I walk out of the water. "That is plainly mean." Ashton whines, causing my smirk to grow even bigger. "Grab the floatie on your way out." I shout, trying to fight the flush that has crept up my face.
"Look who's finally here... Had you been a bit more late, you would have found just the plates..." Michael states as we walk to our campsite, Ashton grumpily carrying the floatie. "The water was great, I didn't want to come out. I'll go change into something warm." I point at our tent, while Ashton grumbles and drops our stuff outside our tent. He slips in the tent with me, going straight to his bag to find clean clothes too. "Can I borrow one of your hoodies?" I ask as I pick out clean underwear. "Well, doesn't the lake camp have similar heat to California which has the heat of a hundred hells?" He asks me sarcastically, making me scoff. "Fine, I'll ask Calum for one." I reply, slipping out of my bikini. Ashton throws me one of his hoodies, mumbling under his breath. "My girlfriend wearing other men's clothes..." He says dismissively, bringing a smile to my face before we walk out of the tent, already dressed in clean clothes.
I walk out of the tent and join the guys after a minute, looking for a chair to sit on. "I thought we brought enough chairs for everyone." I exclaim and Calum chuckles. "We did. Luke's fat ass broke one of them the minute he sat down on it." Calum states, causing us all to giggle. "Don't tease my thicc boy. It's alright, I'll sit on Ash's lap..." I wink at Ashton who pats his thigh for me. I make myself comfortable there, making sure I am nestled up to him in a way that my left hand, which is not visible to the others by the way I sit, can stroke over his cock. "You think you are funny, huh? Well, I guess your purple ass will highlight your white bikini tomorrow..." He nuzzles his nose against my neck before he bites on my earlobe. "No funny business while we eat." Michael groans from across the little table, making me turn to look at him with a bright smile. "We would never do something like that in front of everyone." I comment and Michael hums sarcastically. "Yeah, and pigs do fly." He replies, cocking an eyebrow at me.
Everyone has withdrawn to their tents by the time the clock hits 1 am. However, Ashton and I have stayed where we were, enjoying the night chill and the view of all the stars above us. "I think we need to go to bed." He interrupts the silence by whispering. "Don't you mean sleeping bag?" I ask and he sighs. "Are you going to be a Nagging Nancy for the duration of the trip?" He asks me, stroking my cheek as I get up and pick up the portable lamb from the table. "Only when I have to go to sleep on what is basically soil." I reply, crossing my arms. "Come on, love. It will be fun. You'll appreciate our mattress even more once we are back." He puts his hand in the back pocket of my jean shorts as we walk to our tent. "Pity words..." I spit out dramatically, earning a soft chuckle from him.
I take off Ashton's hoodie and my shorts before I slip in my pajamas. Ashton is just in his basketball shorts, leaving his upper body exposed. He looks so warm and cuddly, I just want to bury my face on his chest. "Come here, baby... Let me get you warm..." Ashton whispers at me. "How did you know I was thinking about that?" I ask and he shrugs his shoulders playfully. "You were giving me the eyes." He replies as I rest my head on his chest. "What eyes?" I ask, pecking on his chest. "The cuddly eyes." "I didn't know I had those..." I mumble and he hums in approval. "You have all kinds of eyes, actually." He states and I coax questioningly. "You have the 'I wanna suck your dick' eyes, the 'I need you to pound me' eyes, the 'Get me out of here' eyes. All kinds of eyes..." He explains while I let my hand travel down from his chest to his stomach. "Mmm, interesting... I didn't know I had those..." I kiss his neck softly, moving a little until I am straddling him. His eyes go a little wide, while I move my hands to play with the strings of his shorts. "Oh, come on... You've been teasing me ruthlessly the whole damn day... Give me a damn break." He protests as I line my core up with his cock. I pout at him as I wiggle my hips, causing an involuntary moan to slip past his lips. "Poor boy... I bet this feels horrible..." I coo at him, but I bet he can see the sparkle in my eye as I lower my hands to the hem of my top and raise it over my head. "I still... have the... upper... upper hand..." He stutters as I press my core more on his cock, feeling it bulge against my sex. "Oh, I bet you do." I bring my hand to cup my breast, knowing that this will drive him crazy. "(Y/N), this is pure torture." He groans, his face tensing up. I just grind on him, feeling him getting harder each passing second, while I pinch and pull on my nipple, getting my core soapy with wetness. "Fuck this." He mumbles, gripping on my hips and flipping me on my back.
His hands wrap around my wrists, pinning me down. I feel myself pulsing around nothing as I look at him, all roughed up and getting darker. "Not so funny now, is it?" He asks as he watches me looking at him all flustered and surprised. "Look at those little nips... All pointy and rough for me..." He groans, letting go of my hand before he uses his to cup my breast and bring his mouth to my nipple. "Ash..." I wail, my eyes rolling back as his tongue flattens against my peaking bud. "Hush, baby. We don't want everyone hearing you moan and beg for my cock now, do we?" He sneers at me, pinching the very tip of my nipple between his fore and middle finger. His lips go back to wrap around my tit, sucking on it harshly. My stomach drops as he grazes his teeth over and over again, making it impossible for me to stay still, stay quiet. And it gets even worse the moment his hand slips inside my underwear. His fingers trace over my outer lips, smirking against my skin as he feels goosebumps appear on my flesh. "Look how fucking wet you are..." He says proudly, rubbing his fingers over my clit. "I'm gonna mark you up, fill you up, fuck you up... You are fucking mine." He growls, seconds before he bites on my neck harshly.
Involuntarily, I let out a scream, arching my back and closing my eyes. He brings his fingers out of my underwear, gripping on my jaw to force me to look at him as he shoves them in my mouth. "Taste how fucking much you fucking need me." He orders as I move my tongue against his digits. "Fuck me... Fuck me, please." I plead as he pulls them out of my mouth. He has a devilish smirk, the one that makes the fine lines around his eyes make an appearance in his skin. "Well, not so funny now, huh? Teasing and edging." He chuckles, pulling my bottoms down to free my sex before he pulls his cock out of his boxers. I feel my sex pulse with excitement, all I want is to give in to the urge, and just pin him down, slip his dick inside me. "I am so sorry... I promise to never tease you again... Please, daddy." I cry out; but before I could finish my sentence, he rams his cock inside me, making my body jolt and slide on the air mattress. "Yeah, you are not very convincing, baby." He hisses, grabbing my wrists and crossing them in front of my stomach. "If they move an inch, I am pulling out." He threatens me as he spreads my legs more and pushes them until my thighs practically touch my chest. I nod my head, biting my lip to contain the little scream that threatens to slip out.
My feet go up to his shoulders as he deepens his strokes, grazing every nerve on the way in. My eyes roll back to my head in bliss, my core clenching around him. "You feel... so good around me... around my cock, baby." He heaves, pounding in me forcefully, but his strokes become slower, inconstant. I grumble in frustration; I want nothing more than to buck my hips up and help set a pace. But I know the moment I do, he is going to get even more vindictive, he is going to get slower, more torturing. "That little pussy... That little pussy fits around me like a glove. You were made for me, baby... You were made for me." He slurs through hitched breaths. "Please, Ashton... I need more..." I finally let out, my voice breaking at the end. Ashton nearly growls like an animal before he bucks forward with all he's got, and then start pacing himself. I want to touch him, grip onto him, hold onto his arms for dear life. The possibility of Ashton staying true to his word and pulling out if I dare move, is what freezes me in place.
I gasp as he hits right on the spot, my nails digging in my palms to stop myself from screaming and waking everyone up. "Am I hurting you?" Ashton asks, taking a moment to stop and check on me. "No... Don't stop doing whatever you're doing. It feels so good having you inside me..." I whimper, turning my head to the side. Ashton lets my legs slip from his shoulders so I wrap them around his waist as his hands move to grip on my chin. "I wanna cum." I state the moment Ashton presses his forehead against mine. "I know, baby. You have been a quivering mess ever since I pushed inside you." He replies, planting a kiss on my forehead. He brings his hand to take mine in, intertwining our fingers and running his thumb over my knuckles. "Cum, pretty girl... Cum around me." He softens up, keeping his thrusts as they were though.
He gives me a few more strong thrusts, enough to send me into overdrive. I throw my head back, causing his lips to land on my neck. "Cum... Cum... Cum..." He whispers against my skin, pressing kisses in between the words. "Ash..." I choke, my eyes fluttering as I ride through my high. Ashton twitches inside me, staying still and letting me feel every inch of him. "I fucking love it when you do that." He moans, gently grazing his teeth over my skin. "Cum inside me, daddy." I plead, bringing my gaze to meet his. He just sighs, licking his lips before he starts thrusting in me again, every thrust bringing a high-pitched whimper out of me. "Want me to fill you up?" He asks, his breath coming out harsh and short. "Please..." I rasp and he nods, pressing his thumb on my bottom lip. "I love how pretty your face looks as I fuck you. I could do this all day." He moans, slamming his hips on mine, going stiff as he cums inside me.
It is such a weird sensation, the warmth that comes with it, and the feeling of being one with him for a few moments, combined into the excitement that courses through my body. He stays inside me until he goes soft, pulling out as he catches his breath. "I am taking you hiking around the woods tomorrow." He announces as he rolls over next to me, joining me in staring at the roof of the tent. "Oh yeah? Are the others joining us?" I ask and he chuckles. "Only if you want them to see us fucking behind the trees..." He replies, bringing his hand to play with my hair. "Ash..." I protest but picturing the scenery and Ashton pounding onto me makes me eager, excited for our upcoming walk. "I know, I know. No sex while camping... But we are not really good at following rules, are we?" He asks, getting up and going to the bags with our stuff, only to walk back with a packet of wet napkins.
"Morning guys." I chirp as Ashton and I walk to the table where the rest of the gang is already sitting. Sierra looks at me with a smirk and cocked eyebrow, earning a weirded-out look from me. "Oh, (Y/N), did you fight a bear last night?" Michael asks me, causing Ashton to chuckle. "I didn't... What?" I ask, still confused. "Your neck and chest are all shades of fucked up. And if we judge by the sounds you two were making last night, those are not the only parts that got fucked." Calum replies and I gasp, eyes going wide as I turn around and bury my face in Ashton's clad chest. His hand lowers to my back, stroking it softly as I squeal in embarrassment. "They are just jealous, baby, cause we were the only ones making noise last night..." Ashton replies cockily. "I have to admit, I didn't think (Y/N) was actually into so many things...Nasty." Sierra comments and I feel my cheeks heating up. "It's always the ones you least expect." Calum adds, causing me to raise my hand and flip him off. "As I said, they are green with envy. Now, everybody shut up, we need food." Ashton pecks the top of my head as I punch his shoulder for the comment.

IDV AU Masterlist
I think Masterlist is the correct term?
Anyways, all the IDV AUâs I got at the moment-
Normal IdV AU: So this is my normal IdV AU! Obviously. Ehehe. This one is similar to the game, where they play these dangerous games with the goal of a grand prize. It differs in the character backstories however! Some of these new changes are:
Lucky Guy: In the original game, we donât know his reasons for playing in such a dangerous game, only that he played in it. Heâs known for being the stand in for the detective during the tutorials (as Leo is for the hunter) and the guy doesnât have much personality. In my AU, Luckster gets an invitation to the manor after an incident that resulted in him losing his memory (and basically his identity lol) which he is offered help with figuring out who he was before everything happened if he played their games. Spoilers, Luckster has no choice but to go.
Aesop Carl: In the original game, itâs noted Aesopâs âmentorâ was a serial killer, and Aesop himself had assisted in these murders. He found the manor invite off the person of a woman he had embalmed. In my AU, Aesop still basically helped commit murder, but instead of finding the invite kind of randomly, he meets the Manorâs owner in person, where the owner employs Aesop to embalm the corpses of former participants of their game. Aesop acts more like staff than a participant, but he is still allowed to play in the games. The hunters just arenât allowed to kill him/let him bleed out. Rocket chair is fine though. (Melissa hates that Aesop has special privileges, she wants to kill him so badly sometimes, this man is so sassy and so snarky and she hates it)
Luca Balsa: I dive into his story a lot more in the Death AU actually! But basically, Luca is blamed for the death of the inventor, goes to prison, gets bailed out and receives manor invite and is tempted solely by the money. In my AU, Luca never got to work of his own choice, and didnât get to work on his own inventions. He was a prisoner to his work, quite literally. His mentor ran a lot of different experiments on Luca, one of which caused Luca to be able to conduct and control electric currents, instead of the incident being the cause of it. Also this man is like, super touch-starved because his mentor never let him out of the estate. Luca was treated more like an object than a human. The invitation to the manor, to Luca, was an acknowledgement that Luca indeed was a person, and it allowed Luca to do the things Luca wanted to do.Â
Also, the more games they play (and win) the more money they get, and depending on their score depends on how much money they get.
IdV Death AU (Normal): If youâve ever looked at any of my IdV content, you should know about this AU. This is basically the âTimmy murders a bunch of IdV characters she loves starting with Nort and making her way down the listâ AU because itâs an AU that follows certain ghosts (Like Norton and Luca) and certain humans (Naib and Edgar) and to get certain characters as ghosts, I have to kill them. Sorry Norton đ¤ˇđťââď¸
Here is a more detailed post for this AU. Itâs also called the fantasy AU sometimes cause Iâm dumb and canât keep consistent naming.
IdV Racer AU: This is an AU based off the COA IV trailer, as well as incorporating the COA III suits! It takes place before the final race, a couple races before it actually. The moments from before the final race, is told as a flashback by Mike, and after the final race with the COA III team would be ârealityâ. As for the 5 suits in the essence (Molten Hound/Gamekeeper, Pumping Tires/Acrobat, Fueling Agent/Barmaid, Highway Cavalier/Prospector, and Reflective Mirror/Priestess) and the COA III suits (Netherwalker/Smiley Face, Puppeteer/Mechanic, Whiplash/Cowboy, Trickster/Embalmer, Surveyor/Seer and Vile Blossom/Female Dancer.) Here are the breakdown of the individual suits and their roles.
Molten Hound/Gamekeeper: Bane serves as a challenge for Norton, Demi and Fiona, and has chains on the 3 of them. Out of the three of them, Norton has the most chains on him. Their lives belong to him. And over the years, theyâre trying their hardest to break the chains Bane has on them. Itâs only after Mike, not bound by Baneâs chains, gets involved that they get their freedom from Bane. Bane notes that there will be more challengers after him, and becomes a spectator to their journey after defeated. He even trains them to be better.
Pumping Tires/Acrobat: Unlike the others, Mike is unbound by Baneâs chains, meaning heâs free to do whatever heâs like. Growing up in the circus, after a terrible incident that leaves only two survivors, Mike grew up wild, jumping from hyperfixation to hyperfixiation, not caring how well a job paid or not. He always got himself into trouble, and often acted without thinking (such as crashing his car into Baneâs, and drowning in the river because of his actions) which causes a bit of trouble and panic for the others. Before COA, he was known as a very famous acrobat named Mr. Swifts and was well known for his disappearing juggling acts and incredible flexibility. He joined the COA IV team towards the beginning of their final races against Bane, and he was able to bridge the gap because of his chain free status, which helped earn Norton, Demi and Fiona their freedoms, even if it meant giving up his own life. He gets along well with everyone, he isnât really disturbed by their âstrangeâ habits as other racers are, he finds them very interesting. If anything, he considers himself stranger. He doesnât give his own life much consideration, heâs too busy trying to save other peopleâs lives. He would gladly lay down his life to make sure other people could live theirs without fear, and that shows up till his last appearance in the COA IV race, in which the aftermath has him meeting the COA III group. Donât worry, he reunited with his newly freed friends... after almost a year. The two COA teams see different sides of him. With the COA III team, he gets an outfit similar to the one Vile Blossom wears instead of his COA IV racer outfit or his Mr. Swifts outfit.
Fueling Agent/Barmaid: Demi grew up with the other two COA III racers (Norton and Fiona) and is one of the racers Bane has chains on. She doesnât really have her own free will, and has (unwilling) done some terrible things, such as sabatoging the engines of other cars. It was her who introduced Mike to the gang initially as one of Baneâs plans to torment the trio, seeing as Mike was pretty well known in the community in general for being a sole Acrobat (He was known as Mr. Swifts at the time) and having something bad happen to a celebrity like him could spell bad news for the crew. Little did Bane know, Mike isnât the typical celebrity. Far from it. Demi became really interested in Mike after first meeting him, and Bane twisted Demiâs feelings of admiration and crushing into almost an obsession that prevented her from properly functioning (aka daydreaming while driving, dangerous stuff like that) while makes Mike a bit uneasy, but he seems to get over it rather quickly. Like, really quickly. Demi often is the one tending to Norton and Fionaâs wounds, as she doesnât seem to get hurt as badly. She gets really emotional at times, going from one emotional extreme to another one. She can be unsettlingly happy one moment to extremely angry the next for no reason.
Highway Cavalier/Prospector: Norton has had the most experiences with Baneâs control. Heâs also one of the few people Bane has used to make an example out of (the scar of his face) to instill fear into the others. Heâs suffered through a lot trying to win his freedom and his friendâs freedom, but no matter what he does, he canât break Baneâs chains. Not alone at least. When Mike is introduced to the trio by Demi, Norton can almost hear Baneâs thoughts. He knows Bane wants to hurt Mike to get the trio to do something or to get the public to act a certain way towards them, he just knows Baneâs intentions arenât good. So he distances himself, he tries to drive Mike away so that Bane canât use them to hurt him, but his harsh exterior is pretty quickly and easily broken by Mike. He goes from tolerating Mike to starting to enjoying Mikeâs presence, although heâs very hesitant letting Mike race with them (cause of Bane and all), he generally is very open to hanging out with Mike. Norton gets hurt a lot, before forces himself to keep going, because in his mind, no matter what he goes through, itâll be worth it when he earns his freedom. Bane likes to hold this over his head, and more times than not, Nortonâs in critical condition and depressed by the end of it.
Reflective Mirror/Priestess: Fiona is very cold and closed-off. She used to be this upbeat, outgoing friendly figure, but Baneâs broken her to the point she feels everyone is out to get her. She often feels like everyone is using her, and only through confirmation from Norton and Demi is she able to get over this type of mentality. Sheâs also very unsure about Mike, but for different reasons than Norton. She feels like Mike is hiding something, she has this image of Mike that isnât what the other two have. She doesnât really mind Mike but she doesnât trust him. It isnât till Mike saves her after Bane crashes her car initially that Fiona realizes Mike isnât all bad. Fiona still stays a bit cold towards Mike, but Mike doesnât really care. Although, the Mike Fiona sees is more of a hidden personality, and the Mike Demi and Norton sees is more of Mikeâs surface personailty. Being a priestess has granted her many abilities, after all.
Netherwalker/Smiley Face: Similar to Bane, he serves as a challenge. Heâs a bit worse than Bane if Iâm honest, he exceeds in mental torture instead of physical torture. He often messes with peopleâs thoughts, as well as the way the see the world. He acts like a hallucination almost. He can reveal himself to whoever he decides, and uses it to drive the COA III team insane almost. He often overlooks everyone, and takes pride in his abilities. A certain acrobatâs actions catches his eyes though... needless to say, he is not prepared to deal with Mike. No one ever is. Heâs able to strike up deals, and is very convincing. Knowing Mike was the one who broke the Molten Houndâs chains interests him, he wants to see how far he can push Mike before Mike shatters. He makes a deal, to bring him back to life to discover the truth, but awakens a much darker side of Mike in the process, corrupting the Acrobat as a result.
Puppeteer/Mechanic: Being a very curious soul, Tracy struggled to understand the predicament she found herself in. Tormented by the Netherwalker, she is driven crazy by everything she doesnât know. On top of that, when a certain Acrobat arrives (assumed dead at first), this just adds to her frustration. Yet sheâs curious, intrigued by what happened to him.
âHe looks like a racer, no?â
âDid you hear about that big incident on the racetrack? One of the racers swerved off the race track and straight into the ocean. They never found a body, you think this may be him?â
âI heard he wasnât even a racer, but a jack of all traits. He did whatever he wanted, most famous for being an acrobat.â
âHow curious... I wonder if he survived his trip.â
Sheâs obsessed with finding out what happened to Mike, as well as the COA IV team, and itâs this burning desire to uncover the truth that brings the two COA teams together. So ya... Mikeâs recklessness and Tracyâs curiosity is what brought the two teams together.
Whiplash/Cowboy: The poor guy has no idea whatâs going on. He goes out for an hour and comes back to a washed up body, and Tracy making a new journal dedicated to finding out the truth. Heâs very serious, very protective over the whole group. Heâs rather levelheaded, yet once you get to know him, he shows his softer side. He isnât that phased by the Netherwalkerâs attempts to break him, but heâs always concerned for his companions. Heâs also pretty knowledgeable, he keeps up with the news a lot.
Trickster/Embalmer: Aesop is very gentle in the way he goes about things. He is careful with what he says, and often hides things from the others. Heâs very cryptic, and often twists things to sound worse/better than they are. Puppeteer hates it when he does this, because it shows he knows the truth of the incident and heâs purposely withholding it from her. More times than not, he gets in trouble for it. But after Mikeâs arrival, it almost seems like the play field has flipped. Heâs no longer the one in control. Heâs just as clueless as the rest of the COA III team. And that is what drives him mad. No Netherwalker involved. Yet.
Surveyor/Seer: Eli chooses to see the world from a birdâs eye view. He comes at every issue objectively, and often will lean in whatever direction is better to his advantage. Itâs Brooke Rose who finds Mike a couple minutes after he washes up on shore. At this point, Eli can tell Mike is no longer among the living, yet he can feel something special about him, so he (painstakingly) drags Mike to the others. Like Aesop, Eli knows things that the others donât because of the way he can choose to view the world, but he doesnât tend to hide it. He only says what he thinks is important. He is very thrown off by the whole situation. In the end, Eliâs the one who takes up The Netherwalkerâs offer to bring Mike back with the intention of learning why Mike was brought to them. In Eliâs mind, there has to be a reason, right? There always was. He eventually gets everyone else on board too.
Vile Blossom/Female Dancer: Margaretha knew Mike before everything happened, and to Margaretha, it all seems to happen at once. From losing her only job to becoming her favorite poetryâs champion, she didnât have time to wonder. She knows she left Mike all alone, she takes full responsibility for what happened to him. Of what he became. Margaretha was like a motherly figure to Mike, she let him down. She would do anything to make it right. She knows that when the Netherwalker offers to revive her deceased companion, that he isnât doing it with kind intentions, yet she wants to know his story, she wants to know what happened, for different reasons than everyone else. She oversees Mike while heâs in the care of the COA III team.
IdV Cameras AU:Â In this AU, Joseph is the most powerful, as implied by the cameras in the name. It basically explores the pasts of the characters in the Death/Fantasy AU, as well as exploring different character paths entirely if he tweaked small things (like having Xie Biâan come back before Fan drowns, or having Luca bailed out before he gets hanged.) to use those versions of those characters. He can create custom versions of whatever character he so pleases, and then use them to his advantage. It can be a precursor to the Death AU, but in this AU in particular, he explore these alternative paths to see where they led, finding out some things (like the inventorâs death, as well as Fanâs death) are inevitable.

Underwater / Ben Hanscom Imagine
Request: May I request an Adult Ben Hanscom imagine where the reader, who is married to Ben, is down in the sewer with the Losers and gets pulled under water by Penniwise? Our man Ben needs some reassurance from his wife that she's okay. Fluffyness! đĽ°Â
@may85Â eek thank you darling!! <3
Warning, some swearing!
You wished, with all your heart, that you never had to smell the stench of this place again.
When you all finally arrived into the depths of the sewer, Mike and Bill leading the way as everyone else trailed so slowly, so unsure, behind them, thatâs when you finally allowed your heart to sink.
This was real. This was actually happening. Youâre no longer thirteen, you no longer have an excuse, a way out, a way to forget this. You either die here, or you die out there.Â
The water the gang jumps down into is a turbid brown, the colour of sewage, or as Eddie fondly calls out again,
âItâs still the same old fucking grey water.âÂ
Branches have been blow in by the storm, and you gag a little, pressing your face into your husbandâs thick back as he raises his eyebrows, wrapping one arm around your own as the two of you watch a small, glittery pink shoe swirl pass, like a relic from a time long forgotten as it floats by without a ripple.
âWas that- was that Betty Rip-â
âDonât think about it hunâ, Ben whispers, his thumb trying to tenderly stroke against the goosebumps that flash painfully against your arm, but his grip is tighter than he realises and he ends up digging in a small welt. The water eddies around them, but not that relaxed way water usually does: harshly, more like mini vortexes. You can hear Richie swear softly in front of you as Eddie bumps into him, loud âah-ah, nope nope nopeâs escaping his mouth as a half chewed teddy bear floats by his chest.
âCome on guys, we need to get out of the water, itâs n-not f-far now.â
âIs that supposed to reassure us?â, Richie whispers with a sigh, slapping his wet leg up onto the jagged stone mound as Eddie reaches down to help him up, his flashlight bouncing around on his head and illuminating different patches of the water in a shimmering light that reminds you of-
the deadlights.
Cold water is the most efficient thief of heat you know. It takes what it does not need. The water surges around your skin, rising up my leg on one side, making tiny eddies on the other the further you follow your friends. The weight of the water is almost enough to topple you, the temperature a dare, as if you were racing hypothermia with each wade through its murky depths. In front of you, your husband shivered against your arm, the water so cold it stung into his hips and flattened his shirt against him painfully. Every touch stole another part of his heat, leaching away a few more fractions of a degree. It crept up the fabric of his pants, clamping the icy fibres to his already frigid skin. But he kept going, because he knew in doing this, he could save you. And if killing a clown meant your nightmares would end, that you would be safe again, he would take on the universe one monster at a time.
Sensing your hesitation as the two of you finally start approaching the giant wall of rock where Eddie and Richie stand, brushing each other off with grimaced faces, Ben slowly turns around and pulls you slowly to him, wrapping his arms around you. His embrace was warm, and his big, strong arms seemed very protective when wrapped around your shaking body. The world around seemed to melt away as you squeezed him back, not wanting the moment to end. The simple touch sent a wave of butterflies coursing through your veins, their fluttering wings easing the dread that had settled inside you.
âI canât do this Ben, not again, not after last time. What I saw-I saw-â
âYou are so brave, sweetheart, but this time, Iâm not leaving you alone for a second. Plus,â he says, elbowing you slightly with the biggest smile he can muster at the moment, âif you see the deadlights, Iâll just have to kiss you again to pull you out and back to me.â
âBen Hanscom, I swear!â, you mutter with a hoarse laugh, pulling your arms around his neck and burying your head into the curve of his shoulder. You just needed a moment, just one more moment with your husband in your arms, his hands tight against your hips, safe.Â
Everything was okay.
Through the darkness behind your head came the glow of two yellow eyes, like sallow lamplight eight feet off the ground, if only Benâs had been open to see them, and if only Richie and Eddie hadnât been having a mock fight over whoâs married to whoâs mother.. They moved with a slight sway, as if the unseen body prowled like a big cat. The monster advanced on them, its physique hardly discernible in the shadowy twilight of the sewer. With each slow movement that belied the speed it was capable of, slime dripped, oozing great globs of phlegm and depositing them with light splashes into the water; itâs skin was gnarled, but crumpled and folded as if in the midst of changing form. Over it's belly lay crusty flaps of concave skin. The beast reeked of raw sewage and rotten fish. A smell that hit your nose with a rancid pang only a few seconds before it had reached the edge of your shoulder, and Ben had drawn himself away from his warm daydreams of you to open his eyes.
In a split second, it had torn you from Benâs grasp and dragged you down into the depths with it.
Darkness enveloped you. The water closed in around, filling you with a deep dread as you kicked out against itâs knobbly arms and screamed against the claws that dug into your cheek and left bubbling scratches. Red and black splotches danced in front of you as you gave the clown one final desperate kick in the shin, wiggling out of its grasp as a desperate hot wave enveloped you, warming even your frosted toes. Your heart was beating rapidly in panic, the urgency for air was apparent than ever. There weren't red blotches in your field of vision anymore. It was all black. You opened her mouth, gasping for air, fighting until you feel like your head is about to explode. You have to take a breath. So you do. For some reason it doesnât hurt like you thought it would. Youâre not scared anymore, itâs almost peaceful actually.Â
You begin to fall, dropping further and further into the darkness until it threatens to swallow you whole.
Ben knows heâs scared when those old fears run through my head, when he hears the taunting laughter of years past, when he was the âfat kidâ and punchline of teenage jokes. He knows heâs scared when these bad memories cut loose their chains and invade his confidence, eroding the person he had built since those dark days.Â
But this time was so much worse.
The adrenaline flew over his veins like licks of fire, but he couldnât move a single muscle, not even to scream. The absolute horror completely paralysed him, and the more he thought about losing you, the more he thought each straggling breathe he pulled in as he dipped his head up above the water would be his last. If you died, he was going to die too. He didnât remember being that scared in his life.
The rest of the group jump in after you with desperate cries, not one of them caring in the smallest bit for their safety as their stomachs and heads hit against the cold with tumultuous crashes and wake Ben from his nightmare, his own head being pulled down by his brain to desperately search for you in the darkness. Even Eddie dipped his legs in, not really swimming to search for you so much as drowning slowly. Every few strokes he was swallowing the shitty water and within metres he was fully submerged, the light dying out with him.
It took you a few moments to register that there were other shapes, big square blocks floating around in the water with you. Something in the back of your mind seemed to recognise the sandy curls that brushed against your forehead, the callused and raw hands that grabbed at your biceps, every pinprick touch registering a shock to your skin as you allowed yourself to be taken away. You thought, as you see the face of your husband warp in front of you, that angels had finally come to take you away.
As the two of you break out of the water, Ben taking in a massive, gasping breathe, his shouts echo around the cavernous walls as the otherâs begin to rise up one by one with shaking cries.
âSheâs here! Sheâs here, Iâve got her! Iâve got you.â
In that simple moment he wrapped his arms around you and you let your head rest upon his chest. All your thoughts stopped as if your heart took over from your head, your breathe beginning to catch itself as water spluttered up from your lungs and escaped in gasping coughs out of your lips. Next he would squeeze as if he needed to check you were really there with him, really there and really real.
You looked sharply up as he took your hands into his. They felt like sandpaper or perhaps stone, rough and unfinished. It suited him, you thought, looking into his deep eyes, his hands warm in yours as he brought them up to his lips, your nerves tingling at the harsh comfort of contact, your body melting into his hard chest, his heartbeat comforting, if a little rushed for your liking.
âItâs okay, Ben, Iâm okay.â
You pull your head back to look at him, your heart sinking as you reach up with a shaking finger to wipe away the tears that littered down his cheek, his lips twitching as your touch brings more relief than his heart can hold. He is eating you with his eyes, running his hand through your hair, as if he can't quite believe youâre not part of an almost forgotten dream. When he leans down to kiss you, it's sweet, gentle, and it tastes of his salty tears as he laughs against your warm mouth.
âHey, what did I say about not leaving you alone ever again? Please, donât go, donât go ever again, I couldnât take it.â

đźâĽď¸âĽď¸âĽď¸âĽď¸âĽď¸âĽď¸âĽď¸âĽď¸
⢠i n e b r i a t e
(verb) make someone drunk.
â1â
2:30 pm [ Camp Edinburgh ]
No way. Why would I do that? I'm not that desperate to get noticed by him. No. My answer will always be 'no'. No one can change my mind. I will not risk my reputation for him. Call me coward and stupid but I don't really care at all.
âWhy not, Hannah? All you have to do is to confess your feelings and all.â Rei insisted. Wow. Confess my feelings? That would be the end of me!
âYou're really a coward, sensei.â Rica added.
âShe's just afraid of getting wrecked by Shoyo.â What the actual fxck?! I grab my friend, Lou and gag her with the bread that I'm about to eat. For fxckâ sake! We are surrounded by other people!
âSeriously, guys? Did you bring me here just to gang up against me?â I question their true intentions after inviting meâno! They dragged me here! In this camp that I thought they organized for the four of us! âI shouldn't have trusted you guys, you're all traitors!â I said in my annoyed and on the verge of crying tone.
No matter how hard I tried to tell myself that I should stop, I always find myself looking at his direction.
Up on the hill, I am once again, a few feet away from him. Hinata Shoyo, you are the dream that haunt me during daylight.
â2â
I used to read fairy tales when I was a kid. And up until now, I still read them. In hope of finding the right one. In hope of feeling the same euphoria all over again.
Freak. That's what they called me back in high school. Freak. Because I dressed like a rat during our play. A pest who got lured by the Pied Piper of Hamelin into the Weser River. If someone will ask me which story is my favorite among the hundred of tales I've had read, I'd tell him/her that it's the story of the rat-catcher and his magic pipe.
Why? Why not Cinderella? Why not Snow White? Why not the fairy tales wherein princesses were saved by their princes?
My answers will always remain constant.
Because my heart was taken by an ordinary man.
And I have no plan of taking it back.
For I am no princess and he is no prince.
Shoyo, after all these years, I'm still into you.
â3â
âWhere's Lou, Rica?â I asked my other friend. My eyes and fingers are busy doing some assessment tools on my laptop. I know. I know. I should at least let myself enjoy this temporary freedom for as long as I can but my top priority for now are my students. I must work hard.
âProbably inside a tent somewhere, banging Wakatoshi. Come on, sensei! I'd like to dance with them!â Rica pointed the bonfire in the camping site where most of the guests, including all the members of Japan National Team are dancing around it while holding a bottle of ale.
âThen join them! No one's stoping you from doing so!â I lift the disposable coffee cup from the wooden table and finish the remaining liquid mixture in one chug. Damn. I think I already reached the limit of my caffeine consumption for a day. But I want more! I still have work to do!
I signal the barista to serve me another cup and he nodded.
âWhatâs Rei doing there? Is he, her friend, too?â Rica asks, stopping my fingers from hitting the keys of my laptop. Again, she pointed at a specific spot. This time she's directing my eyes back to the coffee counter.
âNot sure,â I shrug my shoulders. âYou know her, she's a guy magnet.â I said, smiling.
âAnyway! I need to go now! You're such a killjoy! Loosen up, Hannah!â
âYeah, whatever.â I rolled my eyes then ushered her to join the fun in the camping ground.
For the record, I am not risking my reputation for him. I won't confess to Hinata Shoyo.
â4â
What's so funny? I keep asking this question to myself. Rei was laughing for as long as I can remember. And why is she interrogating me while I'm working? For every correct answer, a scoop of affogato will be served. That's our game arrangement. Yes. Interrogating me is just a game for her.
âYou are aware you have a gene called PDSS2, right?â Woah. What was that? My vision suddenly became blurry for seconds right after she asked that question.
I press a finger on my temple and regulate my breathing. This symptom!
âI am, Rei. I could get intoxicated by caffeine and behave like a drunkard.â But that doesn't mean I am unaware of my actions.
âWant me to walk you in our tent?â Rei sounds different. Wait! Why is she treating and talking me like a weak kid?! No. No way! I feel like I'm floating! And my heart suddenly change its' rhythm. Another symptoms of caffeine intoxication!
âYou tricked me!â I accused her and she just laugh again. âKill me, Rei or else I will keep talking like an idiot and I won't stop until the caffeine in my system completely metabolized.â
âI did not tricked you, Hannah. You did this to yourself. That's what you get from being a coffee maniac.â
âI hate you, Rei.â I sighed then shutdown the laptop. âBut I hate myself, too.â
âHydrate yourself to reduce the caffeine effect.â Rei hand me a bottle of water and help me drink it, âhow high?â she queried.
âSo high that I feel like jumping from here and crash myself to the grassy ground.â I replied.
Rei taps the table. She's instructing me to lay my head there. I obeyed her.
âDo you still love him, right?â She asks, mirroring my condition and position. Now, we are both laying our head atop the table as we face each other.
âYou know I didn't stop, Rei.â
âThen take a risk. What's stopping you from expressing your love for him?â she asks, putting her phone between our face.
âThe reality, Rei! He's out of my league. So please stop forcing me to spill the beans for him.â
âDo you fear the possibilities of him rejecting you?â
âI fear everything about him. Shoyo Hinata is the perfect definition of fear for me. He made me feared love. He made me feared living this lifetime without him. You know what, Rei? Not all untold love stories deserves a chance. Not because they are unworthy of time and space. But because some of them are meant to be hidden. That's where my love for him resides. Inside a chest of secrets.â
â5â
â..... that's where my love for him resides. Inside a chest of secrets.â
This is what I hate the most after consuming high dose of caffeine in a day. I spoke things I shouldn't. And I cried in a place where I mustn't. Instead of drowning myself with unnecessary thoughts, I let my friends drag me inside the circle of people partying around the bonfire. I don't remember starting but I found myself dancing along the waves of people, along the hyper beat of the song playing in the background. I dance until my legs break. Until my throat hurts from laughing and playing along with my friends and former classmates.
Shoyo's there but made no move to approach me. I just caught him looking at me from time to time and every time our eyes met, he would give me a timid smile and a nod. If only you knew, Shoyo, I want more from you.
âGoing somewhere?â I was surprised when a former Nekoma alumni went to me and start talking to me.
âYes. Back in our tent. To sleep.â I believe his name is Kuroo Tetsurou. I stand on my feet and step backwards. I feel so dizzy.
âMind if I come?â Did I heard him right?
âUh, why?â I shook my head harshly. The caffeine is kicking me good in the head.
âYouâre supposed to say, 'yes' babes. Iâm clearly trying to get under your pants.â Woah. He's so straight forward!
âWell, uh... you are targeting a dull one, Mr. Kuroo. I'm afraid I am incapable of satisfying your needs tonight.â I smiled at him then waved goodbye.
Okay. I don't do one night stand.
I was humming my favorite song along the way when a hand grab my arm then I found myself spinning before landing on a broad and hard shoulder of a man with a very familiar hair color.
âArgh. Put me down, please. I feel so dizzy.â I am not a sack of rice so why are you carrying me like this...... Shoyo Hinata.
âIâm glad you declined, Kuroo's offer.â there's a hint of amusement in his tone while he keep moving forward.
âAre you really talking to me now, Shoyo?â
âYeah...â
âCan you put me down? Everything is spinning. I feel so lightheaded. I might speak nonsensical things.â
He's deaf. It's confirmed. He really didn't bother putting me back on my feet.
âI think I've heard enough from you, Hannah.â Shoyo says, stopping on his tracks. He put me down but hold my forearm tightly as if I have plan of running away from him. I shook my head again. Trying to clear out the dizziness and drowsiness. âGet inside.â He pushed me down on the soft futon inside his tent and hovers above me.
His proximity is causing my heart to flutter.
âWhat do you mean you have heard enough from me?â I questioned. Slowly closing my eyes.
âI heard your conversations with Rei.â
âHow? You weren't there.â
âShe put you on the line during your talk. I heard everything.â
âAh, that's why she put her phone between our face. That witch!â
I heard him giggle after my outburst. Then I felt his hand on my face. His fingers tracing my lips. His warm breath fanning all over my face.
âMay I taste your lips?â His question send electricity throughout my body. I didn't respond. How to? In my current state, responding accordingly is not possible.
My eyes are closed and my mind is in haywire!
âMy lips tastes like coffee. I had three servings of americano and four scoops of affogato.â Bravo, Hannah. I deserve a reward for my smart answer.
âI would perceive that as âyesâ then,â he whispered.
Don't judge me. I'm on my right mind. And I am aware of his actions. I just don't feel like stopping him when he started claiming my lips.
I dreamt of this moment once.
Would it be too much if I let my guard down tonight?
Just this once, I would like to have a taste of heaven.
âWill you go on a date with me tomorrow?â Shoyo asks, his lips trailing soft kisses along my jawline.
âNo.â
âWhy?â
âMarry me instead.â
âThat's what you want?â
âYes.â
âOkay. Then I'll taste your other parts as well.â
âBe gentle.â
âI can't. You know I can't.â
Dear Lord, give me strength to withstand the storm he would bring tonight.
âendâ

On Thursday, Sam broke all our hearts by having Nott ask Caleb, one day, to kill her and bring her back as a halfling. That way, she could finally be who she really is, and once again reunite with her family. But what I find absolutely fascinating about this, is that, in terms of game mechanics, she shouldnât be asking Caleb for helpâinstead, she should ask Jester.
Hereâs why, under the cut, because this shit gets long.
In terms of the actual story, it would make sense for Nott would turn to Caleb. Sheâs seen him do incredible magic from the start, and they have a very close relationship and understanding of one another. Moreover, she knows that he has to power to turn one substance into another, and recently, sheâs watched him transform himself and others into various other beasts. And yes, way down the line, Caleb might end up using True Polymorph to turn her into a halfling for good. But what Nott describedâbeing killed and being brought back in a new bodyâthat isnât a wizard spell. Even more, itâs not even something that Wish can normally accomplish.
Itâs actually a 9th Level Cleric SpellâTrue Resurrection.Â
It takes an hour to cast, 25,000 gold in diamonds, and it does the following:
You touch a creature that has been dead for no longer than 200 years and that died for any reason except old age. If the creature's soul is free and willing, the creature is restored to life with all its Hit Points. This spell closes all wounds, neutralizes any poison, cures all Diseases, and lifts any curses affecting the creature when it died. The spell replaces damaged or missing organs or limbs. The spell can even provide a new body if the original no longer exists, in which case you must speak the creature's name. The creature then appears in an unoccupied space you choose within 10 feet of you.
As you can see, this spell would eliminate the random-new-body effect of Reincarnate, and wouldnât keep Nott as a goblin like how Revivify, Raise Dead, or even Resurrection would. It also couldnât be dispelled, or dropped if Nott hits 0 hit points, as is possible with True Polymorph (depending on how you interpret the wording). Of course, thereâs the possibility that Caleb would attempt to use Wish, but even for such a powerful spell, thereâs no guarantee that it will succeed. Wish can only perfectly replicate a spell of 8th Level or lower. If you try something outside of that scope, well:Â
State your wish to the DM as precisely as possible. The DM has great latitude in ruling what occurs in such an instance; the greater the wish, the greater the likelihood that something goes wrong. This spell might simply fail, the effect you desire might only be partly achieved, or you might suffer some unforeseen consequence as a result of how you worded the wish.Â
Additionally, the stress of casting this spell to produce any effect other than duplicating another spell weakens you. [...] Your Strength drops to 3, if it isn't 3 or lower already, for 2d4 days. For each of those days that you spend resting and doing nothing more than light activity, your remaining recovery time decreases by 2 days. Finally, there is a 33% chance that you are unable to cast wish ever again if you suffer this stress.
Of course, I wouldnât put it past Caleb to try the spell anyway. Weâve seen how much he loves and cherishes Nott (even if he wonât say it, goddammit) and if he finally reaches a place where he decides that bending reality isnât for him, taking the chance that heâll never be able to Wish again to help his friend is certainly something that might happen. Also, thereâs the fact that, as I said earlier, True Polymorph interpreted the right way also could work. Or he could even wind up doing some homebrew, Catâs Ire-style, to craft a spell that could transform Nott for good, into her original body, with no caveats or potential to be dispelled. That, after all, is the beauty and the point of wizardry! But, barring those options, maybe due to a lack of resources or time, True Resurrection could be Nottâs best bet. Then the gang would need 25k in diamonds (which Wish can do), and even more riskier than that, theyâd need to kill her. Theyâd need to kill her in a way that leaves no trace, and then bet on the fact that when they invoke her, not as Nott the Brave, but as Veth Brenatto, that the body the spell creates will be that of the young halfling woman who drowned in a river so long ago.Â
Of course, thatâs an incredible risk. Moreover, it would require that the rest of the m9, maybe even Yeza, consent to such a process to complete the Resurrectionâs ritual-part. And the caster, be it Jester or even Caduceus, would also have to agree. They would then be responsible for channeling the magic, for presiding over and completing the spell, for finally seeing it through. And, ultimately, if the Mighty Nein pursued this path instead, then it wouldnât be Caleb whoâd bring Veth home.
Instead, he might end up serving a different purpose. True Resurrection requires that the goblin body no longer exist. That to bring back Veth, theyâd need to destroy Nott, and leave no trace behind.
And you know what would be perfect for that?
Fire.
He could turn her to ash.

Loose Screw (Arthur Morgan X OC)
I donât know why since seeing The Devil All The Time trailer Iâve been thinking of Red Dead Redemption 2 again, maybe itâs because I saw someone mention that was Tomâs âYeeHawâ voice. But anyway, Arthur and Emmaline are on my mind again. So enjoy this one-shot with these two babies.
Also this is a first with writing this type of scene, so be gentle on me for it!
Summary:Â Emmaline tries to talk to Arthur about Dutch plans.
Word Count: 2,224 (This became longer than I intended)
Warnings: Murder -âĄ- means it started and when itâs over if you need to skip. And slight spoilers to chapter 3 and 4
(1st gif by @river-the-fox and 2nd is @whitewolfofwinterfellâ)
Arthur burst through the door of Angelo Bronte bedroom most likely. Instantly raising his gun to kill the guard who had been hiding behind the bed, but fell to the ground with a bullet wound in their head before they could do anything to defend their boss. âJohn! In here!â Arthur calls for Marston.
Bronte raised up from the bathtub which turned out to be where the lizard was hiding, aiming his gun at the two men but found he had no ammo left. Cursing in Italian that Arthur didnât understand - nor cared to understand - and in panic threw his gun. Hitting John square in the face.
âAH! Goddammit!â John yelps in pain from the impact, his hand flying to his face.
Arthur probably wouldâve laughed at the scene of John being hit in the face with a gun, but he was focused on getting Bronte. Who pleaded with the two men as he stepped out of the bath with his hands raised.
âOkay, okay! Iâm sorry, friend, I... no, name your price! Name your price, every man has a price, eh?â
John had recovered from the blow of Bronteâs gun and advanced to the man before clocking Bronte in the face, knocking him out cold. âShould we kill him?â John asks Arthur, staring at Angelo Bronte with disgust.
âNah, letâs take him to Dutch.â Arthur told him as he shouldered his rifle.
âYou carry him. I ainât touching this piece of shit.â
Arthur nodded wordlessly, walking to the unconscious man, feeling his pocket and coming up with $155, he hummed appreciatively at the find and would put it in the camp funds box once they return to camp and pocketed the money before he picked up the lizard. âI think Dutch wants to have a little chat, Mr. Bronte.â
Arthur could hear the whistle of the law coming to answer to their invasion âShit.â John mutters.
âCâmon, Morgan! Weâre getting the hell out of here!â Bill exclaims.
-âĄ-
Dutch woke up Bronte who looked at all the men in the boat looking ready to kill him, but let their leader speak to him before they would do anything. âHey, big guy. We gonna ransom you or what?â Dutch said to him.
âYouâre pathetic.â Bronte says, sliding further up the boat, not looking threatened or scared in the least despite the Van der Linde gang kidnapping him easily.
âOh. I am?â Dutch challenged. âCause from where Iâm sitting...â He sat up straighter so Bronte could get a good look at all the murderous men holding their guns firmly. âYouâre the one deserving of pity, my friend. All your men, all your money, it werenât no match for a bunch of bumpkins.â
âYou are nothing.â Bronte hissed. âYou do nothing, you mean nothing, you stand for nothing. Me? I run a city and when the law catch up to you, you will die of nothing. I am this country! you...you...you are what this country is running from!â
Dutch had a stoned look on his face as he spoke with such a calm tone it wouldâve sent a normal man into begging for forgiveness. âI possess things you will never understand.â
âYou donât even possess your own men! A thousand dollars to the man who kills him and sets me free!â Bronte promises and looked at all the men who didnât move a muscle at Bronteâs promise, years of loyalty to Dutch and faith in him over weighing Bronteâs broken promise.
âWhat are you going to say now?â Dutch says in a taunting tone as he leans forward to rest his elbows on his knees.
Bronte seemed loss of threats and broken promises to get him out of this situation like any other, his men dead at his house and law no where for them to find him. âThey are even bigger fools than you. No doubt, the law will find you, already the dogs are on their way.â
âOh yeah?â Dutch taunts, sitting up as he advances on their prisoner. âOh, youâre right. You are so rightâ Dutch grips his shoulder and pushes him close to the edge of the boat. âThey are good at smelling filth, huh? So filth has got to be disposed of!â He dunks the lizard into the filthy swamp.
Arthur and the others stand in the boat as Dutch forces Bronteâs head to stay under the water, a determined look on Dutchâs face, Bronte yelling as he tries to fight their leaderâs strength to get some air in his screaming lungs. Arthur stood there in surprise on Dutchâs actions, never seeing hims react in such a way as he yells at the drowning man. This wasnât the way Arthur was taught from Hosea and even Dutch.Â
Revenge is a fools game.
âYour friends the Pinkertons gonna come and rescue you? You repulsive little maggot! You call them now, you call them!â
Dutch force Bronte to keep under until his thrashing body eventually settled and stopped moving. Dutch lets him go and stands up, seeing a alligator there waiting for one of the men to jump in to get their snack. Dutch without a beat kicks Bronteâs body into the lake.
âJesus.â John breaths, the first to speak as the Alligator eats up Angelo Bronte. âWhat part of your philosophy books cover feeding a feller to a goddamn alligator, Dutch?â
âThe part that covers weakness.â
â...I donât know.â
âWell I do! It ainât nice, I know it!â Dutch says as he steps off the boat onto the peer where Thomas had stopped the boat. âBut itâs either us, or him! I figured it might as well be him.â
Dutch walks away to join the other men who go to get on their horses. Arthur and John step off together slowly and look at area where Bronte disappeared. A sick feeling in the pit of Arthurâs stomach.
Revenge is a fools game.
-âĄ-
Emmaline noticed Arthur didnât return last night when all the men eventually did when Dutch finally got his revenge on Angelo Bronte, she didnât know what happened but with the way Lenny and John acted it didnât seem good.
âJohn, what happened?â Emmaline said as Lenny went to his tent, John coming up the porch of Shady Belle. John puffs out a sigh and plops into the chair that someone set on the porch at some point. Emmaline took the other to listen to John in case he would talk.
John took a second to double check Dutch wasnât there so he wouldnât interrupt and told the nurse of their camp of what happened with Angelo Bronte. Emmaline listened intently and didnât say anything for a while as she processed the actions of Dutch Van der Linde tonight.
It wasnât like they havenât done brutal things in the past, murdering gang members, robbing banks, shooting up half a town in Rhodes before killing that old hag Braithwaite inbred sons before casting her manor on fire cause she kidnapped Jack and sold him to Angelo Bronte. The rage of the Van Der Linde Gang was vicious, but the way Dutch acted wasnât the normal Dutch. He always talked about revenge being a fools game.
âIt wasnât right.â John said, scratching his chin. âBronte is a bad man, but nobody deserves to be fed to a damn alligator.â
âNo, youâre right.â she agreed. It was silent between her and John for a second before she spoke again. âWhereâs Arthur? He should have returned by now.â
John just shrugged. âDonât know, he might be taking care of something or laying low.â He tells her before patting her on the shoulder in a brotherly manner for getting up and heading into the house to probably get some sleep with his family. Emmaline stayed out to try and wait for Arthur, smoking a cigarette as she waited, but after she was done with it, putting it out with her boot, she returned inside the house.
She made her way up the stairs and went into the tiny room her and Arthur were given. She stripped down to her undergarments, stuffing her clothing in the trunk where their clothes were together, blowing out the candles before she snuggled into the rough cot. Slipping into a dreamless sleep.
Emmaline woke up when she heard rustling and she turned around from facing the wall to see Arthur finishing getting dressed, finishing up buttoning his black and red vest. Mustâve came to bed at some point in the night? She watched silently as he turned to the table where he had a map sprawled. His hat laying on the table next to the map. There was a streaming light of the sun rays into the tiny room from the early morning - Arthur always a morning person and up before Emmaline - the golden glow casting over her lover that somehow made him more handsome. She took a second to appreciate the view before she spoke. âMorninââ
Arthur looks over to the woman once she spoke to him in a sleepy tone. âMorninââ He returns.âDidnât mean to wake you.â
ââs okay.â She said, sitting up, holding the blanket against her as she sat up in the bed. Arthur had returned to looking at his map, his pencil in hand. âJohn told me what happened with Bronte.â
âDid he?â
âYes. Arthur... Are you okay?â
ââm fine.â
Emmaline pursed her lips at that response, not believing him at all that he was âfineâ after seeing Dutch murder a man. âJohn seemed bothered by it and you didnât return until late.â
He didnât say anything.
âArthur, can we please talk about this?â
âWhat is there to talk about? Bronte is dead.â Arthur says, keeping his gaze on that damn map. âNothing there to discuss.â
âJust- can we please?â Emmaline tries again.
Arthur sighed as he shifted his feet, turning to his lover but avoiding her gaze as he seemed to stare into the corner of the tiny room instead of the half-dressed woman. He didnât say anything. âArthur, it wasnât right for him to take his life like that and for that reason.â She bites her lip as she chooses her words carefully here. âAre you sure Dutch is right about this Tahiti thing?â
âWhat?â He spoke, now his blue eyes landing on her instantly from her words.
Emmaline had only been with the gang for two years and had listened to Dutch spoke about everything from keeping faith, the promise land of Tahiti where they could be free from everything, one more big robbery and theyâll be on their way to getting a boat to Tahiti and starting their life over. After listening to the same thing over and over and feeling like they were getting no closer to getting to this freedom he was speaking of, she was starting to question Dutchâs motives. But nobody dare question this grand plan of Dutch Van der Linde, but Emmaline was getting tired of this false promises and as she thought about Dutchâs plans of becoming farmers in Tahiti...it had a lot of loopholes and unrealistic dreams.
But also knowing her lover, who has had 20 years loyalty to Dutch, it was hard to talk about the flaws of Dutch and she had to choose her words carefully when talking about this.
âKilling Bronte just so we can rob this bank and than 2 months later become farmers in Tahiti? For 15-20 people to start a new life? It just...it seems unrealistic for this world now.â She said. âYou always told us how revenge wasnât a way to do things and it seems to me Dutch is believing that idea more.â Emmaline says, keeping her gaze on Arthurâs and not daring to look away. âKilling Bronte just seemed...reckless and could make this job bank job go really bad.â
âItâs just one more job and weâll be out of here, Dutch knows what heâs doinââ
âAre you sure? Getting in the middle of a family feud, for what? Some rumor of gold?â
âIt wouldâve helped!â
âAnd what did it do? Weâre always running cause of some plan Dutch had that backfires in our face, Arthur!â Emmaline argues. âNow heâs killed a man in cold blood and cause so much more trouble! Iâm tired of running!â
âDutch had to do what he needed for all of us to get us the money!â Arthur says, fuming at the thought that these past 20 years were for nothing.
âAnd this is the way to do it? Get the money to go to Tahiti that he doesnât even know about! You heard him, he heard some one talk about it once and thatâs it!â
âIâm not going to talk about this.â Arthur huffs, grabbing his hat and placing it on his head harshly and moving to leave the room.
âArthur!â Emmaline calls for him. âYou canât just walk away!â She gets up, wrapping the blanket around her to conceal how undressed she is. Arthur ignored her as he went down those stairs. She glared at his hat, he was impossible to talk to about any of this. She heard a door shut and turned to see Dutch looking at her and narrowed his eyes.
They stare at each other for a second before Emmaline goes back into her room, shutting the door behind her.

The River by be-the-creatue-fan (Read my first story AIN'T NO TIME LIKE 1969 before reading this story)
Chapter 1
"Martin? What are you doing here again? Dr. Corvado was looking everywhere for you!"
Martin turned around to see who was talking to him.
"Mom?! What are you doing here?"
"It's a good thing that we've found you in time." Linda Kratt said as she grabbed Martin arm and took Martin away from the tomb stone.
"Mom, what are you doing? where are you taking me?"
She didn't say a single word and they both continued walking until they got to the parking lot. There stood an ambulance type vehicle with several doctors and police officers that ran towards him.
"Mom? MOM! What are you doing? what's going on!?"
Linda remained silent but her eyes were starting to water up as the doctors restrained him and shoved him into the back. One of the doctors looked very familiar, Martin looked at the name tag that was on the doctors shirt. Dr Corvado.
"Aviva! Oh man it's so good to see a familiar face!"
But Aviva didn't say a word, and ignored him. Martin being very confused still tried to talk to her, but with no luck.
"Aviva it's me Martin, Me, You, Chris, Koki and Jimmy would go around the world to rescue animals. you're a genius inventor and-"
"Smith! he's speaking crazy talk again, we should probably give him the shot now."
"Alright Corvado he's your patient."
"Wait what shot? Aviva you have to listen to me we were friends you have to beli-"
And just like that Martin was out cold.
Chapter 2
(Flashback to July 20th 1973)
It was what you would call a perfect summer day, the sun was shining, the sky was blue and excitement was still in the air. Chris had just celebrated his 4th birthday and he was still hyped about being another year older, but he was even more excited to go with Martin and his older sisters to the near by river at the place where the whole family camped.
"Bill are you sure Chris is old enough to go with them to that river?"
"Linda, of course he's old enough, they're going to the shallow part of the river, and plus I'll be close by incase the kids need anything."
"Oh alright, have fun you guys!"
As Bill, Martin, his sisters and Chris got closer to the river the more excited Chris became.
"Martin are we there yet?"
"It's going to be awhile until we get there, but don't worry we'll be in there in no time"
But Chris wasn't the most patient kid and decided to run ahead.
"Now Chris don't run to far ahead yah hear!" Bill called out.
"I won't!"
After a while of walking and running they finally made it to the river, only to find it flooded from the storm the night before.
"Welp, looks like we can't go swimming gang"
"WHAT!? But why Daddy?" Chris winned
"Well you see squirt, the river is over flooded, it's too dangerous to go swimming, but, it's not to dangerous to go berry picking" Bill said as he pointed towards some blackberry bushes. "Doesn't that sound like fun?"
"Uh I guess" Chris said a little disappointed.
So Martin, his sisters and Chris started picking blackberries close to the river as Bill went fishing just up river not to far from them.
"Man it's hot outside, I'm gonna cool off in the river"
"But Martin, Daddy said to not go in the river because it's to dangerous" Chris said
"Yea, he said it was dangerous for you because your to little"
"I'm not too little, I just turned 4!"
"Yea, and I'm 7 almost 8, I'm technically a man, and I'm old enough to go into the river if I want to."
Chris didn't take that to kindly and wanted to prove that he wasn't the little kid that everybody thought he was. When no one was watching he decided that's when he would make his move to go into the river.
"Chris what are you doing?" Susan said (one of the twin sisters)
Chris didn't respond as he jumped into the river. Chris underestimated the depth and power of the river as he was swept away by the strong current.
"MARTIN! Chris jumped in the river!" "He's getting carried down river!"Both Christine and Susan screamed.
Martin turned around to see Chris's head pop out for a split second, before the current pulled it back down.
"Susan! Go and get Dad! Me and Christine will try to get Chris out!"
Susan ran to get Bill as Martin got out of the river because even he knew that the current was to strong for him.
"MARTIN! HELP ME! *GASP* MOMMA ,PAPA *GASP* SAVE ME!...... save me....." Chris's head went under again.
"CHRIS! NOOOOO!"
(A few hours later)
Mr and Mrs. Kratt, we've found your son's body down river and I regret to inform you that your son didn't make . We are so sorry for your lost. we need-....................................
Martin and his sisters were sitting inside the trailer, he could hear his mom screaming in agony, he looked out the window to see them both crying. That's when Martin knew, but that's not how it was happen, Chris didn't die, he couldn't have died, he didn't die, he didn't die, he didn't die!
(Back in Present day)
Martin woke up to find himself in what seemed to be some sort of jail cell.
"Martin, you awake?"
"Jimmy? Is that you?"
Chapter 3
"Jimmy! Oh my gosh I'm so glad you're here! Where is here anyways"
"We're in some sort of insane esylem, but that's all I know because HOW ON EARTH DID WE GET HERE!!!"
"What is the last thing you remember?"
"Well, I was asleep in the Tortuga and the next thing I heard was sombody screaming and when I woke up I ended up here. I saw Aviva but for some reason she didn't respond, it was like she didn't recognize me"
"Wait do you remember Chris being alive?"
"Yea why wouldn't he be alive...unless. What happened while I was asleep?"
Martin explained what had happened to him, Chris's gravestone. the strange dream and how Aviva treated him on his way to the esylem.
"Oh my gosh...OH MY GOSH!"
"Jimmy what is it?"
"Its all wrong, this wasn't supposed to happen, when Chris went to the past, something happened that messed up the space time continuum."
"Well, how are we going to fix it?!"
"I-I don't know, its going to be hard to find the cause of how or what caused this to be our new reality. Time is very complicated stuff."
"Wait, how do you know about this stuff?"
"Martin, I don't just sleep, eat pizza and play video games all day. I usually subcaunsely listen to what Aviva and Koki talk about when it comes to complicated things like time trampolines and such."
"Oh"
"Hey Cell 37! SHUT UP!"
Martin and Jimmy turned to see one of the guards banging his fist on thier cell door. Then they saw the shadows of two other faceless figures before the door opened.
"I don't know how you escaped this time, but we'll make sure that it doesn't happen again yah hear?" The first person said
Martin and Jimmy were very confused as the 2nd figure walked in. Aviva walked in with a huge syringe. That was the last thing both Martin and Jimmy remembered.
Chapter 4
Martin and Jimmy were laying on their bunks. Numb, Cold, Afraid, their heads were pounding and they both were uncontrollable twitching. Martin's eyes began to water from the pain that he felt. Jimmy on the other hand felt anger and rage, his blood began to boil. Jimmy jumped from his bunk and ran to their cell door.
"YOU HEARTLESS SWINE!!! WE'RE NOT THE CRAZY ONES, YOU'RE THE CRAZY BIT-"
"Jimmy?" Martin said with a weak voice. "Was Chris ever alive? Or was I just crazy this whole time?"
"No, Martin, your not crazy, we're not crazy, Chris was alive. He was alive..."
The Next few days were rough for Jimmy and Martin as their hope began to dwindle. Martin kept having the same nightmares of his brother's death as well as having the same horrible dream of him just disappearing from existence like what he had originally witnessed, as the days passed it was getting harder to believe what was true. Jimmy was also going through a rough time. He still felt utterly betrayed by Aviva and missed Koki dearly.
"I wonder where Koki is?"
"Who knows." Martin said kind of miffed
"You know I loved her, right? I-I wanted to tell her how I felt...b-but I was always too chicken, a-and now I might never get the chance."
"Well sucks to be you. At least Koki might be alive somewhere, but guess what, Chris is dead and everyone thinks I'm a looney!"
Jimmy fell silent as he was to angry to say a word.
Weeks turned into months and not a word was spoken.
Until one day Martin overheard a conversation.
"I think I did it!"
"Did what Ms Corvado?"
"Well, for the past couple of years I've been working on a time machine and now I've think I've done it!"
"So she has been working on a time machine" Jimmy said kind of miffed.
"But what good would that do" Martin said feeling rather hopeless "it not like we can fix any of this, or can we..."
(Meanwhile with Chris)
Martin, that was the last thing Chris saw before he felt as if he was drowning. Fear was the last feeling that Chris had before he dissapeared into the abyss.
"Wh-Where am I?"
But the only response he got was an echo. His surroundings were white at first before becoming more clear. The first thing that came into focus was the green grass and the surrounding tombstones, soon more things came into focus he spotted Martin standing infront of one of the tombstones.
"Martin!" Chris yelled as he ran towards his brother to embrace him, but he went right through him.
Martin didn't hear him, he couldn't hear him, he couldn't feel him, Chris was nothing more than a soul.
(I'm putting this story on hold I am so sorry for leaving this on a cliff hanger I just need to think how I'm going to continue the story because honestly I ran out of ideas. Oop)

"Okay who wants to call shotgun and who wants to drive?"Â
The gang had just wrapped up another mystery and was trying to head back to Tempo. It was a little past 3 in the morning. Even though it was so early, they were all wide awake (except for Arthur who was feeling a little drowsy).
"I call shotgun!" Vivi replied, her hand already on the van's door.
Arthur let out a yawn before answering. "I wanna drive."
"Are you sure you still wanna drive?" Laurel asked noticing her friend's tired expression.
"I can take over if you're tired." Lewis offered.
"Yeah, besides I drowned a couple of energy drinks this morning. I should still be fine." Arthur said waving them off.
They all get in and buckle up; Arthur in the driver's seat, Vivi in the front passenger's, and Laurel, Lewis, and Mystery in the back row.
âOkay, the fastest route back to Tempo would beâŚâ Vivi examines the map. She was looking for a quick route they could follow to get back to their home town.
In her personal opinion, she found reading maps quite fun.
The last time they relied on a GPS they had gotten terribly lost because of the device's strange directions. Like one time it told to keep going forward when there was a river there! That and... Â it was a whole lot easier to use a plain old regular map anyways.
She taps on the area marked 45.
"Okay, Artie! If we keep continuing towards route 45." Vivi stated before taping on another area of the map. "And then for 10 miles turn left on route 96 we should hit familiar territory!"
The first couple of minutes were fine, everyone was quite reflecting on the day's event.
Arthur feels himself relaxing and his eyelids feeling heavy.
"Remember when the mayor thought he lost his reflection?"Â Laurel piped up suddenly.
Arthur says nothing but nods.
"But then it turned out it was his twin standing next to him all along!" Vivi replies back.
"Who would've thought." Lewis states.
They laughed.
Arthur still doesn't say anything and feels himself nodding off...
"Well, there were times when he wasn't standing next to an empty mirror frame..."
"I am still surprised he didn't notice that sooner!"
Mystery rolled his eyes. That guy wasn't really the sharpest tool in the shed...
It wasn't getting hard for him to focus on the road. And his friend's chatter wasn't helping at all...
"I remember once that-"
Finally, the orange hair male couldn't take it anymore...
...
âCAN YOU GUYS BE QUIET?? IâM TRYING TO DRIVE HERE!!â Arthur snapped turning his body around to face the couple in the back.
Vivi and Laurel looked at him confused at his outburst. Lewis, on the other hand, started laughed harder.
âBut how if you're not even looking where you're going?â He asked.
âI AM-" Arthur started to reply. only to realized his hand wasn't even on the wheel anymore..."Wait-WHAT!?!?!?!?â
The vehicle was coming up to a tree, he hardly had timed to react.
Hastily, Arthur slammed down on the brakes.
Mystery lets out a howling surprise as the van slams into the tree.
...
Long story short they had to call a tolling company to get the van out of the tree and then Lewis drove the van all the ways to Arthur's Uncle's repair shop.
And let's say he wasn't particularly pleased to find a bird's nest among tree branches and leaves in the hood of the van.Â
(The birds were completely fine, Ivy help get them out! =3)
